Weer bijzonder genoten van het diner met bijpassende wijnen! Voor mij het diner zonder vlees, ook dat was heerlijk, met de wijnen die er bijzonder goed bij passen. Ook een lust voor het oog. Goede en attente gastheer.

Wat een heerlijk restaurant, we hadden een 6 gangen menu, met bij passende wijn en één van ons een bier arrangement. Echte goede combinatie's. Eten was meer dan perfect. Bediening enthousiast en wisten precies wat ze bedienden. Mooie uitleg over het eten, wijn en bier. Top restaurant.

Oh another Michelen star to remember. The good quality of 6 course. But it’s extravagant overrated the prize for 6 course 77 euros ? The food was savoury and tasty. 6 course what I don’t like most is the dessert the sponge cake is not that fantastic because they’re dry. Overall it was delicious specially the smoke salmon. Beef , and etcs. Service was friendly and waitresses are smart. Always wear a smile and warm-hearted. The atmosphere is cozy. I love the bar settings with the motor bike. The table attach with Vespa bike and table to store the wines, champagne. The front you can see the church view. Clean tables and nice decorations in the walls like paintings. The toilet was clean and little old but clean. Great choice for quick vacation dinner. Difinitely to go back there again. Kind regards …

Had a delicious 5 course tasting with a cheese board, the flavors and preparation methods were very diverse and surprising, a really nice journey through the menu, the wine arrangement matched the dishes well, but next time I will go for the beer arrangement because that was where the real passion. If you like really good food, you can't miss this restaurant. We will definitely come again

Rarely have you eaten so well! Yesterday I had a delicious meal with my husband at restaurant Robuust. The restaurant is spacious, so it doesn't feel very busy, although they are often full. We ate a 6-course dinner including a cheese board (the cheese board is highly recommended!). You can indicate in advance whether you have an allergy or intolerance and they will take that into account, because the entire menu is a surprise. All dishes were super tasty with many different flavors and preparation methods. The service was very friendly and were able to explain what we had on our plate/in our glass. My husband had a wine arrangement, which he liked, but was also very curious about the beer arrangement. Then we will do that next time, because we definitely want to come back here more often!

Vooraf kontakt gehad over koolhydraatarm eten omdat ik diabetes patiënt ben. Erg slim om vooraf contact hierover te hebben. Alleen is het niet helemaal gelukt om koolhydraatarm te koken. Ook had ik me zelf aan de tafel gepresenteerd om duidelijk te maken dat het serieus was voor de keuken. Helaas werd er toch aardappel geserveerd en ook werd er extra geld gevraagd voor het dessert. Kaas. Leuk kaasplankje maar €5,00 had niet nodig geweest. Ook alle gangen waren weinig fantasie vol. Er werd vooral weggelaten on plaats van creatief opgelost. Nee dit hebben jullie niet goed opgepakt. Jammer.

The two of us had dinner here and opted for the 6-course experience menu. The dishes are all delicious with surprising combinations of ingredients and good proportions of flavors. Everything comes together well without anything being too overpowering. The restaurant has a nice, relaxed atmosphere. One of the gentlemen also had a chat and checked whether everything was as expected. The price may be on the high side, but all in all it is really worth it. Highly recommended and we will definitely visit again when we are in the area. Booking in advance is recommended.

We had a really delicious meal yesterday in restaurant Robuust. All tables were occupied with people who, just like us, had a delicious meal. We entered the restaurant. We were not received in the hall and our coats were not put away for protection. When we left we had to look for the coat. We were allowed to choose a table. That was a nice round table. On it was a container of popcorn. Tasty, but still…. We received our appetizer fairly quickly, but had to wait a very long time for something edible. There was no little surprise amuse-bouche. The service was very friendly. Then the dishes arrived which were very tasty. The room was beautiful but there was a lot of noise. This could be reduced with minor interventions. Zoals we eigenlijk al wel wisten was het wederom top op alle fronten. Het was zeker weer een culinair feestje.

Heerlijk gegeten van diverse, mooi opgemaakt gerechtjes. Sfeer en service goed. Wij vonden het wat lawaaiig in het restaurant. Misschien is er nog wat aan de akoestiek in zaak te doen. Dan is het perfect !

Prachtig restaurant! vriendelijk personeel. Belevingsmenu is echt een aanrader. Wij hadden de 4 gangen en zoals de naam al zegt, Het is echt een beleving. Last minute gereserveerd via de site van het sfeervolle restaurant en direct geaccepteerd, niet omdat er plek over was want het restaurant was vol en gezellig. Informele en professionele sfeer. Wij hebben gekozen voor het belevingsmenu met 7 gangen inclusief bijpassende wijnen en dat was met recht een fantastische beleving! Mooie gerechten met verrassende smaken die met de wijn tot een bijzonder geheel worden geserveerd door vriendelijk en attent personeel en eigenaren.

We hebben een 6 gangen verrassingsmenu gehad. Het was mooi gemaakt en een goede uitleg over het eten. We hopen hier zeker nog een x heen te gaan.

Het was zo ongelooflijk lekker en smaakvol dat ik mij zelf corrigeerde wanneer ik opmerkte dat ik te snel ging eten, terwijl de een na de andere smaaksensatie voorbij kwam.

Wat moeten we hier over zeggen. Is lastig. Ambiance is om door een ringetje te halen. Op een prachtige plek in Vollenhove. Pand is een plaatje. Welkom is hartelijk. We hadden zeebaars vandaag. En als vooraf wat brood en steak tartare. Samen met een Pouilly-Fumé. Waanzinnig lekker. Onverwacht lekker eigenlijk. Smaken tikkie complex, spannend dus. Maar zo goed in balans. We hebben genoten. De dames die onze avond begeleidden, deden het prima. Ze doen hun best je een aangename avond te laten hebben. We komen terug. Die smaken….. gewoon te lekker.

Met 4 personen een héérlijke avond gehad bij Robuust. Een 6-gangen (kalfs-tartaar, coquilles, zeeduivel, gado gado-soep, sucade, ananas/yoghurt/champagne) verrassings-menu incl. bijpassend (BOB-)wijnarrangement. Alles heerlijk op smaak en de wijnen padten perfect. Héle fijne informele, maar correcte bediening. Kortom: TOP-avond!

Het eten is heerlijk, alles op het bord heeft een functie en voegt iets toe. Zonder poespas toch een diner van hoge kwaliteit, wat mij betreft een plek waar elke liefhebber van eten zich thuis voelt. Service is top, kennis van bieren en wijnen maken het plaatje af. Laat je verrassen, elke gang zal wat moois neerzetten!

Afgelopen zaterdag hebben we heerlijk gegeten bij jullie. Iedereen is vriendelijk en het eten ziet er ontzettend mooi uit en de smaak is super. Bedankt voor de fijne avond en zeker tot ziens.

Voor de 2e maal gegeten bij dit restaurant. Het was weer uitstekend met uitmuntende bediening en een leuke entourage. We kozen dit maal voor het 7-gangen verrassingsmenu met wijnarrangement. Vooraf warme broodjes met zwarte knoflookboter en een kruidenpesto/olie, daarbij een huisaperitief. 1e gang: een Verdeho wijn. Sashimi van tonijn met diverse bereidingen van tomaat en zeewier. 2e gang: Pinot Grigio uit Moldavië. Paling op toast met een mouse van spekjes en saus. 3e gang: een Spätburger pinot noir rosé met een klein zoetje. Soepje van rode curry met garnalen. 4e gang: Italiaanse Grenache uit Sardinië. Zeer kruidig. Langzaam gegaard lamsvlees. 5e gang: Pinot Noir uit Bulgarije. Veel tannine, maar lekker. Eendenborstfilet. 6e gang: rode vintage tawny port 2013. Kaasplankje met 5 verschillende kazen, bierstroop en spekbrood. 7e gang: dessertwijn, Zuid-afrikaanse muscaatwijn. Taartje met vruchtjes, roomijs en slagroom. Zie de foto's.
