The four of us had a wonderful meal. We were well served by the friendly staff. The food was beautifully presented and deliciously prepared. The space is cozy. In short, a wonderful experience!

Had a coffee break here with a delicious spoonful of pastry. Everything is also beautifully decorated for Christmas!

We were here for the first time, with three adults. The food was good, but we had to wait a really long time for it. Others who came in later got it first. We were also seated between two very noisy groups, so we couldn't have a normal conversation. No, I don't think we'll be back.

Uitsmijter lives up to its name. Everything on the menu ultimately ends up on your plate. But it's definitely "thrown on." Three eggs fried in a pan that's far too small, stone-cold slices of ham and cheese on a few tough slices of bread. If they can't make a decent uitsmijter, I won't bother trying the rest of the menu either.

Had a lovely lunch this Saturday afternoon, with friendly service and a lovely spot by the fireplace. One tip: the menu could be a bit more organized.

We ended up on the terrace on a beautiful late summer day. It took a while (it wasn't busy) before anyone came, and they even passed us twice without greeting us. We sat there comfortably. We had a drink and a snack. But the service was impersonal and perfunctory.

It's just a shame you have to pay extra for extra fries. There were 5 of us and we had to order 3 extra portions of fries. But the food was delicious and the surroundings were beautiful.

Bij de Triangel m'n 40e verjaardag mogen vieren met een uitgebreide borrel, hapjes en gebak. Het was super geregeld, gezellige sfeer, vriendelijke bediening, heerlijke hapjes. We hebben een top middag gehad. Zeker aan te bevelen, overal wordt in meegedacht. Voor de kinderen ook genoeg te doen, springkussen, speelruimte, die vermaken zich uitstekend.

We had Christmas brunch here and it was excellent. The room was attractively decorated and the buffet was more than sufficient.

By the way: we are the only 2 guests on both terraces. After taking the order, we sat down on the sunny terrace. When the waitress comes out with the ordered plates of bread and croquettes, he is angry because we have 'moved'. een zonnige maar ietwat koude vrijdag in oktober. twee terrassen bereikbaar. 1 in de zon, 1 in de schaduw en koud. Het zonnige terras wordt ons tweeen ontzegt en we worden het 'koude'terras opgejaagd. Overigens: we zijn de enige 2 gasten op beide terrassen. na opname v d bestelling toch maar op het zonnige terras gaan zitten. Als de over met de bestelde borden brood & kroket naar buiten komt is hij boos, want wij zijn gaan 'verzitten'. Hij maant ons op het koude terras te gaan zitten. wij weigeren , waarop hij beide borden 40 meter verder op de door ons verlaten tafel zet. Vervolgens komt hij naar onze tafel om ons de les te lezen en moeten we aandringen op zijn vertrek. gewoon bizar! Moet ik verder gaan? zeer ongastvrij, verbijsterende houding, Gewoon gastvrij als nieuwe naam? Wat de denken van Gewoon Ongastvrij? eens maar nooit weer.

The most inhospitable place I have ever been at at 73. We were not allowed to sit in the sun on a completely empty terrace, we had to sit in the shade in the noise. A request to turn the music down a bit was not honored. Total lack of customer service. Once but never again.

Very nice place where you can sit. A huge shame about the service. Service was extremely bad. Had to wait half an hour for a cup of coffee, if not longer and a simple dessert took over an hour. Taking into account that the terrace was half empty. Everything also happened irregularly, meaning that there were still main course place settings on the table when desserts arrived and that one person had to wait a long time before it was served. I hope for the company that this was a bad day in terms of occupancy and not that this is the standard. Won't be coming back here again.

Sitting outside is especially lovely. Very atmospheric. Inside I found it somewhat boring. What incredibly delicious food, a 10 for me. The service was excellent! The homemade quiche was excellent, my friend had a large salad with tuna and salmon. Delicious, the quality of the fish was so good! It was the first time I ate here, but I will definitely come back. In a word, great!

The luxury bread board was not luxurious. Old bread. Steak was swimming in the pepper sauce. Very sharp. Staff were not about to put butter on fish. And no understanding.

We had a barbecue there for about 50 people in advance with coffee and cake, we were joined to another table, we didn't like them but then the barbecue was resolved fine and the rest was excellently taken care of.

Had our 50th wedding anniversary party yesterday, the food was very tasty, and the young team did everything they could to make you happy. We enjoyed it. JUST GOOD 😃

Nicely located restaurant with good quality food.

We were recently here with a large group for grandma's birthday, but what a bad experience. The wait staff was friendly, a young boy (seemed to be about 15 at most) who served us with an older man. The food we got was snacks, soup and sandwiches. The carpaccio wrap was dried out, the salmon on toast was sloppy, bitterballen were frozen (no joke), the soup was extremely salty and the gluten-free guest was not taken into account in terms of snacks. However, the sandwiches afterwards were okay and so was the gluten-free version. All in all, I personally wouldn't go there again and it is that the bill was not paid by us and we were there as guests. Otherwise we certainly wouldn't have paid for the snacks.

Heet nu Triangel, Goede kwaliteit, broodje carpaccio en uitsmijter carpaccio beide een aanbeveling waard. Interieur netjes en schoon, prima kwaliteit /prijs verhouding vriendelijke bediening. We komen zeker nog eens terug.

Just good food, no fuss. We were there with friends, with 2 children. We had delicious pork tenderloin satay and round steak. Very tasty. Add salad and tutti frutti and more than enough fries. Children were allowed to prepare their own dessert in the kitchen.

Yes very good. I was there as a stopover for work. Was received very kindly by Dirk. Probably the owner? Very friendly staff and I ordered a tomato soup. Insanely delicious with cream and fried bacon served in a regular deep plate. Nice and warm and delicious!! A party for your tongue!! I enjoyed it! After this I sat down to work and had a coffee and Fanta. And the price is also completely okay! I would love to come back and that will certainly happen. Highly recommended!! Greetings Andre

Atmospheric and cozy restaurant in a beautiful location in the middle of the woods. Child-friendly (there is a children's play corner), friendly staff and good food. Currently wrapped in a cozy Christmas atmosphere! Highly recommended to have lunch/dinner here and combine this with, for example, a beautiful walk in the woods!

Today we cycled through the Veluwe... and ended up at this restaurant around dinner time... Ordered 4 different dishes for our parents and 2 teenagers. 1 carpaccio for the eldest teenager... wasn't very hungry so ordered a starter as a main... a really delicious carpaccio... great. Youngest daughter had the pork tenderloin medalions... tasted great, but not much and added some vegetable juice... zucchini, eggplant, mushrooms and peppers... but really mushy. My wife had a snitzel.... again a very small piece with the same drippings as vegetables. The additional mushroom sauce that I ordered arrived 5 minutes after the meat was finished... it can happen. I thought I would take a large sea bass... for 29 euros I expect something nice on my plate... no... a relatively small piece of fish that could have been passed off as a silt sole... and here too the juice as a vegetable .... No... today I didn't eat to my liking at the Triangel... service was fine... food tasted good... but I would like to see normal sized meat for the money I pay... and immediately put a healthy, fresh piece of greenery on the table instead of the accompanying vegetable porridge. Price vs quality does not come into its own

Wat meteen opvalt is dat het restaurant Triangel heet tegenwoordig. Eerst was het Le Triangle, toen "Gewoon gastvrij" en nu dus Triangel. Wat ook opvalt is dat het restaurant buiten weer wit geschilderd is (was blauwig) en dat het restaurant het meubilair opgefrist is. Maar ook het eten is er op vooruit gegaan, we hadden lunch hier en  ik had een "tuna melt" en dat is een grote portie en die was heerlijk. Kortom na wat mindere jaren een plek om zeker terug te keren. Verder is het een halve VVV, ruime parkeerplaats, ruim terras (voor betere tijden) en een kinderspeelkamer

Cozy family restaurant, good food, fair price

Delicious food! Served as it should be: warm soup in warm plates, main course also on heated plates. Delicious sauces with the meat and not too stingy with the sauce so that every bite was enjoyable. We ate tomato soup as a starter and as a main course venison steak with blackberry sauce and pork tenderloin with brie and honey-thyme sauce. Compliments to the cook and also to the nice waitress: despite the crowds (not surprising with such a classy place!) she kept all the balls in the air.

Had a pleasant and tasty dinner. Nice people who work there and have time to joke with the little ones. Recommended!

Delicious food, I had the carpaccio meal salad, but the dessert of 9.50 was very disappointing, chipped cookie, mini scoop of ice cream, the pineapple was not grilled. And that wasn't worth 9.50. Furthermore, nice service. The kids also got 2 scoops of ice cream for 9.50 and were allowed to decorate themselves in the kitchen. But yes, 9.50 for 2 mini bollekes is also very expensive and not worth it.

August 5, 2023 Went out again. Now it was not the 1st time for us that we came there, I think we come there at least 6 times a year. You go back because you had a good or at least tasty meal there. We arrived very early around 5:30 PM and parked our car in the parking lot. Inside the music was quite loud so that I had difficulty conversing with my table mate, but to make matters worse it turned out to be a radio station with a DJ shouting in an unintelligible Eastern European language who had a lot to say. Anyway, I didn't pay any attention to it, but this was not inviting for me now. Suddenly someone from the staff stood next to our table......said or asked, or perhaps not heard due to the background music, nothing so we just assumed we could order. Oh well, maybe a Polish person who likes to work here should be able to and that in combination with that screaming DJ on the radio made that picture complete. In the meantime, the tent was filling up and that stupid, useless background music was finally put on a different level. We ordered spare ribs twice because they were certainly not disappointing the previous times. But now.... 2 racks of spare ribs were served per plate, which should be enough, some nicely fried fries and a plastic container with coleslaw. The top spare ribs looked good, but with the tools we had at our disposal it was a tough mess and looked like it wasn't even really cooked. Having struggled through this, my table companion had already given up so I was allowed to take care of the 2nd rack of ribs. That looked a bit thicker and had a bit of fat on the edges. Well, normally I don't mind that, but that apparent edge of fat was at least 2 to 5 cm thick, in short, those were not spare ribs but fatty ribs. Its meat, after being trimmed of fat, tasted absolutely nothing and was tough. Then my own 2nd rack was still on the board, which was even worse. At least 5 to 6 cm thick layer of fat running away over the entire length, cutting, the bone plate was more than half filled with fat afterwards.... And then ask if you liked it. As a chef you should be ashamed to serve this, at least there was a real chef present or just the chip maker. No, it is clear to me that I have traveled a lot in Eastern Europe for my work. I have come across this more often there, but they wash it away with a liter of vodka and a bill of a few euros instead of 23 euros per portion of fat, which for spare ribs cannot really be called cheap here. It's a shameful display to poison your customers like that with, I think, old reheated fatty ribs. You have been warned, it is a far-reaching glory where you used to be able to eat quite well.

5 augustus 2023 maar weer eens uit uit gegaan. Nu was het voor ons niet de 1e keer dat we daar kwamen, denk dat we toch zeker een keer of 6 per jaar daar komen. Je gaat terug omdat je daar goed of ieder geval lekker hebt gegeten. We waren erg vroeg rond 17.30h en parkeerde onze auto op het parkeer terrein. Binnen stond de muziek redelijk hard zodat ik met moeite met mijn tafel genoot kon converseren, met tot overmaat van ramp blijk het een radiostation te zijn met in een onverstaanbare oost europese taal een schreeuwende DJ die heel wat te vertellen had. Maar goed heb er verder geen aandacht aan geschonken maar dit was voor mij nu niet uitnodigend. Plotseling stond er iemand van het personeel naast onze tafel......zei of vroeg, of wellicht niet gehoord door de achtergrondmuziek, niets dus we namen maar aan dat we konden bestellen. Ach, misschien wel een poolse hier graag werkt moet kunnen en dat in combinatie met die schreeuwende DJ van de radio maakte dat plaatje compleet. Ondertussen stroomde de tent vol en werd eindelijk die achterlijke nutteloze achtergrond muziek op een ander level gezet. wij bestelden 2 x spare ribs want de vorige keren waren die zeker niet tegengevallen. Maar nu.... Er werden per bord 2 racks spare ribs geserveerd moet genoeg zijn verder wat mooi gebakken frietjes en een plastic bakje met koolsalade. De bovenste spare ribs zagen en goed uit echter met het gereedschap wat ons ten dienst stond was het een taaie zooi, leek er op dat het zelfs niet echt gaar was. Ons hier doorheen geworsteld te hebben, mijn tafel genoot hield het al voor gezien dus mocht ik mij ontfermen over het 2e rack ribs. Dat zag er wat dikker uit en aan de randen een rand vet. Nou normaal gesproken vindt ik dat niet erg maar dat ogenschijnlijk randje vet was zeker 2 a 5 cm dik kortom dat waren geen spare ribs maar vet ribs. Het vlees ervan, na het van vet ontdaan te hebben, smaakte naar niets maar dan ook naar niets en was taai. Toen lag mijn eigen 2e rack nog op het bord nou dat was nog erger. Zeker 5 a 6 cm dikke laag vet over de hele lengte weg lopen snijden het botten bordje zat voor meer dan de helft gevuld met dril vet na afloop....En dan nog vragen of het gesmaakt heeft. Je moet je als kok toch de ogen uit je kop schamen om dit te serveren tenminste was er wel een echte kok aanwezig of slechts de frietbakker. Nee het is mij duidelijk heb veel in oost europa gereisd voor mijn werk. Daar ben ik dit vaker tegengekomen maar goed dat spoelen ze daar weg met een liter wodka en een rekening van een paar euro ivp 23 euro per portie vet wat voor spare ribs hier ook niet echt goedkoop te noemen is. Schandalige vertoning om je klanten zo te vergiftigen met denk ik oude opgewarmde vet ribs. U bent gewaarschuwd het is vergaande glorie waar je eerst best lekker kon eten.

Great, will definitely come back here again! Had a surprise party here for my father, who turned 70. Everything was perfectly arranged. Food was tasty, varied and looked beautiful. And the service was also great. We also received many compliments from our guests.

Fast service, unfortunately not everything requested was available. As part of the clog path (13 km), we made a short sanitary stop here in combination with something to drink. Unfortunately no sugar-free pastries in the house.

We passed by here while cycling and had lunch there and that was completely ok. Smooth and friendly service and a fair price. This location seems very popular with cyclists. Because it was in May and very sunny, we could easily sit on the outside terrace.

On Ascension Day we thought we would have a nice drink. After finding a spot on the terrace, wait quietly for the service. Everything and everyone walked back and forth, illogically mixed up and didn't pay attention to anything. After half an hour, Harry came to ask if we wanted to order something. My answer that I thought it was taking quite a while was immediately responded with an aggressive verbal response. What a dork!!!!!! This was the last time for us. We will look for another place in the future.

Delicious food and beautifully located on the cycle route

Serve carpaccio with pearl onions, pickles and raw sunflower seeds (instead of the promised tomato tapenade, aged cheese and various seeds). Then you really don't understand it as a chef. Spare ribs have more bone than meat, shaslick with more vegetables than meat. I requested mushroom sauce with my steak skewer (because I don't like the stroganoff sauce that comes with it as standard) and still found my meat floating in the stroganoff. This was indicated and instead of taking the plate back to the kitchen and serving the correct sauce, I just added the mushroom sauce. Remove the stroganoff sauce from the steak yourself. And finally, ants in the iced coffee. Paid very quickly and to save my Mother's Day I went to the Mc. I'm really not a complainer and I have often had a bad meal in a restaurant, but my goodness, this was bad!! And expensive. Never again. By the way, a friendly student who brought the drinks.

Had a fantastic Easter brunch, well prepared, lots of choice, friendly staff. For the grandchildren, a nice Easter Bunny, with presents and a nice bouncy castle! We enjoyed it and will definitely come back.

Had brunch on Easter Sunday. I thought it was very bad. If you are first served coffee or tea from those old thermos flasks, that is really out of date. The children were not asked what they wanted to drink. After 45 minutes the buffet was opened, during which time everything was ready, the hot and cold dishes. After ten minutes the rolls were gone and it certainly took another 10 minutes for them to be replenished (by soft rolls). Baked rolls have hardly been replenished. Furthermore, the only piece of meat there was as dry as anything. The rest wasn't much either. A shame about the 32.50 They will never see me there again. For less money you have much more choice at the Canterel and it is a lot tastier.

This is one of the top restaurants in the region. We will celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary there on June 10. We presented our ideas to them and they came up with a very nice proposal and even better ideas that we had not thought of. We are sure that it will be an unforgettable day for us.

We arranged a Brunch here today for a wedding anniversary. This brunch was very well organized and very tasty. We heard a lot of praise from our guests. In short, we can certainly recommend the Triangel as a location for your party.

Parents-in-law's anniversary celebrated on location. Excellent service, everything went well. Friendly welcome, the buffet was well taken care of and small details are also taken into account. We felt very welcome. We had previously visited there just to have lunch and even then everything was fine despite the crowds. Nice location and also nicely decorated.

Nice location on the edge of the forest. They have several nice and neat areas. There is a special playground for the children where they can have fun. The buffet looked nice and tasted great. The staff is very friendly.

We received a different dish than we ordered. It was almost impossible to cut so it couldn't be removed at all. So after 2 bites we gave it back. Even though we didn't order it and didn't eat it, we had to pay for it. The fact that there were only 2 tables occupied during the weekend around dinner time also says enough. The toilet room was also dirty, the floor was sticky. This was the last time there for us.

Ate there on Christmas Day, super small buffet for so many people. The food was very disappointing. Also just red cabbage from a pot? Meat not tasty, fries way too hard, fish too salty, no more food was replenished. In short, too many to mention. We were 12 people and 3 kids, it was a waste of money. I used to visit the old triangle a lot, it was really great. Never again this triangle.......

On Christmas Day, my son, daughter-in-law and I went to Restaurant Triangel (Gewoon hospitable) to partake in the buffet. Unfortunately, my 16-year-old granddaughter who was going to come along had become ill. The buffet, hot and cold, was decent. The hot dishes were a bit over-cooked. One of the fish types (cold) was too salty. Then a delicious dessert buffet. When paying, it turned out that we had to pay for 4 people (p.p. Euro 48). That was an unexpected setback. When asked today, it turned out that that was not a mistake. They had called all reservations a week earlier. You are not allowed to get sick on the day itself. Then you're out of luck... I'm afraid we won't be back.

The steak was dry and tough, even though I ordered 'nice red'. To avoid a second blunder, I ordered the redfish. This turned out to be still raw and cold. The quality was minimal among my table companions. My dishes did not have to be paid for and we received 10% on the entire bill. Nice in itself, but this was the first and the last time.

Steak was taai en overdone, daarna bestelde roodbaars rauw en koud. Op zich werd er vriendelijk gehandeld en wij hoefden de gerechten niet te betalen en kregen ook nog 10% extra korting. Overall zijn ze vriendelijk, maar de keuken snapt er niets van. Dit was de eerste en de laatste keer.

Afgelopen zondagavond hartelijk ontvangen door een vriendelijke medewerkster en netjes voorgegaan naar onze tafel. Drankje kwam gelijk. Kaart kwam er direct achteraan. Ruime keuze/ duidelijke menukaart. 2 Hoofdgerechten gekozen met een mandje brood vooraf met heerlijke kruidenboter. Zalm en varkenshaas - vers - goed bereid en goede smakelijke sauzen. Rode wijn en speciaal biertje erbij - lekker ! We komen graag terug en complimenten aan de hardwerkende mensen vd bediening en de koks! Tot gauw !
