A lovely restaurant with friendly service, and your food is served on a plate or wooden board when you sit inside. I have a similar restaurant concept with another franchise in my neighborhood, and it can't compare to this one. The chicken satay menu, burgers, and loaded fries were well received. The nasi menu on someone else's table also looked very appetizing.

Simple but good food and a nice beer selection. From the front, it looks like a regular cafeteria, but inside there's plenty of space to enjoy a quiet meal.

At the recommendation of Geert Loijen of Het Zuilen Kabinet, we went for a bite to eat here after our pleasant conversation. And honestly... he knows what he's talking about 😉 I enjoyed a large, delicious patat oorlog (French fries with onion) and a Coke. Meanwhile, I had a relaxed chat with the owner about Weert, street art, and photography. My advice to you, if you're in Weert and have enjoyed the beautiful street art, is to definitely grab a bite to eat at Restaria Jaco. Ate here from France on the way to North Holland. Due to a daughter with celiac disease (intolerance to gluten) we ended up here (found on a forum) and it is highly recommended! Along the highway you can often only find a McDonalds where our daughter can only eat the fries. This cafeteria is just a few minutes from the highway and a real breath of fresh air. Nice atmosphere, clean, friendly staff and a lot to offer. Lots of gluten free snacks, too much choice. As a family we ordered 2 plates (pork tenderloin, spicy chicken) and 3 children's menus (2 of which were general) with ice cream. We had a delicious meal and paid €55. So much value for money and a real tip for next time. We would love to drive a few minutes away on our next holiday! Thank you for this wonderful end to our holiday.

Very small portions. Regular or large fries hardly make a difference. I had to split my fries among the children because they didn't have enough, and I left hungry myself. And last time was exactly the same. What you get is good quality, the taste is excellent. But just not enough for the money. I'm making a sandwich right now.

An adult behind the counter could help with the chaos and hygiene... teenagers wiping their noses with their hands and then taking your order.

Very good location - was no problem to get a reservation for 10 people. The meal and burgers were perfect and tasted very good. Here you can say price you pay / you get what you want. Thats why i gave 5 stars!

I lived in Weert for 9 years and people always said you should really go to Jaco, they have really good dishes. We left deeply disappointed. The fries were fried too short and were already cold in front of us after 2 minutes. Prawn crackers were from 2 days ago (nice and chewy), mayonnaise was requested, but after dinner we still had fries without mayonnaise... Servers almost dropped the tray and all 10 people walked around like headless chickens. They won't see us here again!

Was quite disappointing. Fries without salt and the frikandel and goulash croquette also had little taste. There were at least 8 staff walking around, but they didn't notice when you entered.

I first came there because I read that they have gluten-free snacks. Which were delicious by the way, a meat croquette and a vegetable croquette. Unfortunately they forgot the drinks, so asked about it. They also came to deliver it shortly afterwards, when we paid we received the drinks from the company. Very neat. The staff was a bit rushed, so I think they forgot the drinks. But I also have to say, it was quite busy with takeout. But I will definitely come back for the gluten-free snacks.

Previously, I regularly visited Jaco in the cafeteria. The food was fine again. Unfortunately, something went wrong during checkout. The prices of the 3 course menu are not correct. The card says 17.95 while you have to pay 19.95. If you say something about it, you will be looked at strangely by almost the entire staff. Understand that it is a bit busier during carnival. But if you eat for over 100 euros, I really expect the staff to treat you normally. Unfortunately this was the last time we stayed here. Because I want to be treated like a normal person.

The food was good and the service was nice

I read below from someone that they were given a different way of pre-baking. Give us the same, but the old way really didn't appeal to this. Tried again today after two weeks, but no more jaco for us. It's a shame that the old style fries are no longer available.

The fries have been like potato chips for a few weeks now. It seems like a lot of salt. Frikandels have an aftertaste that is absolutely unpleasant. We loved coming here last year, but we don't have to anymore.

We just dropped in for a quick bite during our motorcycle ride, but the enormous selection made it a great meal! the service was very friendly and fast and everything looked neat and cozy. I had a Mexicano burger that was incredibly delicious! I'm already looking forward to the next time we're in the Weert area again... if I can complain, but that's a matter of taste, thick fries would be even tastier 😬

Beautiful high tables and high chairs so you have a beautiful view of the place I simply had a special fries and a special frikadel... but you can also eat a delicious menu with a cold drink and they even serve special beer such as Texel beer.
