Good food and good fast service

The food is dried out and smells like wet dog.

Not fresh, not tasty, don't do it!

Only take-away possible. Food is OK! The 'keuze menu" let's you choose between 2 of nasi, bami and rice (or mihoen for some extra) and 3 side dishes. It's always have been our go to menu. Though it doubled in price in the past 5 years. The language could be a barrier, which wouldn't be an issue if everything is good. Got something switched with our order, called and they said they would deliver the correct dish, but want the other one back... Are you going to sell that again? After almost 30 minutes we got our dish. Nothing to compensate or anything. Too bad.

Hang Chow forgot to deliver part of the order, but after reporting it, they came by 10 minutes later with the rest. Great!

The food itself is fine, but the service leaves much to be desired. After calling to cancel a dish, it wasn't possible, and with another order placed at 8:15 PM, I was told it wouldn't be delivered. Just come and pick it up. It said somewhere in the fine print that delivery wouldn't be coming after 8:30 PM.

Delicious takeout food, small mix-up with delivery/pickup, but quickly resolved. Great Chinese food.

Delicious food, upon delivery you can only pay with cash...not with pin.

Tasty and inexpensive, it has now become a takeaway restaurant. But it is still just as tasty as before. Slightly smaller and no longer a restaurant and at a different location. But the rest has remained the same

If you order with delivery, it turns out that you can only pay in cash. This was not mentioned so I had to find every cent at the last minute.... Bad!!!!!!!!

Ordered catering for a large group. Communication was excellent. The food was excellent. And the extra service in resolving my problem was also excellent. I will definitely order from them again.

We took a set for two for 28 euros. They gave us a lot of food to take with us, but the most important thing is that the food was incredibly tasty! We will take more!

I order from Hang Chow more often and am always satisfied with the food and service. Unfortunately I had now ordered kuh lu yuk and I received the balls separately and a super small bowl of sauce in which I could barely dip 1 ball. Last order I got the kuh lu yuk in the sauce, which I really like, but apparently this is not the standard. I immediately contacted you about this because I thought it was so strange that there was so little sauce for the amount of balls. And almost every Chinese dish has the meatballs in the sauce. If this had not been the case last time, I would not have ordered them either. Unfortunately, you do not get the service that I would expect, especially if you order so often and for so much money. I would only have thought it was really neat and good friendly service if a larger container of sauce would be delivered free of charge because after all it is not how they delivered it last time and of course I as a customer cannot do anything about that.

Delivery costs of 5 Euro while I live within 1KM are way too high and the food prices are also increased every quarter, don't come here anymore.

I live in an apartment for the elderly. Delivery costs almost €5. The delivery person commented that he had to walk to the first floor and I had to come down, he said. There are people living here who have difficulty walking. I think it's scandalous. I won't order from here again!

I came to know Hang Chow by chance when I moved down the street more than 12 years ago. In the years that followed I lived in Hilversum, Amsterdam and other neighborhoods in Eindhoven, but nevertheless I always came back to Hang Chow! Lightning fast delivery, cozy restaurant and delicious food! You can always wake me up for a combination menu with noodles, garlic chicken, satay & babi pangang. Only at Hang Chow do I always regret not ordering more after eating a 2-person menu. My favorite for years has been the combination of bami goreng + garlic chicken. Outrageously delicious, there really is no better one. Dear (new) customers: you have been warned! 😁

Ik ben eens voor de verandering bij Hang Chow geweest en eerlijk waar, Het is echt lang geleden dat ik zo lekker Chinees heb gegeten. Ook mijn visite hadden de zelfde mening. Klantvriendelijk, snel en zeer goed en vers. Ik raad deze restaurant aan!!

Hang Chow Chinese restaurant in Stratum is simply fantastic. The service is incredibly efficient - you don't have to wait long at all to be served. What really sets this restaurant apart, however, is the incredible variety of dishes available. It's worth noting, however, that the restaurant is not halal-certified, so some Muslim diners may want to exercise caution when choosing their meal. Op zaterdag met 4 personen tafel buffet gepakt en viel erg tegen 😲😲...eten was niet echt warm...2de ronde kip was erg taai en de jongen waaraan we nog extra portie kroepoek vroegen....die wist in eerste instantie niet wat het was,voor afhalen en bezorgen is het top maar daar eten....nee was zeker geen €20,- per persoon waard geweest.

5 x besteld, 4 x mis gegaan. Varkensvlees in de bami terwijl we alles zonder varkensvlees bestellen. Ze komen het wel snel opnieuw brengen.

Hoe heb ik nog niet eerder 5 sterren gegeven, toen ik net in Eindhoven kwam studeren woonde ik om de hoek en heb ik heel vaak heerlijk eten bij ze afgehaald. Zelfs nu ik verhuisd ben bestel ik nog bij hen. En binnen eten is ook echt top. Heel leuk knus restaurant.

Veel verschillende gerechten, menu voor 2 personen zeker 6 verschillende bakjes. Uitgebreid, hoeveelheid niet te overdreven, en super lekker!

Lekker eten vriendelijke bediening en niet duur. Je kan losse gerechten bestellen of kiezen uit verschillende menu's. Ook afhalen en thuisbezorging is mogelijk. Gratis parkeren.

Een geweldig restaurantje heerlijk geeten met vrienden. Elke smaakpapil in mijn mond proefde de heerlijke kruiden en groente en het vlees de kok krijgt van mij zeker een 10 en als ik weer in Eindhoven kom ga ik er zeker weer eten. En de prijs was echt niet duur voor mij hebben ze een goude ster verdiend. Ik zeg ga zo door bedankt voor deze geweldige dag mijn 65 ste verjaardag. Zal jullie niet vergeten. Dank je wel 💋💋

Wij halen hier altijd onze chinese maaltijden en ook de catering bij feesten. Kwalitatief goede en herrlijke gerechten. Absoluut onze favoriet in de buurt. Prijzen zijn vergelijkbaar met de andere chinese restaurants. Het personeel is vriendelijk, afspraken worden nagekomen en bij catering zijn vele mogelijkheden bespreekbaar. Er kan aan de balie, maar ook telefonisch of online worden besteld. Een echte aanrader!
