Puux lunch café in Wijk 05 Nijmegen-Midden

I was recently in Nijmegen for my English C2 exam on the corner of the street where lunch café 'Puux' is located. The food was delicious, I can highly recommend the American pancakes, but the highlight was the cappuccino... If I had lived in Nijmegen, I would undoubtedly have visited this drinking and dining establishment regularly! If I'm in the area, I will definitely consider another visit.

Nice place, found a parking spot in front of the door (coming from further away) nice staff at work, very friendly, delicious high tea with nice pastries. And a small children's play area

Nice crazy walls but the food was really mediocre, the waiter was quite sweet

Lovely people who work here but no good food, sorry. Burnt chickpeas and slices of bread from the supermarket. Also not filling at all.

Had a delicious lunch on Saturday. Fine regional ingredients and friendly staff. Opted for vegetarian croquettes, deliciously crispy with cornbread and fresh salad and ditto mustard

Too bad.... that the soup of the day does not contain the desired flavor! I don't taste a PURE taste like I'm used to. Too much salt/stock cube/processed?! Today I didn't taste the cauliflower in the cauliflower soup, and that's a shame. The overall preparation method of dishes apparently depends on who makes it. Puux is known to me as Real, especially Pure food and quality! Heed it! Kind regards Hanske

I sat on the back patio. The menu seemed confusing because I couldn’t find things I saw in photos on the menu. I don’t speak dutch so I think some food items that are general knowledge here are unclear to a foreigner like me. I liked the potato pancakes and would love to try other things I saw in photos in the future. Pumpkin Spice Latte was nice and not overpowering. Accidentally ordered Chai Tea instead of Chai latte but they brought me hot milk after I noticed my mistake

We missed the mayonnaise with the fries, the burger was half bad. Orange in the iced coffee, dirty glass, expired beer. Hardly enough room for 7 people. If you order Heineken you will receive Grolsch that expires.

Food is really great; value for money. However, I think a coffee to go for 4.50 is way too pricey. As a result, I won't be making it there again anytime soon.

You can have a delicious lunch here and the high tea is also highly recommended! Nice place! Many gluten-free options and the staff is well thought-out. Recommended for people with celiac disease.

What a nice thing. Lots of conscious eating and drinking, and even sugar-free is an option. Delicious coffee, tea and pastries. Very friendly staff and lots of homemade products.

Gezellig, klein cafeetje met goede koffie en gastvrij personeel.

Fijne terrassen, voor en achter. Vriendelijke bediening. En heerlijke salades!

Heerlijke hightea genoten bij dit ontzettend leuke etablissement. De soep, broodjes en gebak waren ontzettend lekker, biologisch dus verantwoord. De bediening was erg vriendelijk. Ook met de lactoseintolerantie van mijn vriend werd rekening gehouden. Hebben het er erg naar ons zin gehad. Kortom: aanrader!

We hebben hier afgelopen vrijdag geluncht, het was echt heerlijk. Alles vers en op smaak. De koffie en het gebak waren ook super. Echt een aanrader! Wel reserveren want het zit snel vol.

A lovely small café with delicious treats, drinks, and even courses to have brunch or lunch.

Heerlijke plek voor een lunch of koffie. Fijn personeel icm verse producten. Ook om een dagje te gaan (Flex) werken is een aanrader.

Lekkere lunchgerechten en broodjes. Dat is allemaal goed verzorgd. Ook bediening is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het interieur heeft een vintage uitstraling. Het is allemaal wat krapjes en sleets.
