The food wasn’t bad. But simply wasn’t good. The portions are absolutely diabolical for €22 for something like biryani. The service was okay, kind of slow and they didnt understand the drink order my mom made even though it was a simple yogurt drink. As for the atmosphere, there was no atmosphere. It feels dull. In conclusion: 1 - Incredibly expensive price compared to the portions given. 2 - Normal food not worth the price. 3 - Not worth it whatsoever. My opinion: Go eat at the Yemeni Mandi Restaurant that’s literally 20 steps away.

You have to be really patient. Service is not that great. Waiting 35 minutes to get your first drink is really not ok.

Ordered for three person at 6pm had to wait for 45 minutes to get the food, received each food separately even the rice was coming 10 15 mins after the stew!!!! Had to reheat everything. Simply don’t try it with friends

Food was phenomenal, especially the Paneer and Vegetarian Biryani, the taste is identical close to Indian food. 10/10 recommend!

Love their mango lassi & lacha paratha

The best biryani I’ve had in the Netherlands... period! It tastes remarkably close to what we get back home in India, and every bite is absolutely lipsmacking. The salan and raita on the side make the dish even more tasty and memorable. Definitely worth a try!

Many, many Indian restaurants have popped up in Eindhoven in recent years. As an Indian food lover, that's fantastic... I try them all, and Rasamaya is truly the best I've tasted! Kudos, and keep up the good work!

I sat at the table at 19:21 and at 21:00 I was served soup and told the bad news is dum biryani is not available anymore . But they continues to give dum biryani for online orders one of our friend came to restaurant for take away the have dum biryani to take away. At 21:39 I finished eating starter and left the restaurant. I had made an online reservation I don’t know why or how they took customer for granted . Even after waiting and paying 10 euros for parking returned home dissatisfied.

Authentic Indian food . The very first original Indian taste in Eindhoven, NL. We tried Macho soup, apolo fish fry, chicken lollipops and Dum Biryani . All of them are very good. Must visit.

We ordered catering for 40 people for the Great Indian Evening 2025 at Nobleo Tehcnologies and the food was a MEGA hit. Our audience was 80% dutch and Rasamayi made sure that they take care of our special requests. We were happy to see our audience taking 2nd and third servings throughout the evening. The Chicken Biryani was a MEGA MEGA hit.

This is hands down my favorite Indian restaurant! The food is honestly the bestest I’ve had — full of flavor, fresh, and absolutely satisfying every single time. Out of all the places I’ve tried, this is the one I keep coming back to the most. It never disappoints, and every visit feels completely worth it. Highly recommended if you’re looking for authentic, delicious Indian food!

I ordered tandoori malai paneer was better starter than main course the curry quantity was less and it was tasting like having garam masala we ordered cheese nd garlic naan cheese naan had no cheese no butter on it nd both naans were thin like khakhra. dissappointed

For take aways in Eindhoven restaurant: Beware of extra raitha which is very expensive here. They are even charging for packaging the extra raitha along with Briyani. Beware of any extra activities you do in their restaurant because everything cost you

Food was nice, the portions a little small. They charged us €2 for two plastic bins to take home the leftover food, a bit expensive and they didnt say this up front. It also took 45 mins for the food to arrive which is a bit much.

Beautiful interior, but the food is overpriced—even more than in Amsterdam. We waited 45 minutes for our order, and they charged a surprisingly high fee for plastic containers without informing us.

Their biryanis are very inconsistent in taste. Once you find them good, the next time you go it could really be disappointing! Some of the classic recipes are also not classic but quite different in taste and kind. For instance I ordered a chicken sweet corn soup, I was given some soup with chicken pieces which were basically chicken 65! (Photo attached )The whole soup tasted quite weird to be honest! So the only best buys would be the biryanis and also if the time is right!

I have been to Rasamayi before and felt the quality has gone down now. Chicken lollipop was tasty. Chicken lollipop wet, chilli chicken, chilli paneer were all over loaded with sauce and salty. Biriyani also quality has gone bad. Long waiting time as well!!

Had a pleasant dinner at Rasamayi. The food was good and the staff serving us were very kind. We tried the biriyani and lassi and both were fine. Different types of biriyani, indian main courses (both vegetarian and non vegetarian) are available too with specific Andhra options too. While the only downside in my personal opinion was that the portion was a bit less (compared to some other Indian restaurants I've tried), I would heartily recommend Rasamayi too.

I visited the restaurant on 4th April and ordered the Chicken Lollipop starter and Chicken 65 Biryani. The Chicken Lollipop was quite good, but I was disappointed with the Chicken 65 Biryani. The chicken pieces didn't taste fresh, and the overall flavor was off. I informed the waiter, who mentioned it might be because the biryani was prepared in batches earlier in the day. I requested to speak with the owner to give feedback, but was told they had already left since it was near closing time. Instead, the cook was called—but unfortunately, she seemed very tense and defensive. Rather than listening to the feedback, she immediately insisted the chicken was fresh and offered to show expiry dates, without addressing the actual issue with the taste. Despite trying to communicate politely, the response felt dismissive and argumentative. I paid the full bill and left. I had high expectations based on recommendations from friends, but personally had a disappointing experience with both the food quality and the service.

Great food! The owners are super friendly and they made changes to the amount of spice in the dishes to accommodate our group. I would come again

Best biryani ( in my case Veg😋) maker in Eindhoven

My hubby is a die hard fan of chicken biriyani and this is his all time favourite.The only thing he misses is salna, hope they could add this with the order. Rasmalai is also very good here!!

Good food and service, Manessh served us hot lime tea, which wasn't part of the menu. We are very happy with the food and service.

Biryani is good, I was expecting some nuts inside, was only rice and chicken with spices. We choosed medium spicy was still so spicy, tho, so I recommend to say lower medium spicy. Chicken lollipop was also good again spicy, it was even more spicy than biryani. Was good experience. Mango drink was good too- could be bigger. Total we spend 32 euro, could be less) or bigger portion.

If you want to try Classy Indian Food then it’s Rasamayi Foods . Rasamayi brand is well established restaurant chain in Eindhoven. They are well aware of the guest’s taste buds also even flexible for the customisation of the spice level . They are located at a vibrant food street near the centrum with view of Dommel River . We have tried most of the Menu items but always they maintain the Quality and Quantity. Tandoor dishes , North Indian Curries ,South Indian Dishes and South Indian Breakfast. Also expect good seasonal Dishes ( wiz Haleem ) and new menu each quarter of the year. Kudos to Tulasi and Syam for taking care of guests!

We ate Paneer butter masala , naan, biryanis. It was one of the worse quality. Naan roti was very roasted with black colour, gobi Manchurian was very much salty.

The food was amazing! Very good portion! The laci mango drink was a 6/10, wouldn’t recommend. Otherwise the butter chicken is a 10/10! The service however is not that great, the people there are slow and it was quite disappointing.

I hope the kitchen is cleaner than the toilet. The food is ok, but its over salted and the naan is drenched in oil. The server was strange

I’ve eaten here in person twice now and I hope the owners can improve the cleanliness of the bathroom, put some music on to improve the atmosphere, and improve the quality of the service (basic prompting for orders and more frequent visits to the table). As for the food: please offer smaller water bottle portions for individuals, add less salt to the food (according to 8 people ordering various dishes), and add significantly less garlic to the garlic naan 😬

You can get a board game to play by the time they deliver. Expect 45mins to 1hour waiting after you have ordered the food

Legendary cauliflower. If you don't have strong negative feelings about cauliflower, you will have strong positive feelings about cauliflower after eating the gobi 65. (Or gobi manchurian if you like it spicy) Get the gobi

I have tried a few indian restaurants in Eindhoven and this is still my favorite. Not too expensive, the curries are so tasty, but if you are inexperienced with spice I'd recommend to ask them to make it less spicy. Service is good and polite, atmosphere in the restaurant is very chill. All in all would recommend!

Good place for enjoying Indian Food

We ordered food here yesterday for €52. What we received was so little that we decided to call and express our dissatisfaction. On the phone I was dismissed as if I was a moron and that this was normal. Then decided to return the food. What happened next was absurd, after once again expressing my dissatisfaction and asking for my money back, I was ignored. This aroused anger in me and I made this clear by raising my voice. Then she wanted me to leave the restaurant. I said that I would only do this if I got my money back. She then called the police. The police arrived with 3 cars and 6 officers. Because the owner had said on the phone that I would have thrown things and broken everything. Which is obviously not the case. Final score, money back. Never again stealing from this, for me, the most worthless Indian restaurant in existence. Be warned!

A little slow on taking and delivering orders! Authentic Indian food

The food was amazing and the quantity was okay.We were with a big group of people and they mixed up the orders and also when half of the food was on the table the other half took so long to arrive and by the time all the food was on the table some of it was already cold but I think it was mostly because there was only one person doing all the service such as taking the orders, serving and clearing the tables.

One of the best authentic Biriyani's in town. My favourite are Chicken 65 Biriyani and Gongura Chicken!

Usually very good food they provide. But last Friday they have delivered rotten Kalai Panneer, leads to heavy food poinsoning. This is dangerous.

I ordered 2 Chicken 65 Biryani for takeaway from this hotel. Unfortunately, after reaching home and checking the food, I found that the masala at the bottom of the packaging was spoiled. Plan a day off to get served here.. a whole hour to get a biriyani.. It was me and 4 other customers in the whole restaurant. A delivery guy fell asleep waiting for delivery..

The worst Panner Butter Masala and Karahi Chicken I have had in my life. Also we ordered naan, they were basically Haldiram's frozen naan. They are really a disgrace to the Indian cuisine. I called the restaurant to provide feedback but he started acting all rude and misbehaving. Ended an evening with a very big disappointment. So avoid ordering from them.

We picked up food for 2 people. Very tasty food, not too spicy or salty and well flavoured. The butter chicken was quite well filled with more than enough sauce, but the fish curry consisted of 2 small pieces of fish with quite a lot of bones in enough sauce. I was a bit shocked by the price. I had seen a menu on the internet from 2 years ago on which these dishes were €8 and €10. These now cost €16 each! The samosas were also €2 per portion of 2. Now they cost €5! The price-quantity ratio tips the scales a bit towards expensive. So take a good look at the current menu for the current prices before ordering. And my request to the restaurant to remove the photos from the old menu. These are still on the website of the restaurant on the Leenderweg.

Great place for Andhra style Indian biryanis in Eindhoven. I really like the chicken dum or chicken 65 biryani. Other menu items are also fine mostly but the biryani is worth try. It comes with complimentary raita and salan.

I am a big Indian food lover and will never go back to this place. Waited 15 minutes for my take away menu. Didn’t get rice or naan with my curry and had tiny pieces of bone in my butter chicken. Biryani was mixed with white rice. The food doesn’t look good and doesn’t taste good. Waste of money.

Medium spicy isn't "medium" but spicy.

We choose sunday buffet deal.And to be honest we were surprised to see so many Delicious option over there.the food is amazing tasty. Their behaviour very good.And me and my friend already choose for future. Every month first week Sunday we are gonna try this Buffet Deal. I highly recommend everbody should try their food.🙂
