Restaurant Ibis in Centrum

The worst restaurant I've ever eaten at in Holland. My boyfriend and I ordered eggs on bread and some sort of chicken kebab: terrible choice. My eggs were almost raw, placed on soggy, untoasted supermarket bread (it was really hard to mess up a dish like that). The kebab was cold, there was a tomato covered in mozzarella and ketchup, and the bread was rubbery. To round off this nightmare, we took a risk and ordered a strudel... terrible choice. The (frozen) dessert was completely raw in the center, and even though we pointed this out and sent it back, it was on the bill. A terrible experience. I strongly advise against going.

A real treat from start to finish! A great atmosphere, Mahmoud was a fantastic waiter, always smiling and very professional. Whether it was the gourmet sandwiches, the hamburgers, or the salads, everything was delicious and perfectly prepared. A place to remember without hesitation!

Cozy spot in Lisse to have a drink in the sun and certainly to eat a meal in the evening for a nice price. Extensive menu and very friendly staff; the owner and Samantha are very hospitable.

Always good food and good service. Due to our move, we had not been there for a few years. Yesterday we were back in the region and so to the Ibis. We were welcomed friendly and the food was delicious again. The price is very reasonable, absolutely not expensive. We recommend the Ibis for a nice meal.

Unfortunately, the spare ribs were dry and not as well-marinated as they used to be. This is the third time I've had this experience, so I think it's also the last time I order this menu. The double-deckers were good, though.

Had schotel spare ribs besteld en partner lamskoteletten. Sausjes en patat werd na enige tijd gebracht, maar vlees zeker 10 minuten later. Helaas waren spare ribs niet goed warm en meldde dat meteen. Serveerster nam ze mee met de mededeling dat ze dan nog weer even onder de grill gingen. Partner had bord al leeg toen de spare ribs weer kwamen. Nu wel iets warmer, maar nog steeds niet heet. Helaas Patat uiteraard ook inmiddels koud en totaal geen groente of sla erbij, terwijl op menu staat schotel. Zeker geen aanrader!!

Service was terrible. Waitresses/waiters are really rude, unhelpful and sullen. When you ask for a chair, they tell you to find one. When you ask where your order is, they tell you that they dont know. It is literally your job to know it. A single burger takes around an hour. Tables that came after us, ate and left when while we didnt even receive our order.

We waited over an hour to get our dishes but when they finally arrived (after 2 complaints) one was still missing and had been forgotten! ! We would have appreciated that after all this waiting, the 2 espressos at €4.20 were offered! !

We waited more than 45 minutes for 4 burger and more than one hour and hall for a pizza.

We had a great evening at Ibis. Smash burgers, pasta and steak between the 4 of us. All good was well cooked, tasty and served by really friendly staff. Good food, good fun thanks to my name sake Samantha

Have been coming here for several years and love the terrace with delicious Apple Strudel, hamburger with fries, tomato soup with tasty sandwiches and tapenade. Nice atmosphere with nice service and friendly prices.

This is really the best Italian pizza I have eaten in the Netherlands, anything but expensive and the toppings are so delicious, the fries are unreally tasty! We ordered 2 pizzas and they had a thin base, not soggy and so much flavor! Thank you for a wonderful evening and it was delivered so quickly, you can tell that it is freshly made. I don't know how to post photos, but if I figure it out I'll post them

Food very tasty but ordered for delivery at 6.45 pm and they arrive at 5.50 pm!!!!! This has already happened to us twice and we experience this as very bad!!!

Probably some of the worst food I’ve ever had. Still half frozen carpaccio which was soggy of all the water. Plate of shoarma was just meat which overcooked and dry. Chicken sate was undercooked, lovely. Orange juice out of a box priced as fresh. A normal shoarma place makes way better food for a fraction of the price. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Ate and drank for the first time yesterday. Have delicious beers from the Scheldt brewery. We had a nice meal, but the shawarma dish could have had a pita bread for that price. Ravioli with truffle was tasty, but the truffle (flavor) was missing from the dish, but was otherwise tasty. Host was friendly.

A good restaurant to eat a shoarma after visiting Keukenof. The cuisine is very good, with flavors. The service is a little slow and the restaurant was not full. I can't imagine when it's crowded in summer!

The worst experience ever. Wait half an hour for your aperitif, then another half hour before they take your order and then another 1.5 hours before they come and serve. Then they had brought a dish to the wrong table and this one person had to wait another 20 lin before she was served. We asked for compensation but that was not possible. However, it wasn't that busy. And the food itself wasn't that great either. I ordered tenderloin but was served a piece of fried soup meat. All in all scandalous!

Restaurant and terrace look nice but the food is quite basic and the staff is friendly but very disorganised. Prices are reasonable. Toilets are neat. Understand why the terrace here was empty while the neighbors are full...

Owner and staff are very friendly and try to fulfill all your wishes. No effort is too much. Even if you arrive quite late, they take their time. Plenty of choice to eat and deliciously prepared.

Eigenaar en personeel zijn heel vriendelijk en proberen al je wensen te vervullen. Geen moeite is te veel. Zelfs als je vrij laat komt nemen ze de tijd. Voldoende keuze om te eten en heerlijk bereidt.

Ordered spareribs last week. They were reasonable. Ordered hare skewer and shashlik today. Food was lukewarm almost cold. Meat was dry, both the satay and the shashlik. Sauce was cold. A shame about the beautiful meat. Unfortunately not for us anymore. It's a shame that Ibis used to be a very good tent.

Bel locale sulla strada pedonale di Lisse , con tavoli anche fuori. Accoglienza perfetta, gentilissimo il personale. Ci portano nell'attesa delle scelte dei piccoli panini caldi con salse buonissime. Poi 3 piatti di carne Shoama diversi tra loro, ma con un comune denominatore: la squisitezza ! Conto in media

Goed eten , maar voor de grote eten wat te weinig . Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Lekker eten, maar zeer kleine porties. 11,50 voor een kindermenu waar 5 frietjes bijzitten, geen saus. Salades bij de schotels moet apart bijbesteld worden, jammer. Eigenaresse is zeer onvriendelijk, snauwde haar klanten en personeel af.

We had superb service and our drinks and lunch were excellent. The owner was very nice and brought us more of what we told him we liked at no charge. We loved it and would come back!

We waited over an hour for our food and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. The mixed salad was tiny although she said it was enough for 2 people. Hardly a total of 5 bites. The entrees were just ok. Very disappointing….

In het weekend daar geweest, onpersoonlijk personeel, kwaliteit en prijsverhouding was slecht.

Op n terras broodje falafel gegeten tijdens de Sinterklaas optocht. Falafel erg vers en leuk geprijsd. Mooi gepresenteerd. Ondanks de drukte was de heer van de bediening erg vriendelijk en snel

10 von 10! Ich bin absolut begeistert. Service top, Atmosphäre mega, das Essen war zum Niederknien. Die Soßen waren einfach fantastisch! Absolute Empfehlung für die kleinen, noch heißen selbstgebackenen Brötchen mit Knoblauchbutter und Olivenpaste als Vorspeise.
