**A delicious lunch in a unique location** What a charming old café – reportedly the oldest in the Netherlands! We enjoyed a charming lunch tiered stand for two, beautifully presented and prepared with great care. Everything was perfect: the flavors, the presentation, and the hospitality. The terrace is highly recommended, right in the center of Nederweert yet wonderfully peaceful. The details also stood out: an espresso served with whipped cream, a liqueur in a separate glass, and a glass of water – just as it should be. We will definitely be back!

Big dissapointment. Unfriendly service from the owner. (Teenage girls was no problem.) But biggest complaint: they changed our order without consulation. They only informed us when the dish was already served. When i asked her why no consulation before she said the chef already fininshed it. We should have gotten the tender diamond beef but now we got some very chewy backmeat. And we did not like it. After complaint about this we got offered fish (with a very long face and no apologies). When i asked if we would get new fries (because we had to wait again for our dish 30 min) i got a remarkt from the same female owner person that she thought i was rather unfriendly. But i would get new fries. I can go in detail much more about this evening but i already wasted too much time on this dissapointment. Food was soso by the way. Never again

We enjoyed a three-course meal through a social deal. It was a delicious meal that was beautifully presented at the table. We will definitely be back.

Enjoyed a delicious lunch with a wow deal. It was definitely worth it; we sat outside on the terrace in the sunshine.

Heerlijke appeltaart, een aanrader en echt goeie koffie met extraatje. Top! En...vriendelijke bediening, ook heel belangrijk.

Rein zufällig sind wir in diesem zauberhaften Lokal gelandet, weil wir einen Workshop in der Nähe besucht haben. Das Interieur ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sobald man durch die Tür tritt, fühlt man sich wohl. Der Service ist hervorragend und das Essen ist es auch. Wir haben uns für ein dreigängiges Überraschungsabendessen und haben es nicht bereut. Es war alles hervorragend abgeschmeckt, die Portionen ausreichend und für das Auge schön angerichtet. Unbedingte Empfehlung an alle. Lasst euch mal überraschen, was der Küchenchef zaubert.

Merry Christmas Eve, had a great meal at Siem's, good buffet, excellent price-quality ratio

We had a social deal, and the soup was okay. We weren't asked if we wanted medium rare or anything. The meat was red on the inside and incredibly tough and burnt on the outside. The fat was hard and chewy, impossible to remove. It had absolutely no taste. And then the service was terrible, and they snapped at us for not reporting it sooner. No apology whatsoever. Never again.

Net als 3 weken geleden opnieuw genoten van een perfecte chateaubriand. Siem koffie na, leuke verrassing. Heerlijk! !

We have been there several times and always had a good meal, but the last time the main course was far below par. The meat was burnt and had no taste. People wanted to recover, but that is difficult for the rest of our group. Shame

After a long day in Roermond. Delicious food in your restaurant. Food great. Service top notch. Atmosphere top. Unfortunately it is a bit far from where I live otherwise I would have become a regular customer.

We hebben met 8 personen heerlijk gegeten, in de gezellige serre , aan de voet vande kerktoren. Er is veel keuze op de kaart. Menu's, a la card, vis, vlees. Vriendelijke eigenaren, waardoor we ons zeer op ons gemak voelden. Echt een aanrader.

Very nice place in the center. Good food and drinks, great service, easy parking nearby. Definitely recommended.

I come there with my partner, especially after a walk, to have a drink. Although the lunch is also very good, including gluten-free. Cozy atmosphere inside and outside. Friendly people, staff and what's so nice is that they actually already know what we always choose, although now with the slightly higher temperature it is sometimes an iced coffee instead of a latte machiatto.

Delicious food, the surprise menu is highly recommended. Nice terrace too! Both dinner and lunch are always well prepared here and the flavors are always excellent. We like to eat here with friends and family.

We hadden als Solex oldtimer club onze jaarlijkse aspergerit, we doen dit al geruime tijd en ongeveer 12 jaar geleden hebben we ook bij Bi-j Siem asperges gegeten. Vandaar dat de asperge rit 2024, weer bij Bi-j Siem heeft plaatsgevonden. Ik schrijf nu deze review om aan te geven dat zowel de asperge soep en het asperge gerecht voortreffelijk waren. Niemand van de 21 pers. had kritiek ...!! Kwalitatief was het 100% .... 1 gr. Thierry van Iperen namens Solex club Maarheeze.

. 1 small coffee cup of soup, 2 bitterballen per person. 2 slices of baguette, 1 very small roll, 4 types of salads in mini containers, 3 sweet tomatoes, 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of cheese, 1 slice of salmon, 1 slice of brie, 1 slice of raw ham, 1 tub of butter. Lots of toppings, but eaten out of hand. Way too little bread. AND THE CAP ON THE FIRE ARROW 3.75 FOR A BEER. 27 euros for 2 persons excl. Booze is too much. Not for us anymore

Wonderfully received. We asked the boss if he had Limburg vlaai, to which he said no, it's gone. But I'll call the bakery to see if he still has it. I still had them and the boss said I would come and get them right away. Now that's really great service. Chapo for this cafe restaurant.

Was erg gezellig en bediening was perfect! Voor herhaling vatbaar! De inrichting was verrassend gezellig en nostalgisch. Was teen thuiskomen bij Siem.

Lekker gegeten. Vriendelijk personeel. Fijne tijd tot het eten gereserveerd werd 🤍 Niet te lang, niet te kort. Leuke inrichting. Tafeltjes mochten evt. Ietsjes verder uit elkaar maar niet erg storend hoor ;)

Prima sfeer (fijn en informeel) en goed eten en drinken! Onze groep van 8 hadden veel verschillende verrassing's menu's maar alles werd prima en lekker geserveerd.

Als afsluiting van ons overleg over Normandy 80 heerlijk gegeten. Leuke mensen en enthousiaste bediening. Echt genoten tegen een prima prijs. Leuke locatie. Kortom een echte aanbeveling

Wat een mooie zaak. Heerlijk knus gevoel wat erg fijn is is dat de tafeltjes ruim staan opgesteld en dat je hierdoor je eigen privacy hebt. Het eten was heerlijk bij de bavette zaten heerlijke groenten . Ook de pasta met spek was verukkelijk.. Wij komen terug en zullen het zeker aanraden.

Heerlijk gegeten met z'n zevenen inclusief een rolstoeler. Niks was onmogelijk om het passend te maken. Lekker eten op de kaart en een gemoedelijke sfeer!

Op de terugweg van Almere richting Maastricht hier per ongeluk beland. Hele vriendelijke en goede bediening en super lekkere Mosselen gegeten. Gestoomd en niet in 1l water met een scheutje wijn. Top 👌🏻

Siem is ouderwets GOED! De sfeer en de producten ja zelfs de prijzen zijn uit een ver verleden .... gewoon prima en lekker ! Ga in de zomer maar eens langs en neem een plaatsje op het terras en je weet wat ik bedoel.

Heerlijke avond gehad in een zeer mooie en gastvrije omgeving. Het aspergemenue is sterren waardig.

Als voorgerecht de gamba's genomen, wat een heel ander gerecht was dan wat ik voor ogen had. Smaakte achteraf wel goed, een aangename verrassing dus. Als hoofdgerecht de vegetarische pasta genomen. Top keuze geweest! Alles leek me vers en het vulde behoorlijk. Locatie zelf is heel leuk, bediening was goed. Al met al een prima plek om wat te eten.
