I had such a delicious pizza here yesterday with my family! Super fresh, plenty of toppings, and top-notch dough—these are the real pros! The service was super friendly and welcoming, truly a top spot for the most delicious pizzas!

Even on a Friday night, the atmosphere was grim, and the service was terrible. The pizza was fine, but I definitely wouldn't recommend it otherwise.

When you enter you are immediately noticed and helped nicely. The service is fast and regularly asks if everything is to your liking. We did not think the food was very good. The carpaccio was tasteless and the pizza was sweet. In the evening when we got home it started. We both got super stomachaches; a serious food poisoning.

Lorenza in Hilversum is an absolute gem! The food is delicious and authentically Italian, the hospitality is warm and welcoming, and the staff go above and beyond — especially when it comes to taking care of families with small children. The location is beautiful, adding even more charm to the experience. We truly had a wonderful evening and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Hilversum. Extra fries not delivered, poor service Pizza smaller size than before

Met de hele familie, 12 man, heerlijk gegeten in een ontspannen setting met vriendelijke bediening en zeer gastvrije eigenaar. Alle gerechten werden gelijktijdig opgediend en smaakte voortreffelijk. Voor de kinderen waren speciale gerechten gemaakt en ook de desserts waren op maat gemaakt. Misschien komt het restaurant wat gedateerd over maar de kwaliteit en vriendelijkheid maken dat meer dan goed.

Super rude owner! The worst customer experience I've had in the Netherlands. Ordered a few pizzas at Thuisbezorgd but then canceled 2/3 pizzas from the order. They said I can cancel and they will give me a voucher. Today I ordered via their website (not Thuisbezorgd app/website) and put the voucher as a comment. The owner called me and tried to shame me for ordering at Thuisbezorgd. And that he now has to pay them a fee and that I made him do extra work. Even though, he said that he asked me to order via the phone, he never mentioned that Thuisbezorgd will charge him or that I can't order via website. Even if he'd done that and I'd forgot, he could have just canceled the order! Instead of being insanely rude and shaming me, just wow!

Totale chaos. Onze bestelling werd gewoon vergeten en daarna alsnog erg lang wachten. Echt niet goed. Teveel online bestellingen waarschijnlijk waardoorde gasten in huis niet zo belangrijk zijn zeker.

Lorenza is one of the top sellers in Hilversum with consistently good quality and fast delivery! Can be called directly or via website. Pasta quattro formaggi is my favorite, after the tiramisu. Both takeaway and eating there are good, we have been coming there for years. If you want to pick up, it is advisable to call in advance (1700 or so).

What a mess there under the radiator...too disgusting for words...I will never eat again!

Nice place that I like to visit. Uncomplicated food with a casual atmosphere. Friendly staff. Clean toilets. An owner who everyone knows, because when he sits at the door, the whole of Hilversum waves at him. If you want to give this tent a try and you're not sure if it's for you, take advantage of the offer through The Fork.

Delicious, pizza base nice and airy and thin. Pasta was also certainly to your liking.

I ordered food online and it was bad. My comment was not listened to: no mushrooms and artichoke in the calzone. This means you can throw an entire calzone straight into the trash. The Kibbeling children's menu was really poor for the price. No sauce and the kibbeling and fries were packed into 1 bag. Fries are soggy and limp. Bag was soaked in grease. Too BAD for words!

Not the most luxurious restaurant, but the price reflects that. Especially with a discount from The Fork. Both food and service are top notch! We like to come here for a quick bite to eat. Recommended for us!

Inmiddels wel een beetje oudbollig, eten goed maar service matig.

This was the most AWFUL dinner I’ve eaten. Starters arrived 1 hour late. Main meal tasted awful baby food!

Discovered this lovely Italian on our first night. Staff were quick to seat us and to take our drinks order. Meals were a bit slower to be ordered but that was my fault as I was really indecisive. Food was lovely, lots of it. Staff were lovely as well

Credo che non sia cucina italiana, i piatti sono scarni ma abbondanti, sipidi e non sono cucinati fedelmente, spero che vi rendite conto di quanto la vostra cucina sia penosa per un prezzo così alta.

Pizza was absoluut fantastisch! Alleen jammer dat de pizza (ondanks dat ik er naar gevraagd had) niet gesneden was.

We hebben heerlijk gegeten eindelijk 1 die de traditionele italiaanse pizza's bakt en die kom je niet vaak tegen en daarbij erg vriendelijk personeel en eigenaar, ik zeg zeker voor herhaling vatbaar 😉

Has been a while since I ate there. However everything was good, tasty and good service. Enough choices in the menu; pizza, meat, fish, it is all there. Also deserts and liquors/coffee. 👍

In tijden niet zo'n lekkere pizza gegeten

De pizza's zijn wel lekker maar bestellen in het weekend is een DRAMA. Vandaag ruim 2 uur en 15 minuten gewacht op onze bestelling. Daarvoor was het tussen 1 en 1,5 uur. Maar meer dan 2 uur is gewoon schandalig. Tip voor Lorenzo restaurant: als er te veel bestellingen zijn in het weekend, is het verstandig op een gegeven moment die niet meer aannemen. Of laat mensen van te voren weten dat het meer dan 2 uur gaat duren. P. S. Excuus drankje was niet meegeleverd

De pizza's zijn in tegenstelling tot jaren terug aardig gekrompen. Maatje kinderpizza tegenwoordig.

Twee keer geweest (okt22) en twee keer prima, zeker de lage prijzen in acht genomen. Lasagne was me te zout maar spaghetti aglio e olio was heerlijk. Tafelgenoten beide keren ook erg positief. Minder dan 25 euro pp klaar. Sympathiek.

We were looking for an Italian in Hilversum and walked by this place. There are some tables outside, and the friendly owner helped us with our choices. We can recommend the oven dishes (both veal and chicken). Our grandson wanted fries / frikandel / kroket), this was arranged by the restaurant via the snackbar across the street (same owner). Last but not least, after finishing his plate, the owner gave him a nice free icecream.

Vroeger een top italiaan, tegenwoordig helaas niet meer wat het geweest is. Voorgerechten erg simpel, goedkoop in elkaar geflanst, weinig smaak Calzone die koud aan komt en half rauwe champignons er in. Er is duidelijk een nieuwe kok in de keuken Tijd om een nieuwe italiaan te zoeken in Hilversum

Muy buena carta de pastas en Hilversum. Buena relación calidad precio muy recomendable.

Heel goed eten, leuk restaurant en aardig personeel! Zowel beneden als boven kan je eten. Een aanrader!!

Restaurant seems perhaps a bit outdated but very friendly and very good steak (cuisson spot on!)! Very nice bread and pizza too. A bit too much peppersauce for my liking, but that's just me.
