Restaurant Docks has a pleasant location by the water, which is nice for a relaxed meal. The food is tasty, though somewhat inconsistent - some dishes are excellent, while others feel a bit bland. Service is friendly but a bit slow at times, and the interior could use a refresh to match the scenic surroundings. A decent spot for a casual meal, but not necessarily a destination restaurant.

Had lunch at this place ,it was good.Excellent ambiance facing water front.Service pretty fast and the meal was hot despite very cold whether.Ideal place for a quick business Lunch at this neighborhood.

We had a delicious meal of beautifully prepared lobster from the barbecue. Friendly service. There were a few minor issues, but everything was resolved immediately. We had a wonderful afternoon on the terrace by the water. Beautiful location. The seating was a bit cramped, but we had room. Thanks!

Unfortunately, you often had the feeling that the waiters were ignoring you. They were chatting with other tables while we were ignored. It's a shame, because the rest of the menu, the food, the atmosphere, etc., was great. The price/performance ratio is good 👍

Dear owner, last Friday we happened to come to your restaurant and enjoyed a simple meal. However, that turned out to be a big disappointment. We both had a Tom Kha Kai soup (with emphasis on the 'you') as a starter. Then my wife had a Plaice fillet and I had an Americain, which I had ordered as a second starter but was charged at the main course price. During the meal I didn't notice it yet, because the Americain was really unworthy of an Americain. A small hamburger-size Americain, 3 drops of sauce (Truffle mayonnaise?), 1 gherkin and 1 onion cut in half ... that was it. The Plaice fillet was also 'blow food', without vegetables or decoration (My wife even made a joke to the staff to order a second one). But both with full-fledged prices. We both really didn't think it was acceptable, we were served so little. Only the split fries deserve a compliment! We will definitely not come back. Not even because of the enormous noise of the very loud talking and laughing at the other tables.

They were just mini meatballs. But the atmosphere was good. And very friendly service. Really enjoyed it.

We dined here with a large group. The service was good, and we received friendly service. I started with the tuna tataki, which I unfortunately didn't enjoy very much. Then I had the cheese fondue, which was truly fantastic, beautifully presented, and with plenty of dips! Highly recommended. Dessert was also very tasty. The dishes are beautifully presented and each portion is generous. I can imagine it's a fantastic place to sit when the sun is shining, as you have a beautiful view of the water and the sunset.

Had dinner here with a group tonight. We thought the place was beautiful on the water. The menu was varied. Opinion about the food was divided. Unambiguous about the peas that everyone mistook for pods and found hard. A big fail for the long waiting times. We were there for 4 hours, of which 1 guest arrived an hour late. That still leaves 3 hours. That's quite a long time for a dinner. We found the price-performance ratio to be incorrect. On the high side.

Service tip: put the menu of the day on a plate and ask in between if everything is to your liking, etc. That could really be better!!! Haven't been for years after very bad experience with service. Now absolutely great, good menu, beautiful presentation of dishes and, most importantly, nice, smooth service. We'll be back.

Typical and cozy boat restaurant. The menu offers a range of both common and several less common dishes. Quality of the food is very good and the dishes are presented in a very nice manner. There is sufficient room to park your boat right next to the restaurant. However, during weekends and especially with very nice weather during the summer holiday period it is advised to reserve a parking spot. Staff is very friendly and offers good advice. The wine menu is very good and includes options that accompany all dishes. Take into account that if you need to return to the main water at Loosdrechtse Plassen you will need to go through the lock which closes at 22:30 (and it takes you 45 mins to get to the lock). Also the staff takes the speed of serving the dishes into account when you need to get back.

Beautiful place on the water. Made a reservation here to have something to eat after sailing. Can recommend it to everyone. Delicious food and friendly, attentive service. After ordering food it took a while before it was delivered. In this case it was not disturbing because we sat on the terrace and drinks came quickly. Definitely worth repeating

We had the pleasure of dining at Docks Moleneind on a beautiful day, and it was truly a perfect setting for a meal. The restaurant boasts a great location with a wonderful ambience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the menu offered a variety of enticing dishes. The bustling atmosphere with a visible team of staff and chefs hard at work added to the positive experience. The food itself was exceptional. The flavors were outstanding, and the presentation was equally impressive. We left absolutely satisfied with our entire dining experience at Docks Moleneind.

What I really dislike is having to pay water that they get from the tap, via ‘filters’. As of that is needed with the excellent quality of the tapwater in NL. Especially when a restaurant charges prices, which are on the high-side. Although ‘it is only 5 euro’, this Grocery-mentality is annoying. And, Frankly, I think that with such a mentality, one should wonder where in the Foodchain this restaurant is cutting more córners. There are not much parking places, about 4-5. Dont get me wrong: food and service were good. We had lunch with croquettes. So, nothing fancy.

The quality of their seafood is top notch, great views and atmosphere. Perfect restaurant for a date night.

Nice restaurant located on the lake with a view of the harbor. There is a spacious terrace, but it was a bit cold now. In the conservatory with the sun was great. Food is very tasty and surprising. Fair price.

Lekker gegeten op een mooie romantische locatie maar helaas erg slechte bediening. We zijn niet snel ontevreden maar de serveerster liet zich voortdurend niet zien, tafel stond vol borden en glazen werd niet meegenomen. We hadden wijn besteld maar kregen het voorgerecht eerder dan de bestelling van 30 minuten geleden. Het was ook niet druk dus we begrepen niet waar de serveerster bleef. Bij de koffie vroeg ik een glaasje water, daar deden ze niet meer aan een glas kraanwater, heel apart. Je verwacht voor een diner van €180 voor 2 personen toch wel een beetje service en aandacht.

Heerlijk gegeten op een geweldige locatie

Helemaal top gegeten. De rib-eye pizza was geweldig, kreeft was niet helemaal mijn ding, kwestie van smaak...

Mooie locatie met terras aan het water/ jachthaven. Vanwege grote groep de bestelling vooraf doorgegeven voor een lunch. Lunch was goed verzorgd,vriendelijke bediening. Konden gebruik maken van aanwezige parkeerplaats.

Woensdag 4 september 14.30 na een fietstocht. Ceasar salade was heerlijk. Lekkere dressing en smakelijke kip. De salade met gerookte zalm van mijn vrouw was prima. Bediening was goed. Vriendelijke en behulpzame dames. Niets op aan te merken. De EIGENAAR IN DE KEUKEN..... en dat zie je terug op je bord. Deze kok weet waar hij mee bezig is. En de lokatie spreekt voor zich....Trouwens de stoelen zitten ook lekjer. Een 10 wat ons betreft.

Kajak was helaas kapot. Me rug is helemaal naar de gort. Zitje was kapot. Jammer dat ze de kajak niet goed na kijken voor het verhuur.

Super shared dining gehad met collega's. Juiste tempo bediening, ruim aanbod dranken, heerlijk en vers diner. Ik kom zeker eens terug

Wat een prachtig terras. Een genot om hier in de zon of onder een parasol te zitten. De bediening was echt ver onder de maat. Zo niet gastvrij en niet meedenkt. Heeft u een glas kraanwater voor ons dochter. Dat was niet mogelijk en konden een flesje voor 2.50€ bestellen. We hebben geen kraanwater!! Als we alleen een drankje kwamen doen snap ik dat nog. Maar zeker met ons diner erbij. Dan ons diner. Zalm in biet en steak tartaar waren mooi opgemaakt maar miste alleen wat smaak. Jammer dat je er geen broodje bij krijgt en dat je dat erbij moet kopen. Dat voor 14.50 en 14.75€. Ons hoofdgerecht was surf en turf. Dit was aardig aan de prijs met 29.50€ maar daar kreeg je wel een mooi stuk vlees voor en drie grote garnalen. Jammer dat er geen doekje of fingerbowl bij zat om je handen schoon te maken. Bij de gerechten zat ruim garnituur. Jammer dat alles al een beetje was afgekoeld. Maar ook deze gerechten zagen er mooi uit. Koffie of een dessert hebben we achterwegen gelaten. Hebben 20 minuten geen bediening meer gezien. Zijn zelf maar naar binnen gegaan om te betalen.

Die Örtlichkeit ist schön! Der Service war allerdings sehr arrogant. Scheinbar passten wir nicht zum erwarten Kundenkreis. Obwohl fast alle Tische auf der Terrasse frei waren, wurden wir an den Rand gesetzt. Auch auf die Frage nach einer Steckdose für den Fahrradakku wurde damit beantwortet, dass es keine Steckdosen gäbe. An der Terrasse waren allerdings viele Steckdosen unbenutzt. Das Essen war nicht wie bestellt! Anstatt „medium rare“ war es „well done“. Das sollte in diesem Restaurant mit seinem Anspruch nicht passieren. Dafür sind die Preise gesalzen!

Prima eten maar duidelijk dat ze bij dit restaurant de winst uit de wijn ipv de keuken moeten halen. Flessen gaan meermaals over de kop. Dood zonde en m.i. een groot probleem in Nederland in het algemeen. Meer dan 50% van de bon is drank. Pluspunt: Bediening is zeer goed opgeleid en service gericht.

Echt een aanrader om een keer te gaan eten. Wij hebben ons huwlijksfeest daar gevierd. Eten was fantastisch, hele leuke sfeer en leuk en vriendelijk personeel

Gewoon prima eten, niks hoogstaand. Smaken waren goed. Porties waren gemiddeld qua grootte. Personeel was vriendelijk, kort om prima plek om te lunchen. Ik was zelf hier voor een snelle lunch, bediening had hiervoor iets sneller gekund.

Vers bereid eten ikzelf een heerlijke Ceasar salad mijn vrouw brood met brie en schoonvader een plankje zalm. Gewoon topkwaliteit kom hier zeker terug.

Mooi plekje met attente bediening. Voor vegetariërs erg weinig keus: toen ik er een opmerking over maakte werd me gezegd dat het restaurant echt voor vlees en vis-eters is bedoeld (lijkt mij een gemiste kans). De sfeer was goed omdat ik met leuk gezelschap was :-)

Heerlijk aan t water gezeten. Bediening heel vriendelijk. Kreeftensoep was top en daarna halve kreeft. Eten was goed op smaak, had graag een salade erbij gekregen. Komen zeker terug.

Ik kom al meer dan 20 jaar op deze plek maar nu voor het eerst sinds de nieuwe eigenaar. Wat een culinaire verrassingen. Een enorme plank met diverse heerlijke voorgerechten van vis, oesters en vlees. Daarna een voortreffelijke surf & turf met gamba’s. Zeer vriendelijke en alerte bediening samen met een keuken brigade die met een grote glimlach hun creaties weten te bereiden, maken van dit restaurant een plek om niet weer 5 jaar te wachten maar om snel weer terug te komen.
