Honestly, the best Chinese restaurant in the area. But this also leads to the arrogance of not honoring agreements. Nothing to complain about the food; it's delicious and you get more than enough. However, if you order by phone early in the afternoon to pick up in the evening, I do expect it to be ready (reasonably) on time. Even if it's incredibly busy. A little overtime is okay, but an hour is unacceptable. (This has happened several times now, so I'm not complaining about a one-off incident.) Unfortunately, there are no apologies or offers of drinks. So, 5 stars for the food and 2 for the service.

Chinese-Indonesian rice table for 8 people. Super tasty and varied dishes. More than enough for everyone. Really enjoyed it! Highly recommended!!

Delicious Chinese food here! Friendly service, and it was ready right on time. We live an hour away, but after eating here once with family, we really wanted to get takeout from this Chinese restaurant again. I think that speaks volumes.

Alright, quick take on the Chinese Specialiteiten: Cozy atmosphere, delicious crispy fried banana, and a comforting menu for refreshments. My family enjoyed the dishes but the special fried rice was TOP. Friendly service, good beers and highly recommended. Solid 5 stars – we'll be back!

We ordered a Chinese-Indian rice table. There is nothing to complain about the food, this is one of the better in the area. But the wait is absurd. Finished almost an hour later than agreed and all that time they kept us waiting without saying anything or offering anything. Only grumbling people in the waiting area and no excuses when leaving. Really sad, because many older people wait without comment, you could see the annoyance. Read that I'm not the only one complaining about the waiting time, apparently it has been like this for quite some time. And with 6 occupied tables in the restaurant, how can you not manage this?

Food ordered before 4:50 PM was ready when we went to get it. Monthly menu is more than sufficient for 3 people. Everything tasted good. So highly recommended.

It's getting worse here. Then you call at 4:45 PM to place an order, and they say that your food can be picked up at 7:15 PM! Then something goes wrong in your store.

In recent years you knew that if you ordered by telephone, you still had to wait a while (sometimes up to 45 minutes) after the agreed time before the order was ready. I have the impression that that problem has been solved a few months ago. People who ordered by phone no longer had to wait long and often it was already there ready before they came in. I didn't order by phone and despite many takeaway customers I only had to wait 25 minutes. Good progress!! The food is still delicious.

We had dinner here at Christmas with 14 people It really was so atmospheric, no napkins, no tablecloth, just a dark brown table top and this was terrible at Christmas Furthermore, 4 bowls for 14 people was also far too little, I only had rice for the main course After we said it, we did get a discount But it was so little also the food, even the snacks in the starter No, don't go here, especially not at Christmas, very unpleasant atmosphere

Long waiting times for collection...

“Have we been fooled (again)?” Stopped here a few years ago to get takeout. Then drive a little further to Kota Radja in the city; Friendly people, great food, and ready on time. But unfortunately they were closed on Sunday 29 December. Called Stiphout at 1730, we could pick up at 1930 (only, they said themselves). Children and guests were kept “satisfied” with a chippie. We finally got our order at 8:25 PM! And we weren't the only ones... Furthermore, the old song; the owner still abuses the staff, the young employees discuss everything in public, evasive answers to questions, senior staff who then let the juniors go for a swim, etc., etc.. Anyway, let's be honest, we should have known. . However, this was definitely the last time we stayed here. Oh yes, and some sincere advice to those nice young guys who work there; Go find another part-time job where you don't have to deal with all this hassle. There is plenty of fun to do!

Never again . Had to wait 2 hours for pick up. And not even a drink was offered. THIS IS TOO TERRIBLE!!!

2nd Christmas Eve, ordered well in advance, called to see if it would be ready on time, yes, come pick it up, had to wait 1.5 hours, incomprehensible

Placed order on December 23 at 12 noon, picked up order on December 26 at 6.30 pm. This was the last time, after an hour and a half it was still not my turn. If I had been there I would have thrown the Chinese through the place.

My husband and I travelled from Veghel to Helmond, just to enjoy the Teppanyaki at this lovely restaurant 😋 (not our first time). It was very busy, and we didn't mind waiting a bit. The owners were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The food was really divine! Drinks and desserts were absolutely great! If you want to enjoy a relaxed evening out with a beautiful ambiance and great food, try this restaurant! Thanks to the owners and staff for making our evening so special 😊 😀 🥰. Highly recommended! What bad service, if you order food before 5:45 p.m., your children get there, they say 6:45 p.m., then they ignore you and start helping others. Heard good things about food but unfortunately will never know. Don't go there again, it's not worth it

We ordered at a quarter past six. Wasn't ready. Everyone inside was literally complaining that nothing was ready at the agreed time. I've never tried it before, but after this I'll never go there again.

Placed order by telephone yesterday afternoon. It was supposed to be ready at 7 p.m., but I still had to wait at the Chinese for 1 hour. So it wasn't ready until 8 p.m. Something is going wrong with the planning. When we got home, the satay was missing and the soup was small instead of large. Very bad service. Last time I come there.

I recommend not eating here if you have allergies. They could not accommodate us to place 1 dish on another plate, so I could not eat 4 dishes at the Chinese - Indonesian rice table due to cross-contamination. "There is cucumber in between as a barrier" and I could grab it from the outside edge, they said. I didn't take the risk, I thought that was a strange intention. It was also said that "the kitchen cannot serve 1 dish separately, which is difficult for the kitchen and the layout of the plates". Pity.

Super tasty! Nice place, good service, always friendly and not too expensive. Delicious food, we had pan satay but everything there is delicious. Pan dinner is also recommended, but make sure you reserve in advance, as it will fill the evening.

Please note if you order in advance! It repeatedly turned out that it would not be ready until much later than previously promised. So if they say it will be ready at seven o'clock, it could easily be half an hour later. I am done. May 2024. Tried again but same story. Half an hour after the agreed time still nothing. The entire queue appears to have been waiting for half an hour. Worthless.

The quality of the food is very good. But they don't see us there anymore. This concerns collection. If you call at 4:00 PM with an order, you will be told that it will not be ready until 6:30 PM. If you get there at 6:30 PM, you still have to wait 45 minutes until it's ready. This is not a one-off but arranged. We have therefore decided to go a little further away to Kota Radja, where your food will be ready at the agreed time.

Come and have dinner with the family on Boxing Day. We sat 3.5. There we got a meager starter and a Chinese rice table. We had to wait a very long time for drinks and dessert also took so long that we went earlier. What was intended to be a pleasant, carefree evening turned out to be a lot of frustration and impatient children. SHAME

When picking up after ordering, wait 3 days beforehand, a really long wait, half to a whole hour. Very bad service, I won't go again.

Normaal halen we altijd af. Nu voor de eerste keer in het restaurant gegeten. We hadden voor 5 mensen chinees/indisch buffet besteld; we kregen voor 10! Lekker en véél. Beste 'Chinees' van Helmond!

Het eten was een Chinees Indische rijsttafel. Nou heb ik wel vaker (echt) Chinees gegeten en (traditioneel) Indisch, maar dit hangt er een beetje tegenaan en is geen hoogstandje van de keuken. Het eten is oké, de bediening uiterst zorgvuldig, snel en beleefd en de aankleding van de gerechten erg mooi in elkaar gezet: dat zouden ze ook wel eens met het interieur mogen doen want het restaurant straalt niks prettigs of luxe uit. Kale tent als je om je heen kijkt, de toiletten (misschien toevallig?) bijzonder onfris...al met al, ik denk vergane glorie.

Heerlijke chinees! Alleen echt heel erg jammer van de wachttijden. Als je besteld moet je vaak nog wel 30 min - 1 uur wachten. Of ze nemen te veel bestellingen aan of er is gewoon personeelstekort in de keuken.

25 jaar vaste klant geweest. Gisteren voor ons de laatste keer. Ja, het eten is goed. Er is personeelstekort. Dus je moet anderhalf uur wachten na je telefonische bestelling. Dat zeggen ze niet aan de telefoon, dan zeggen ze 45 min. Dan kom je daar en moet je alsnog 45 min. Wachten. Op een doordeweekse dag. Al de derde keer zo. En al een hele tijd. Ze doen er niks aan. We gaan naar een andere chinees voortaan.

Eten is geweldig , wachttijden zijn waardeloos en het interesseert ze ook niks want de klacht blijft terug komen , vooraf bestellen heeft geen nut duurt bij aankomst nog vaak een uur , de volgende keer betaal ik pas als t klaar is , moet ik langer wachten ben ik weg , hier echt geen zin meer in want jullie laten t de kinderen oplossen die daar staan te werken

Kom er al jaren. Het beste chinees restaurant in de omgeving. In de weekenden is het altijd erg druk met afhalen en soms moet je ook wat langer Wachten.. vooral in de spitsuren maar het is de moeite waard.

Heerlijk gegeten, goede product kennis en super vriendelijke bediening. Hier gaan we zeker vaker naartoe

Altijd lang wachten. Ik moet gewoon van te voren even bellen. Het verschil tussen 1-2 en 3-4 personen rijsttafel is te klein, lijkt alleen in de kroepoek te zitten.

Helaas was het een hele lange avond van 4 uur, omdat het lang duurde voordat de gerechten geserveerd werden Men bood excuses aan, omdat er nieuw personeel ingewerkt moest worden. Het eten was heerlijk, maar wij wachten met het herhaalbezoek totdat al het personeel is ingewerkt!

Heerlijk 5 gangendiner gehad! Erg netjes binnen en vriendelijk personeel. Eten op en top. Goede hoeveelheid en kwaliteit. Enige sjinees in de buurt waar je nog eens lekker kunt gaan tafelen.
