Het was weer een leuke avond hier. Prijs-kwaliteit echt een topzaak!. Gezellig, vriendelijk, uitgebreide wijnkaart met ook leuke, betaalbare wijnen.

What a host that Ricardo !!! Besides a wonderful evening and delicious food we were served by the best host ever !! What passion and craftsmanship.

Wauwww what an experience 1st time eaten at flavours. What a great host ricardo enjoyed how you pampered us the passion you put into it great you see it so often what a warm bath. That really made the evening complete. Delicious food what a picture on the plate really recommended.

This week we were able to enjoy ourselves at Restaurant Flavours in Weert. We chose the Flavours & Passion Menu with wine pairing. Service was friendly and attentive. Apart from the fact that the food was exceptionally good, there were a few minor flaws that I won't go into here, as only the very young team was present that evening. The owners were not there, so I suspect that the minor deviations had to do with that. Nevertheless, in a restaurant like this you always have to bring your A-game, or at least enable the team to do so - even on a Wednesday evening. But as I said: the food was excellent, so I would definitely recommend it.

Delicious anniversary menu with good matching wine. The six of us sat comfortably at a round table. We had a great evening, partly thanks to the friendly staff. Definitely worth repeating!

Our dinner at this Michelin star restaurant was generally a pleasant experience, although there are a number of areas that could be improved. The food was definitely the star of the evening – the dishes were refined, well balanced and prepared with an eye for detail. The flavors came together perfectly, and each dish was a real treat for the senses. Compliments to the Chef! The service was also appropriate and correct. The staff were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the dishes without being pushy. The timing of the dishes was good, and the sommelier provided excellent information about the wine. Unfortunately, the room where we sat was a disappointment. The atmosphere was not what you would expect from a Michelin star restaurant – the decor felt a bit cold and the ambiance lacked the warmth you would hope to find in such a high-quality restaurant. We were seated in a less atmospheric room, while the main dining room might have offered a more pleasant experience. It would definitely be worth asking in advance for a table in the main room, where the atmosphere is more suited to the price and quality of the food. A restaurant with this price level and quality would really benefit from a more atmospheric environment for every guest. The interior, and especially the entrance and the space at the back of the store, could receive more attention to complete the experience. The first impression upon entering was unfortunately not in line with what you would expect from a restaurant of this stature. Overall it was a good experience, but with the right changes in the atmosphere it could certainly be an exceptional experience. We would recommend inquiring about the dining room in advance so you can get the most out of your evening.

This restaurant serves foie gras. If there is anything that is animal unfriendly, it is foie gras. They should be deeply, deeply ashamed.

Exceeded expectations in every way. Exceptional dinner with excellent and attentive service in a charming and very professional in every respect. Attractive and warm friendly atmosphere with outstanding cuisine. The menu is skillfully crafted with options that are mouth watering. The triple onion based amuse bouche was an excellent foretaste. The langoustine was exceptional, light and bursting with soft texture and subtle flavours. My associate had the goats cheese which had a magic potion of gentle and fresh flavours. My tournedos Rossini (Rundhass) was perfection. Perfectly rare tender beef that melted into the delicate fois gras and truffle with winter berries sauce. My Associate had the white winter truffle raviolis which was utterly delicious. The wine list is short but an excellent selection at very reasonable prices.

Enjoyed Sunday lunch very much. Beautiful flavors, tasty dishes and beautiful products such as fresh truffle, iberico, oyster, duck from the BBQ. Why not more stars for the service, I was left with an empty glass twice and at the end it took a long time to get the bill.

Dit adres is echt de moeite waard! Verwennerij van begin tot einde, stuk voor stuk kunstwerkjes en smaakbommen... Bediening is attent en houdt rekening met dieetwensen en ook de non-alcoholdrinkers komen met creatieve mocktails ruimschoots aan hun trekken. Voor al dit lekkers, valt ook het prijskaartje ook nog mild uit. Kortom, ster meer dan waard en we kijken al uit naar de volgende keer!

De eerste keer dat ik Flavours bezocht.Aangenaam verrast. Bijzonder attente en vriendelijke bediening.Mooie smaakcombinaties, uitstekende cuisson en een eigen signatuur.Een mooie ervaring en we komen graag terug.

Wij hebben van een uitstekende zeer Michelin ster- waardige lunch genoten. Het ondernemers echtpaar Ron en Lindsey hebben het goed begrepen. Het ontvangst was hartelijk en gaf ons direct een thuis gevoel. De maaltijd was vanaf de reeds amuses tot aan het dessert van een hoge kwaliteit. Dit tezamen met een professionele bediening heeft ons en onze gasten een goede en fijne culinaire middag gebracht. Evening Flavors, the business lives up to its name. Fantastic flavours, really really good. Highlights were the steak tartare and the broth served with the langoustines, an absolute explosion of taste. Young service, good with some flaws. Not disturbing. The cheese board could receive a little more attention in terms of portioning and layout. In terms of atmosphere, something could be done, it felt a bit sterile. And one star less because we didn't see the chef. I continue to be amazed by that in a star tent, people come to see the chef, let's see. Small effort and I think people appreciate this, at least we do. Furthermore, recommended!

It is everything you expect from a star restaurant and more. Great little dishes with lots of flavour a place we will come back.

We hebben gekozen voor het 5 gangenmenu uitgebreid met het signatuur gerecht en een extra aperitief en het was allemaal uitstekend. De smaakcombinaties zijn verrassend en de bijbehorende wijnen waren eveneens zeer creatief bedacht. De service was jong, enthousiast en heel voorkomend. Het enige minpuntje het was veel te rustig voor een restaurant met 1 Michelin ster. Weert en omgeving jullie missen echt wat!

Excellent restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious meal in a cozy atmosphere. All dishes were of great taste. The only downside was that the seven courses took more than four hours.

Delicious food. Beautiful combinations of taste and texture that are also a pleasure for the eyes. Excellent explanation without superlatives of the very attentive/alert service. Somewhat neutral (fortunately) casual atmosphere. The interior is somewhat colorless, but to be honest, that's not what you come for.

I ate here a few weeks ago during the truffle week, it was my first experience of eating in a restaurant with a Michelin star! This is definitely something I will do more often and will happily come back here!

Had a wonderful evening at Flavors! Very nice atmosphere, nice young and enthusiastic team. And of course delicious food. Surprised with refined flavors, fun combinations and a delicious wine arrangement. The wines were served by a friendly young man who shared fun facts about the wine and does this with passion!

The chef takes allergies and intolerances into account. but the dishes do not suffer at all. You get completely new experiences and tastes, just fantastic.

This is as good a restaurant as I've been to in New York, Paris, etc. Amazing presentation and flavors. King crab starter was our highlight, closely followed by the Asian inspired "ball" amuse bouche. Wonderful service. Well worth the price and nice to see this local restaurant full by the time we left.

6-gangen menu, eten was voortreffelijk. Wachttijd erg lang, ruim 1,5 uur voor de eerste gang werd geserveerd. Bediening mag wat attenter zijn. De akoestiek is wel heel erg slecht, we konden elkaar en de bediening af en toe nauwelijks verstaan.

Delicious food, great service and a beautiful (acoustic) space where you can spend an evening as a group or as a couple. Definitely worth the star! Good range of wines and chapeau to choose from with the dishes. There are still a number of finishing touches to complete the experience (waiting time between dishes was just 5 minutes too long, stool for the bag, upholstery of the chairs). But that doesn't detract from the dishes and the very friendly, courteous service.

Unforgettable experience: they serve food in 4-5-6-7 rounds. Food size is not big, so don't be afraid that 5 rounds won't fit into your stomach. Moreover, food is served with 30-40 min pauses, so enough time to digest previous portion:) I really loved starters and fish. Although most of the dishes are for one bite, but the taste of each bite is super complex and tasteful, so you'll enjoy it for sure. The restaurant is good for special occasions. You'll probably spend about 3.5 hours there. Wine card is good and the personnel will help you if you need advice. Special thanks to the chief :) P.S. Beware, bill per person is around 100€

Excellent, acceptably priced BOB package with delicious, surprising Portuguese wine, this time from near Lisbon. We are happy with Sander's informal professional service. Last night I was particularly surprised by the Flavors team. We have already visited many star restaurants, including the only 2 3 star restaurants in the Netherlands. Booked via TripAdvisor yesterday at 7:00 PM and at the table at 7:30 PM. We enjoyed the quality, hospitality and creativity of the chef. Really amazing. I hope you get a star next Monday, in our opinion this would be more than justified. Pieter van Velden

Delicious food at Flavors. We had the 5 course menu. This was supplemented with delicious bread and no fewer than 3 appetizers. Everything was equally tasty and prepared with great care. It was indicated in advance that one of us eats vegetarian and the vegetarian menu matched perfectly with the non-vegetarian menu. The waiters were very friendly and very knowledgeable. The wines paired perfectly with the food. We are positively surprised and will definitely come back.

Very culinary experience! A good wine arrangement and friendly service! In short: delicious! Unfortunately you cannot park in front of the door. But walking 100 meters is allowed after such a meal.

For the Xth time now. It should be somewhere around the 15th time or more. And it was great again. On all those occasions I only ate less once (and that is a matter of taste). But simply the best service (4 room staff who cannot fault anything, friendliness at its best), the tastiest food, the nicest atmosphere. And... because we are not allowed to eat fish/dish/shell, one of the only restaurants that adjusts everything, including the snacks, without complaint for a last-minute reservation! With thanks!

No choice in the menu due to the 5th anniversary where you received the most favorite snacks from the past 5 years. Definitely worth it because every dish was delicious. The excellent service and the conviviality is what we had our friends for. All in all we had a great evening at Flavors.

Went to flavors together with another couple for a seven-course menu with accompanying wines. It was completely finished, from the starter to the dessert, one by one flavor bombs that managed to surprise us again and again. Also the wines, top wines, a muscat wine with fish? Completely balanced in taste. Very friendly staff who are happy to serve your needs. We will definitely go back.
