Way too expensive and you're only allowed to stay for 2 hours, and if you want to stay longer you have to pay extra. I'm going to eat in Germany instead; it's much cheaper and you don't have to leave after 2 hours.

Super! You know that typical "food barn" feeling? This is absolutely not that ;). Beautifully and luxuriously decorated, delicious and varied food: sushi, wok, grill, fish, ice cream, desserts, pastries, salads, and much more. The service is super, tables are cleared quickly, it's not massive, and above all, it's just a wonderful meal. Plus point: the toilets are also super clean. Parking right next door (provided it's not busy, in the city). We were pleasantly surprised. It's just that I can only give 5 stars. Otherwise, I would have given 10. 🍲 Food: fish, grilled chicken, vegetables, desserts, sushi, salads, soups, sandwiches, carpaccio. 10/10. 🥤 Drinks: simply top-notch, all the well-known drinks are readily available, the coffee from the machine is also great. 🏡 Atmosphere: wok restaurant in a luxury package. Not massive. Very clean. And a nice appearance. 🛎️ Service: 10/10. Simply good. 💰 Price: reasonable, comparable to other woks.

Delicious food with an extensive buffet and tasty desserts.

You can get whatever food and drinks you like. The quality is good; you can hand over your meat and it will be prepared for you, there is a salad bar, sushi, soup, and a children's section. With bitterballen, fries, and frikandel. Furthermore, there is a well-enclosed play area for children. The price is on the high side: 4 adults, 2 children aged 5 and 8, almost 240 euros.

I have been to Mingle several times by now, including for birthdays and with friends. In general, I have always had a nice evening here. The food is tasty and there is plenty of choice. However, I would like to see a slightly more extensive menu. After multiple visits, you do get the feeling that you often choose the same dishes. The desserts and a number of other dishes are also quite simple, so a bit more variety would be welcome. The atmosphere is usually lively and busy, which naturally shows that it is a popular place. Due to the crowds, things can sometimes get a bit chaotic around the serving points, such as at the grill where the meat is prepared. There are often several people waiting there at the same time. The staff behind the bar are friendly and serve you politely. The chefs and staff at the serving counter are mostly working hard. That is understandable, but because of this, you sometimes miss that touch of hospitality or a smile that would make the experience feel even more personal. All in all, Mingle remains a nice place to go out for dinner with family or friends. With a little more variety on the menu and some extra attention to the guest experience, it would truly be a top restaurant for me.

A fantastic international restaurant. The selection is huge. We ate here with 7 people on July 19th; it was truly delicious. We have been there about 5 times already and keep coming back every time, that says it all.

A great all-you-can-eat concept with wok, barbecue, and teppanyaki dishes. They also offer a variety of cold dishes divided into different themes. A wide selection of drinks and an extensive dessert buffet are available. To finish off, enjoy a delicious cup of coffee or tea. The restaurant is comfortably decorated and spacious. Children are also catered for, with a fun kids' jungle. Highly recommended.

Several times, staff came to our table asking if they could take the cutlery away already. This with well over an hour to go. Very pushy, and they would prefer you to leave as soon as possible.

For the presentation of my daughter's teaching diploma... we went out to eat at Mingle. It is very nice and the food is fine. My other children also filled up well with all kinds of food available there, not to mention the drinks... and so we headed home with a very full stomach. Definitely worth repeating.

Tasty food and good service for clearing tables in between courses. Also great for large groups. The only downside (as with any buffet restaurant): you do a lot of walking, so having longer conversations isn't really possible.

Had a delicious meal with my colleagues. The place is nicely decorated, so it doesn't look like a "food factory." The selection was huge and the food quality was great! The only downside was that parking nearby cost me €7.50. I didn't know the best place to park (navigation didn't show a parking spot and I didn't know the way), so I had to park the car on the outskirts of the city center where you had to pay until 9:00 PM.

I ate at Mingle in Doetinchem yesterday, and honestly, I now fully understand why so many people speak positively about it. From the moment you walk in, it immediately feels cozy and modern. A lovely atmosphere, neat decor, calm lighting, and simply a place where you can easily sit for an entire evening without feeling rushed. The concept itself is also executed really well. You can try many different dishes, making your evening much more enjoyable than simply ordering one standard main course. It was especially nice that the quality of the dishes remained consistently good. You often see with all-you-can-eat concepts that the food feels fast or cheap, but that was absolutely not the case here. The sushi was fresh, the hot food was served at the right temperature at the table, and even the smaller dishes were neatly presented and full of flavor. What surprised me most positively was the variety. From sushi to meat dishes and from snacks to desserts, everything flowed together very well. The cocktails and drinks also completed the experience perfectly. You can tell that attention is paid to both presentation and taste, rather than just quickly putting down as many plates as possible. The staff also deserves compliments. Despite it being quite busy, the service remained friendly and everything ran smoothly. Plates were cleared quickly, orders came through promptly, and you didn't have to chase after anything for long. Ultimately, that makes a real difference during an evening out. Additionally, there is just a nice atmosphere. Lots of people, pleasantly busy, but not chaotic or noisy. Just a place where you can eat, talk, and enjoy yourself in a relaxed way without constantly feeling rushed. For me, absolutely one of the better restaurants in Doetinchem if you want a pleasant dining experience with plenty of choice and good quality. We will definitely be back here again.

Very tasty and cozy Fusion restaurant. Large selection at the buffet, something for everyone. There is also plenty of choice for the kids, and they have an indoor play area. Cozy atmosphere, nice jungle-like decor, and not too noisy, which makes talking pleasant. Definitely recommended!

Despite it being a really fun experience for our second time, I was the only one of the four people with terrible diarrhea that night. Everything was top-notch: the food, atmosphere, and staff. But I’ve thought about what the cause might be, and our party ate a lot of the same tasty items. I mean, it only takes one person who isn't keeping their hygiene in order and is feeling a bit under the weather, and it gets spread... and I was the one who got the short end of the stick. Additionally, what I liked less on Easter Monday was that there were plenty of nice spots available at 7:00 PM, but most people got a table with seats on top of seats, giving you 0% freedom of movement. That's a real shame!

We dined at Mingle for the first time on Christmas 2025; it was a wonderful experience, which is why we chose to celebrate our 50th anniversary there in March 2026 with 50 people. Once again, we enjoyed the delicious food and atmosphere!

Yesterday we went to eat at Mingle. There were 6 of us and our 2-year-old granddaughter. The wok was great, there was a wide selection and everything tasted delicious.

I was very pleased with my visit to this restaurant. Despite the large crowd, the waiters kept coming over and taking away empty plates, quickly clearing everything away because everything was so delicious and fresh. I visited the restaurant mid-week, when I thought traffic would be significantly lower. However, the demand for this restaurant was enormous. The decor itself is beautiful. The beautiful colors of the artificial flowers enhance the atmosphere, and it's truly cozy. I recommend it to everyone!

The atmosphere is pleasant, although we found it annoying that everything was immediately taken away as soon as we put down the cutlery... our daughter played happily, though. Ridiculous!! They had staff walking around for six hours with a terribly sore ankle, in pain with every step! Nothing was done, and no breaks were allowed!!! Ridiculous. Unfortunately, the management of this good restaurant recently left a former employee's car parked for more than an hour in the parking lot, which is not very nice, but otherwise you can eat well here in a relaxed atmosphere.

A really nice restaurant. However, the food and service were a bit lacking. After I once put my dirty plate in the wrong place, according to the waitress, she immediately told me in an arrogant tone that that wasn't right. The Japanese guy at the grill doesn't communicate by talking, but with a kind of half-gibberish like a one-year-old and gestures, and he glares at you if you don't hand over your plate in time. The food from the grill was also burnt, not just the slightest bit like a grill, but where you could really taste the burnt. I don't need a F.😅 Everything else was good, except for the "traditional" lasagna, which came straight from the supermarket in a little container.😂

Despite the huge crowds, we still managed to get in quickly at the live cooking buffets. Top-notch! A fantastic drinks package, delicious pilsner from the best brand in the Netherlands. For an all-inclusive all-you-can-eat restaurant, they do a great job. They offer a wide variety of food: Chinese and Indian, sushi, salads, pizza, soup, vegetables, and even live cooking with a piece of meat or fish you choose. Plates are cleared very quickly, and the staff is extremely helpful! It's clean (including the restroom), well-decorated, and the tables are spacious enough. I'm not a fan of buffet restaurants myself, but I'll definitely return here.

Wow, big fan of Mingle! Sometimes when my parents go out to dinner, they ask me, "Where do you want to eat?" And I always go for Mingle. It's a bit awkward on my own, but the restaurant has such a great atmosphere that even though I'm alone, I don't feel that way at all. All you can eat and drink PARADISE ! High quality meats and sushi ! Here they have soups, salads, sushi, deep fried foods, pizza, lasagna, mexican dishes, asian dishes, desserts, fruits, chocolate fountains, ice cream and many others. You can choose what meat you want and can be prepared at wok, grill or hot plate . Is the best all you can eat I ever was here in Europe by now ! The atmosphere is great, unlimited alcoholic drinks and soft drinks (at small glass bottles ).
