Ordered two kapsalons and one pizza. The meat from both kapsalons was freezing cold!!! Queens isn't what it used to be, which is a shame.

Is it a pizzeria or a deal spot? I see the delivery people doing more deals than working randomly in the place.

I've been a regular customer for a long time, but today I was incredibly disappointed. I went to order pizza and saw that the staff was very busy, which I understand, of course. So I politely asked at the cash register if the order machines were working, to lighten their load. To my surprise, the employee reacted aggressively and disrespectfully: "You can see I'm busy, can't you?" When I explained that I just wanted to know if the machines were working, he shouted again in the same tone. I was shocked and decided not to order from here again. I always understand when it's busy, but treating customers like this is simply not okay. I won't be returning and I advise others against it as well.

They do their best and it's always delicious. They might make a mistake sometimes, but they're not robots! Good job 👍🏼

Ordered food, the delivery driver arrived 5 minutes early and apologized, which was completely unnecessary. A truly delicious chicken doner dish, perfect!!!

Ate at my daughter's. The vegetarian pizza was supposed to have artichokes on it, but unfortunately, not a single piece of artichoke was found. The bell pepper cubes were too thick and therefore raw. Too bad. This way, I can also give a 10% discount.

We bought 10 Turkish pizzas to eat at home. We have all suffered from severe abdominal pain attacks and are therefore constantly on the toilet. I hope you do something about the quality/hygiene, because this can never be good.

Delicious food and fast service

I placed a kapsalon order in the smaller shop inside at 82 keizerswaard. Extremely unhygienic. The man was cleaning, not sure if he washed his hands. For no reason he placed his hand in the aluminium tray for kapsalon. He used his bare hands to put cheese on top of kapsalon instead of a tray. Salad was not fresh either. Unfortunately I had already paid. So I just threw away the kapsalon.

Today I ordered a kapsalon chicken breast. It was simply unbearable. The chicken breast had such a nasty taste, it wasn't even fresh. Such a waste, and you pay 10 euros for it. No more kapsalon chicken breast for me anyway.

Kaosalon and durum are tasty. Perfect fries in a pouch, meat and sauces bomb! Fast delivery and when ordering directly on the website you probably get a free can for every tenner spent - usually Coke 😅 I recommend it.

I always order pepperoni pizza via app and it never disappoints, always delicious

RECOMMENDED! I've been getting my hot chicken pizza here for years. Super tasty dough, the chicken tastes good (nicely seasoned) and everything is DELICIOUS FRESH. Service: always very friendly and helped within 15 minutes at most. Then you can quickly do some shopping at the supermarket next door. In short, I highly recommend it!!!!

Previous order waited 2.5 hours. Called and the delivery person was on his way, they said. Food is generally very good there, but due to the long wait, the hair salon and Turkish pizza were very cold. Now going to try it again 🤞🏼

I'm not someone who likes to write reviews, but this time I'm going to do it. I placed an order and it was not delivered for 2 hours. I called the bag but they didn't answer the phone. I had to go to the bag to see where my order is. They said the order has just been delivered to your home. I asked but why is it taking so long? Yes, sir, sorry, but people come here and wait. I said, so those people who come here have priority and the people who ordered 2 hours earlier have no priority????? Yes sorry. No, this is not a sorry because I paid it and I am waiting for my order and if you do not have the capacity to deliver you will have to work on this. I went home and to my surprise I saw that the order was not delivered complete. I had to call again and after half an hour the rest of the order was received. So it took a total of 3 hours until the complete order was received. This is my very last time ordering here. Success!

Ordered two hair salons. After 1.5 hours I tried to call several times and got a voicemail each time. After another attempt, someone answered and went to take a look. Put down the phone and forgot about us. Called again and got voicemail. After calling again I got someone on the line who was very short, rude and did not apologize for the long wait. Don't order again.

Very good and nice hair salon, but if your order is incorrect you don't have to call! The men do not help you and are very uncustomer friendly. And also a non-listening ear if you say that you ate something that you did not order and that you are also allergic to it. It seems like you did it wrong yourself. Was the last time for me!

I bought a doner durom from them yesterday, we ate it with my son and we became very ill (vomiting and diarrhea). Really not normal, we are now lying on the bed, hasbiya llah wa ni3ma lwakil

normally it is always good except today my husband ordered doner sandwich without lettuce and kapsalon sandwich was immediately given to the dog was completely covered in lettuce and kapsalon the meat was hard and burnt so you won't see us anymore

Due to circumstances, the groceries were not delivered, so I had to implement a plan b. I love gambaretti pizza but few can make it right and subtly add garlic. Really enjoyed it in Italy, but this is a good 2nd choice🙏🏽 2nd pizza was with shawarma and tasted great. Both were wonderfully warm😉 Very fast service! Recommended and worth repeating

Friendly and helpful. Food is ok. When it is busy it may take a little longer for delivery. You can always reach them and they are very helpful.

I regularly come here for my Turkish pizza, which is delicious and a super good price. But today while I was working from 9am to 5pm I forgot my key in my scooter (pricey Aprillia). When I got off work I found out that these gentlemen from queen pizza took my key from my scooter and kept it for me! Great place and very nice people. I would like to thank you very much for your charity! 🙏🏻💫You are proof that decent and honest people still exist. If you were unsure about eating here... then you probably know by now that this is the place!

A bit of a downer if you have to wait an hour and a half for your order while the indicated time is 20-40 minutes

This is now the second time I have found a hair in my pizza. This time a black frizzy hair, damn it. Start working with hairnets or something. Last time I ordered from here after years of being a regular customer.

Hun turkse pizza wordt vers bereidt, heb er niet vaak gegeten. Maar wel lekker hun turkse pizza, heb in jaren niet zo lekkere gegeten, laatste keer dat ik een goede hebt gegeten praat ik over 2001 ofzo aan de Schiedamseweg, dus bij deze is die van Queens gewoon goed. Dikke 9

Prima eten hier helaas wel altijd druk waardoor je iets langer moet wachten maar het is het wachten waard

Top zaakje hier, eigenaar weet waar die mee bezig is en levert kwaliteit. Deze zaak overklast alle ‘standaard rotzooi kapsalon tenten’ die tot 4:00 snachts open zijn en allemaal tieners hebben staan die er niet willen werken. Enige jammere is dat ze niet tot later bezorgen.

Beste dünner in Rotterdam en omstreken haal hier altijd me kapsalon en pizza het is altijd snel klaar en prima personeel achter de toonbank

Ik bestel hier wel eens een pizza, maar hij komt nooit binnen een uur aan. De pizza's zijn lekker, maar de wachttijd is gewoon te hoog. Als je hier bestelt, zorg ervoor dat je een kwartier of half uur extra rekent want anders verga je van de honger.

Altijd lekkere eten hier besteld alleen jammer dat ze niet meer in Ridderkerk bezorgen. Ik snap het wel dat het qua kosten niet meer aantrekkelijk is. Bedankt voor het lekkere eten🙏

Ik heb vanavond 2 kapsalons besteld. maar ik weet niet wat voor producten gebruiken. maar het maak niet uit of we pizza, kapsalon of wat anders bestellen. Maar we hebben het gevoel of we het eten. Suf/moe worden na het eten. En we hebben het al een paar keer het zelfde eten geprobeerd. Maar toch weer de zelfde Symptomen.

One of the very best Döner kebab in Rotterdam. It's a small shop tucked in a shopping centre which proves to be popular with locals and shoppers. Very friendly staff/owner and delicious döner. Highly recommended

Eten is goed alleen bellen heeft totaal geen zin. Ze gaan toch pas het eten maken als je er bent en afgerekend hebt. Sta ja nog steeds 20 minuten te wachten voor 2 stuks kapsalon terwijl je een uur daarvoor je bestelling doorgebeld hebt.
