I ended up here through Social Deal. The restaurant was empty, but the food was delicious. The service was friendly and the place was very clean. Definitely recommended.

We ate for 6p through a social deal. First of all, it was freezing cold inside (we mentioned this, as something at the door was supposedly broken). There was only one waitress serving, and she was very slow, always bringing two drinks or plates at a time. We should have asked more often if we wanted another drink. We also had to wait a long time for each course (meanwhile, people were picking up pizzas). Div Bruschetta was tasteless (diced tomatoes, not seasoned with garlic, onion, or balsamic vinegar) with gratinated cheese on top. A piece of baguette with chorizo ​​and a baguette with mushroom pieces were also not seasoned. What a disgrace! How easy can it be to prepare these? The carpaccio was frozen; the tomato soup was the only appetizer that tasted good. Mains: lasagna and pasta were okay, the pizzas were just right, the dough didn't seem to have risen, and the cheese used wasn't good. The tiramisu was okay, the rest was tasteless. The atmosphere was cold. Only four tables were occupied on a Friday evening. We were cold after the long wait, so we were glad to warm up at home. We'll never come back here!

After so many visits, it's finally time for a review, because credit where credit is due. Another delicious meal, as always. Tip: the wonderfully tender carpaccio. The service is always very open and friendly, always up for a chat. I've never really felt it was very busy, so they always pay attention to making sure your evening is perfect down to the last detail.

We ate here with the family (7 adults and 2 children). The food was excellent and the staff was friendly. We will definitely be back.

We ate here through social deals. Upon arrival, we were given one table with only a single, wrinkled white tablecloth with dirty stains on it. They didn't have a single drinks menu. We ordered a carpaccio and a vitello tonato as a starter, which were very watery and therefore frozen. For our main course, we both ordered medium tenderloin, which was still raw but almost black on the outside. It turned out not to be tenderloin at all, but just steak. We called the staff, who admitted it was indeed steak. We explained that it was still raw. They went to get a new one, but were returned with the same piece cut open. When we paid, we were also charged an extra €3 each for the tenderloin, which wasn't the case. We called the chef, and he initially said the extra charge was for the steak. "Steak?" He said tenderloin. "Yeah, bye," but then the gentleman wasn't so friendly anymore. Never again for us.

We came through Social Deals. Not something we'll be returning to, even though the food was really good. It's completely negated by everything else. The food was really good, but we had to wait a really long time for it! If we hadn't paid in advance, we would have left. It took over an hour for our starters to arrive, and then another 45 minutes for the main course to arrive. The waiter wasn't very proactive... he only came when you beckoned him (eye contact alone didn't work). We practically had to ask for everything, even for a second drink. And when we explained that we were having to wait a long time, they excused us by saying it was a bit busy... 80% of the restaurant was empty! And the restroom was absolutely disgusting!!! And I'm not a dirty person.

We had a wonderful meal!!!! The starter was vitella tonnato and homemade tomato soup. The main course was lasagna, truly fantastic. Italian as it should be! 👌 and salmon fillet with vegetables and fries. And of course, the tiramisu, delicious! Nice wine and pleasant music in the background. Delicious food for a great price. Highly recommended!

Went to Intermezzo again tonight for dinner. Why? They serve delicious Italian dishes and the prices are good, the wine is also good. More people should go to this Italian restaurant. The pizzas are also perfectly prepared.

We had a wonderful meal with the family! We're from a big city, so there are very few authentic Italian restaurants left in our area. So maybe that's why we're a little less picky... I almost always get a vegetarian pizza, and I've never had one served with so many different (and unexpected) vegetables. The service and chefs were very friendly, and the atmosphere was great.

The food was absolutely awful!!! Even drinking the cava was so disgusting and lacked any bubbles that it was thrown away. The Irish coffee was barely coffee, and every sip was a "wow" moment of strong liquor. Luckily, I wasn't stopped on the way back. Just one glass would get you a fine. I also had a stomach ache after eating, and going to the toilet was a bit of a problem. It was disgusting... but I immediately got diarrhea, so I had to put toilet paper on the seat, which unfortunately took a very long time. No, I definitely don't recommend it. The young waitress was friendly, though.

We sat inside in front of the patio doors that were open. The weather was nice. Had a 3-course dinner, plenty of choice. Everything was delicious. A nice restaurant with friendly service for a fair price.

Service was bad, had to call every time to be helped. Food was mediocre, portions were sufficient but it lacked love. The risotto was not creamy and with the veal (which was very tasty) unsalted fries were served instead of rosemary potatoes for example. The tiramisu was too wet. The restaurant was spacious and neat but lacked charisma, Christmas balls were still hanging there (in May) and a dead tree in the middle. No, this is not our restaurant

Hier met vijfjes gegeten. Zag nu pas de lage beoordeling, maar die is volkomen onterecht in mijn ogen. Prachtige zaak, vriendelijk en attent personeel en - het allerbelangrijkst - met zorg en liefde bereid eten. Ik heb een lekkere vissoep, goed gevuld en precies lekker gekruid. Daarna komt de zalm met rode pepersaus. Lekker en niet te pittig. De groentes komen in een eetbaar bakje. We bestellen met tweetjes het grand dessert. Ijs, tiramisu en panna cotta. Niet heel verrassend, maar wel lekker. We wandelen met een goed gevoel terug naar huis. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Bad experience at the takeaway. Risotto with funghi e tartufo. The risotto was not cooked and the mushrooms slimy. I did not taste the truffle. Still 15.50 for a container that was not very well filled.

During our family midweek Beekse Bergen with 8 adults and 5 kids, we ordered pizza from Intermezzo. Everyone had a delicious meal. Adjusting a pizza was no problem. Very well organised.

First of all, I want to start this review on a positive note. The staff is very friendly and of good will. The large introverted (young) man in particular tried very hard and seemed to us to be the one who saw the most work. The young girl (we guessed 13-14 years old) was also very friendly but clearly not yet very mature. The slightly older man who seemed to direct everything was also friendly. Upon entering we were welcomed by the young girl, we mentioned that we were coming to eat with a social deal and were pointed to a table with few words. After more than fifteen minutes of looking around, the friendly young man brought us a menu to choose from. A little later he came to bring us drinks. A little later the young lady came to take note of our food. About 45 minutes after we arrived we received our starters. During this time we have not been offered anything as a snack, we thought of an olive, a piece of bread,... I had the vitello tonato, my partner opted for the tomato with mozzarella. The vitello had a bland taste and had little or no tonnato sauce, making it on the dry side. My partner noticed that both the tomato and the mozzarella were not of the best quality, despite what you would expect from an Italian restaurant. the pesto was gray and brownish and seemed to us to have come straight from a jar, (my partner even commented that it tasted exactly the same as that from a large German supermarket). This was a very disappointing start. Half an hour later they emerged with our main courses. A lasagna for my partner. This seemed to be made with a sauce from a jar. I chose the Saltimbocca with white wine sauce. According to the menu, this was served with steamed vegetables and 'spiced potato wedges'. What I got in front of me were 3 very thin pale slices of (veal?) meat with a measly piece of Parma (?) ham on top and a sage leaf hidden underneath. To make this even sadder, it was covered with a tasteless sauce that again seemed to come straight from a brig. In addition to little taste, the taste of white wine was also unrecognizable. On this same plate was a pefab basket made of filo pastry containing steamed vegetables from a bag that were still quite hard. I was hoping for nicely seasoned potato wedges, but to no avail... I got a bowl of fried potato slices. Our hopes for a tasty dessert had already disappeared, but we still ordered a dame blanche and tiramisu. These arrived on our table within 10 minutes. Unfortunately the desserts were also a miss. Vanilla ice cream with ice crystals, chocolate sauce from a bottle, tiramisu that was not sweet enough. It is a shame to have to write this because, as I mentioned before, we noticed that the intentions were all good, only the execution went completely wrong. During our 'fun' dinner we were interrupted more than 12 times by the staff to ask something. Normally I would say it face-to-face if something is not right, but with this young and insecure-looking ministry I found it too difficult to be so direct. In addition, the social deal always gives me the feeling that I can be less picky and critical. We ended up eating but that was about it. We had the feeling that we could compare this to an Italian-style 'lunch garden', very standard (factory) food for a low price. We are glad we did not pay full price here. Therefore 2 stars. Hopefully the owner and staff can get some feedback from this and work on it because we wish these friendly people...

When we arrived we had to wait 20 minutes until we received our tickets and could order drinks. Once we ordered it took almost an hour before we got the wrong entree!! When we asked again where the starter was, the cook told us that we were “not the only” table while the entire tent was empty except for a few tables that already had food. And if we didn't want to wait, we had to decide for ourselves whether we should go. Of course we did this! After the starters (which were really not tasty) we left straight away. Really bad service! There was only 1 young girl walking around. We certainly won't be coming back here again!

However, I decided to call, because I thought this would be more convenient for the pizzaria. When I got there I received a coupon with a significantly higher price. Indicated that this surprised me and she responded that you could not now order for home delivery. This was simply not true! What makes it completely strange is that the non-offer price was also higher than offered for home delivery. The restaurant price will be retained for collection. I find this very poor service and misleading. The pizza is also very expensive in terms of price-quality.

Ik snap niet hoe dit restaurant bij Social deal aan goede resecties komt.Of mensen zijn helemaal niets gewend of het restaurant schrijft zelf deze .Absoluut geen aanrader Op zaterdagavond 3 tafeltjes bezet.Personeel probeerde er wat van te maken maar daar was ook alles mee gezegd.Eten beneden alle peil. Misschien als afhaler een succes maar als restaurant om een leuke avond te hebben absoluut niet

Wat een toprestaurant. We waren er op een vrij rustige avond, dus de eigenaar had alle tijd voor ons en nam die ook. Hij voerde gesprekken, maakte grapjes met de kinderen, maar wist ook wanneer ons even met rust te laten. Ook de kok kwam nog even langs. Het was zo gemoedelijk, alsof je bij familie gaat eten. De inrichting van het restaurant is rustig en de muziek is sfeervol en niet te luid. Het ademt Italië. Maar dan het belangrijkste: het eten. Heerlijk gegeten. Het eten zag er prachtig uit, het oog wil ook wat tenslotte. We hebben vaker afgehaald, wat ook goed was. Maar hier was echt extra aandacht en liefde aan besteed. Dat zag je en proefde je. Ik waande me echt even in Italië. We komen zeker nog eens terug. Dus als je nu in de buurt bent van dit rustieke plaatsje, of in Tilburg een goed restaurant zoekt. Overweeg Intermezzo, je bent er zo en het is zeker de moeite waard.

We ate out during our stay at Beekse Bergen and quickly came across this pizzeria. Very hospitable, take the time for you. The food was really delicious, I had a calzone myself which was really great. They regularly ask if everything is OK, if drinks are needed, very friendly people. Everything looks well cared for and clean. Dessert was delicious! Recommended!

Voor 20,- via social deal een 3 gangen menu gereserveerd voor 2 personen. Het was in alle opzichten teleurstellend. Sfeerloos restaurant, extra bijbetalen voor vis als hoofdgerecht. Kwaliteit was belabberd. Extra bijbetalen voor mayo bij de frietjes. Geen wijnkaart, flesje huiswijn was behoorlijk prijzig: 28,- Geen aanrader.

Voor het eerst hier geweest. Je moet er van houden. Het was niet slecht en het personeel was erg jong en beetje onervaren en verlegen. Dat geeft niet.

Eten was zeker in orde maar bediening bestond uit 2 mensen waarvan 1 persoon nagenoeg niets doet. 30-45 min op tafel moeten wachten omdat niemand een tafel wou afruimen. Veel potentieel maar zo komt het er niet uit.

Volgensmij werken hier blinde mensen. Personeel extreem traag, ziet geen werk Staan glazen te poetsen achter de bar terwijl je al meer dan 20 minuten uitgegeten met lege borden zit. Dit terwijl er maar 3 tafels in de zaak zitten Eten is wel oke

Personeels is super sloom ziet niets praten hartstikke zacht niets gastvrij aan deze zaak. Alleen als je het personeel kent, dan maken ze tijd voor je. Eten is wel okay, komt wel 1 voor 1, dus je geduld wordt zeer op de proef gesteld. (3 gangen duurt ongeveer weer dan 2 uur) Even ter info: vanaf half 7 zaten er in totaal maar 7 tafels.

Het duurde echt veel te lang... en er waren maar 3 tafels bezet..... het drinken kreeg je in een glas uit een pak of grote fles uit de koelkast. Verder het eten oké. Niet slecht niet uitmuntend

Jammer we hadden er meer van verwacht want uiterst vriendelijke eigenaar. Eten viel helaas wat tegen want weinig smaaksensatie/flauw en heel lang moeten wachten voordat je iets kreeg terwijl het niet druk was. Jammer en niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Voor de vriendelijkheid nog 3 sterren.

Zeer matig,jonge dames probeerden in de bediening er nog wat van te maken.Ossenhaas was (kogel)biefstuk kok weet blijkbaar het verschil niet.Kalfsvlees gerecht was dubieus van smaak.Groenten die geserveerd werden hadden een karton/plastic smaak.Dit restaurant heeft zijn beste tijd gehad op zaterdagavond slecht om 20.30 uur nog twee tafeltjes bezet dat was blijkbaar ook de redenen dat eten in zeer snel tempo geserveerd werd. Geen aanrader.

Leuk knus en gezellig restaurant

Sfeerloos en "letterlijk" koud restaurant, bediening was traag en had er weinig zin in. Voorgerecht (Carpaccio) had weinig smaak, niet vers naar ons idee. Hoofdgerecht was te doen, maar zeker geen topper en het nagerecht was echt vies. De Tiramisu uit de supermarkt smaakt beter. Dit was eenmalig, voor ons nooit meer!

Heerlijk gegeten, voorgerecht was heel goed, we hadden ieder een ander hoofdgerecht en was alledrie Heerlijk! Het dessert was ook top! De bediening was erg vriendelijk erg gezellige sfeer zeker een aanrader! We komen graag nog een keer terug

Het Restaurant is opgezet rond de social Deals en dan is de prijs/kwaliteit ok. Ik zou niet snel terugkeren. Kwaliteit van het eten was goed. Jonge bediening deed erg haar best, de eigenaars hadden hun dag niet.

Leuk restaurantje, aardige eigenaar alleen bediening mag beter opgeleid worden.

Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding! Eten was prima, service prima. Zou hier niet heengaan zonder social deal korting maar voor deze prijs gewoon goed.

Restaurant is sfeervol aangekleed, eten is matig, grand desert is zeker geen grand desert! Tiramisu kan je los bestellen (wat 1 van de 3 dingen van het grand desert is) kaart valt uit elkaar, verder voor de groupon prima gegeten voor de prijs

Pizza was lekker, bediening ietwat on zeker. Flesje Fanta omsloten hielp daar niet echt bij. Prijs prestatie goed.

Wir waren nicht sehr zufrieden. Das Lokal an sich ist recht lieblos eingerichtet. Wir wurden aber sehr freundlich begrüßt. Das Essen war überhaupt nicht überzeugend. Alles in allem: es ist okay, wenn man über Social Deal hier für rund 16€ ein Drei-Gänge-Menü bucht. Aber ein Erlebnis ist das Essen hier definitiv nicht.
