Cozy and clean terrace and polite service, though a bit distant, but I understand that, as the girl was still so young. Everything went quickly, and the beers and drinks were excellent. A neat little tray of delicious snacks. Excellent quality and piping hot. It's just a shame there was no sauce and the napkins were missing. But it's definitely worth stopping by if you're in Helden.

We've had delicious meals here many times before; the selection is diverse and everything is delicious. There's a separate kids' zone with a bouncy castle, so the kids will have a great time too.

As a customer, you're asked what to do by a young woman barely out of diapers. Thanks to the young man who politely and courteously helped us. None of our orders were correct. It wasn't made the way it should have been, so we simply wiped it with paper towels and dipped it back in the grease. Well, that's not a good way to make a greasy spring roll. We paid for our drinks and left the food. The "what to do" part was a bit much. Not recommended if you work in the hospitality industry and always maintain a polite and orderly attitude.

I had to wait in my car at the drive-through for over half an hour before my order was ready. It was supposed to be ready at 6:55 PM, so I was there two minutes before that time. It's a shame, because this isn't the first time, unfortunately... hence the review. The order was also incorrect. I ordered my own fries, but got thin ones.

We ordered food for take away for our family. At home we found very dark fries, which were likely fried multiple times. Some were brown and especially the thin fries were too hard. They also forgot a snack we payed for. Not a serious business if you fool your customers.

I understand it can be busy, but you should expect a little customer service. Because the sign displaying the pickup order numbers wasn't working for a long time, I drove to the pickup window and inquired. The young staff reacted very unfriendly. She claimed the sign was working. So I had to wait in the parking lot until the order was ready. When I picked up my order, I wasn't even looked at. The young staff literally just said the name of the person picking me up, and that was it—no "hi," no "please," no "enjoy your meal." My food was pushed into the car without any effort or friendliness. You feel more like a burden than a customer. It's a shame, because this kind of behavior really determines whether you'll want to return. So, not here anymore; this was the last time.

They call themselves Restaria Helden, but it's certainly not a Restaria. They don't have regular fries. How is that possible? This is Limburg, not Zeeland or something like that. If you order special fries, they're extremely expensive, but besides that, it's just crap. You get a bowl of onions, mayo, and curry on the side, not everything on top as it should be. In short, a place for Dutch people and tourists. Just don't go there...

Upon entering, we were initially pushed into a corner, even though there was more than enough space upstairs. Luckily, we were able to find another seat when people left. The price was a bit high for the amount you get. There were two adults and a four-year-old child. The food arrived quickly, which was a plus.

Ordered fries and goulash, which was excellent! I worked in the restaurant business with my father for 36 years. And what my godmother and I (who was born here) had was nothing special. Clean establishment!

Nettes Restaurant in Helden direkt neben der Kirche. Haben hier nur einen Zwischenstopp eingelegt und neben leckerem Eis auch die gute Getränkekarte genutzt. Alles sehr schnell am Tisch und lecker - insbesondere der Frozen Cappuccino mit dunkler Schokolade. Da auch die Speisekarte sehr gut aussah werden wir definitiv im Urlaub nochmal einkehren und ein Abendessen genießen. Bewertung folgt dann noch gesondert ;)

I ordered two strawberry sundaes a month ago. After 40 minutes, I asked for my money back. Yesterday, I tried again. I ordered the same thing. My wife had just finished hers. She's a slow eater! Mine didn't arrive until then. No apologies or anything in either case.

Would love to come back again. I think it can best be described as a luxury snack bar/bistro. Very extensive menu, with all tasty dishes. Could barely choose. Despite the crowds, we didn't have to wait long. What stood out are the large portions. Price-wise, we thought it was good value for money. It was full both inside and outside, but we were not forgotten. In any case, you can always place and pay for your order online, and they will then bring it to your table. Too bad there isn't such a tent in our hometown.

Like several reviews, we also had to wait more than an hour for our dessert! My wife and I just felt sorry for the girls at the service because they worked really hard.

Ordered a three-course menu with partner on a weekday. So it wasn't busy at all. First our order was forgotten, then we received the wrong order. After arriving we were not asked once if we wanted something to drink, we had to ask every time they passed us for the umpteenth time. It also took them a long time to realize that we had finished eating, so we finally asked if we could order dessert. Really lousy service. The soup beforehand was lukewarm and the kibbeling was those square cubes from a box from the supermarket; dry and tough. Chicken dish was nice and tender. Not worth repeating as far as we are concerned.

Long waiting times at the table from 5:45 PM to 6:45 PM, dessert requested at 7:15 PM, the ice cream still had to be made and the coffee had to be brewed. And that for a 3 course menu.

Excellent home-made fries. The bear snack here is nice and crispy.

We stopped there for a coffee, after sitting for 20 minutes still no coffee, went back inside and they said oooh we forgot the coffee. After we finished our coffee we went to another place for lunch. Staff is not as it should be.

The quality of the snacks and fries is very good, but the prices are not normal. Here every snack is 30 cents more expensive than average and regular fries are actually too small. I also know that you have to pay for the heating if you sit inside, but in the summer at 25 degrees.

Back again yesterday, Jesus what a difference 😳, 9 out of 10 service couldn't help but smile! so lethargic, too, the food. The salmon was tasty but for €22 with a lettuce leaf😳. Pulled pork sandwich was delicious! Beer wrong. Drinks at the price. Farmer's Snitzel from the fat, very hard and small, with (there comes extra sauce and mayo) also a lettuce leaf😳. Spare ribs €20, same with lettuce leaf and fries. Well, where we paid was a super sweet girl who understood. Some of the staff are really great, but most of them don't even see you walking around with heavy feet in your shoes, pfff, such a shame. Once again the 1st time was great! Now we won't be back, glad they took something off the bill. After all, it is not a restaurant. AND PLEASE DON'T SPRAY THOSE TABLES NEXT TO EATING PEOPLE, GOD.

Really not recommended. A big disappointment. The soup was cold, the pork tenderloin had a strange taste, and the dessert was nothing to write home about either. Bad operation. Had to wait a very long time for each course. It's cheap, but definitely not worth your money.

Had a delicious meal with my aunt. We both ordered a schnitzel. My 90 year old aunt has an Italian one with dried tomatoes and much more and I like the spicy version with jalapeño. Oh yes, the fries were also very tasty. Really great...and highly recommended

We had dinner in the restaurant at the beginning of June 2024 with 6 adults and 6 children. The staff were friendly and the food was great and came quickly since it wasn't full at the time. It is a more luxurious chip shop. With generally good food. They have various menus, vegetarian options are also good. Only the shawarma menus and such are really not tasty. Very salty and really not comparable to real shawarma. I haven't eaten much. But the rest had eaten well.

Pulled pork sandwich...delicious. Afterwards you will be very full. As a tip I gave them to use a serrated knife instead of a normal knife. Accepted with thanks.

Normally I never write a review right away, but this is really dramatic! When we arrived we waited for a long time and finally asked if we could order something. Ordered everything and then the drama started. A hamburger without tomato, a hamburger with tomato arrived. Ordered fries that you have to ask for and mayonnaise that you can also ask for yourself. The beer is a real drama before it hits the table, it is already broken, and the carbon dioxide is hard to find. Then if you want to order an ice cream, please ask again if you can order something. Then you order 3 ice creams and a beer and you get 2 ice creams, after which you politely ask where the other ice cream and beer are and the response was to a colleague, so you solve it. Finally received our 3rd ice cream and 2 beers to which I said we only had one oh yes sorry. In other words, people, save your money and go eat somewhere else where you have friendly staff :)

Enjoyed fries with a hamburger. However, when ordering the hamburger, the waiter asks whether it can be made into a "Menu". I then assume that this will benefit the customer. However, this turned out not to be the case. A satay fries with mayo was normally €4.95 (which is quite expensive) but with the "Menu" option it was a whopping €8.50!! (This excludes the hamburger, which was another €8.25) When asked what the "menu" added to the order, the answer was that you get lettuce with the fries. However, the sauces now have to be paid for separately, and a plain fries with lettuce suddenly costs €5.50.... Satay sauce €2 and the Mayo €1.- = 8.50 for a fries satay-mayo.... . !!!Ridiculous!!!! When asked, the staff admits that you will be scammed if you answer "YES" when ordering, and they make a menu out of it.... Then when asking for the excess money back, the owner comes and indicates that you should have read the menu better to see what a menu entails...... (Difficult if you haven't seen a map, for fries mayo with satay you don't need a card). Very unfriendly response, and the customer is apparently being milked in front of him! Too bad, considering the food was otherwise fine. Our family and entire family no longer go there....... We don't want to be treated so rudely!!! Good luck with improving the "menu" prices and customer service!

Unfortunately it took a very long time before the order was taken...more than half an hour. There was no point in walking to the employee. Then our order was forgotten....sat there for more than 2 hours. Were actually closing already, but had nothing yet. Never again....

Ordered food for over 100 euros. When we got home we missed 1 snack. 1 family bag of fries was barely fried, not quite raw. 3 cheese soufflés were almost black. Just sent an email but unfortunately no response. 2 stars because the rest was good.

Leuk hoor! Lekker eten, vlotte bediening en voor weinig geld.

Mooie upgrade snackbar. Zeg maar gerust restaurant. Service zeer goed. Personeel zeer vriendelijk. Uitstraling is goed verzorgd/schoon. Sfeer is goed. Eten ruime keus. Mag wel iets meer aandacht naar de kwaliteit van de kok. b.v. de friet was veel de lang gebakken/hard. Verder tevreden.

Alles was man sich von einer Fritjes Bude wünscht, ein Restaurant ist es allerdings nicht, dafür gleicht die Atmosphäre eher einer Kantine. Ich denke 90% aller Lebensmittel kommen aus dem Gefrierschrank. Für den Imbiss nebenbei eine top Adresse.

Na lange tijd weer geweest omdat de andere friettent dicht was. Tot mijn verrassing hebben ze weer eigen geschilde frietjes. Deze zijn heerlijk ! Misschien toch maar weer eens vaker daar komen.

Heerlijk gegeten! Broodje Restaria kip is een aanrader.

Prima voor met jongere kinderen te tafelen dankzij het springkasteel, en ook kwaliteitsvol eten voor een correcte prijs.
