Restaurant ‘t Seyster Eethuys in Wijk 01 Centrum Zeist

A very nice place, fresh fries and (homemade) excellent meatballs, the people are passionate about their work, and that is clearly reflected in the staff and the place itself, highly recommended!

They have vegetarian frikandellen!

Delicious fries! And served by a very friendly young man today, compliments to him!

The tastiest artisanal homemade fries in Zeist!! Great customer service!! A gem of Zeist!! 👌

The tastiest fries and burgers in Zeist... and now kapsalon is on the menu too! Delicious food, friendly staff, and a cozy atmosphere. A real gem in Zeist!

Fries 10/10 Price 9/10 Service 9/10

Super tasty food! Burgers and artisanal fries are highly recommended!

Quiet during the holidays but thoroughly enjoyed it Mechanic and fries day on Friday No regrets about the visit and a delicious meal, the hamburger was delicious and if you want a special one you get a nice bowl of special sauce

We had lunch on the terrace outside. Nice in the sun. Were helped quickly by an extremely nice lady. The dishes were fine and served with very tasty fries.

The waitress was nice and smiling. We ordered rose wine and brown beer, hot wings and vegen loaded fries, all were really good.

Vriendelijke dame!

Truly the nicest snack spot ever. Have been going to the Seyster friteshuys for a number of years. Always well received, super sweet customer-oriented people. If you come there more often you will have nice conversations. Always treated very well and the tastiest fries! Sweet, good, tasty and atmospheric. Definitely eat once!

On a lazy midweek evening I visited this restaurant during my stay at Zeist, Netherlands. As it was a midweek evening, there were very few customers. However, the restaurant staff was very well behaved and explained to me the different foods (As the names were unknown to me). The chicken preparation I ordered was very delicious and the beer was good too. Thank you.

Really super tasty fries and super fresh, in my opinion the best fries in Zeist!

Delicious fries! Truly the best in Zeist.

Recently ate here on a Sunday evening, and although it was a bit quiet, the food was surprisingly good! really tasty loaded fries, for a fair price. Friendly service. Recommended for just a nice meal

I'll keep it short: the tastiest fries I've ever eaten! The other snacks also taste very good. The staff is nice and efficient, and the prices are fine. The terrace is nice and it is also nice to stay inside. What else do you want?! Oh, this review has become a little longer 😁

The better chip shop in Zeist. Delicious, well-fried fries. And excellent snacks.

Cozy terrace, friendly service with a nice quip and, above all, delicious ice cream and tasty beer

Great service, tasty beers, tasty loaded fries. Rendang could have been a little warmer and hotter.

Nice restaurant, good food and great service, good business!

Ordered Vega loaded fries. The fries were very good. It was very tasty when the mozzarella actually melted over the fries. The vegetable croquette tastes very much like boullion. Maybe a vegetarian pulled pork croquette would be a good addition to the menu!

Best fries in Zeist, fairly priced. Highly recommended, there's not many places in Zeist (and even in Netherlands) with edible food.

Delicious food here! Highly recommended!

In one word: AMAZING! You can come here for delicious fries and more. This time we opted for the beef satay, good portion and certainly not expensive for what you get. Staff are very friendly and hospitable.

Delicious fresh fries with a very friendly employee!! super!!!!

Delicious fries, very nice to pick up at this time.

Delicious fresh fries and top croquettes 👌

Very tasty fries in an old-fashioned cone. The only disadvantage is that the bottom fries no longer have any sauce. Price/quality ratio is excellent. It can sometimes take a while before the fries are ready, but it is certainly worth the wait.

Frites redelijk, vet was oud. Dat rook je Pindasaus te erg gekruid. Kaassoufflé gewoon slecht gebakken. Een brok vet. Jammer. Kan veel beter denk ik.

I really like these fries, but I am sad that the tent at Driebergen-Zeist station has been taken over. Still 5 stars.

In my experience, the tastiest fries and snacks in the area. I regularly visit the station, but I like to drive to the slotlaan! Nice service too.

The tastiest fries from Zeist and the surrounding area and open until 8 p.m

Super nice clean chip shop. Friteshuys☺ With delicious fresh fries made from real potatoes. Also tasty and nice that they have vegetarian snacks. And truffle mayo. Friendly service. My favorite fries shop in the area!! And highly recommended for those who love fresh and real food. And not from factory fries.

Frites like at a festival! Delicious real potato fries. Snacks are also made traditionally, which you can taste.

Delicious fries and nicer woman behind the cash register

Tasty fries and delicious home-made croquettes

Delicious fries, tasty food, great service!

Very tasty! Fries the way fries were meant to be. Tasty sauces. A bit lukewarm sometimes.

Stopped here with 3 friends for fries. We had had no food all day and no money with us. These hospitable people offered us 4 delicious fresh fries for free. Unique in today's time. Thank you again and good luck with the new business!

Super fries, very nice service, clean place, and hey, also super tasty things for non-meat eaters. Top. carnivores

Tasty fries, tasty croquettes, nice staff.

Very tasty fries, also delicious with a bit of skin! Try the homemade snacks, the rendang croquette is really something special!

Nice staff and especially delicious fries

Really great location near the station! Before I board the train I want to grab a snack. Delicious fries and a huge choice of snacks, I love croquettes, here you can choose from several flavors. All really tasty. Fries are also tasty, and with stew is highly recommended. What is also tasty are the different, non-standard sauce types. Everything is prepared according to traditional methods. Finally an original concept!

Delicious fries with a wide choice of sauces!! Also tasty snacks and drinks. I'm definitely a fan! The Seyster Friteshuys at the station looks beautiful and I can imagine that after Covid-19 people can also sit inside and eat between train journeys. Highly recommended!!

Finally a good chip shop! Delicious fries with different sauces and snacks. Various choices that made it difficult for me to choose. Fortunately, the staff was kind enough to give personal advice about what was tasty. I'm glad there's something tasty nearby! We come here regularly!!!

Delicious fries and super tasty snacks (enough choice)! Staff are very friendly. Highly recommended!

The very best fries in Zeist and surrounding areas. In addition, large portions and friendly service.

Delicious rendang croquette!!❤️

Beautiful new 2nd location at Driebergen Zeist station, friendly service and delicious fresh fries.

Extremely good fries! Nice and friendly staff. Fries with homemade beef stew is an absolute must.

Favorite fries from Zeist! Very tasty crispy fries that are not fried for too long. Croquettes are also very tasty. Online orders are also fine and you can quickly collect them yourself. I am completely happy with this new Friteshuys in Zeist

Over delicious fries, added a minced meatball. Delicious...

Mediocre croquette, and no opportunity to eat it indoors. No wonder it was so quiet.

Poorly organised, and the fries were not fried long or not hot enough

Fantastic fries and you can't complain about the quantities. Limited menu, but what is on it is excellent. Would longer opening hours be wise?

Super fries! The croquettes also looked promising

Delicious fries, with unsweetened Flemish mayonnaise (much tastier than that Dutch stuff that is stiff with sugar)!

Tastiest fries in the middle of the Netherlands! And affordable too. Visited yesterday with my wife, very tasty! Highly recommended.

Yes... Truly the best in Zeist!

Delicious artisanal fries! Nice to take a break between shopping.

The tastiest croquettes for miles around!

Delicious fries with nice options for sauces and snacks. Not expensive either. Top!

Top fries. Finally something original in this village.

Very tasty fries. On the level of van Goch in Amersfoort or Mannekepis, but even tastier. This is the chip shop we needed in Zeist.

Best fries ever, really good - enjoy your meal

Great fries! Delicious meatball with a bowl of gravy on the side! Fries are also perfect! A mega asset for Zeist!

Delicious homemade fries! Highly recommended :-)

Finally a place to eat fresh artisanal fries again, something Zeist has missed for a long time. A true asset to Zeist and the surrounding area

Really tasty fries! Recommended. We will be testing croquettes soon!
