This is the place to eat real Chinese food in Eindhoven. The layout is a bit unusual, with a long hallway where you can sit down and eat, but there are neatly screened-off areas. Also a lot of takeout customers.

I really enjoyed the stir-fried rice noodles and shrimp rice noodle rolls! I'm a beginner when it comes to tofu skin rolls, so I can't comment on those. The steamed spare ribs with black bean sauce were just okay; I'll try other dishes next time.

We bought takeaway food. We weren't told our food was ready, so we waited and waited, and they didn't give us any cutlery, even though we emphasized that it was a takeaway for the trip and we paid for the plastic containers... Fried rice was like boiled rice. Too expensive at €19.

There was a middle-aged male waiter who treated foreigners and Chinese people differently. He was fawning and servile to white people but bossed Chinese people around. His quality was very low and I don't recommend him.

Been coming to Kampo for years, brought a friend along, and I've never been so embarrassed! Terribly bad! Dry chicken, terrible service, dish not corrected, all around bad.

Fantastic meal, very friendly and fast service

THE most authentic and best Chinese I've had in the Netherlands outside of Amsterdam's Chinatown. A lovely meal served by lovely staff for my last evening in the Netherlands until my next visit. Although I was with my daughter and her partner who speak fluent Dutch, the menus were well presented with photos of each of the dishes, and description in both Chinese and Dutch. So as an English person I could easily understand what was available for me to choose. The staff were very friendly and a couple of staff spoke English. Chinese is my favourite cuisine, and I have eaten it recently in Singapore and Malaysia, and I think it is fair to say that was one of the nicest crispy pork, and roast duck I've had in a very long time. The seafood on crispy noodles was also incredibly tasty and plentiful with prawns and squid. A few dim sum dishes were also ordered, and equally as tasty as the rest of the meal. Portions were of a very good size. Well worth a visit if anyone is in the vicinity. A steady flow of customers, from couples to larger groups.

If you want to eat real Chinese food this is the restaurant you should try.

A delicious Chinese restaurant, the fried beef river at No. 64 is super delicious, and the three-piece rice at No. 146 is also very good.

Excellent food for a reasonable price, friendly staff, modern furnishings with open kitchen (it looks better from the inside than from the outside). I had chosen the braised tofu (with pak-choi, or bok choy), a dish that I was not yet familiar with. Beautifully served, the pak choi was perfectly al dente and topped with a type of soy sauce unknown to me. It is better to drink beer from the bottle, because it will die in the stacked glass.

We ate for the first time at Kam Po restaurant in Eindhoven. Our experience was that the people were friendly and nice. We had a nice meal and were allowed to take the leftovers with us. We also ordered some extra food.

I've been coming here for years, especially dim sum. Unfortunately, things are getting worse. Food portions are becoming smaller and more expensive. Little meat is thinly sliced ​​and shrimps are halved, lots of onions, lots of leeks, lots of bean sprouts and few noodles (tiny ones). You pay €14 for this. Too crazy for words! Staff is unfriendly.

Es un interesante lugar de comida china, ya que crecí en Hong Kong durante 70 s - 80 s. Es exactamente el estilo de los 80... Algunos dim sums son buenos y otros por debajo de par. Los shrill dumplings son buenos, los Chong divertidos son buenos pero no las bolas de res y Chou Chau Steam Dumplings. I had a delicious meal at Kam Po and the service was excellent. They even took into account my preference not to eat pork, which I really appreciated. The dishes were tasty and we will definitely come back!

Behavior of a man who was taking my order was quite rude. I took the menu and he kind of snatched it from my hand and then placed it in front of me. Then started asking directly what I want to eat. I knew that already and that was the only reason I decided to go ahead with it. When I was placing the order I asked if there is any sauce included, the answer was yes. Well, unfortunately that was not the case when I got my meal. Even tho the food was not that bad, I would not recommend this place.

It's really good. It's one of the few delicious Chinese restaurants I've eaten in the Netherlands. They provide free tea, which is pretty good!

That one man there is as if we have done something wrong, so rude. The steamed things that I can do myself were normal, the other one is delicious, no words for it. That man is only polite when we paid, wow.

My first Chinese / Cantonese restaurant since the first year I live in Eindhoven. I feel at home when I am there and Love their authentic Chinese cuisine. If you want to have home cook Cantonese cuisine with reasonable price, this is the place. If you like sweet pastry, try their sesame ball with lotus paste, freshly made, soft, warm and melt in your mouth!

Check in as soon as the store opens early in the morning! Very tidy and hygienic, and the food is good. Taking my grandson to ride his bike for lunch, it’s better to come early and enjoy it.

This gradual drop in standards has understandably led to disappointment, making me reluctant to visit again. To be honest, it’s not that bad, but considering the many choices in the neighborhood, I think this will be my last visit.

Been a long time since I've been around here. I loved kampo, especially my parents, they always want authentic and old-fashioned dishes that you can't get anywhere except Amsterdam or Tai Wu in Rotterdam. Picked something up last weekend 🥴😭 Really to cry. Nasi is just white rice with dark sauce on top, sigh...what is that? A bowl of noodles is barely 100 grams and that for 15 euros? Pffft... The team is nice to us because they know us but never kampo again. Terribly bad.

The food is great, amazing, delicious!! Unfortunately, the only negative side is that they don't speak English and also a rather bad Dutch, so the communication was a bit difficult (98% of clients are Chinese!) so we felt they didn't care about us so much, because they didn't talk or ask anything, while they were laughing and talking to the Chinese clients. The price was I think fair:50 € for 3 people. In the normal standard, but the quality was great. Not very easy to find a parking near by, on busy days. Other than this, we loved the food and we'll surely return many times!!!

I don't know much about real Chinese cuisine, but we had a delicious meal here. Dim sums were fine. Lots of choice. Everything was fine. Service was pleasant. Fine!

Monthly menu ordered! €26 (extra noodles) It would be ready in 15 minutes! it was delivered very fast service but with home arrival!! was the food already cold (and no extra noodles in sight) just noodles? with some dry meat and 4 small spring rolls and a 3 quart full of noodles, nothing extra in terms of quality, I give it a 2, not recommended! Shame

I came here for authentic Chinese food during a trip to eindhoven. The place is about 15 mins walk from the city center. The waiter handed me a menu in Dutch and Chinese and quickly said no English when I asked if there is an English menu. I had to use Google translate. The food was quite authentic and tasty. Service was brusque and to the point.

Hier heerlijk Chinees gegeten. Super uitgebreide kaart, wij hadden diverse dingen besteld maar was allemaal super vers en lekker. Leuk dat je ook los spullen kan kopen bij de kassa! Zeker een aanrader.

Het eten is top! Vooral de Tofu Hotpot met vlees en seafood is erg lekker. De porties zijn redelijk groot en schappelijk geprijsd! De home made ice tea, Tong Ling, is een aanrader. De mannelijke serveerder is wat nors en zijn zuinige glimlach verdwijnt volledig als je bij het betalen geen fooi achterlaat.

Kom hier al jaren eten altijd super vers maar voor het eerst in al die jaren zag ik dat de ober openlijk in zijn neus stond te peuteren tot 2keer toe hierop wat ervan gezegd te hebben word het je af gestreden kom er nooit meer bah 🤢

谷歌随便找的，看评论还不错，就去了。作为半个广东人，干炒牛河真的很好吃哇！是我喜欢的薄薄的河粉，好多中餐的河粉都超厚不入味，这家是我在欧洲目前吃到的河粉最薄的一家了。油条味道要不错，要是有豆浆就更好了！店家看到我们开口直接说普通话，真的很好，之前去阿姆海牙的粤菜餐厅听到普通话都爱答不理的。除了牛百叶之外，其它真的都很好吃，排骨凤爪味道都很棒，还会再光顾的，真的很棒👍

Lekker eten, personeel is wel vriendelijk (niet zoals wij gewend zijn, maar dat is ook niet de cultuur!) Het eten is echt authentiek en super lekker. Kom hier zeker terug!

Hele goede plek voor Dimsum met wat meer traditionele gerechten en heerlijke groene thee. Mijn favoriete gerecht was de Cha Siew Pau (varkensvleesbroodjes).

Echt Chinees eten, zeer lekker. Wat een keuzemogelijkheden.

Slechte kwaliteit dimsum (vergeleken met New Oriental City in Eindhoven centrum). Niets was echt lekker, o.a. de ha kau, flensjes, rijststick met beef, cha sieu bapao en pekingeend geprobeerd. Volgens mijn man was de eend de slechtste die hij ooit heeft gegeten. Personeel sprak geen Nederlands en je zit niet gezellig binnen. Eens en nooit meer.

Zeer uitgebreide kaart en veel gerechten, het kader is zeker aan vernieuwing toe en de bediening kan een stuk beter. Het is wel een restaurant waar veel Aziaten komen eten en afhalen (wil ook wat zeggen) en mogelijks is het geheel typisch voor hun way of life in tegenstelling tot onze Europese maar wij hadden zeker niet echt restaurant gevoel eerder een grote kantine.

I went to this restaurant several times whenever nearby Asian restaurants are full. To be honest, the food they serve is not special at all. You can find better Asian dishes in other Asian restaurants in Eindhoven. What stands out from this place is the terrible service. The waiters are rude. To be direct, any other restaurants in the city always try to serve people nicely except this one. Others may give positive review. To me, regarding the food, this place is only okay-ish. Regarding service, definitely not okay. All in all, I cannot recommend this restaurant.
