What a fantastic place! Everything is perfect: the interior, the atmosphere, but above all, the wonderful approach of the staff. The hostess and chef, assisted by a very driven young man, ensure that you have everything you need in a warm, homely atmosphere. You feel very welcome. What you get on your plate is of a high standard, nothing extravagant or fussy, just delicious, pure dishes made with local ingredients. An absolute favorite!

Had lunch last weekend with the winter menu. Delicious, lots of fish dishes and always with surprising combinations. Every course is literally a party. Also nice wines. And very pleasant and personal service by both chefs and the sommelier. Was second visit and it made even more of an impression!

Located in a beautiful building. Spacious inside and not crammed with tables. This creates a very homely atmosphere. Informal. Run by an enthusiastic young team. We are often blown away at restaurants in this class - close to one star, say - by amuses with an explosion of flavors that sometimes make what follows a bit of a disappointment. That wasn't here. Appetizers were tasty but certainly not the highlight of the evening. The 6 courses that followed were all of a very high level. They looked nice but were mainly convincing because of their taste. It's impossible to pick a favorite from the oyster, crab and bottoni courses. The brill was tasty but lagged behind a bit. The main course, on the other hand, was also of a very high standard. We can say the same about the home-baked sourdough bread. Great. And all that with the option of a matching wine. We took it easy so we didn't taste all the wines, but where we did have a wine it was very good and there was a nice explanation. Nice to see an often forgotten arneis. Also a big plus for the water arrangement. All evening flat or sparkling for one price. The dessert lagged slightly behind in terms of presentation, but was once again one to remember for a long time. Few clichés that dessert often has. A great end to a beautiful evening. Thank you for this experience in Zeeland. We ate here while on holiday. And all thanks to a tip from acquaintances who often come to eat here.

We recently had dinner at Rozewied with dear friends. The food was a treat from A to Z, culinary delights in terms of layout and taste sensations. im Herbst diesen Jahres besuchten wir zum 2.ten mal das Restaurant Rozewied und wurden von der Küchenleistung mehr wie zufrieden gestellt. Wir genossen das 5 Gang Menue des Monats - 2 Grüße aus der Küche - Nordseekrabbensalat auf Jalapenjo - Zeeland Muscheln mit Aal auf Kolrabi - Steinbutt mit Tomaten - Ente mit Brombeer und rote Rüben - Pflaumen mit Yogurteis mit Zitronengras -süße Kleinigkeiten zum Espresso durchweg hervorragend gekocht und dargereicht Zu loben ist der stets präsente aber zurückhaltende Service Wir kommen wieder.................

An excellent Sunday lunch with old friends who made the 2 hour journey from Amsterdam. It was worth it. The food is excellent with fresh locally sourced ingredients and some ingenious delicious multilayered dishes. The staff are knowledgeable about the food and wine list. We had the 4 course menu which was adapted for the two pescatarians. All round a great memorable 3 hour experience in a very relaxed setting.

It was already a week ago, we were lucky, we were on the reserve list and we could still go. Delicious, but really tasty food, nice homely atmosphere, view of and in the kitchen. A small, driven team, in short, a great evening. Ferdi and Noëmie, compliments!

Spent a weekend in Kortgene with my friend and had a delicious meal at Rozewied. You will be spoiled for culinary pleasure and personal wishes and allergies are really taken into account. Noëmie and Ferdy can be proud of their work and are also open to a nice chat. You are, so to speak, a guest in their living room. The restaurant is also very accessible. Free parking in front of the door, wheelchair friendly for those who need it (toilets are also on the ground floor). We are fans! 🫶🏽

We were tipped by Nino Willems (Salty Seafood Zwolle) to eat at Rozewied. Well he hadn't exaggerated. What a tastefully decorated restaurant with spacious places. The food was fantastic and the wine list quite challenging. Ferdy and Noëmie alternate between chef and waiter. This couple has the passion to spoil guests. They have recently been assisted by Sander, a professional host/sommelier.

The atmosphere is cozy, tables are spaciously arranged, the service is very personal, the food refined and very tasty... fortunately no fuss such as swirling leaves or flowers

You will clearly be spoiled at Rozewied. Friendly welcome and you immediately feel at home in the pleasant surroundings. The tables are nice and far apart, which gives breathing space. The dishes come at the right pace (= not too fast) and are accompanied by a good choice of wine, served at the correct temperature. The flavors in the dishes are good to very good. It still lacks a touch of finesse, but this couple is already well on their way. The price is correct.

We had dinner at ROZEWIED with 4 people on 19/01/2024. What an experience!!! From start to finish it was a succession of beautiful and tasty dishes. Also, the wines recommended by the owners completed it perfectly. They took the time to explain all the dishes served to us in detail each time. If you consider that these 2 chefs are responsible for everything, only in the kitchen and in the hall, this deserves a real CONGRATULATIONS. In addition, Nöemie and Ferdy still found the time to have a nice chat with us. We are already looking forward to our next visit to them.

What a nice place this is. If you really want to have a nice dinner in a very nice ambiance, then you should go here. The dishes all have a beautiful combination and great taste. In addition, a nice selection of matching wines (but also alternatives to non-alcohol) and all prepared, served and presented by two super ambitious, nice young people. Upon entering I was not very impressed with the interior, but this was more than made up for by the delicious food and good service. Rozewied is a restaurant run by 2 catering professionals, who together staff both the service and the kitchen. Once again a delicious meal and worth repeating.

Wij hebben deze avond genoten van het 6-gangen diner bij Rozewied. Vooreerst was de bediening aan tafel enorm aangenaam, warm en vriendelijk. De keuken is verrassend verfijnd, met pure ingrediënten en verfrissende smaak combinaties. Super ervaring, absoluut een aanrader. Voor ons echt een 10/10!!!!

Heerlijk gegeten bij Rozewied in een huiselijke sfeer 👌🏼

Mooi nieuw restaurant met veel potentie. Fijne sfeer, verfijnde wijn/spijs combinaties en een oprechte, leuke bediening. Top restaurant in de dop.

Zeker een aanrader! Eten goed, sfeer heel relaxed, aardig en attent personeel, zeer sympathieke eigenaren en een goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Goede ervaring en zou het iedereen aanraden.

Gewoonweg wauw! Voor ons was ons bezoek aan Rozewied de perfecte ervaring. We gingen voor de 5 gangen menu en elk gerecht was van een érg hoog niveau: smaakvol, licht, modern en zonder te willen overdrijven met onnodige franjes. De wijnkaart is mooi (loopt misschien iéts te snel op in de hoge prijzen), het interieur is ongedwongen gezellig en het jonge team zorgt voor een warme, vriendelijke ontvangst. Dit alles maakt het voor ons de beste uit-eet ervaring dit jaar. Must do!

We waren al nieuwsgierig geworden naar aanleiding van de mooie recensie in de PZC, maar Rozewied overtrof alle verwachtingen, verrukkelijk gegeten met prachtige wijnen! Een aanwinst voor culinair Zeeland!

Zeeland heeft er weer een culinaire parel bij. Gisteren gegeten met vrienden. We hebben een top avond gehad. Het restaurant wordt gerund door een koppel, de ziel en zaligheid spat van het bord! Voor alle foodies, een gastronomische beleving. Alles perfect in balans, smaken, wijnen, gastvrijheid enz. enz. Kortom, waanzinnig gegeten.

Met 2 personen bij rosewied gedineerd 27 maart bij binnenkomst alleraardigst ontvangen. Mooie ambiance ruim opgezet. Gekozen voor het 5 gangendiner. Voortreffelijk menue vooral de sauzen in de gerechten waren bijzonder. De bediening heel vrienlijk er werd veel persoonlijke aandacht gegeven en de tijd tussen de gerechten was prima getimed. Er waren 14 gasten en iedereen had ruim voldoende privacy. Alle gerechten waren heerlijk. We hebben 3uur lang genoten. We zullen zeker een keer terugkomen bij Noemie en Ferdy.

Erg lekker gegeten! En top service!
