Very tasty and a very good, cozy atmosphere

We go back to September 2026. A grim evening of dining at All you can eat Ramblas. Upon entering, we were immediately blown away by the Quantum-style interior (the starry sky was very beautiful, by the way). The very friendly Senorita escorted us courteously to our table and stood there like a butler until she—and almost every member of the very multicultural star team—explained how Social Deal worked. Very authentic, too, which is what you would expect at a tapas place, unlike t'Westerhuys (sorry, sorry, sorry). The first course was the tomato soup. It immediately took me back to the old days, my mother's Unox soup. Unfortunately, without meatballs. Alongside this, we ate a very generously filled MacWrap. Delicious. Next, it was our albino comrade's turn for his ultimate test on the chicken piri piri, and boy, was that spicy. For dessert, we got Browney on the house. Well, you can leave out the 'house' part, because you can get better at the local supermarket. In short, a great experience, delicious gourmet food, singing "Happy Birthday" multiple times, and a manager who truly stands by his staff and gives the guest a genuine experience. Christmas pales in comparison.

Yesterday, I had a lovely meal here with my best friend. It is a cozy and intimate restaurant. The food was delicious. The girl who speaks English was very friendly. We had nice interaction with the owner. He came over to chat with us every now and then. Some of the other girls were a bit less friendly. When they put the food on the table, they said nothing or a small smile appeared. We will definitely come back here. Really worth it.

Unfortunately, a huge disappointment! Formerly regulars, but haven't been for a while due to hospitalizations. Finally out again. Checked the menu online and nothing had changed. Oh, then you're looking forward to the tasty things you're already familiar with. As a starter, bread with spreads... hmm, bread cold, garlic sauce was really just a tiny lick... but oh well, it's just bread, right? So, off to the tapas. No more carpaccio... no pork belly... no shrimp... the white fish was very tasty though. Unfortunately, the platters were cold, so most of the food was too... beef tenderloin tips were also very tasty... meatballs in sauce... find the meatballs... no, there is very little choice left. I mentioned it and yes, there is a new owner and they can't update the website... unfortunately, we'll skip this next time.

What a lovely place! The decor of Ramblas Arnhem is truly beautiful, and the music creates a very cozy atmosphere. The service deserves a compliment too! The servers were incredibly nice. The owner, on the other hand, is a completely different story: a macho who absolutely does not know how to deal with customers. Unfortunately, we found the food to be very mediocre. The portions are truly bizarrely small. Think of a wrap barely a centimeter thick or a "salmon" salad with only one piece of salmon in it. The salads, by the way, looked uninspired, as if a few lettuce leaves with some 'leftover' salmon and some dressing had been quickly thrown in. You really have to keep ordering to feel even slightly full. The sweet potato fries and chicken tenders are highly recommended, though! At least these are filling and serve as a good portion. Fortunately, we were full by the end of the evening, but the food feels like cheap mass production. The absolute low point was the service from the owner. Someone had accidentally ordered a 'Special' fruit salad four times at €4.50 per portion. This one was supposed to be larger and contain extra garnish and a mandarin. However, upon serving, it turned out to be exactly the same simple fruit salad as the standard cold tapas salad we had earlier, which is included. When we pointed out this mistake to the owner, we received the arrogant remark: "The child's fault is the parent's responsibility." When we pressed him further about where those promised extras and mandarins were, his response was simply: "Yeah, we ran out." So you make people pay for a 'Deluxe' upgrade that you can't even deliver? After a lot of nagging, he eventually took it off the bill. Thanks to the atmosphere and the friendly staff, we still had an okay evening as a family, but due to the quality of the food and the owner's scandalous attitude, we won't be returning here anytime soon.

Really bad experience. We were already being harassed while eating, insisting that more drinks had to be ordered because the other person wasn't thirsty yet. Even though I always order a coffee at the end. Immediately afterwards, we were asked to clear our plates while we were still eating. We reserved for 2.5 hours, and within 2 hours he came to the table angry saying we weren't allowed to order anymore. Well, long story short, the other person went home hungry and still has a big plate of spaghetti at home. The food was mediocre, with little choice or a lot of extra payment. There are much better options for that amount of money.

A beautiful and spacious restaurant in terms of decor and seating. The food was also more than fine and simply good. As soon as you order, it is on the table quickly and brought by very friendly staff. The cocktails are also generously filled, and we found the price-quality ratio to be very good; we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Why not 5 stars for everything? Empty plates sometimes remained on the table for a long time, the staff, however friendly, did not speak Dutch, and the toilets could be maintained a bit better. All in all, just a good place to enjoy a nice meal.

Last Wednesday, I made a reservation here with my mother via Social Deal. We arrived quite early but were greeted warmly and allowed to choose our own spot. Although the food was good, we were unable to fully enjoy it because I started feeling unwell. However, the service and attentiveness exceeded expectations. I was allowed to lie down for a moment; I received extra fruit and a drink with extra sugar. Everything we asked for was good. A well-deserved 5-star review and highly recommended if dining out involves a touch of humanity. Thanks again!

We walked in, everything already looked dirty anyway, we got inside, asked where we were supposed to sit and were assigned a table. In the 1st round we ordered things and we ordered a chicken salad. What was it? A lame salad without chicken?? We had asked for chicken to be added, but they just slapped it on top and those people were already irritated. At one point a salmon wrap, what was on it? A bit of lettuce, 1 mini piece of salmon... I also had a cola on the table and the employee came walking over with the food. And what she did was knock over my cola; it can happen, she did it with a plate, but we asked for a new cola and we heard a lot of screaming. Apparently I had done it???... But the waitress didn't dare admit her mistake. Conclusion: not eating here again.

Worthless restaurant, owner is antisocial and rude, never, ever again, staff doesn't even dare to honestly admit a mistake (knocked over a drink) that can happen to anyone, and then they blame the children, owner orders you to sit with your hands above the table, a real disgrace, not normal

However, we wouldn’t personally pay the regular menu prices, as there are better restaurants in Arnhem in the same price range. The food was mixed. The rice and potatoes were tasty, and the beef tips had good flavour, although they were a little chewy. The chicken had the taste and texture of being reheated, and the meatballs were quite dry. Although also good flavour. The menu also felt a bit unfocused. It seemed to offer a bit of everything, from fried snacks to tapas-style dishes, with ribs only available for an extra charge. Because of that, the meal didn’t really come together as a cohesive dining experience. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just an average one. With a Social Deal it’s worth trying, but at full price we’d choose somewhere else.

For our taste, the restaurant was a bit too dark, but some people might find it cozy! We will definitely be back!

I used to enjoy eating at this restaurant often. Until a general rule was introduced stating that restaurants are allowed to charge more if you don't finish your plate. When settling the bill, they had apparently taken photos of one plate that was half empty, and showed it to me in a rather customer-unfriendly way. I have never experienced this at any other all-you-can-eat place since. This is also the reason why I will never go back there. There are plenty of other restaurants.

The facade says authentic Spanish tapas. I don't consider bitterballen, patatje oorlog, corn on the cob, kefta, and falafel to be authentic Spanish tapas😳. The quality was also disappointing, and I found it dark and not cozy inside. Despite the Social Deal voucher, it is not worth a repeat visit!

A while ago, I went to eat here for the first time with my boyfriend. Because I have a severe allergy to nuts and peanuts, I always find it nerve-wracking to try new restaurants. Fortunately, this was handled very well. I mentioned my allergy, and the person who helped us (possibly the owner) was incredibly friendly and, despite the busyness, took plenty of time to go through the menu with me. That gave me a lot of confidence. The rest of the staff was also very friendly. In the end, everything went perfectly well, which was a huge relief for me. The food itself was fine: I liked some dishes more than others, but that is, of course, a matter of personal taste. My boyfriend mainly tried various meat dishes and was very enthusiastic about them.

It all started well... The first rounds of meals were reasonable to tasty. They were quite stingy with the salmon in the wraps, though. Ordering also went smoothly! Nothing to complain about there. Soon, however, the fun went downhill. Rounds of terror followed, and we are not talking about the chicken tenders, which were fantastic (see photo). Much of it, however, was quite tasteless, and we labeled the taste as ‘nothing’. For instance, we had the mozzarella sticks, more like ‘mozzarella nothing’. The calamari rings were also just rings. But the worst, by far the worst, were the kefta meatballs. These did look good. However, as soon as they entered your mouth, there was little to laugh about. You felt like you were gnawing on a dry turd. The owner, by the way, was very unprofessional. Fortunately, the rest of the staff was very friendly, but returning to the owner, he started performing magic with the discounts that he himself had incorrectly listed. In a very heated discussion, he didn't dare admit his mistake. See photo (we were entitled to a 10 euro discount per person, but the poor man suddenly didn't think that was reasonable anymore). He had a very short fuse and suddenly tore up the discount flyer after we confronted him about it😂😂😂. All in all, much of the food tasted like nothing; if you want to come here, come only for the chicken tenders! The staff was top-notch, with the exception of the owner. The atmosphere was fine, by the way, but throughout the entire sitting, you could feel an enormous bass blast through your whole body from the dance club beneath the restaurant. This was very unpleasant and made eating extremely difficult. The food vibrated off your fork as you maneuvered it to your mouth. The Groningen earthquakes have been moved to the space under Ramblas in Arnhem. You won't experience this anywhere else! This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, but not in a good way.

I found it a very pleasant dinner with my family. The food was fine, and the portions were a good size. However, I would adjust the ordering system. Perhaps use special tablets per table! The four of us friends got a table quickly and were lucky that the restaurant wasn't too crowded. The food was plentiful and consistently delicious. The staff were friendly, and the owner spoke perfect German, which was a real plus. During our visit, the restrooms had a rather strong, almost overpowering smell of a strong cleaning product, which I definitely prefer to the "alternative." If I'm ever in the area again, I'd gladly come back.

The only criticism or feedback I can offer is perhaps the interior. If it had a consistent style instead of several styles that don't quite blend, the overall look would be more complete. It would also be great if the dress code were standardized, both for the host and the other staff. I hesitated for a while, given the mixed reviews, but I certainly don't regret it. Give it a try, I'd say!

Where do I begin? I personally found the atmosphere very poor, the staff were poorly received, and we finally got to our table, only to have to wait another half hour for the QR code table to be activated, which I found strange considering it wasn't busy at all on a weekend! We ordered our first (and only) round, and everything was small, cold, and arrived in maybe less than a minute, which I absolutely do NOT trust, and yes, it was simply NOT IT. The cocktails were also very weak! We ended up leaving after one round with a nonsense story because we didn't want to offend the owner, and thankfully, he gave us the 50% discount. I saw a lot of good reviews, but I'm convinced they're fake!

I am in Arnham for a work visit and my Colleague suggested this restaurant for an evening Dinner. We were creating by the nicest Gentleman and the team. All very welcoming and we were able to order 3 plates in 15 mins each. The food was great, fresh and cooked perfectly along with a quick delivery. We left very full and very happy. I amy even return this week.

The second time it was much tastier and the service much better. Hence the four stars. We have since been for a third time and it exceeded all expectations; we were pampered, the service was top-notch, and the food was delicious too. This restaurant certainly makes an impression; it is our favorite top-notch budget-friendly restaurant.

Truly an amazing place! I've been there several times already and the food tastes great every time. Once, something went wrong with selecting the number of guests (3 instead of 4), so we couldn't order (it's done via a tablet) and we were in a rush. This was resolved fairly quickly, and then they kept bringing extra things throughout the evening so that we could leave on time and had enough to eat. The waiter himself gave our food priority at the kitchen, because due to their mistake we could only order later. Now that's how you solve a problem! Really super! Will definitely be back soon.

I asked the restaurant beforehand if they had an allergen list, due to an allergy. They didn't have one. They found it, in their own words, "too much hassle to figure everything out," so they refused to check dishes if we asked. I think you can expect more from a restaurant in 2025. A particularly unpleasant way of communicating from the staff. So, we decided to eat somewhere else.
