In a nice area, but in my opinion the fact that it is close to the Blue Bird doesn't help. Recommended, I found it very good.

I had a hutspot which was tasty but it only came with a single meatball which is a bit of a disgrace I though. Also had to wait a while before our order was taken.

Serveuses au top, supers jolies! Très bonne beuh! La bubble gum y est juste top! Bonnes boissons! Super architecture! Terrasse plein soleil sur la place! Je recommande à tous! Jamais déçue!

We visited on Christmas Day and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to the service rather than the food. From the start, the service felt careless. When pouring tap water, the waiter struck the wooden table loudly with the jug, creating an unpleasant noise in an otherwise calm setting. Later, the waiting time between courses became very long. When I politely asked whether we could move on to the next course, the waiter responded by telling me I should not ask such a question and that it was his role to decide when to proceed, which felt unnecessary and dismissive. Another uncomfortable moment occurred when my friend, who is new to the Netherlands, tried to get the waiter’s attention by waving her hand. While this may not follow local etiquette, the waiter corrected her bluntly, saying that in the Netherlands one should not do this. The way it was communicated made her feel embarrassed rather than guided. It is the second time to post this review because the first one was hidden by Google.
