The food and drinks were tasty, but the path to the restaurant is poorly lit.

Good and correct and a beautiful location

A truly fantastic restaurant with incredibly good and friendly service. We had a gift certificate that was difficult to redeem, but we finally managed it with the help of the receptionist and restaurant manager. Our bill turned out to be cheaper than the certificate, and the manager insisted on a bottle of wine. Absolutely fantastic! Delicious food. The game menu is highly recommended.

Reasonable restaurant where you can eat well. We felt a bit lifted, because you pay ten euros per person. pay extra for the menu, compared to other Fletcher hotels. While you have less choice, the portions are smaller and the quality is not better.

A beautiful place to dine, but the food quality is lacking. It was a bit like AC food, with little sauce on the schnitzel, and a lot of fries. A shame.

We had high tea here. Expectations were high due to the beautiful location, but it was a huge disappointment. The service was slow and poor, even though we were practically the only ones there. The tomato soup at the beginning was tasty, but that's about it. After the soup, we got one round of appetizers, one for each type. The food tasted mediocre, and after over an hour, we had to flag down a waitress for drinks ourselves. We ended up paying €113. In short, it's not worth the money, and we won't be returning for high tea.

The service is subpar; you're not shown to your reserved seat, and when you're seated, you have to be patient. If you order a glass of wine, it's poured at the table—nice and personal—but if something spills next to the glass, it's not wiped up, resulting in drops of wine on my T-shirt. I have to report this to reception for a fee. Meanwhile, the wet spot on the table isn't cleaned up. Talk about service!

We received a voucher for a High Tea at one of the hotels through the Postcode Lottery. Unfortunately, we couldn't go to Kasteel Erenstein, but we thought we'd found a lovely location at Chateau de Raay in Baarlo. I've often had delicious High Teas at various restaurants. (Even prepared them at home.) But this was a huge disappointment. The only thing I could praise was the tomato soup, the rest of the white bread with limp lettuce, and only a choice between cervelat or chicken fillet with tomato, two scones, two chocolates, and two macarons. A very meager High Tea! The only thing there were enough of were the flies that were annoyingly flying around our table. We were there for about an hour, and I regret using my vouchers there! (But I'm so glad I didn't spend any money on it!) I would recommend the Postcode Lottery to choose a different High Tea location.

Delicious food, nice menu price, very good quality and good service, beautiful location

Food was perfectly OK but certainly not worth the premium price. Breadboard was 6 EUR but had the same bread as served for breakfast at the hotel with some very basic mayo dips. Risotto was fairly bland and watery with only a tiny handful of vegetables. Honestly would not have went there if I knew what I would get as it wasn't worth the money. Nothing wrong with it, just needs better quality ingredients and more flavour.

Very nice restaurant, very tasty. But after a day of work, you want to eat a little more volume. And steaks and etc are missing. Bleu collar food.

Prachtige locatie en heerlijk om te zitten/lounchen met een hapje en drankje

Eten is niet verkeerd echter prijzig voor de geleverde kwaliteit waarbij wachttijd hoog was (1,5 uur op het hoofdgerecht). Daarnaast was de verhouding voor tussen hoofd dessert niet in balans. Dessert was ongeveer de helft van de maaltijd, smaken zijn wel goed.

Genoten van een goed verzorgde high tea er werd zelfs aan de dochter gevraagd of er iets bij was dat ze echt niet lekker vondt. Geweldig service bedankt 👌 Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar
