Was tasty fast and friendly service

With a whole family (8 adults and 6 (grandchildren from 2 to 9 years old) we first had drinks before dinner and then had dinner. Tables were reserved for us on the edge of the terrace with a perfect view of the beautiful playground. Perfect, friendly and humorous service. The order for the whole family (difficult, because many allergic wishes, etc.) was served 100% perfectly. All dishes were delicious ❗️The spareribs, never tasted so good. A mockery. The previous owner had everything in good order. Now there are disinterested staff walking around. Also the owners. My grandson gets a coin with his ice cream to grab something nice from a machine. Always price is on it. Well forget it. Nothing came of it, I asked the owner twice, an evasive, disinterested answer. She would still watch. Completely no attention for a 3-year-old boy who is promised something and then only allowed to look at nice toys. Too sad for words. The food was also a joke. There was barely anything on our plate. I asked for syrup instead of Nutella with the poffertjes. We didn't get that afterwards. The whipped cream on the ice cream came from a dirty spray can and was completely collapsed over the edge when I got it. It used to be good and cozy here. Now it's a big mockery! Going home with a disappointed child.

We have already eaten at the Schuttershoeve a number of times. The atmosphere is always pleasant and relaxed. Staff are friendly and happy to go the extra mile for their guests. The diamond tenderloin in particular tastes super delicious. Sat on the terrace today. While we enjoy our coffee, both grandchildren play in the cozy playground. They really think this is the most beautiful playground in all of Weert. Now that the nice weather is approaching, we will definitely come back regularly. Highly recommended, also for families with (small) children. See you soon!!

Not a very special restaurant. We chose the easy menu for fussy eaters. Burger was okay. Chicken patty too. Schnitzels were tough and soggy. Don't choose! We had a pleasant evening.

Nice restaurant, excellent food. Venison steak was tasty, but thought it was a bit on the expensive side (31.5) for what you get. Fish pan was very good. Too bad you can't choose rice or potatoes (boiled, fried, mashed) as a side dish. Only fries or potato croquettes. Fortunately, bread (ciabatta) instead of fries was possible with the fish. Service was excellent, although we were asked 3 times if everything was to our liking while we only had a main course. Might work better if there is a permanent waiter per table.

Ended up here 2 weeks ago after an invitation from family. They had rented a room with a large group. Everything was well organized, but there was still a figure walking around in the service... I'm talking about a guy of about 25-30 years old, with blond, combed back hair. The gentleman finds it necessary to shout at guests when he wants to drop by. We just stood in a quieter place and talked for a while. He could pass it in 3 ways, but he really wanted us to get out of the way. Extremely antisocial. If you then want to talk to him about it, in a polite manner, he completely refuses and doesn't want to hear anything about it. Ultimately, to avoid hassle, you decide to move to another place, out of the way, in a corner. Even then, the gentleman still passes by and quickly mumbles something as he flies by. Again, incredibly antisocial, but above all childish and anything but professional. Then go work at festivals or something... He doesn't fit in here at all. Or else in cleaning, because the floor here is terribly sticky. Shouldn't be that way for the prices you pay here.

The restaurant is in a beautiful location just outside Weert and has a cozy atmosphere. There is a terrace outside and plenty of space inside. We enjoyed a delicious lunch there with a small group. The menu offers sufficient choice. The service was friendly and gave you all the time you needed. All in all highly recommended.

It was packed, we only came for drinks, but after a short wait we got a table, it's always good here.

Leuk Restaurant, Buiten lekkere ruime opzet en een groot speelterrein voor kinderen, met springkussens, klimtoren, zand, klimrekken, schommels van alles genoeg te doen als je 2 jonge kinderen hebt. Helemaal top!. zonder kinderen zou ik hier persoonlijk niet zo snel heen gaan maar met kinderen top! We hadden bewust vroeg gereserveerd (17u) zodat de kinderen op tijd konden eten en nog redelijk op tijd weer naar bed konden. Het was redelijk druk op het terras. De drankjes werden snel opgenomen, maar pas 45 minuten laten konden we onze bestelling voor het eten plaatsen. Na een paar gesprekken verder viel me op dat om me heen mensen bestelde en 'redelijk' snel hun eten kregen. Dus na 45 minuten maar eens gaan vragen waar het bleef. De vriendelijke dame is het gaan navragen bij de keuken... daar was iets misgegaan. Het eten werd nu bereid. Gelukkig waren de kinderen leuk aan het spelen. Bij het brengen van de gerechten werd er wederom excuus aangeboden en kregen we een drankje van het huis. Het eten voor ons was erg lekker en daarmee zeer verwacht van de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. We vonden het voor een restaurant niet duur. Daarbij was ik aan de andere kant weer verbaast hoe klein de kinderpizza was voor €10,-. Achteraf prima want de kinderen waren veel te druk met spelen om even goed te gaan eten. De Desserts bestaan uit simpel softijs, overgoten met sausen en snoepjes, noten enzovoorts naar keuze. lekker maar niet bijzonder (en ook weer in contrast met de hoofdgerechten die ze dan serveren). De start van de avond was een beetje mwa, laat bestelling opnemen en dan gaat het ook nog fout. Jammer maar probleem van de fout werd erkend en een drankje werd aangeboden. Ook al lagen de kinderen niet op tijd op bed ze hebben wel heerlijk gespeeld en naar hun zin gehad. Daardoor hebben wij ook een relaxt kunnen tafelen.
