Reservations are easy online, but you'll need to be there in advance as there are many regulars. We had made a reservation for lunch at the Hermitage (first year of fine dining). The nice thing about the Hermitage is that there's a different menu every week, so you can go several times a month. A downside is that it's a fixed menu and there are no options. We were met by a trainee (maître d') who served us. The tables are neatly set with damask, luxury cutlery, and cotton napkins – excellent. The wine list is compact but reasonably priced with plenty of options. We started with bread accompaniments, followed by three courses that ranged from good to very good. The service was friendly. The price-quality ratio was excellent: a menu of €15.50, a bottle of Macon €23.50, and coffee €2.20. Highly recommended for those who live nearby and can accommodate a schedule. We had a lovely afternoon.

Had a really great evening here. The atmosphere was nice, the food served was really delicious. The price is really affordable as well (18.50 for a 4 course meal). The menu is fixed but you can make remarks when making your online booking. The menu changes every week and on this day, we had Italian food. We had bruschetta and sgroppino (complimentary), stuffed pasta (yummy), carbonara (best dish for us), risotto (seemed to be made out of barley which wasn't something we fancied). For dessert, we had tiramisu. It was an interesting take as it was served deconstructed and we generally enjoyed it. Would come back again

Fantastic fun, I ate at the Capuce restaurant, definitely recommended. Dishes were super tasty, service and reception top notch, and the price was very good. Definitely go back more often. Wijnand Tilburg

Wat een leuk concept. drie gerechtjes voor maar €9. Heb er toch vier gerechtjes besteld want het was zo lekker. Allemaal bereidt door studenten in de keuken en fijne ontvangst van de studenten in het restaurant. Het restaurant ziet er erg modern uit. Heel veel gave eyecatchers. Ga dit proberen!

Zeer leuk restaurant!!! Studenten doen goed hun best om het buffet er top uit te laten zien en in avond zorgen ze voor een uitgebreid diner en dat voor zo weinig geld echt geweldig!!!!!🤩🤩🤩

Erg lekker gegeten voor weinig geld! Leuk om studenten zo hard te zien werken om uiteindelijk het “echte” bedrijfsleven in te gaan.

Erg leuk om eens binnen te lopen. De studenten van de horeca opleiding verzorgen een uitgebreid lunchbuffet voor 4,95 en de dinerkaart bestaat uit 8 gerechtjes die elke maand wisselen en elke dag een verassingsgerecht Vd chef. 3 gangen voor 9euro De studenten gastvrijheid maken eenassortiment aan cocktail/mocktails en verschillende koffiespecialiteiten.
