Fantastic! We had a delicious meal. What attentive service! We celebrated our wedding anniversary and even got drinks on the house. It's not just about the drinks, but about the contact and attention for your customers. The price-quality ratio is excellent. We will definitely go back again!

Delicious lunch platter for two people, including spare ribs, steak, fries and carpaccio. Tasted very good.

Had a petit spare ribs sandwich, my husband had a 'normal' spare ribs sandwich and a portion of fries. This really was the tastiest sparerib sandwich I have ever eaten anywhere. Portions were very large, we both couldn't finish it, the sandwiches were generously filled. Service excellent, friendly and smooth. We will definitely come back here, highly recommended!

The food was good. However, the service left much to be desired: 1. Ask for a carafe of water. This is not possible because the carafes are gone. 2. Someone at our table orders red wine for dinner. He had had white wine beforehand. The waitress wants to pour the red wine into the glass that contained the white wine. 3. We order extra fries. This comes very late, when we have already finished the main course. 4. An ice cream sundae is ordered for dessert. We are given coffee spoons to eat it. So even though the food was good, it was still a 3 based on price and service.

It was incredibly tasty! People with knowledge of the profession work here! What a welcome surprise!! Deliciously tender steak for a very good price. It's a shame we live so far away, but it is highly recommended! Tip, don't forget to make a reservation or you might be disappointed.

Atmosphere....It was very noisy in a small room. Couldn't talk to each other. We sat near the door. The door and outside door were always open. It was very cold. We closed the door 5 times. We asked for another place but it was all occupied. Food and dessert were delicious. The service was excellent. A small mistake was made up for with a free drink.

Just ordered a sparerib meat sandwich from Bruut. Friendly staff and come and pick it up right away. I've never had such a delicious sandwich! The sparerib meat was wonderfully tender and had a nice grilled taste to it. The aioli and coleslaw were less present and therefore not overpowering. The sandwich was nice and fresh and crispy and the sparerib meat was richly topped😁 Great lunch!

My husband and I had dinner here on Sunday evening, November 17. A beautiful restaurant in a former farm. Because it was my husband's birthday that day, we got a glass of Prosecco. We ordered steak and spare ribs. Served with red pepper, asparagus, fries, roseval potatoes, chicory with ham and cheese. Everything was SUPER tasty. Smoky flavor from the BBQ. The meat of the spare ribs was so tender that it fell right off the bone. The round steak with chimichurri also tasted delicious. The desserts, tiramisu and browni with ice cream were to die for. The service was welcoming and pleasant. Overall, REALLY recommended for a meal.

Delicious food! We were a bit late in making our reservations, but we were still able to stay. Beautiful building, it feels like a living room. Food was delicious and flavorful. Highly recommended!

I had ordered the tournedos but I was also curious about the spare ribs, this was noticed by the attentive service and I was soon told that a piece of spare ribs could be served with my dish. I have never eaten such delicious spare ribs in my life, and my god that BBQ taste of the meat and the tournedos that are perfectly cooked, the waiter's wine tip was a Rosso because it has a slightly smoky taste. SUPER! All in all a perfect evening, An asset to Roden! You will definitely see us again!

A really good hamburger and delicious spare ribs (perhaps the best I have eaten in a Dutch restaurant). They use charcoal and you can taste it; the smokiness is nice. The spareribs are super tasty and very tasty. The sauce they serve goes well with it. The meat is tender and falls off the bone easily, but still has a bite. The hamburger (bruutburger) was nice and juicy and the bun was airy. We received a friendly welcome and good service. Smooth and correct. Very good price-quality ratio! They serve crispy fries here! No mushy mess, but good firm and crispy robust/rustic fries/fries. Delicious! I found the onion rings boring and I doubt they were homemade. Not a disaster of course, but I wouldn't order them again. Quite an extensive wine list with some taste descriptions. I do miss some local special beer; that could be a nice addition.

This was really a ten out of ten! The Bruut 43 cocktail, the petit spare rib sandwiches and the truffle fries with parmesan cheese were to die for. We will definitely come back here!

It doesn't happen often that the waiter tells you "the kitchen would like to let you know that they are very happy with you" but it did happen here. Very nice! The reason turned out to be that we had asked if the steak could be as red as possible, and that is a wish that apparently does not happen often in Roden in Drenthe. The steak was also really good and tender enough for such redness. Was served with tasty chimichuri sauce. The spareribs are also perfect, but many have already said that here.

Had dinner at Bruut for the first time tonight, and certainly not the last time! Incredibly delicious food, super friendly staff and the people in the kitchen know what they are doing. We would love to come back here again!

Well where do I start... 1. The food here is phenomenal. You can taste the love and passion of the kitchen in everything you are served! 2. The staff is super friendly, nice and always has time for fun. Even a cocktail that wasn't on the menu is still made for you with all the love. In short: For the tastiest and most tender meat in Roden and the surrounding area, you should definitely visit here. The spareribs fall off the bone as soon as they are in front of you and the Ribeye is as tender as can be. Tasty and special beers on tap. And oh yes! They make all the cocktails themselves. (Something that many places nowadays come from standard wholesale bottles *blegh*.) We had super friendly staff all evening and afterwards the chef even came by to check and ask if everything had really been to taste. This is what you would like to see, taste and especially feel if you want to have a delicious meal somewhere for an evening. A big fat 10+ for restaurant Bruut in Roden!

We made a reservation here twice by telephone and upon arrival they did not have a table for us (both times), which was a shame. The staff working were helpful and very friendly.

We had a delicious meal at Bruut. Salmon tartare, beet carpaccio, spare ribs, burrata salad. Delicious creme brulee and bruuts dessert. Clearing the main course took a long time and there were noisy other visitors.

Cozy atmosphere, nice cheerful service, and above all very good food. We had the Bruut plank for 2, and everything was very tasty and very well prepared. From the barbecued asparagus to the salmon with perfect crust, to the delicious potatoes and the beautiful rib-eye: all top. Also very reasonably priced for what you get in return. Today we had a delicious meal with my wife and daughter. After ordering a drink and food, we received the drink quite quickly, in contrast to the ordered food, which took quite a long time. After inquiring with the waiter, we were told what the problem was. were able to come, afterwards the long wait was worth it because the food was delicious, and after ordering another drink, the waiter brought us and told us that we had been offered these drinks from the restaurant because of waiting too long for the food .top! If we are in the area again, we will definitely eat at restaurant Bruut again. The nicest staff and delicious food.

Delicious food several times now. Nice to see everyone within the company growing! The appetizers that you get on the house are creative and delicious. The main courses are very tasty. The spareribs are a favorite. But the other main courses (we don't eat salmon) are also delicious. Desserts beautifully prepared and tasty. The quantity of all courses is also excellent. Ambience is relaxed. Service is spontaneous and customer-friendly. In short, a great restaurant for good food and a nice atmosphere. It has now been a year since the above... it has been a long time since I had such a delicious meal!!! A really great 10... congratulations to everyone who works at Bruut. Very tasty food, beautifully presented, good cuisine. I ate a very tasty rib roast. Service is very poor, you have to pass each other's food and drinks while there was room around us to serve normally. The staff forgets you and doesn't keep an eye on you. That makes sense when it was busy, but when it emptied it was still the same. They forget to ask if you want something to drink, empty plates remain on the table for ages and it all took a very long time. Cozy atmosphere in old farmhouse. Parking in front of the door.

Super nice location! As if you're entering a living room! We had the carpaccio as a starter and the tournedos as a main course. Have rarely eaten so well! The quality of the meat is very good and beautifully cooked on charcoal! We will definitely come back here!

Ate with friends. The weather was lovely so we sat on the terrace. The service was friendly, the atmosphere was good and the food was delicious. The chicken skewers and salmon were well prepared. The potatoes were a bit greasy but tasty. The dessert, Dame Blanche, was disappointing. Three scoops of ice cream, a dollop of whipped cream and chocolate was very minimal.

Had a drink on the terrace. Later ordered nachos with the 2nd drink. Well prepared and top-notch in taste and crunch.

The restaurant is a bit messy and the table layout is not convenient. And employees always walk past to the kitchen. Also some chatter, and there is no hand towel system in the disabled toilet, which is not convenient. Furthermore, the food was delicious 😊

5⭐️ is te weinig wil ik er even bij zeggen. Bij het aankomst word je vrolijk ontvangen door de bediening. Nu twee maal gegeten daar en de derde keer zal snel volgen. Spareribs zijn zo heerlijk klaar gemaakt dat je bijna denkt dat de kok het gerecht zelf heeft uitgevonden. Het vlees valt letterlijk van de botten af. Aardappeltjes zijn perfect en als je van pittig houdt is de Surinaamse mayonaise een echte aanrader. Al met al een 6⭐️ waard voor mij. Keep up the good work.

In het mooie Roden gegeten bij BRUUT De kok is een vakman van het hoogste segment want het eten was zeer smaakvol. Van het broodplankje tot het nagerecht is het genieten. De spareribs krijgen van mij de hoogste waardering, dikke tien! Biefstuk en gambas en bijgerechten waren ook om aan te bevelen. Een familiebedrijf om zeker te proberen.....

Heerlijk eten en vriendelijk personeel.

Vanavond heerlijke kogelbiefstuk gehad. Alles was goed verzorgd. Hier we zeker snel weer eten.

Leuk huiskamer restaurant met een kleine maar goed uitgebalanceerde kaart. Vanwege Valentijnsdag kregen we een prosecco en een amuse van het huis. Erg attent. De bestelde kogelbiefstuk en varkens ribroast waren prima van smaak en royaal van afmeting. Te groot voor mij, ik kon het niet helemaal op. De bijgerechten waren ook smakelijk. Geen nagerecht besteld, daar zaten we te vol voor. Een cappuccino kon niet geleverd worden vanwege een defect apparaat, we kregen koffie van het huis. Een gezellige sfeer en een redelijk vlotte bediening.

Een werkelijk overheerlijk broodje spareribs gehad, in een zeer mooi oud pand, met vriendelijk personeel

Fantastisch. Zeer zeldzaam om een steak perfect gekruid en gegaard te zien. Met geweldige mais en pastinaakpuree Kom zeer zeker terug, beste steakhouse van het noorden. Zeer zeker de prijs waard!

Aangenaam verrast door de nieuwe eigenaren. De carpaccio als voorgerecht was erg smakelijk en leuk opgemaakt. De biefstuk en zalm waren voortreffelijk, de warme groente hadden 4 rolletjes witlof mogen zijn ipv 3 voor 2 personen. De bediening erg vriendelijk en correct. Kortom zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!
