Puur Saen in Wijk 21 Oude Haven

This restaurant is a gem, everything was simply perfect.

During our stay at the hotel we had a drink at Puur Saen, and that was a very nice experience. The service was friendly and quick, which is always nice. The atmosphere in the restaurant is warm and relaxed. The Orange Split is definitely recommended – a delicious choice! We enjoyed it and would come here again.

Disappointing service as order was not taken correctly.

Although the menu was limited, the food was very delicious. Especially the carpaccio was really nice. Berra, who took care of us, was very friendly and solution-oriented. The kitchen closes at 21:30, so you should go there with that in mind. Located on the ground floor of Inntel Hotel Zaandam.

Nice location, everyone takes pictures of this special place. A hotel of stacked Zaanse houses, unique and really very successful. The terrace here contributes to this pleasant experience. Friendly service, we enjoyed it, thank you

This is my 2nd time staying at the Inntel Zaandam but 1st to eat in their restaurant. Went there as it was my son’s birthday and I’m so glad we did. I had the tuna pizza which was really delicious, best pizza I’ve had in a long time. My son had the burger and chips which he thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely recommend dining here if you’re at this hotel or just passing by.

We had a nice Christmas lunch at Puur Saen. They have a very welcoming atmosphere and the location is easily accessible. The staff was very friendly. The only reason for 4 stars is that the wait for the food was a little longer than we would have liked. But I highly prefer waiting a little longer for good food, than wait briefly for food that is not as good. Can recommend!

Op deze locatie had ik iets meer spectaculairs verwacht, inrichting vrij sober. Persoonlijk vind ik dit een gemiste kans.

Sinceramente, considerata la scarsissima qualità dell’offerta culinaria nei dintorni questo ristorante si posiziona bene. Serve piatti particolari e soprattutto particolarissima è la posizione ridosso dei canali e della cascatella.

Une heure d’attente la serveuse avait oublié la commande nous avons dû réclamer deux fois . Aucun geste du restaurant . Après une heure sans rien nous avons prévenu que nous alliions quitte Le service lent les tables pas desservies le personnel qui court dans tout les sens sans rien faire . Les plats arrivent avec une heure quart de retard (des hamburger maison) pains trop cuit brûlé sur les bords viande pas beaucoup de goût et vite fait vite mis sur le plat . Ce n’est pas première fois que nous sommes allé à ce restaurant mais jamais nous n’avons été déçu comme ça .

Spectacular dinner and amazing service.

ホテル併設のレストラン。朝食は4日間とも、全く変わり映えしませんでした。一日だけ夕食に利用しました。 あまり魅力的なメニューがない中、スタッフのご厚意でトマトソースのラビオリを特別に作っていただきました。

Great service. Food was okay. Nothing spectacular. Enjoyed the salmon tartar. The carpaccio was underwhelming. Decent wine selection.

Absolutely fantastic! We stayed at the Inntel hotel for 3 nights and had a sleep-and-dine arrangement. Normally this entails a set 3-course meal (not a-la-carte), but since we stayed multiple nights the cooks made a new delicious meal for us every night (vegetarian and non-vegetarian). The servers were kind, happy to help, incredibly quick and overall fantastic. This restaurant may honestly have been the highlight of our trip.

Dit hebben we nog nooit meegemaakt, je krijgt een briefje met het chefs menu voor je neus en vervolgens wordt het briefje een half uur later weer weggehaald waarop blijkt dat je 0.0 keuze hebt. Iedereen moet en zal dit menu nemen, er is geen keuze. Vegetariërs zullen vlees eten, moslims zullen de spekjes opeten, er is gewoon geen enkele keuze. Ik zweer dat we geen menu kaart anders dan mijn foto hebben gezien. En is het eten dan goed, nee belachelijk slecht. Mosterdsoep van Unox uit de zak (weet ik 100% zeker), en gehaktbrood met een halve liter sambalsaus waardoor het gehele gerecht veel te pittig is om te eten. Wat een grap zeg. De koks moeten erg veel lol gehad hebben iig. Je kan voor 30 euro niets verwachten natuurlijk, maar dit menu heeft bij elkaar nog geen 80 cent gekost volgens mij. De sauvignon blanc was daarbij de vieste en goedkoopste (inkoop althans) wijn die ooit in een restaurant geserveerd is, en dat is inclusief zuipketen en buurtsoos. Het ene sterretje is voor het personeel dat dag en nacht keihard werkt en het eigenlijk niet aan kan.

Restaurant onder hotel, modern ingericht, survice is goed. Voor mij alleen jammer dat je kwa zout gehalte echt duidelijk moet zijn (het was net een zoute zee met men soep,frietjes, toetje en zelfs zoethout in de munt thee😖🤢) Als laatste de crème brulee 🔥spectaculair voor je neus in brand gezet, De prijs erg duur💲💲💲

Hace unas semanas, mi esposa y yo estábamos visitando Zaandam. Nos alojamos en el hotel Intell y nuestra última noche cenamos y tomamos unas copas en el bar. Nos sirvió una señora rubia muy servicial (no recuerdo su nombre pero sé que es de Croacia). Ella nos ayudó con nuestra decisión sobre el vino, de la que sabía mucho, y adivinó por completo nuestro gusto. También tuvimos un gran bistec, perfectamente preparado y muy tierno, cumplidos para el chef. Quería tomar un poco de postre pero mi esposa estaba cansada, así que la agradable señora lo arregló para que lo lleváramos a la habitación. Un buen servicio. Recomiendo completamente visitar el hotel y el restaurante es que estás en Zaandam, nos decepcionó haberlo descubierto en nuestro último día.

Een overnachting in dit hotel zat er voor ons op dat moment niet in, maar het restaurant uitproberen kon natuurlijk wel. We waren wat vroeg dus nog erg rustig in het restaurant. In het hoger gelegen deel zaten gasten te wachten en te bellen, maar dat was niet storend. Leuke gerechten op de kaart en iets uitgekozen van de speciale kaart. Heerlijk gegeten, ook het nagerecht was voortreffelijk. Daarbij een lekker tapbiertje gedronken. Ondertussen leuk mensen kijken die van en naar het station lopen. Prima bediening. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

A fancy restaurant that is unexpectedly part of the Inntel. Had a steak and dessert. Service was good, but during busy hours they might seem undermanned.

Consistently the best fine dining in Zaandam. Service is extraordinary, food is excellent. Good for small bites as well.
