One of the most beautiful restaurants I've ever been to; a magnificent, large old building with a cobblestone road in front and lush nature surrounding it. I dined by the water, and during dinner, kingfishers were hunting—quite remarkable! The food was excellent; the schnitzel was excellent, the potatoes were very tasty, but the salad could have been a bit more special.

Unfortunately a lot of wasp trouble outside, but a nice, cozy place to have a drink/eat something

Old-fashioned entourage and the waitresses gossip behind the bar, which is a shame, not very nice if you hear that all the time

Very good food, professional and pleasant service. And for those who appreciate a beautiful location: this is a fantastic spot. If you can sit outside on a summer evening, I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful mill near Asingraven. Cozy and enjoyable.

Smoke-free establishments? Not here. People smoke right outside, and it seeps in. Nothing's being done about it, so we left.

We've often sat on the terrace here during bike rides, but haven't yet been able to leave a review. However, this review is based on several choices from the very extensive lunch menu. They were all excellent. We've also visited the farm shop, the garden, and the arboretum (for a fee). Now we have to choose from the dinner menu. That will definitely happen, given the positive reviews.

Lovely sitting to relax after a walk on, on and around the estate, the canal and the Dinkel. Delicious food, friendly staff despite the crowds.

Very nice place to take a break. 12 o'clock fine. Beers nice and cold. The service could be a bit nicer to each other. We got very uncomfortable when one of the ladies complained to another colleague while the terrace was completely full. (The colleague she was talking about was not there) Later she walked around the terrace sighing because her colleague had forgotten something. I really don't think that's right, I felt sorry for the girl who apparently couldn't do anything right in her eyes.

Not much choice for vegetarian food and the omelette was fried with no nice oil or butter.

We came here for lunch yesterday with 9 people. I personally ordered the brown sourdough bun with lukewarm goat cheese: highly recommended! Service was excellent, atmosphere also very special. There were several fires burning, and I found the style of the restaurant warm and authentic. Beautifully located too, directly to the Watermill!

Had a delicious lunch at this historic place twice in one week! Visited the restaurant on a Friday and Sunday. Very friendly and attentive staff! Menu is extensive and food allergies are clearly described on a special page. Farmer's bouncer with ham, cheese & bacon and another 12-hour snack were really delicious! Nice place to combine with a nice walk around the Singraven estate.

Lovely cozy spot for after walking on the beautiful estate. A good amount of whipped cream with the chocolate milk and even a delicious artisanal vegan muffin. A plus is the ample parking. Greetings!

Always good here. Often use of local products. Nice atmosphere and excellent service. Both indoors and outdoors in summer.

Enjoyed the game package. Very nice ambiance. Guided tour of the castle, presentation about hunting. Then a fantastic Game Package with surprising flavors in a beautiful space with very friendly service

We had a great evening in the old Saxon Twente entourage. A standard menu, where the portions of the starters could be a bit larger. The main courses were fine, with sufficient garnish. The tap and wines could also be expanded. The staff is flexible, prompt and cordial.

Very nice, remote, rustic and local restaurant. The food was creative and tasty, only the last bit of pizzazz was missing (more spice). Otherwise highly recommended.

I have no idea what the food tastes like, because we were not helped after sitting on the terrace for half an hour while the girl at the counter was lounging around and staring into space. We got up together with people at another table who experienced the same scene and went to another terrace.

We had a delicious iced coffee with red velvet cake. It was really that tasty. And a table by the water. Really perfect. The service was also great! I booked my birthday party, a high tea, at this restaurant. I'm really looking forward to it.

Delicious lunch. Here you can order sandwiches, eggs, pancakes and more simple but delicious dishes. Of course the surroundings are beautiful!

Was only at the outdoor restaurant and the atmosphere there is very cozy. In the middle of nature with watercourses with a water mill and a beer garden atmosphere. Nice service.

Very tasty meal on the outdoor terrace on the rushing Dinkel. Menu varied and not too large, a good omen. Salmon very well prepared Salad fresh and with sufficient ingredients Fries crispy, delicious, not too hard, not too soft. Service very friendly. There are some wasps outside (end of July), but if you behave calmly, it's not that bad. Some guests smoke on the terrace. Is that allowed? The restaurant does not have ashtrays, some guests bring their own ashtrays. Point of attention perhaps. Very nice location on the Dinkel, shade or sun as desired, beautiful large trees. No passing traffic, wonderfully quiet. No music on the terrace, that is worth a compliment.

Good drinks and food The only disadvantage is a road that splits the terrace and restaurant Update 31-07-2024 Something went wrong with our order. Something didn't look quite right. We indicated this and we received something tasty on the house. Good service, many restaurateurs can learn something from it. We will definitely come back.

What a beautiful place in beautiful Twente. Delicious coffee, delicious slice of krentewegge. This on a beautiful, spacious terrace by the water. Service fast and very neat. Highly recommended.

We were very disappointed with this restaurant. We sat inside because of the weather. The atmosphere inside was very cold. The service did not enjoy their work and the food lacked inspiration. In fact, everything lacked inspiration. Too bad because the location is really great.

Beautiful location, especially when the weather is nice because you can sit outside on the terrace. Good menu, but little gluten-free choice and I think 3 euros extra for a small gluten-free sandwich is quite high. There was no dairy-free ice cream, strangely enough, even the sorbet was made with farm ice cream. That is very unfortunate.

A wonderful place to relax. Savory pancakes and one of the best apple pies I've had in a long time! Afterwards a nice walk through the adjacent park of the Singraven estate. Simply great 👍🏼 Dogs are also allowed in the park.

Delicious high tea in a great spot, dishes are very tasty and prepared with care. A warm welcome and friendly service. (Unfortunately we couldn't sit outside due to rain, but it's also very cozy inside)

Beautiful restaurant in breathtaking surroundings, a wonderful experience to take a stroll on the beautiful estate and then have a bite to eat, all the food is clearly made with love. The restaurant is attractively decorated and very accessible, they also offer rooms for larger groups, the employees are very nice. It was really a success.

The food took 1.5 hours to arrive & initially it didn't go well (we got something different than ordered) which was a shame but it is a beautiful location

You shouldn't be here for a tasty pancake. How terribly lame that is. I think I have now ordered a pancake from more than 25 restaurants, but I had to put salt on it, well no. Reported, but this was taken for granted.

Went for high tea. Beautiful surroundings, even in the pouring rain. Service was nice. High tea was ok. A bit on the sweet side and some things could be left out in our opinion. The savory pie and sandwiches were very tasty.

What a great spot. Super beautiful, opposite a beautiful lake. Apfelsteufel is ABSOLUTELY delicious! This is where you need to be. Croquette is out of this world! TASTY

The four of us enjoyed the monthly menu of 'n "Bans". Fantastic combinations were on the plate. An excellent choice to come here and enjoy it in a fun and beautiful ambiance. Everything was GREAT.

As usual, a great restaurant, it went at a fast pace, we had indicated that we would take a break, but 3 minutes later the question was asked again. The quantity was sufficient but not more than that, the flavors were good, it was a winter menu from the newspaper.

A prime location. Had a delicious lunch in the spring months and would love to come back here again. Delicious chocolate milk with whipped cream at a fair price. Be careful: relatively small indoor seating area, so it can fill up quickly

The service was really bad...we had reserved a table for 4 people for September 1st which was canceled on the day because there was supposedly a wedding taking place.....a new date the same evening (again... ...on site...).This appointment would have been yesterday evening, November 10th at 6 p.m. Everything was dark on site and no one was there. Called the restaurant, answered... no table reserved and no more staff either... for the last time Singgraven and we will also make this business practice known to friends and acquaintances

We konden nog heerlijk buiten zitten, wat een prachtige omgeving! We deden een restaurant route via Actief Twente, bij dit restaurant aten we ons voorgerecht, heerlijke zalm gegeten hier!

Prachtige plek om iets te eten of een drankje te doen! Twee mooie terrassen met genoeg schaduwplekken op warme dagen. Vriendelijke bediening. Landgoed Singraven ligt naast De Watermolen. Je kunt daar twee mooie, korte wandelingen maken met een routebeschrijving die je in de landwinkel op kunt halen. De moeite waard!

Mooie omgeving maar ongeschikt voor mindervaliden. Geen passend toilet voor rolstoel..

Dit restaurant ligt in het hart van Twente. De ambiance is buiten gewoon. Een oeroude watermolen vlakbij landhuis Singraven. Wij hebben met 9 personen genoten van een verrassende en heerlijke "High Tea". Jammer dat de bediening wat traag was. Maar verder was alles ok.

Helaas erg weinig tafels bezet (twee!). Bediening was snel en attent maar onervaren. Voorgerechten kwamen uit de koeling waardoor smaak ontbrak. Hoofdgerecht (vlees) was flauw.
