Dit restaurant geeft je een culinaire beleving die alles overtreffend is. Er wordt alleen gewerkt met goede, eerlijke producten met respect voor alles wat leeft en groeit. Michael Somers is een geweldig goede kok en weet je altijd weer te verrassen. Zijn smaakkeuzes zijn hemels en overtreffen altijd weer je verwachtingen. Dit restaurant maakt hun naam waar. De sfeer is er goed en gastvrouw Enid weet je te prikkelen goed toegelichte keuzes te maken. Het verbaast ons dat dit restaurant nog niet ontdekt is vanwege hun perfectie!

We had dinner here last weekend with friends. The food was fantastic! The service was very friendly and a very nice location to be. Two people wanted a gluten- and lactose-free menu. Because it was indicated during the reservation, this was handled very well. Not "we'll leave this out", but just the same menu as the other guests with slightly different ingredients so that it was still a complete dish. Nothing tasted less and nothing detracted from the experience of the food. Really great! 100% recommended for people who like really good food and want to have a nice complete evening.

This plave is a gem which we found during our daily walk in the neighborhood. We made a reservation in advance, you kinda need 3+hrs to eat here. We had a beautiful evening and loved the elegant treatment we got in here. The food was explained dish by dish, we enjoyed it alot. Being pregnant, they recommended the best options from the menu. The interior is cosy, beautiful lighting and lovely ambience. I think the owners have an eye for the detail as I loved the beauty products at the lady's toilet. Overall the experience has been very nice and we have recommended this place to our friends as well.

My absolute favorite. Here the cooking is at Michelin level, but at a very reasonable price and without all that additional nonsense. Nice and very hospitable staff with a passion for what they do. The dishes have a special presentation, are very tasty and the flavors are also beautifully balanced. The dishes on the menu change regularly, so it is a surprise and a little party every time. Highly recommended!

What hospitality in Sprang-Capelle! The hostess thought along with our menu and the dishes were delicious. If you like beautifully laid out plates and fine dining, definitely go here. We will come back again.

Although as many local products as possible are used, for which I express my appreciation, I honestly expected a wow effect, especially for the exorbitant prices that the restaurant charges. The food is okay, the portions are not in proportion to the price (small portions) and not special as the photos / hostess make it seem. Hostess was friendly, but very commercial. She wanted to talk me into as many courses as possible. For a similar amount you can eat in a Michelin restaurant. For me, the Restaurant Sfeerlijk will not come again.

Wow. To perfection in terms of taste and combinations on the tongue. Beautiful seasonal dishes with an honest, animal-friendly vision on meat and fish. Professional staff and the chef kindly introduced himself at the end. The only downside was that I had decided not to drink much and yet the hostess remained disappointed and asked a little too often... Not another glass of wine? I understand again. All in all a fantastic atmospheric experience, enjoyed from start to finish. Personal recommendation: fermented beetroot beforehand. Soooooooooooooooo! 😋

Highly recommended! We had an incredibly delicious 4-course menu, with beautiful matching wines (1/2 glass also possible). Service was really great, very involved and neat. Nice to get aperitifs with it. Had a very nice evening here!!!

The food is always really great! The service is super nice and friendly. You always leave with a big smile. When you indicate that you want to pay, the chef will bring the bill and ask if you liked it. Top, top, top!

Delicious food in this attractive restaurant. The hostess spoke passionately about the products from her own vegetable garden that are used for cooking. Er bestaan in Nederland van die verborgen parels die een ritje wat verder van huis rechtvaardigen en Sfeerlijk is zo'n juweeltje. High end gerechten, maar niet van het formaat theelepel zoals je dat toch vaak ziet. Na een drie of viergangendiner bij Sfeerlijk heb je kunnen genieten van gerechten op hoog niveau en heb je ook nog eens een heerlijk voldaan gevoel. Wanneer je bij de gangen een bijpassende wijn laat schenken word je ook vaak aangenaam verrast door de keuze van de vriendelijke gastvrouw. Ook de andere medewerkers van de zwarte brigade verstonden hun vak, voor ons een bewijs dat met de juiste begeleiding ook jongelui prima in staat zijn om je als gast een aangename avond te bezorgen. Daarnaast is het een bijzonder knus pand, wat ons betreft ideaal om eens lekker in de donkere en gure tijd van het jaar te bezoeken. Voor kwaliteit en service op dit niveau worden overigens schappelijke prijzen gerekend. We merkten dat we tussen behoorlijk wat vaste klanten zaten die avond en dat is altijd een goed teken. Voldaan en tevreden verlieten we Sfeerlijk om er zeker nog eens terug te keren.

Fantastische avond gehad met heerlijke gerechten en bijpassende wijnen. En top bediening die mijn ouders in het zonnetje hebben gezet.

Aanrader! Heerlijk gegeten (dank chef) en gezellige sfeer (dank gastvrouw), dus dit restaurant doet de naam eer aan. Verrassende gerechten met aandacht bereid en mooi opgemaakt, met leuke lokale ingrediënten. Grotere gerechten dan in een gemiddeld haute cuisine restaurant dus ook echt goed gegeten aan het einde van de avond. Met lekkere bijpassende wijntjes, helemaal af!

We found them by coincidence on Google Maps and celebrated my birthday there. Reservation was easily made via Maps and knowing that it was a birthday she made the table celebrational. Very spacious restaurant with a great atmosphere and music (loved her Playlist). The food was very delicious and the taste are combined with the wines very special. Fresh local ingredients and with passion explained. The red wines per meal were perfect and all in all we did enjoy this a lot. For sure this will become our go to places for great occasions :) Thank you for making my birthday splendid, now 2 years in a row :)

Wat een heerlijk eten, hele bijzondere smaken! De kok staat dicht bij zijn gasten en laat zich met regelmaat zien aan de gasten en is tijd voor een praatje. De bediening is vriendelijk en weet wat ze opdienen! Je wordt begroet door een hele lieve gastvrouw die je echt thuis laat voelen. Daarnaast wordt met regelmaat gecheckt of alles naar wens is en er is, indien gewenst, tijd voor een praatje. Kortom een top restaurant en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Schade, dass es keine 6 Sterne gibt, die würde ich hier vergeben. Eine echte Entdeckung! Das Ambiente ist gediegen, chic, geschmackvoll und atmosphärisch. Der Service ist perfekt: aufmerksam, sehr zugewandt, aber nicht aufdringlich. Das Essen ist ein Gedicht: man merkt die sehr hochwertigen Zutaten und die Liebe bei der Zubereitung. Nahezu alles ist selbst zubereitet. Die Aromatik ist erfrischend zurückhaltend, setzt aber gekonnt die richtigen Akzente. Wer hier nicht auf den Geschmack kommt, ist wahrscheinlich überhaupt nicht zufrieden zu stellen. Die Preise sind gehoben, jedoch der Qualität angemessen. Selbst unser Hund wurde mit Wasser und Leckerlis umsorgt. Beim nächsten Urlaub kommen wir wieder! Vielen Dank!

Es wäre schön, wenn es ein solches Restaurant auch bei uns Zuhause gäbe, dann wären wir Stammgäste! Das Essen war von bester Qualität, die Frische konnte man schmecken. Alles war einfach ein Genuß für den Gaumen. Der aufmerksame Service war angenehm und äußerst kompetent. Unser letzter Urlaubstag hatte so einen schönen Abschluss. Alles in allem top!!

Meerdere keren hier uitgebreid gegeten in grote gezelschappen (6+). We eten vlees, vis, vega. Vaak doen wij verrassingsmenu. Het is een avondvullend programma, met verukkelijk eten, heerlijke smaken, mooi opgemaakte borden, fatastische wijnen, goede uitleg en service. Wij worden helemaal in de watten gelegd. Dat kunnen zij als de beste! De zelfgemaakte bonbons kunnen wij niet tegenop. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is prima. Wij genieten elke keer weer volop!

This meal was absolutely incredible and was only bested by the wonderful service. Each stage of the Chef’s menu was intentionally curated and crafted to perfection. We only had one night in Holland while on a road trip and I’m glad that we were recommended this place…it did not disappoint! Enid and her husband, Chef Michael, are amazing hosts and will treat you to an incredible food experience.

Afgelopen weekeind heerlijk mogen dineren bij Restaurant Sfeerlijk. Wat een beleving was dat! En niet omdat wij zelf de wijnen hebben mogen selecteren bij de gerechten, maar de gerechten op zich. Puur, op smaak, een plaatje om te zien en echt heerlijk! Werkelijk een rijkdom om een restaurant van deze klasse bij ons in de achtertuin te hebben. We begonnen met huisgemaakte (alcoholvrije)cocktails. Dat is eens wat anders dan een verfrissend glaasje bubbels, maar zeker zo lekker. Zelf begon ik met de in bietensap gepekelde zalmroosjes, gevolgd door de iberico ribfingers en dan de supermalse Tournedos. Allemaal een feestje om mee te maken. Als dessert een wel heel erg uitgebreide kaasplank, met maar liefst 8 soorten! Dat allemaal onder de super enthousiaste begeleiding van de dames in de bediening die allemaal uitleg konden geven over zowel de gerechten als de wijnen. Diep onder de indruk. Avond verliep van begin tot eind met zeer vriendelijk personeel met een flexibele houding, goede sfeer. Duidelijke uitleg over gebruik van lokale producten. Passie voor gastvrijheid en liefde voor heerlijke gerechten spatte er van af. Sfeerlijke avond!

We had dinner at Restaurant Sfeerlijk on the 30th October 2021 as a family of 6. It was a long time coming - nearly 2 years of booking and cancellation but we finally got to meet Enid and her wonderful staff and chef Michael. I had lots of communication with Enid and she is quick to respond and to help with any queries. I felt I knew Enid by the time I meet her as she had been so lovely. When we did finally meet, it was like being greeted by an old friend. Now for the food - we planned to have the tasting menu. Enid gave us sage advice to start with 4 courses instead of 6 and to let us see where this would take us and whether we got to full after 4. You are able to choose a combination of starters (3 to begin) and then a choice of 2 main courses. This is very unusual for a taster menu as you are normally limited to each course. We all had combinations at different stages, the smoked salmon was popular and it was absolutely delicious, loved by all who had it. The majority had carpaccio of beef, beautiful, my partner had soup that was in a flute with cream on top which was so tasty. We all had quail and it was delicious - my husband said he could eat a plate full of the quail lollipops! For mains there was fish or Iberico pork (so tender) and fish so fresh. And Enid was right, we were full but we shared a cheese plate and a dessert between us so we could try it. The cheese selection was fabulous and dessert really light and fresh. We all had wine flights, which was wonderful, spot on pairing with the food and delicious and quite merry by the time we finished! The most important and impressive thing is that all ingredients are sourced locally and Enid could tell us exactly where it came from, even the gin was local! This elevated the experience and made it even more special. A mention to the staff, who were all absolutely amazing and their timing was incredible, attentive and professional. Restaurant Sfeerlijk is a beautiful, fine dining and very special place, atmosphere is lovely and not stuffy like some fine dining places. It is run by experts, with a highly talented chef. We loved every minute of our experience and hope to return when we visit the beautiful Netherlands again. Thank you Enid and everyone at Restaurant Sfeerlijk - you are all blooming fantastic. Heerlijk gegeten geweldige sfeer. Hier is een diner een echt feestje. Buiten op het terras begonnen. Meerdere malen werd ons aangeboden dat we naar binnen konden als we het koud kregen er stond een tafeltje voor ons klaar ! Drie gangen van het menu genomen en zelfs bij het menu kun je nog uit twee opties kiezen. Alles was heerlijk de smaken mooi in evenwicht en de borden waren prachtig opgemaakt. De bedienend top. We vroegen aan het nog jonge meisje wat ons bediende wanneer ze vakantie had. Haar antwoord niet, ik werk gewoon door ik vind het hier zo fijn dit is meer genieten dan vakantie. En dat is nu precies wat het restaurant, de bediening en de keuken uitstralen.
