Rama Restaurant is one of the best restaurants in Eindhoven.

The restaurant is terrible and filthy; there are cobwebs all over your head and on the walls. The chairs are all torn and unusable. On top of all that, there was hair in the food, and rats were right in front of you, going in and out of the window and door. All the plates they served were chipped and broken, yet you were expected to eat from them. The worst restaurant experience ever; I won't repeat it.

The service is good and the staff are respectful, but there's one cashier who's incompetent. Whenever I go into the store, I see him; he doesn't like to buy anything and always raises the prices. I've come back several times to get the same order, and when someone else is there, the price is lower, but when he's there, it's more expensive. @jamal deeb I was sitting at table number 12 next to you, and the staff were incredibly kind and courteous. They didn't even charge you for your food. You should have some conscience before criticizing and ruining people's livelihoods. By the way, I got the food I ordered, and it was absolutely perfect. On the contrary, it's one of the best Arabic restaurants in the area. May God bless the owner of this restaurant for the generosity he's shown.

Ordered two wraps and fries. The wraps were very bad and tasted like yogurt, as the chicken was swimming in yogurt sauce. Unfortunately, the men didn't succeed. Ordered fries, but had to practically beg. Finally got them. The fries weren't cooked properly and were unsalted.

I don't know if I entered a restaurant or a daycare center because of the noise from the owner's kids. The shawarma was so heavy it looked like a shish kebab. The salad and fries were good, and the staff's service was acceptable. The restroom needs more attention. In general, it's not recommended.
