Unfortunately, our experience at this establishment was not pleasant. The man who helped us was very rude and clearly grumpy. We felt unwelcome, which negatively impacted the entire experience.

As always, delicious fries, good service

You have to eat here in a hurry. We haven't even been sitting for half an hour, and they've already come back three times to clear the table. When you enter, the seating area is blocked off with tables. It's not a pretty sight, but imagine someone sitting down for a moment without ordering... or wanting to put their things down first. If you want to use the restroom first and then order, you're immediately confronted about not being able to use the restroom without a drink. These people are really cheap. They're doing a good job, but they're so cheap.

Closed on Sundays, no mention of this on the website. And there's nothing on the door either. Unfortunately, I drove here for nothing.

The staff is incredibly stressed. Without even asking if you're finished, the table is cleared right in front of you. If you're stuck in the elevator, you're yelled at like a little child. They don't even ask why. They immediately tell you, that's why the sign clearly says "hold down the button." I saw that too, but my finger cramped and switched it with my thumb. Your disabled mother is waiting with her walker to use the restroom, and a staff member lets someone else who was behind her go first. How can that be? No, bad service and customer unfriendly for us, so never again.

Delicious food. The hamburger was great and the croquette sandwich was also great.

The fries are delicious, the stew is less so. Customer service isn't great either.

The food is good, excellent quality, whether you want a quick fries or an extensive meal, you've come to the right place. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, centrally located in the city, fast and good service, cozy atmosphere inside. Easily wheelchair accessible, lift available so you can go upstairs to the accessible toilet. All well organised. All in all a great thing!

Been coming here since I was a teenager. Always delicious fries. The people are still very hospitable. The burgers are highly recommended.

A bit pricey for what you get, inconvenient to order. And of course that corona route table is ridiculous that it is still there.

Zeer goede kwalitaria. Ik kom hier al vanaf jonge leeftijd en ben altijd zeer tevreden! Ze hebben een uitgebreid menu met veel keuze, ontzettend vriendelijk personeel en er hangt een gezellige sfeer. In de zomer hebben ze ook een mooi buiten terras. Top: De loaded Fries zijn zeker een aanrader!

Just ordered food there, what an arrogant lady behind the cash register. everything was bad and in the end you come home with the order and we are also missing a can for dessert. Never again for me.

A stew sandwich is simply a roll that you have to dip into the stew yourself. Not worth it, besides the meat tastes like it came from a can. walk 10 meters further to Bakker Bart or Bufkes and you will get a delicious sandwich.

As a customer, the atmosphere did not feel pleasant and as a customer I think this behavior is unacceptable. Because we had just bought something twice. Would rather not come here anymore because colleagues and customers are not treated with respect.

Half 11 een uitsmijter van de chef besteld, deze met veel plezier opgegeten. Was lang geleden dat ik zo'n goeie uitsmijter gehad heb.

In al die 26 jaren was deze uitsmijten een pareltje van de bodem. Geen geld voor zo overheerlijke uitsmijten
