We had another delicious meal tonight, the waitresses were lovely, you didn't have to wait long for your food, and the quality was truly excellent! We'll definitely be back!

Nice dinner with my boyfriend, received by friendly staff with a prosecco from the house, unexpected and super nice, then had to make a choice from the delicious menu, which turned out to be difficult because of all the goodies but just copied from the neighbors and was able to make a very good choice, the food was delicious and we also got great advice about a good wine so we enjoyed this evening out to the fullest, we really went out for a while! We will definitely come back again 🤗

I ate at De Brink with my girlfriend tonight and was extremely satisfied. The service was quick and friendly. The carpaccio was delicious, as were the chicken thigh and the fish. The main course was well-prepared and served complete. We will definitely return to this restaurant.

What a lovely restaurant! The service was very friendly; they do everything they can to ensure you have a wonderful evening. One of us wasn't thrilled with her main course, and without any discussion, she was given a new one. The decor is atmospheric. Where else can you get a (good) three-course meal for €30? Highly recommended.

D’Oude Brink was not like it used to be tonight. I suspect a change of owner or a different chef? The menu is unfortunately too Surinamese at the moment, while you can eat delicious Surinamese food in the restaurant next door. Across the street, on the corner, you can also eat Surinamese food. The welcome drink was free: nice! The plates are beautifully decorated. The ginger tea was gone, the spare ribs were gone, Nick & Jerry’s dessert was gone, the Verdejo wine was gone. Well… how is that possible! . So I opted for the Peking duck. This also had a Surinamese touch and you don’t really want that (probably because of the dressing/sauce/marinade?) 3-course menu for €29.95: Price-quality is right… but then everything on the menu has to be there! Then you get the bill with descriptions such as Open Choice, Diverse cuisine with apologies that the cash register system is not yet set up properly and that a few drinks have not been charged for all the inconvenience. Once home I calculated everything properly and came to the conclusion that we were not ‘matsted’ with a few drinks at all. The bill should have been €151.05. We paid €147.40. A windfall of €3.65 It’s all a bit of a shame! I am super happy that I was in good company and I will miss ‘the old’ Brink!

We have eaten a few times at Oude Brink….much to our satisfaction, food is fabulous and staff are extremely friendly…. And its very clean!!! Great ambiance, we will definitely be going back! Well worth a visit!!!

Sunday 18 May we went to eat with you. It was quite quiet. You could feel that the owners were not there. What was very disturbing was that the children ran through the tent and stood on the table. Long hair on the friandises, dressing of the asparagus salad much too sour, broken skewer in the hamburger. Too bad, maybe the focus is now on the other business, it would be a shame if this business lost its quality and quantity and guests.

Sometimes you have to wait a bit to be served, but we always like to come back!

Actually, I should come more often; always pleasant, always tasty food, friendly staff, good wine advice, good atmosphere. I find complaints about long waits a bit lame; it's not a fast food restaurant. It's really nice to be able to sit at the table together.

Met mijn collega's hier af gesproken voor een gezellige avond. De avond was gezellig vooral omdat we gelachen hebben om hoe het in het restaurant reilt en zeilt. Personeel onbeleefd, kortaf, arrogant. Tussendoor roken waardoor je hun rook ruikt. Er waren maar 3 andere tafels, drankjes, menukaart, bestellen, gerechten, alles duurde enorm lang. En als je er naar vroeg hoorde je ze nog net niet zuchten. Het eten was niet geweldig, voorgerechten karig, 3 biefstukken medium gevraagd, 2 echt doorbakken. Garnering met warme doperweten en worteltjes.. bah! Dame Blanche zonder chocolade en koffie met friandises, dat waren de restjes van de avond ervoor. Vervolgens om ons beklag te doen: per mail en per telefoon laten weten hoe slecht we behandeld zijn en hoe slecht we hebben gegeten. Niemand die ons terugbelt! Echt geen aanrader!!

We have been coming here regularly for the spare ribs on Tuesday evenings for a few years now. A few weeks ago we suddenly found ourselves in front of a closed door, while we had made a reservation and had received confirmation, the door was locked and it was dark inside. Last Tuesday evening we had a second chance. We made a reservation again, this time by phone. The restaurant was not even half full at 7:00 PM. We were asked if we wanted the spare ribs or the 3-course menu deal. Spare ribs, that is. We got our drinks fairly quickly. We both ordered the sweet variant, 1 portion of fries because that was always a bowl of very large ones that we could not finish together, but that seems to have changed. I also ordered a side salad without dressing. I joked to my husband about what would go wrong today because actually, after our first time here, every time something went wrong, including having to wait a very long time for our food. And actually I had already thought the last time that it would be the last time, but well, those spare ribs were always very tasty. They were indeed. The sweet ones were very spicy and not at all what we were used to in terms of taste. My husband liked them but absolutely not sweet but also very spicy. I asked if they had accidentally given me the wrong ones but they really should have been the sweet ones. But she took my plate and brought me a new one a little later. This one was also not sweet and did not resemble what we came for in the slightest. The chef probably has a new marinade was the reaction. My husband had already finished them and his drink but did not get around to ordering a new one. They also did not ask if another drink was desired when my plate was brought and she left too quickly to ask anything at all. The spare ribs themselves were of good quality because they were very tender and fell off the bone. At least, the first batch. In the meantime I did not dare to complain that the salad I ordered without dressing was covered in dressing. After a long wait my husband was finally able to order a new drink but this was initially forgotten again. The second round of spareribs we got on 1 plate to share. But here the knife didn't even go through. Tough and very hard pieces. This quality was really very different from the first with little taste here also seemed to have been used a different marinade. When I wanted to take another bite of salad there was still a hair in it. We left the second round of spareribs and wanted to go home. I complained when paying. The 3 drinks were deducted but we still had to pay almost €60. It was all very disappointing and for us this was really the last time. Too bad because until a few months ago we wanted to accept the annoyances of, among other things, the long wait and the many mistakes because the spareribs were so tasty but even that is no longer the case.

Ate here yesterday on recommendations. The reception was great with a proseco. The spareribs were good. However, we had to wait a very long time for our food. The desert for the kids also took a very long time. I did get an apology from the service for this. Due to the long wait, I was unable to use the unlimited sparerib menu. Unfortunately due to the long wait and the price ratio with unlimited spare ribs, the first and last time we visited this restaurant. If the service had been better it would have been 5 stars.

Like a cozy living room in the middle of the Brinklaan in Bussum. A feeling of home. Really good and honest food in a decent atmosphere and friendly service. It's wonderful when people stand up for something and go for it. Thank you very much. Martien

The table was not stable and almost fell apart. The interior did not appeal to me. Service was slow, we had to wait too long. Staff were smoking inside. Fries were cold and so were the spare ribs for the person next to us. After we reported that we might want to leave, they were friendlier and served better, which ultimately made it a fine dining experience.

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews in advance. Would have saved a lot of trouble. The salad served with the starter contained a whole Madame Jeanette, which my wife ate whole with a bite of salad. Almost suffocated. It took half an hour for her to recover somewhat. Of course it should never have happened blah blah. Was in a large container to season the salad and then not removed. Apologies from the wait staff, chef and owner joined us. Received free drink*#@ then main course lukewarm, Dame Blanche tasted like nothing. Even the cappuccino was only milk. Even the free drinks were on the bill when we left. On second thought, we should have just left after the incident instead of paying. Never had such a bad meal in our lives. People pass by here screaming and keep your money in your pocket.

Na 2,5 uur wachten kwam eindelijk het hoofdgerecht. De spareribs botten waren nog gewoon koud. Indien je dat vlees op eet maak je gratis kans op een fijne voedselvergiftiging. Ook de pekingeend was niet op temperatuur. Direct opgestapt. Nooit maar dan ook nooit meer.

The weekly menu was not your favorite, we are used to a higher standard at the Oude Brink! Champions were very greasy and Dame Blanche was very poor with 1 scoop of ice cream. Too bad the previous visits were great, perhaps the level is slightly lower during the week....

1 star feels a bit generous so soon after leaving... But the service deserves a bit more. The food was particularly below par, onion soup was lukewarm and the gruyère was a slice of unmelted fake cheese with black burnt corners. Read, not melted and crispy cheese but black and burnt plastic:( the soup was lukewarm, too salty and diluted with oil?! The mushrooms came from the fryer and were soaked up with fat like a sponge. The pork belly was not crispy. The main course, the duck was dry, the sea bream very lean, the chip baskets half filled and to top it all off .. the hamburger burnt and with a long hair meandering through it. The newly delivered hamburger suddenly had melted cheese, something they had forgotten in round 1 and here too the top of the bun was burnt black in one spot. The desserts .. the dame blanche was 1 bun on a plate because, as it turned out later, the coupe glasses were empty ?! Well, there was something wrong with that, there was only 1 other customer inside so that one glass for an ice cream coupe turned out to be a difficult story. None of us ate our food it was a huge downer we did have fun together so Oh well, laughing about a disappointing dinner is also nice once again thank you very much for that ... Apologies were made by the friendly ladies of the service after indicating the dissatisfaction also on behalf of the kitchen, the chef should have taken this shame on himself instead of the ladies. I am not from the region myself but was with people from the region but none of us will return here. Owner do you read the reviews? I unfortunately do not in advance. I would still take a look at what is happening in your kitchen, sorry I would rather post a friendlier message. 200 euros spend for, fill in the blank.

What a great experience! From the moment we entered, we were welcomed very friendly. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, with an eye for detail in both the decor and the service. The food? Incredibly delicious. Every dish was a party - fresh, full of flavor and beautifully presented. You can taste that the food is cooked with love. The service was attentive, spontaneous and professional. We really felt pampered. In short: an absolute must for anyone who loves good food, a nice atmosphere and top service. We will definitely come back!

I think the kitchen is very good, but that is undone by the service. It is super inefficient, which is why most people in the restaurant are looking around instead of sitting at a table. A shame.

We had a very nice meal here last weekend. Basket with delicious fresh bread and delicious spread. We received a small glass of prosecco as a welcome drink. I had the onion soup as a starter. Not a weak broth, but tasty. My husband and friends had pork belly beforehand. This piece was a bit on the small side, but tasty. The main course is the Peking duck. The size was good and the meat was nice and tender. As a small adjustment, I asked for extra beans (instead of rice) and a fried egg instead of a fried egg. This was all no problem. Beans were also very tasty. The others had spicy and sweet spareribs. Spicy was indeed spicy and the sweet ones were also good. Meat fell off the bone. For dessert, the pear compote with curd for me. Simply delicious :) and I ordered an espresso martini but with the request to use decaffeinated coffee. This could also be made. The Spanish coffee and Italian coffee from the others also looked good. I read some less good reviews, especially that you had to wait a long time. We did not experience this at all. It doesn't have to be so tightly arranged, right? Nice chatting and dining is part of it. In short: delicious food, cozy atmosphere, friendly service and no problem making some adjustments to the dishes. You can also eat here for a good price. The four of us spent €200 (3 course menu + drinks, espresso martini and 2 special coffees). A small point for improvement is that the menu does not completely match what is on the site. Some dishes were slightly different or replaced. I had read this in a previous review and so I asked for the menu, but the differences were small. A point for improvement is that they update the menu online.

Drama, wat een bediening… Wij hadden gereserveerd en bij binnenkomst rond 18 uur aangegeven dat wij om 19.45 uur weg moeten ivm theater. Aangegeven door bediening dat dat waarschijnlijk geen probleem zou zijn en dat wij ook een gerecht kunnen skippen. Wat zij niet vertelde is dat je deze wel gewoon betaald….. Na het bestellen van voor en hoofdgerecht werd het voorgerecht snel opgediend. Het hoofdgerecht duurde erg lang en niet voor allemaal tegelijk…. Patat al deels vergeten. Vragen om het hoofdgerecht werd aangegeven dat deze er direct aan zou komen. Later nogmaals gevraagd bleek dat de keuken een fout had gemaakt. 1 serveerster gaf aan dat wij 2 keer het hoofdgerecht niet hoeven te betalen. Door het langzame gedoe hadden wij geen tijd meer voor het toetje. Bij het afrekenen is daar geen rekening mee gehouden en betaalden wij wel het bedrag. Kortom een slechte ervaring en nooit meer naar dit restaurant. Gelukkig zijn er ook goede restaurants in de buurt.

We made reservations for 7 people and indicated that we had to leave at 7:45 PM. That could be tight, but we could possibly omit dessert from the three-course menu (we were not told that we would still have to pay for the 3-course menu). Starters came quickly and were tasty. 5 of the 7 main courses were served, 1 without fries. The vegetables were cold, the steak lukewarm. The missing 2 main courses did not arrive and after asking a few times, where the answer was that it would arrive shortly, we were told that the kitchen had made a mistake. The 2 missing main courses were only then prepared and arrived when the others had already finished their food. It was now too late to order desserts. We did not have to pay for the two main courses that were served too late, but we had to pay full price for the rest, even though we had no dessert. Service was mixed: 1 downright unprofessional lady and 1 super friendly person who took responsibility and was very professional. It's a shame because it just wasn't fun with a lot of fuss.

In februari met 4 personen gereserveerd voor een onbeperkt spareribs diner. Op de dinsdagavond is er onbeperkt spareribs eten voor een vaste prijs, waar ook reclame voor wordt gemaakt. De spareribs waren prima, maar na 1.5 uur kwam de mededeling dat de ribs op waren. Een tafel voor ons zaten 8 mensen die dezelfde mededeling kregen. Erg jammer weer.

Poor service, not customer oriented. No party to eat there. Made a reservation, but there was no table available. 1st drink came and was put down so clumsily. Ice tea fell over, was dried a bit, pasting table. Cola served with a warm glass, fresh from the dishwasher. Long wait for card. Long wait for clearing. Asked for dessert menu, didn't come. Asked again, ordered 3 things, 2 of them were served. Never an excuse. Really bad.

Wat een ongelofelijke BENDE daar het eten is het eten niet waard , lang wachten op je eten , word dan ook nog koud uitgeserveerd neem je een hap bemerk je dat het zout in de aanbieding was , dessert is het woord dessert niet waard , tenslotte ook nog een jong kind van de leiding irritant tot 23:00 aanwezig Terwijl dit verboden is . Mijn advies loop hier snel voorbij zo voorkomt u een dure teleurstelling .

Local looks cozy. Ordered food for 4 people. Had to wait way too long. There were few guests on Monday evening. Brought food after 45 minutes. Hamburgers not at the right temperature, fries not at the right temperature. Returned. Wait again. After heating up again, the temperature is good. 2 people had finished eating and had ordered satay, so 2 people ate separately by heating it up. Not pleasant. Food, soup, fries and burgers are way too salty. Dessert brownies had a strange texture. Sort of a firm pudding. Tasted like nothing. As compensation, 1 round of drinks would be taken off the bill. Nice gesture butrrr. When paying, all drinks were on the receipt. I will not report what happened next. In summary: a big fail, Gordon Ramsy would close this place down. Save yourself an unpleasant experience and pass this restaurant by.

Te lang wachten ondanks rustige avond Eten niet warm Te scheutig met zout Half lege mandjes friet Aangeboden compensatie werd niet uitgevoerd. Geen restaurant waar je na een matig diner ontspannen met een goed gevoel naar buiten gaat. Voortaan maar naar de schouwburg voor echt toneel.

What a bad restaurant. The atmosphere was fine, but the food was scandalous even for this amount. There were four of us, 2 main courses were served almost cold. So we returned to the kitchen after the other 2 main courses had finished. Finally, our main course also arrived. This was way too salty. In short, taste/quality and price are very inadequate. Never again!!!

Valentijnsdag in de soep gelopen. 30 minuten gewacht om te mogen bestellen. Nog niet eens een drankje gehad. Na een uur het voorgerecht gekregen. Uiteindelijk 2 uren later naar huis vertrokken met het hoofdgerecht to go! Niet eens een dessert erbij. We hadden onze baby mee en dit was niet te doen! Vreselijk lang gewacht!! Ooit was dit onze favo restaurant. Klaar mee.

Had dinner here with some friends, the service was fine, nothing special. A friend had looked at the menu choice online and in the restaurant the menu turned out to be completely different? I had the fish, instead of the butterfish they had redfish fillet. I didn't like the whole dish, lots of hard fried chips and the vegetables were tasteless, and the fish really tasted like a fish that had not been prepared properly, tasteless, and tasted like a watery fish. In my opinion, fries could have been fried harder. It also took forever before we could order a new drink, the server was constantly away? For a restaurant where there were two tables including us? Incomprehensible.

Leuke plaats maar slordig, zo staat er op een tafel midden in het restaurant een doos van Blokker met magnetron erin!?! Heel lang moeten wachten op mandje brood, wijn van de wijnkaart die we hadden besteld was er niet. Dan maar een andere wijn besteld, weer lang op moeten wachten. Nadat we een uur hebben moeten wachten na bestellen kwam het voorgerecht, een uur daarna het hoofdgerecht. De kip in de caesar salade was zo hard gefrituurd, slecht voor het gebit. De Franse frietjes hebben we terug moeten sturen, waren gewoon nog wit en rauw. De Parmigiani de melanzana was kurkdroog. De overige voorgerechten en spareribs waren wel goed van smaak. Nadat we onze mening hadden gegeven was de enige feedback: ik snap dat dit vervelend voor u was. Punt. Wij komen hier niet meer terug, jammer

Sfeervolle entourage, maar 5 volwassenen aan een 4 persoons tafel gezet, terwijl er vele tafels leef bleven. Van de beperkte wijnkaart bleek onze keuze niet meer beschikbaar. Geen vishoofdgerecht in het keuzemenu. Soep opgediend in enorme niet voorgewarmde 'kommen' en dus al half afgekoeld. Eten lauw opgediend op koude borden. Meer dan excuses konden er niet af. Heel jammer.

I can describe the food as 6/10 (I ordered a steak doneness of blue and I received rare and they forgot about the fries), the service was quite nice but the wait for the main course was about 2 hours which was definitely too long despite the discount I received, my Saturday evening was going to be good but after visiting this place my gf and I were in a completely bad mood

Had a great surprise party yesterday in the beautiful adjacent open space at Restaurant-Café d'Oude Brink. What great service and lovely people. We had super good and sweet guidance from Diana in advance and fantastic service and help from Linda during the evening. Highly recommended to celebrate your own party or dinner in a private space!

Nice restaurant spareribs were not really very tasty but they were manageable. Waiting for the food took quite a long time. Steak was delicious as was the pasta.

May 2024. On a weekday, quite a few dishes appear to be unavailable. It's nice if you know this in advance (an insert in the menu folder?) and you don't only hear it when you have chosen something after a long search. Even an ordinary rosé wine was not in the house. I had a hamburger. I thought the meat had been cooked too long, making the burger dry and compact. The meat was also no challenge in terms of taste. It is strange that in a cafe like this, the dishes do not include fries or baked potatoes as standard. Then a small bowl of (too) thick fries adds another 4 euros to the already not cheap dishes. By the way, the cook had not used the salt sparingly. My table companions' steak and salmon steak were tasty. The dessert menu is fairly limited. We didn't fancy a Dame Blanche. That's why we walked to a well-known ice cream parlor around the corner. All in all, a small pass for d'Oude Brink. The service was friendly and attentive. The toilets look dingy and really need renovation.

We came over from Scotland for a few days and arrived for our booking at 7.15pm for a family birthday. By 8.30 we still had no food and when it finally arrived at 8.45 two of the dishes were cold and one was wrong. The whole evening was spoiled for us and yes I did complain. We were offered 20 euros off our wine which I accepted so as not to make too much of a fuss but we were really disappointed by the whole experience and would certainly not recommend it.

Nice ambiance, mediocre food. The tandoori chicken knots were not very tasty, the papadums had become soft and were not tasty either. Shame! The dessert; The special coffee turned out to consist of two dry pieces of (butter?) cake and 1 piece of black and white striped dry cake, these were the homemade friandises, next to which were the chocolates, four pre-packed chocolate balls, together with an espresso and a good layer of whiskey. That whiskey made up for a lot. Nice place to have a drink but the food is FAR below par! Toilet: 1 toilet seat is loose, 1 toilet has the cover plate of the flushing system loose. The floor in the toilet was also not completely clean. This is of course possible if the shop is packed, but we were in the shop with four other people. Shame!

Had a quick dinner with my son on Saturday evening. Friendly service, delicious food. Attractively decorated place.

We had a delicious meal, with compliments to the kitchen. The service could come by more often to check whether everything is still in order. For example, whether we want something to drink or something. The music is a little too loud. Even if someone is sitting next to you it is difficult to understand. It could also be due to our age 😉 It is a nice restaurant, I feel completely at home there.

After having enjoyed two excellent evening meals at d'Oude Brink, today's lunch was a complete disappointment. There were no other guests when we entered. Although we were helped immediately and kindly by the waitress lady, it took too long before lunch (croquettes and an egg benedict with salmon) was served. After waiting 30-45 minutes, we even had to walk into the kitchen to ask the cook when they would bring the food. We were still the only guests and the waitress was nowhere to be seen at that time. The waitress then brought the food without apologies and after we indicated that it was taking a very long time, she even commented that we had only been waiting 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the food left a lot to be desired because the egg benedict was with thick slices of salmon and a hard-boiled egg (perhaps that's why it took 30 minutes). We sent this back and had it taken off the bill, after which we went to get a sandwich somewhere else.

Was shocked to find an iron screw in my food, but even more shocked by the lack of client oriented attitude when addressing this to the owner of the restaurant. For me this was the first and absolutely LAST time here!

Oei oei oei wat een teleurstelling. De carpaccio was veel te dik gesneden, we hadden hem beide en zeiden los van elkaar hetzelfde. We hebben het opgegeten en besloten er niets over te zeggen want wellicht lag het aan ons. De smokey tandoori vond ik niet lekker (geen idee of dit smaak gerelateerd is dus die hou ik even in het midden) de kip was nog heel erg roze van binnen en ik heb het gerecht laten staan en ook aangegeven dat het niet mijn ding was.. ik hoop dat mijn zorgen om de kleur van de kip onterecht waren maar het was ook gewoon echt niet mijn ding qua smaak, kan gebeuren natuurlijk. Als afsluiter wilde we graag het witte chocolade dessert. Ze zei al direct dat ze even moest vragen of die er nog wel was en bood ons direct al als standaard vervanger het citroen meringue taartje aan, opzich niet erg als het smaakvol zou zijn maar ook dit was niet ons ding en het smaakte niet vers. De koek was smaakloos en niet bijzonder en heb me afgevraagd of dit een zelf gemaakt dessert is. Zeker ook niet vies maar niet iets wat je verwacht in een restaurant maar eerder uit de diepvries van tante Annie na het kerstdiner. Ik vind het netjes als je op voorhand vermeld als er iets op de kaart niet aanwezig is. Zo gek op deze manier? Het was niet druk in de zaak, het meisje stond er alleen maar dit had gezien de tafelbezetting geen probleem moeten zijn. We hebben 3 keer om het brood vooraf moeten vragen, zelfs naar de bar toelopen (wat ik echt een doodzonde vind) om erom te vragen haalde niets uit, we werden gewoon vergeten en kregen het uiteindelijk pas bij het voorgerecht. En uiteindelijk na lang wachten op de (naar onze mening en beleving iets wat hoge ) rekening zijn we zelf maar naar de bar gelopen waar ons vriendelijk werd gevraagd of ze ons ergens mee kon helpen. We waren wederom vergeten dus. Ik ben echt geen zeikerd maar dit was mijn tweede teleurstellende ervaring in dit restaurant (1e keer met name erg lang wachten en vergeten worden) maar dit was op alle punten zo slecht dat ik hier gewoon echt een recensie over wilde schrijven. Ik ben normaliter echt van de positieve recensies en gun het jullie echt maar sorry jongens dit kon echt op zoveel fronten beter! Het was niet druk en bijzondere wensen hadden we niet. Alles bij elkaar opgeteld hebben wij besloten onze zuur verdiende centjes voortaan ergens anders uit te geven.

Good and quick service upon arrival. Unfortunately, it became less so later in the evening. Took a long time for food to be absorbed. And we only got the food after 1.5 hours. Glasses were still half full. The food itself was good but there was little decoration. The moment we said something about it we were looked at strangely. So I can't speak about the service. Unfortunately not worth repeating, next time we will look for something else in Bussum.

How long do you have to wait here for a plate of not really special food (1.5 hours: 0.5 hours was announced). Furthermore, not everything went as you might expect. And we didn't notice anything about the experience with Moeke S and Vlaar.

ik dacht een gezellige avond met mijn dochter te eten voordat we theater het Spant gingen bezoeken , we waren er 2 uur van te voren om half 6, maar dat bleek niet ruim genoeg te zijn. Toen we binnen kwamen was er slechts 1 tafel waar mensen aan zaten, dus je zou zeggen dat we op tijd ons eten zouden krijgen, maar dat was niet het geval, bijna 2 uur later , nadat we ook hadden aangegeven dat we rond 19.40 weg moesten kwam uiteindelijk ons gerecht die wij in 10 minuten moesten opeten. Wel 3x aangegeven dat we op tijd weg moesten , kwam allemaal voor elkaar. We konden ons eten verpakt mee kunnen krijgen, wat een slechte service. We zouden ook een drankje krijgen omdat het allemaal niet op tijd kwam, zelfs dat was vergeten, ik heb aangegeven dat ik dit niet wilde betalen , alsnog met korting was ik niet tevreden, snel weg hier en nooit meer terug.

Heerlijk gegeten,vooraf Japans bordje,hoofdgerecht de entrecote(wordt geserveerd met warme groente) met pepersaus en als dessert de crème brulee.Leuke sfeer en inrichting,vriendelijk personeel.Zekere voor herhaling vatbaar.

Heerlijk gegeten in gezellig restaurant met vriendelijke bediening. Echt een aanrader. Het restaurant heeft een gezellige uitstraling.

We hebben heerlijk gegeten. Bediening was leuk en gezellig. We hadden allereerst een online afspraak met z'n tweetjes gemaakt. Jongste dochter kwam plotseling aanschuiven met haar gezin. Dat was geen probleem. Konden gewoon mee eten, service was best goed! Gezellige-Heerlijke avond samen gehad! Rene Wortel.

Lekker geluncht met gepocheerde eieren, spinazie, avacado en Pata negra. Erg smakelijk, de beste variatie op eggs Benedict die ik hier in de omgeving tot nu toe geprobeerd heb. Ga zeker terugkomen. Verse jus was echt vers en precies goed.

Gezellige inrichting, heerlijk eten, goeie service en dat gewoon op de woensdagavond, we love de pauwen als decor en het behang. We aten o.a. de entrecote, perfect mals en heerlijk van smaak.

Gisteren de 90e verjaardag van mijn vader gevierd, door uit eten te gaan de de Oude Brink. Heel erg gezellig Top bediening en leuk personeel,het eten erg lekker. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

Zou het liefst 10 sterren willen geven. Heerlijk gegeten, het personeel was ongelooflijk lief en gastvrij. Mijn vriend en ik komen hier 100% terug!

Als we uit eten gaan, gaan we graag naar d' Oude Brink. Er hangt een gezellige en ongedwongen sfeer en voelen we ons altijd welkom. Er is een ruime sortering van de kaart, een hele goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding, heerlijk verfijnde smaken (kruiden) of je nu kiest voor vlees, vis of een vegetarisch menu. De borden elke keer weer anders en leuk opgediend, maakt het met een goed glas Chardonnay (echt een aanrader) of Affligem uit de tap en persoonlijke aandacht tot een compleet uitje.

Gisterenavond heerlijk gegeten bij d’Oude Brink. Ik had een dinerbon kado gekregen en de keuze viel op jullie restaurant. Dat bleek een prima keuze. Leuk personeel! De dames deden echt hun best om ons welkom te laten voelen. Fijne ambiance in het restaurant. We hadden een heerlijk rustige plek en het eten was jummie. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Vriendelijke bediening, eten heerlijk en de zeetong was een prima keuze. Aanrader.

Vanavond voor de derde keer wezen eten.. eerste twee keren geweest met grotere groep. Dat zag ik vanavond ook ‘mis’ gaan… duurde toen de keren ook veel te lang. Dacht nu met z’n tweetjes, het eten was toen ook heerlijk we gaan ervoor. Maar helaas… 18:00 een tafel, tegen 18:30 ons drinken en een broodje als voorafje. Was met mijn zoontje eten en toen ik merkte het ook vandaag wel even ging duren ons dessert alvast uitgezocht via de menukaart op de website. Het hoofdgerecht was heerlijk, gelukkig. Vorig bezoek de crème brulee ook gegeten en was toen heerlijk dus dezelfde weer besteld. Ik liet weten aan serveerster dat we het online van de kaart hadden uitgezocht omdat we al best lang moesten wachten. De crème brulee zou zijn sinaasappel met een bolletje mango ijs…. Er kwam echter pistache ijs en waar de crème naar smaakte geen idee… vond het niet eetbaar en de spekkoek veel te droog. Heb het niet opgegeten. Tijdje geprobeerd aandacht te vragen het te melden. Ondertussen mijn zoontje door laten eten, de chocodroom was erg lekker, maar zonde als het zou smelten. De uitleg qua crème brulee was als volgt, u heeft vanaf de oude kaart besteld. Wij hebben sinds 2-3 weken een nieuwe kaart en de crème brulee is een oosterse variant geworden. Toen ik vroeg wat er dan inzat, dat was niet bekend. Kon wel nagevraagd worden. Laat maar zitten. De rekening netjes betaald. En mijn dik betaalde dessert stond er gewoon op… dus dat.. geen fooi gegeven. Andere mensen ook af zien taaien met kinderen die verveeld waren… zo zonde van deze zaak. Ik kom er niet meer terug en zal het ook zeker niet aanbevelen. Dat het ineens ramvol zit is toch geen excuus meer…. Nee we zitten vol had beter geweest, bedien liever tien tafels minder met tevreden klanten dan dit zou mijn tip zijn! De mensen uit de andere review van vandaag zaten er al voordat wij binnenkwamen…. Snap dat zij zijn vertrokken.

Oke om zes uur voor zes personen n tafel gereserveerd, drinken besteld Kwart over zeven hadden we ons drinken en voorgerecht hoofdgerecht...... ondertussen half negen en nog niets Twintig minuten wachten op n tweede rondje drinken Uit ergenis na tweeënhalf uur de rekening gevraagd Schandalig dat je om zes uur reserveert en om half negen alleen nog maar je voorgerecht heb gehad Mijn man had carpaccio besteld zonder sla en vervolgens kreeg hij carpaccio met n berg sla erop daar zou n konijn op af komen Dus ik zei daar iets van De reactie..... Ja dat hoort er op Gvd ik vraag toch om carpaccio ZONDER sla of niet Dus voor ons geen oude Brink meer En er waren meer mensen die na t lange wachten weg gingen N vader ging met twee kindjes na t lange wachten ook weg en zag ze nog geen vijf minuten later op de fiets met n tas van de MC Donalds voorbij komen

Wat hebben we weer genoten van de spareribs vanvond wat een leuke sfeer hangt er. Ga zo door.

We popped in late evening as it was the only open restaurant on our way. Despite late hours we have been served very nicely with smile ;) The food was great and burger doneness was perfect and made it one of the best burger we have ever eaten. Beers are also great! We are very happy we came across this place. All the best ;)

Amazing! Best meal I've had on my holiday. Make sure to order the bread basket because it's amazing. I had the spicy ribs and the creme brulee and they were absolutely delicious. Would be back in a heartbeat.

Prima eten hier, goede biefstuk en zalm. Ziet er, uit als een kroeg bruin/ café, leuk personeel.
