We had a wonderful and enjoyable evening with friends! Every course was fantastic, and the accompanying wines were delicious, every single one of them. We truly enjoyed the food, the atmosphere, and the evening as a whole. The service was generally incredibly friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, there was one older lady serving us who made us feel a bit less welcome; her demeanor came across as somewhat distant. Fortunately, the rest of the team more than made up for this. All in all, we had a great evening and it is certainly a place we would love to return to!

We had a delicious meal; the highlight of the evening for me was the smoked salmon dish. But everything was very well seasoned, with surprising amuse-bouches and bites in between. Absolutely recommended; the price-quality ratio is very good.

We celebrated our golden wedding anniversary there in the atmospheric garden room. The 5-course dinner was superb. I thought the timing of the serving was impressive; not too short and not too long, but filling the entire evening. Definitely worth repeating, also given the excellent value for money.

I had an excellent meal with the entire High Tech Institute team and partners in a private room at La Fleurie in my hometown. The atmosphere is relaxed, not stuffy. Standout dishes were langoustine, venison steak, and skate wing. Everything was accompanied by a delicious Amarone (yes, sorry, I do love a strong wine; the fish and langoustine should have been paired with white, of course).

As a guest, I enjoyed this wonderful restaurant. Exceptionally friendly staff and a 6-course surprise menu—worthy of a Michelin star, fantastic!!! Delicious wines—in short, an unforgettable, top-notch evening.

Really fresh, delicious dishes that look beautiful. The wines paired perfectly with the dishes. The best part is at the front, but we were seated there as well, so it was fine...the back is all white. The service was very good, and the explanations were clear. We'll be back soon.

A beautiful restaurant with excellent service; attentive, friendly, and very welcoming. I started with two oysters: classic and oriental. Followed by several appetizers, including a green apple macaron and a profiteroles with eel mousse. Everything was delicious. The three-course Signature menu included tuna tartare, veal tenderloin, and strawberry Romanoff. It was very tasty and beautifully presented. I enjoyed a non-alcoholic wine with each course, and the staff provided excellent advice. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be back. It was a truly memorable night out!

Great food, but even with the week menu deal, it is expensive. Yet it gives an exclusive restaurant experience. You need a reservation for most of the days.

Price-quality ratio of the week break menu is great! Very tasty food and drinks for a very competitive price, and very nice and knowledgeable ladies in the service. We will definitely go back again.

Ambiance: it feels a bit cold and dated, spotlights from the ceiling sometimes right above your table (like ours as you can see from the photos), very nice to see your food clearly. At other tables there was 1 person in the light, the rest of the table group was not. Acoustics were basically ok. Service: clearly not trained for a star, but that's fine. Hitting a glass every now and then or wiping away a drop with your finger after pouring, oh well. Only the clothes that the ladies have to wear. Little soup dresses with sneakers underneath, it looked a bit sad. Dishes: everything was fantastic. Also vegetarian OK. The cheese board is sublime. Homemade sandwiches to enjoy. Only, fries with the main course as an option, I think it is an insult to your own dishes. Drink: beautiful wines for a good price. The only downside is that there is no drinks menu at the start. “What would you like to drink?” How can I know? After some questions it turned out that there was rosé prosecco. If, as an establishment, you show and read many more options here, you will be more inclined to order something.

Ontzettende tegenvaller, zondag avond met 2 diner - 5 gangen - aan 'n veel te kleine tafel. Bediening zei direct dat de zeetong op is ... veel verkocht tijdens de zondag-lunch (?) Doordat de tafels klein en niet gedekt met linnen lijkt het wel een brasserie / Bistro. Personeel zet de eten en drinken voor je langs op tafel. Porties zijn te klein en geen bijgerechten en ook niet door het personeel gezegd of gevraagd. Niet waardig om vermeld te worden in de Michelingids. € 208,- voor 2 prs. 5-gangen diner, vooraf 2 glazen port en bij het eten totaal 4 glazen huiswijn. Spijt dat wij niet naar de overburen - De Zwaan - zijn gegaan voor een overheerlijke schnitzel.

A truly top restaurant with an unbeatable price/quality ratio if you go for the week break or Sunday lunch (both are an all-in formula). Last Sunday we went for dinner with a group of 14 people from Belgium, service and food were great!! A lady from the group prefers fish instead of meat and that was also taken into account without any problem. We often eat at better restaurants, but La Fleurie is really sublime.

La Fleurie is a nice restaurant located at centre of Oirschot. The chef focuses on multi-course dinners. You can dine inside or at the terrace. Service is friendly & efficient. We came on a sunny Sunday and the place was busy, a good sign. We went for a 2-course lunch accompanied by a glass of wine & mineral water. We ended with confectionary and coffee. We were not impressed. The food was well presented, but very meagre. Both dishes were more of a piece of micro art. The wine was overpriced, and the mineral water appeared to be from the tap with the claim that it was filtered. When you like to dine in a pleasant restaurant and ready to go for a 3-6 course meal: La Fleurie is the place for you.

Last year during our holiday we had two delicious dinners in restaurant La Fleurie in Oirschot. My partner and I were once again looking forward to an atmospheric, culinary evening. However, things turned out completely differently than we had hoped. La Fleurie has a 3 - 7 course menu on the menu. Unfortunately, this menu does not contain a single vegetarian dish. I suggested adapting two dishes to vegetarian dishes. This turned out not to be possible. I was 'ordered' by the owner/hostess to choose vegetarian dishes from the à la carte menu. As a guest, you expect a pleasant, flexible approach, in which a suitable solution is sought in consultation with the guest. However, the owner seemed very agitated and stressed. This immediately created an unpleasant atmosphere at the beginning of the evening. The rest of the evening didn't get any better. The waiting times between dishes were far too long and other employees also did not excel in customer focus. All this made us decide to cancel our reservation for a week later. Spontaan gisteravond weer gaan eten bij Loes en Martino Verbruggen. Bleek deze week het Kreeftenmenu op de kaart te staan. Man, man wat was dat uitzonderlijk lekker. En de geadviseerde wijnen waren ook weer heerlijk. Wij zijn wel wat gewend maar dit was een ster waard.

Vol verwachting het midweek break menu besteld. Wat opvalt is dat de porties wel heel erg klein geworden zijn. Maar dat terzijde. Omdat mijn maag wat zuurdere wijn moeilijk verdraagd verzocht ik ipv de geschonken Pino Grigio om een Chardonnay. Zit niet in het menu dus daarvoor moet extra betaald worden. Allemaal prima. In het menu zitten twee glazen wijn. Mijn echtgenote bestelde nog een extra glas rood. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het koffie/thee arrangement. Bij de afrekening bleek het glas rode wijn te ontbreken. Ik heb dat gemeld maar (volgens mij) de dochter van de eigenaresse meldde dat dit binnen het arrangement viel. Terwijl het mij niet ging om het geld had ik toch wat moeite met het feit dat voor mijn Chardonnay het volle pond €8,00 gerekend werd. Ik had een kleine toeslag verwacht omdat ik een andere wijn besteld had. Ook wees ik erop dat ik geen rode wijn , noch het koffie/ thee arrangement wat bij het menu hoorde had genomen. Op mijn vraag waarom zij toch het volle pond voor de Chardonnay in rekening brachten kreeg ik als antwoord " UIT PRINCIPE". Mijn conclusie; Uit Principe " kom ik hier nooit meer terug

After a 7-hour drive, we are invited to dinner on February 14, 2024 in this restaurant with a very French name. Elegant and professional service, refined cuisine with a special tasting menu, quality wines, very pleasant room and atmosphere worthy of representative of great gastronomy to try at least once. This moment often comes back to our memories 👍👍👍

I ate the Signature Menu last week. Delicious food. You really feel comfortable there. Although the portions have become very small. But also a real negative point!, 2 guests of the party wanted an adjustment in one of the five courses, which was also possible. However, when serving it turned out that half of the dish had been left out and no alternative dish.... We didn't think that was Bib Gourmand worthy... We have been coming here for years and are not used to this. A bit of a shame, we gave it back to the waitress when she asked if we liked it. But nothing further was done with it. Curious… We will come back again given all our previous experiences. But still a shame...

Local hero, but no more than that. Great location and apparently living on old reputation, expected much more. More smug than taste(!), hardly surprising. Relatively speaking, underperformed and overpriced.

Delicious food, for a fairly reasonable price. Portions have become a bit small. Downside: if you take the signature menu and you want to exchange something because you don't like meat, for example, you pay €5 extra per course, while the exchanged dishes are cheaper than the meat dishes. Not a nice service, we will choose another restaurant from now on .

Have been coming here for 20 years and have experienced the different operators. All these years, La Fleurie has maintained a high level of quality. The evening was great again. Everything tastes perfect and the small appetizers are a nice addition. We went to eat the menu (4 courses) that they serve on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Highly recommended. The girls in the service are also great.

The only criticism we have is that the portions have become very small compared to a few years ago. We thought the starter was an amuse bouche. Nothing but praise!!!

We ate the new Signature Menu here last weekend with acquaintances. Delicious food, great service and a pleasant atmosphere. La Fleurie currently has a Bib Gourmand, but as far as we are concerned they are well on their way to their first star! We will definitely come back here again.

One of my favorite addresses in Oirschot for years. Dishes are of excellent quality, but the portions could be a little larger. We therefore always take a 4 or more course menu. The delicious wines are explained expertly and with visible enthusiasm. Beautiful table linen, glasses and cutlery. Well-fitting chairs and enough space between the tables so that you are not looking at your neighbors' plates. They are doing well there. Team Fleurie, see you soon!!

La Fleurie has a Michelin star, but then you expect perfection. The bread was delicious, the water was refilled on time, the room was attractive, the food was good and beautifully served, but for vegetarians sometimes only meat was left out of a dish. Few vegetables on the plate and therefore we only ate the non-crispy fries that appeared in large containers on the table for our group.

Since the closure of Wollerich in Sint-Oedenrode, we have been looking for our new favorite restaurant. We found it! We really enjoyed Sunday Lunch at La Fleurie. 4 courses with house wines, coffee and friandises, for a bargain price. Fantastic subtle sweets and sours in a very nicely balanced menu. Absolutely recommended!

No idea what the food is like, because after waiting fifteen minutes there was still no one to ask what we wanted to drink (and we really tried). So we got up and sat opposite La Fleurie. Drink within a minute and order food immediately 🤷🏽‍♀️

Annual dinner with 3 people who have a connection with Oirschot. Food excellent, tasty, surprising, carefully prepared and down to the last detail. Staff is helpful, although sometimes a bit stiff, not appropriate for their (young) age. A little more 'letting go' and an occasional laugh makes the atmosphere less stiff and, above all, pleasantly Brabant. The only thing we found disturbing was the couple sitting next to us. Their alcohol intake was fast and heavy, something they clearly couldn't handle, given the arguments, raising their voices and laughing. We found this unworthy of La Fleurie.

We went for lunch, and it was an excellent experience. The hosts are hospitable and friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy and pleasant. The food was prepared perfectly and so flavorful. Different bread rolls are served along with the menu, and they are really delicious. The high quality that comes with the price is really unbeatable for this Michelin restaurant. I recommend La Fleurie to all my friends who love food as much as me.

Great food and courteous service! We got the Bip menu on the recommendation of a friend, and it was superb. I would have given them 5 stars but for two mistakes... One time they got the order wrong forcing one of the guests to wait for their food and another time they ran out of one type of bread! Not what I expected from a restaurant in this price range. However the food itself was delicious and overall service was superb!

Delicious food and drinks. We come here regularly and have not eaten anywhere as good as here. Now the delicious etagère with all kinds of tasty snacks. And finally a coffee that goes well with a drink.

Tonight we had dinner at La Fleurie with my parents. A cozy restaurant with a Bib Gourmand designation (included in the Michelin Guide). After a pleasant welcome by one of the ladies at the service, we opted for the Bib Gourmand menu. Including matching wines. Very tasty and well selected. It was a pleasant evening, partly thanks to the unannounced amuse-bouche. The time between courses was sufficient, so you had the feeling that it would go too fast or too slow. Even when the restaurant was full, this was well under control. The ladies took enough time to explain a course or answer a question. Definitely recommended! Kind regards, Sander

The shrimp tasted super fishy and I didn’t want to risk getting sick. We told the staff and they said that is not possible, they are fresh. We will not eat here again.
