The olive oil semifreddo... they can give me a whole container of it, SO good. The waitresses were nice. It was very noisy, though; we were seated next to a large group, which wasn't great.

Terecht op nummer 1 Wat een feestje. We waren met vieren en kozen alle vier het verrassing menu. 2 gingen voor het voor- en hoofdgerecht. De andere 2 voor het hoofd- en nagerecht. We werden verrast met een amuse om te beginnen en stokbrood met smeersel. De gerechten zagen er allen geweldig uit en smaakten nog beter. Ook de koffie achteraf met een koffie kaatje was erg lekker. Kortom : genoten!

heerlijk gegeten met mijn schoonzusje. Alles was goed verzorgd en de bediening was erg vriendelijk. De kaart heeft genoeg keus en t smaakte prime. Meer dan tevreden wij komen zeker terug.

Tijdens een dagreis in Weert kwamen we hier bijna te laat voor een lunch. Op de kaart staat tot 15.00u maar om 14.50u was het geen probleem en heerlijk geluncht. Mijn vrouw was heel tevreden over de salade oosterse kip. Lekkere gekruide kipstukjes met noten, zoetzure groenten en fruit. Ikzelf heb zelden ( na bijna 600 recensies) zo een lekkere omelet met verschillende groenten gehad. Door de omelet zat prima doordrenkt gewokte groenten met brie, spek en paddenstoelen. Elke hap was jammie. Het waldkornbrood was oké.

In the middle of the Michelin frenzy, we decided on Saturday April 29 to leave the stars (also well deserved in Weert) for what they are and to repeat at Gruuëts. It turned out to be another evening of enjoyment. I'm not going to post photos or quote dishes, because personally we think that puts some kind of claim on the chef. Just give the chef the choice and everything will be fine. What we would like to highlight is the perfect service and the wonderfully informal and quiet atmosphere. This brasserie is one of the top in Weert, regardless of ratings by tire manufacturers.

Voor de eerste keer bij Gruüets gegeten. Smaakte erg lekker, mooie porties. Lekkere salade en friet erbij. Eén van ons eet gluten-vrij en hier konden ze daar perfect rekening meehouden. Bediening was erg kundig en gaf goede adviezen en uitleg over de glutenvrije gerechten. Dat maak je niet altijd zo mee, complimenten daarvoor. Leuke ambiance in het restaurant.

The service was really good, the food was served within minutes after ordering and was still hot. The menu has a good amount of options, everything we tried was a 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend.

Afgelopen zaterdag, 15 juni 2024, hier met het hele gezin en aanhang (7 personen) heeeeeerlijk gegeten in een fijne en rustige ambiance die men o.a. creëert door voldoende ruimte tussen de tafels aan te houden en een fijne bediening door 2 jonge maar ervaren dames die van wanten weten. De menukaart is niet al te uitgebreid maar wordt gepresenteerd tegen redelijke prijzen voor het gebodene en, biedt toch voor elk wat wils. Leuk verrassingsmenu. Mooie kleine gerechtjes met een lokaal karakter. Zou toekomstig een stap kunnen maken door de hoofdgerechten zonder friet, maar elk met een eigen bijlage te ontwikkelen. Al met al, wel heerlijk eten.

Last Friday, I celebrated my birthday at Gruuëts with my wife. . . In one word: SUPER! As a starter Salmon & Pearl Paste, main course Fish dish á la Gruuëts and a dessert of a delicious cappuccino with a delicious Remy Martin French cognac! A real pleasure. And all this with a hospitable welcome, customer-friendly and knowledgeable service in a cozy restaurant with a casual atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Today, May 4, 2024, we had a delicious meal at Gruuëts with 6 people. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was great. Nice thing. Nice service. At the request of the owner, two minutes of silence were observed at 8 p.m. All guests cooperated. Impressive. Great night. We will definitely go back.

Cozy cozy restaurant with beautiful furnishings/accessories. Neat toilets. The food is delicious and the menu varied. The service is very friendly. The restaurant was completely full and the two young ladies serving had everything under control, which was wonderful to see. All in all highly recommended. Reservations are recommended.

Good food, but the atmosphere is mediocre. The whole thing resembles a decorated canteen. The steak was fine, although not super tender, but the plate was not sufficiently preheated. Operated by 2 ladies; a very friendly self-employed woman and a somewhat stiff lady. Definitely worth a new visit, perhaps with more stars.

After a long time, we had lunch at Gruuëts again, and it was great again. A beautifully presented and well-dressed dish and great service.

This brasserie is worth 5 stars in all areas. Both in terms of the quality of the dishes and the service. And price/quality is also very good. We had starter, main course and dessert with wine and beers and paid about 65 euros per person. Highly recommended.

Friendly service and food nothing special. The grilled vegetables were ice cold, the cheese croquette was covered in a layer of oil. Salads otherwise fine, but no exciting flavors.

Both lunch and a four-course dinner were a deception. There are better alternatives in Weert and they are often cheaper. Look further!

My daughters offered me high tea. Nice with the three of us. This was a soup, 2 cold starters, 2 hot dishes and 1 dessert and tea, it was super tasty, 6 courses and all a picture in terms of layout, to which a lot of attention had been paid. Definitely come back here again. Chao for the kitchen 👌

We had high tea here. The food served was tasty, but for 23 euros per person it could have been a bit more extensive. The last warm dish was really not good, a sandwich with bolognese sauce should not be served anymore. Had to ask for hot water regularly. I had a pleasant afternoon with my daughters-in-law, but I think we will choose a different location next time.

Service very poor, friendly but not instructed. After eating people ask if you enjoyed it??? If people then indicate that the food was good and tasty on certain points and that on some points it needs more depth and improvement, you get a blunt answer: "That's a shame!"... Apparently the customer is not their customer for the service. sandwich...Missed opportunity...
