The new restaurant is called Brasserie Floris Muiden. Completely renovated during the nine months the old Floris was closed. Contemporary, elegant, bright, and with a typical French brasserie atmosphere. A pleasant, varied menu with attractive prices. The renovated terrace is located on the waterfront near the Grote Zeesluizen in Muiden.

We had a wonderful evening, good food, friendly, efficient service, and value for money. I'll definitely be back. Personally, I didn't think the chairs were great, the seating was too small, but the others didn't mind. It all looks fantastic! Congratulations, regards, R.

We ate very well. A little pricey, but in this country, eating is for the rich.

In my previous life, I loved coming here. The quality standards have become a bit higher now, so there's no real need to return.

Downtown Muiden was immeasurably picturesque, and our enjoyment was made possible by lunch at Graaf Floris V sitting outside by the water. Our table was ideally situated with a wonderful view of boat traffic and blooming flowers. It was here that Cherry Wonderdog and his better half consumed the best asparagus soup of the trip. It arrived as a generous portion in a deep bowl with parsley and chunks of white asparagus. It wasn’t too salty, the consistency was just right, and the flavor was poignantly astute as an asparagus beacon for vegetable lovers around the world. Good attentive service, too.

Atmospheric restaurant, extensive menu.

It is a very "sea city" thematic restaurant. Where you will find very nice old decorations with maritime history. Staff really friendly, We ordered Tapas and the food was with enough portion for 2 people. Dogs are also welcome, so it was perfect for us

It doesn't even deserve 1 star! You have to wait a long time for the food, they don't care about the guests. If I say that they haven't looked at us for an hour and a half, it's better for them. If you can, avoid it!

We cycled here on a Saturday morning, not knowing that you can't eat anything here at 10:00 in the morning. Of course that is no problem at all. We could have figured something out better ourselves. Two of us had lunch here separately and really enjoyed it. What was bad was the extreme grumpiness of a man who seemed to have little interest in his work. Completely unsuitable for this profession, not even an ounce of awareness that people come here for fun. And when we wanted to pay we were completely ignored. And to make it easier, we had already walked to the bar ourselves. Instead of being told 'I'll be with you shortly' we weren't even looked at. You have to earn a tip, but instead we should have been tipped for how kind and patient we remained.

Attractive cafe. Varied menu. Always a pleasant place to sit. The spareribs are highly recommended!

Dit café - restaurant zit in een mooi oud pand. Mooie plek ook, zo in het oude centrum aan het water waarin veelal historische schepen liggen. Vrij donker interieur, mix van bruine kroeg met hier en daar een historisch detail, zoals een harnas en een scheepsmodel. Gerechten zijn prima, van eetcaféniveau. De vegetarische gerechten zijn niet heel spannend en vernieuwend, denk aan gebakken brie (voor) en kaasfondue (hoofd). Prijzen zijn wel wat aan de hoge kant. Fijn dat een karaf kraanwater op tafel geen probleem is. Vriendelijke bediening.

Cozy looking and original restaurant. The staff is super friendly. In terms of food, there is something for everyone. Meat, fish, vegetarian, pasta. And without the map being too large. The food is nice. No nonsense good food in a cozy atmosphere.

We found Graaf Flores V van Muiden on our trip to the nearby castle. Won’t disappoint, and is an excellent place to get a great meal! If we ever stop by again, this would be the place to go!!

Lovely authentic Dutch cafe-restaurant. It’s near Muiderslot and good for lunch before or after visiting the castle. Delicious Dutch food - lovely inside but also great seating by the river.

During a day of exploring the area, forts and all - we stopped for a light late lunch. Sat by the water, nice bowl of onion soup & cheese straws - nothing fancy but hit the spot. Friendly waiter & enjoyed watching the passers by.

Recently had lunch here with our grandchildren. Luckily we had made a reservation because it was very busy. The employees are very friendly, hospitable and helpful. A very nice location. The lunch was delicious and prepared with care. Highly recommended.

Authentic restaurant in the heart of Muiden. Had fish and chips with an Irish Coffee after visiting the nearby Muiderslot. Friendly and smooth service. While photographing one of the ship models, I received an explanation and tour from the owner.

Friendly welcome and service, considerable waiting time after ordering, but good food, although it was quite expensive. You just spent 40 euros per place setting.

ze waren mijn gerecht vergeten, kan er dus geen ster voorgeven. na melding zou het nog zeker 10 tot 15 min duren. Niet gezellig als je dan alleen moet eten dus met mijn gezelschap meegegeten, komen ze het alsnog brengen terwijl ik gezegd heb laat maar zitten. sneu voor de bediening maar slecht van de verantwoordelijke die niet de moeite nam om even bij ons aan tafel te komen en te vertellen wat er mis was. Jammer!

zeer lekker gegeten. Het is een ontspannen relaxte plek met gezellig personeel. Het is netjes en verzorgt en de prijs kwaliteit verhouding is zeer uitstekend.

Slechts koffie gedronken, die was prima. Aardige bediening. De ambiance was aangenaam.

Can be really busy, but it has so great atmosphere. Enjoy the best erwtensoep and bitterballen!

Heerlijk geluncht met 4 volwassenen en 4 kids. De broodjes zijn ruim belegd en zeer smakelijk! Kinderen hadden een pannenkoek en die ging ook compleet op. Kindvriendelijk met kleurplaat. Bediening was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Aanrader!

Zoals altijd, sfeervol, gastvrij en lekker

Ondanks het slechte weer was het bij Graaf Floris een warme sfeer. Voldoende personeel, fijne sfeer. Prima bediening. Lekker en goed gegeten. Jammer dat het op was 😅. Een prima restaurant, vlotte bediening en een gezellige sfeer.

Van de buitenkant zou je het niet zeggen, maar wat een gezellige bar waar we lekker hebben geluncht nadat we het Muiderslot hebben bezocht.

Prijzige broodjes. Bediening bracht snel de kaart, daarna duurde het lang voor de bestelling werd opgenomen. Het is een soort bruin cafe,sfeer is prettig.

Super gezellig, lekker gegeten na een fijne vakantiedag!

Het eten is prima.Maar op zondag avond heeft het personeel er niet veel zin meer in. Als je overal om moet vragen engelse kaart, bestek of ze onze orders op willen nemen of we nog wat te drinken kunnen krijgen is wel wat veel. Voor het dessert kwam helemaal niemand meer op dagen. Dus hebben we maar betaald en zijn weggegaan

Gegeten met een grote groep. Het eten was lekker. Vind het altijd fijn dat je standaard een fles water krijgt.

After touring Muiderslot Castle, we stopped in for a bite to eat and to have some drinks. The restaurant has a good number of drink choices, a bunch of beers on tap, and a pretty full menu. We were seated right away (opting to sit inside since it was pretty hot the day we were here), and attended to quickly. The staff was attentive throughout our lunch, and were both friendly and knowledgeable. Our meals were all very good too. It's a bit on the pricey side, but overall, we were very happy with our experience.

Heerlijk gegeten met een groep in de achterkamer. Zaten daar als enige, hierdoor de beleving van het overige restaurant deelgemist. Maar we hadden genoeg aan ons zelf .

Met 4 personen gegeten, eten is heerlijk en personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Biertjes van de tap, ook een aanrader. Uiteraard is frisdrank ook mogelijk. We komen snel weer eens eten. Tip: reserveer van te voren.

Personeel is super vriendelijk. Koffie echt lekker. Maar.....de fish en chips zijn geen aanrader. En de huisgemaakte muiderbal, daar is niks huisgemaakt aan. Smaak middelmatig.

Went here for a bite to eat with the family. The restaurant is located in an older building giving it a nice atmosphere. Parking is just outside but costs approx. Eur 3,- / hour. Good selection of food, limited selection of beers. Staff is friendly. They have a professional kitchen, food is prepared relatively fast. If you do not want to spend too much time, this is the restaurant for you.

Hier kun je goed lunchen in een mooie setting. Café is authentiek ingericht en ligt aan de sluis van Muiden. De tosti kost 8 euro maar die is heerlijk en bovendien voor 2 personen gezien de grootte.

Gezellige sfeer en goed en genoeg eten

Fijne plek aan het water. Je mag voor de prijs van de gerechten wel iets meer kwaliteit verwachten.

The KASSA says no… 🙃 1 ⭐️ De 2e ⭐️ is puur sentiment… Af en toe gaan we naar Muiden voor een fijne wandeling, een ijsje én een lunch/diner bij Graaf Floris. Een soort sentimenteel rondje vanwege mooie herinneringen. Al dat andere blijven we doen maar Graaf Floris is passé. Er is een nieuwe eigenaar en waar z’n broer zeer gastvrij was is deze vooral “georganiseerd”…. dus toen we voor ons dochtertje een spiegeleitje met 1 eitje en 1 plakje brood bestelden kon dat uitsluitend als we de volledige schotel (uitsmijter met 3 eieren, 2 boterhammen, ham, kaas én tomaat) afrekenden want DE KASSA KON HET NIET ANDERS… 😳 We hebben het bij drankjes gehouden… We dineren in de fijnste restaurants en een demi-portions is nooit een issue maar bij Graaf Floris? The KASSA says no! 😂
