Called today to make a reservation, but was told on the phone that they were only open for takeout on Saturday, August 15, 2026, even though that is not indicated anywhere on the site. This is very poorly organized. And naturally, I am disappointed as well.

I was at this pizzeria recently. I had to wait an hour and a half for my starter, an hour for my pizza, and the service was absolutely terrible. I definitely won't be going back.

Unfortunately, the service was terrible: long waits for serving, orders that didn't arrive, or a promised menu that never arrived. In short, too busy and not enough professional staff. We arrived at 6:45 PM and finally paid at 9:18 PM while waiting for the coffee and dessert menu, unfortunately.

Good food but it took over 1 hour between sitting down and getting starters. Unacceptable.

Friendly service, but the pizzas were very mediocre. The cutlery and glasses were dirty. We asked for a new glass, but it was also dirty. The pizzas lacked flavor.

We had a wonderful meal, and will definitely be back. Delicious carpaccio, excellent pizza, and a delicious cassata with sambucco for dessert. I wouldn't hesitate to go there. Excellent value for money.

Simply the best pizzeria in Woerden! We have been coming here since 2002 for both take-away and eating out, top quality and fair prices. Friendly staff, always good. Food was good, service too, but it can sometimes take a while for drinks to arrive/take orders. There is a crack in the rear part of the restaurant (towards the door of the terrace near the table near the arch) through which a draft may come through, perhaps this should be looked into. Furthermore, we enjoyed a very nice evening in this beautiful restaurant and will definitely return.

Not enough staff, waiting too long for your drink (30 minutes for a beer) and then your calzone is still cold, the rest of your table continues to enjoy their food, and then you get a new calzone that is burnt. A bit of a shame Tip: if you have too few staff, who are not allowed to serve beer, among other things, do not book your entire restaurant.

At Pizzeria Bella Vita you will be warmly welcomed by the exceptionally friendly service. Although the service is absolutely top notch, the quality of the pizzas leaves something to be desired. The flavors are not bad, but lack that authentic Italian touch. Still, it is a great place for a quick bite to eat, especially if you are looking for a cozy atmosphere and fast service. Perfect for a quick stop, but perhaps not the best choice for a culinary pizza experience.

On recent visits, the service left much to be desired: unpleasant, sitting for 20 minutes before being offered a drink, etc.

I ate a delicious pizza that I could put together myself. Service is super friendly.

This is not a real Italian restaurant. Toppings on the pizza were okay, but the dough was (rock) hard and the edges had no air bubbles. I wonder if the dough was fresh. Didn't see any brick oven either. When we were there there was no extra virgin olive oil on the table, just the cheapest frying and frying olive oil from Dirk. Service was very nice and attentive.

What a nice restaurant this is! We were allowed to choose a spot, so we sat by the fireplace. We were immediately served well and the drinks were on the table in no time. Many choices on the menu, from pasta, pizza to meat dishes. Delicious bread made in advance and bruschetta. We were politely asked if we were ready for the main course. Delicious food and the service is so good here, we will definitely come back!

Shame. Monday evening all pizzas for €8.50. Ordered by telephone and apparently collection suddenly costs an extra euro. And if you don't pick up and take a seat in the restaurant, you won't get a discount. Then simply charge €9.50 for a pizza. Oh yes, and the pizzas have suddenly become a lot smaller. It was a nice cozy restaurant but unfortunately a new business model. A loyal regular customer who steps up with this one 👋🏻

Ordered four pizzas by telephone during Sunday evening rush hour, the collection time was longer due to the busyness of the restaurant, the friendly lady who noted down the ordered over the telephone stated. When I arrived, a little later than the agreed time, I found a cozy full Roma restaurant where several families were eating and drinking. I inquired about my order and understood that it would take some time. No problem, the kitchen staff stepped it up a notch. The ladies at the service worked tactically by taking orders later to take some pressure off the chef. One after another came to pick up his order. I waited quietly. The waitress ladies can walk towards the tables with more confidence for another round of drinks, because now a guest even came to the counter to indicate that she wanted a drink. Ladies at the service, don't hesitate, your guests drink more than one glass! After a delicious folded pizza had been given to another satisfied customer, the boy from the service came to prepare four boxes for our pizzas, the cook shouted “bread with herb butter”, this bag of food was for me as I had waited longer than expected . I thanked the chef and his team very much and went home to enjoy four freshly prepared pizzas, with fresh ingredients and top flavors! Until next time Roma, mille gracie, Kees

The carpaccio was strange… There were chunks of slush (ice) in the center… The mezzaluna however was amazing, truly some of the best pasta I’ve ever eaten.

Been here for the first time. The weather was beautiful, so we sat outside on the terrace. Wonderful location on the water, where a boat or SUP regularly passes by. The food was delicious. Generous portions, see the photo of bread with herb butter. And we got this for 2 people. We also ordered bruscetta as a starter, which was also a large portion. Spaghetti carbonara as main course. Was it really authentic Italian, no, probably not... but it was certainly tasty! The terrace is not very large, so you need to make a reservation during the weekend. We were there on a Tuesday, so we didn't do that. The service is also super friendly, helpful and fast. For 2 different starters, 2x pasta carbonara, 3 wines, 3 soft drinks, coffee and tea, we spent 52 euros. We will definitely come here more often. I got the idea that many locals also came for a bite to eat and they were often gone within an hour. And where the locals eat it is often good! PS: Paid parking is available on the street until half past seven.

What can I say? It was nice to be here again. Good restaurant, very tasty food, friendly staff and especially on the terrace on the water it is a very nice place to be when the weather is nice.
