Not much choice, unfriendly staff. Expected more for what I paid.

All you can eat, what could possibly go wrong? This is a run-of-the-mill restaurant; the dishes are tasty but not exceptional. If anything needed to change, I would start with the cleaning. All wood is sticky; this is oil on oil and will eventually crumble and stick.

A cozy place where you can dine comfortably for 2 hours; all orders are placed via a tablet so you don't have to wave to the staff every time. The only downside is that only one scoop of ice cream can be ordered per person per visit.

The waitresses were very nice. However, the food was hugely disappointing. Personally, I don't understand why the rating is so high. Unfortunately, I really didn't enjoy my meal. There are much better all-you-can-eat options for the same price.

We went to eat here based on good reviews on Google. For me, it was the first but also the last time. The restaurant has a good atmosphere, the service is fine, and dishes are served quickly, but the quality of the food was insufficient for my partner and me. The sushi was tasteless, much of it prepared well in advance, meaning the crispiness was no longer crispy. The ebi tempura was a standard frozen product and served greasy at the table. It's a shame; the food quality could be so much better.

I have been going here regularly for a number of years, but I have to say that the quality is becoming increasingly inconsistent. The food is good and tasty, actually always fresh, with the occasional exception to the standard. Of course, this shouldn't spoil the fun. Service is usually good when the permanent staff is present. If they are temporary staff, there is almost always something wrong: a lot is forgotten, the wrong things are served, it takes a very long time to get anything, etc. The attitude of the specific employee we had today was also very substandard. A look in her eyes as if she would rather be somewhere else. Putting items away on someone's plate while there is food on it. Interrupting the little one who is coloring and just putting (warm/hot) food on top of that. Not passing drinks but just piling them up, right next to a toddler, mind you. I get it. You don't always feel like working, and people can be annoying sometimes. We’ve all had a job like that at some point. But then don't go work in the hospitality industry, and specifically in service. However, this situation is becoming increasingly common. Combined with the feeling that the kitchen / service cannot keep up, resulting in quite long waiting times. The atmosphere is fine; not exceptional, but not substandard either. All in all, you can eat excellently here, and it is not too cheap. However, keep in mind that the service is sometimes not always there to provide a friendly experience.

What a wonderful experience this was. We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the delicious food. Everything was fresh and tasted exactly as it should. The sushi looked beautiful on the plates and the drinks were nicely garnished with fresh mint and a slice of lemon. It is clear that they pay attention to the details here, even in the presentation of the drinks with the striped straws. We will definitely be back here again.

Great! They serve Coca-Cola here, and that is immediately obvious! This is truly the only sushi all-you-can-eat restaurant where they understand what drinks should be on the menu besides Coca-Cola. But that is a good foundation for a delicious lunch or dinner. We were there for lunch. Delicious fresh sushi and friendly staff, plus a well-functioning tablet to place your orders. No full prices for small children. Very pleasant! In short, highly recommended, especially for lunch 👌🏼

Nice restaurant, was for the first time there. Convenient location, very friendly and attentive stuff, and quite good quality of food. Overall good, will come back.

We chose a spot by the water, but there were planters with dead flowers and the terrace was not well maintained. During dinner, we started feeling a bit nauseous, and this continued throughout the day. We didn't eat anything else that day, so that couldn't have been the cause. Perhaps the fish wasn't kept properly chilled due to the warm weather...

That (so it seems) thawed sushi is delicious. Just like McDonald's, perfectly edible but most of it isn't a culinary masterpiece. I have developed a new addiction to the Sweet Buns though, definitely try those.

The food is very tasty, but it is a shame that everyone is only allowed ice cream once, even if it is a big scoop. It is certainly fun to try once, and it is quite expensive for 2 people; we only had 2 drinks.

There was some confusion with the ordering. We really wanted to have some nice desserts in the last round. We weren't allowed 6 desserts and no more. So that was 4 for my child and 2 for myself. Not exactly all you can eat. But the staff pointed out that we should have mentioned it while we were still seated at the table. She is absolutely right about that. It was made up for with tasty brownies to take with us. Otherwise, the food was delicious.

Upon entering, it immediately smelled like a toilet, and it lasted the entire evening. I even doubted whether I wanted to stay for dinner... Anyway, we were allowed to sit by the window, far away from the toilets. The windows probably hadn't seen a window cleaner in a very long time. We received the wrong order twice, and for a salad I had specifically asked for no sauce, but still received *with* sauce (?). The fried food wasn't tasty, way too greasy, and the sushi didn't seem very fresh. Sushi with tomato and cream cheese seemed unique, but the cream cheese was nowhere to be found? Two of the three staff members didn't manage a smile and didn't say anything either; they seemed just like robots! Almost all the desserts were still frozen when they shouldn't have been? We also had to wait a very long time for the desserts, even though we could have been finished long ago. I have never been so happy to finally be outside in the fresh air again!

I come here regularly and I have to honestly say that this is one of the nicest, finest, and best places to eat sushi in Breda. You have a nice view of part of the city and the price is super affordable. The owner is super friendly and always says hello, especially if you come often. There are many tasty items on the menu, something for everyone. Ordering is easy via the tablet and it is brought quickly and courteously. The quality of the food is also very good. Very fresh and the hot dishes are hot. In short, a SUPER GOOD, FUN place!! <3 Love

A delicious selection of food. It takes two hours to complete. Then it's a four-minute walk to Breda's city center, where terraces and cafes await you.

Frankly speaking we didnt know it was an all you can eat sushi restaurant. I had the motivatvation to eat good sushi.. So was disapointing as the food was really mediocre. I personally wouldnt go again. I would say the portion vs what you pay was in good balance. So if you dont have an expectation for tasty sushi and are on a budget, its the place to go

It’s a great restaurant with a great food! The cooking is amazing and it makes you want to eat more and more, which is the purpose of the restaurant. Some of the waiters weren’t really with a good vibe but it could be because it was a holiday and they have to work. It was a quiet place, despite it being full, no music and very chill. The food arrives really fast. It’s just great, i was very happy to be there and will definitely go again!

Extensive menu and relaxed atmosphere

A more than pleasant surprise. This restaurant offers a good menu that has clearly been put together with great care and passion. Delicious snacks, and the drink selection is also more than sufficient. The staff is very hospitable and highly professional. Reasonable pricing. All of this makes a visit to this acclaimed venue an absolute must.

Super friendly staff. Great atmosphere. The food was delicious, but the fried food wasn't great. We could clearly taste that the frying oil needed replacing. I also had mango sushi, and the mango was as hard as an apple. The cucumber was dried out, as were the nori leaves, which made it a bit chewy. The noodle soup was delicious, as were the desserts and other appetizers. But the food really needs to be checked for freshness. Furthermore, the food arrived very quickly, and we had a pleasant time. However, due to the quality of the food, we unfortunately won't be back.

Nice place, very poor service except for a couple of waiters. The welcome was very cold; we felt like intruders. The food was okay, nothing special. There was no music at the beginning, but then they added it. They could improve on it; the location has potential, but it's a shame about everything else.

Not like it used to be. The price-quality ratio has clearly deteriorated. The website also states that you can eat 5 rounds of 5 dishes. Unfortunately, that's now a maximum of 4 dishes at a time.

Good sushi, no option of meals, it is just all you can eat which is super expensive. Some of the staff doesn't seem to understand some clear questions. But a good experience in general

We had a lovely time outside on the floating terrace with four friends. The service was good, although some dishes sometimes took a little longer, but we definitely recommend it!

For a somewhat larger city like Breda this is a great restaurant to eat. The staff is very friendly and even chats with you. You can sit outside by the water. The food is tasty and has a lot of flavor. Too bad that the sashimi is not included here so you have to pay a lot extra. The sushi is tasty. There are many different snacks so sushi is a kind of side dish. It looks more like an Asian tapas restaurant. Tasty noodles and tepan dishes. The only thing I find a pity is that you have little choice of desserts. You have to pay extra for certain desserts (mochi) or only order once (ice cream). This is the only disadvantage of ordering. For the rest it is very tasty and the dishes are tasty. The price is not that expensive compared to other sushi restaurants.

The food was fine. Exactly what you expect from an all you can eat sushi restaurant. The food ordering system is convenient and works well. The staff is fine. The space is large so I can imagine that it is very noisy when it is busy. In short, a great experience, as you would expect, but nothing special.

Most people see it as a Sushi restaurant, but I see it more as a snack, tapas restaurant, where Sushi is part... Great atmosphere (not high-end) and good snacks! Because the tenderloin, chicken and salmon, etc. are actually not as good and perhaps even better... and ordering is easy via the tablet. Parking nearby is no problem.

The sushi was very tasty. The hot dishes were decent. These need some extra attention. Friendly service and a great atmosphere.

Everything is fine! The food is TOP! One of the best Sushis I've ever eaten (and I've eaten quite a few Sushis in my life). We can order anything we like because there is a wide choice. Atmosphere is good, restaurant is nice to see, clean and the service is very friendly. You don't have to wait long for your order. This will be our regular Sushi restaurant. :-)

Delicious Sushi, easily ordered on the tablet. Customer interaction is a bit further away this way, but delivery is incredibly fast!

Preferred choice for sushi, kind staff always willing to bring the best support to your dining experience. Both lunch and evening menu are what you must expect from an high level sushi place. Do not forget cocktails and coffee drinks, also with tasty toppings.

We are satisfied with all dishes, we expected some of them might be ok. Out of our expectations, they all taste good. Definitely we will come here again.

It was already fully booked on the site, after 1 phone call there was still room for 2... upon arrival I was received very nicely and because they saw that my back was not doing so well, they started looking for a spot with a couch, great service food is fantastic, delivered hot and quickly, service is extremely friendly and respectful so definitely more than worth the money

The four of us came by on a weekday. In terms of crowds, it wasn't too bad. Service was fast and friendly, ordering was easy via a tablet. In my opinion you get value for your money here!

Ume is my son's favourite restaurant in Breda. It is good value for money, the food is very good and fast. I always recommend it.

7.45 pm there and it took a while before they could guide you to the table. Pressure, that can happen. Drinks were taken, it took about 20 minutes before we got them. Staff couldn't smile. Except for 1 girl who was not Asian, who was really super friendly and helpful in terms of service. Got dead looks from the Asian people, maybe because I'm Asian myself? Noted that they could smile and be friendly to Dutch people. After the 2nd round we still hadn't had any sushi from the 1st round. Asked about it and was given an excuse that they just take longer. I asked about the sweet and sour cucumber. (Something they made in stock for a long time) Only came after the 2nd round! And yes, it's all you can eat, so plenty of rounds to go, but that's not right. I didn't even get all the sushi I ordered. I've never experienced that before! Why start a sushi restaurant if you can't even handle it? Staff had no manager to indicate who should do what. Tables were not cleared even though it was quiet. Food was not tasty. I really regretted choosing this restaurant. This is honestly the worst sushi restaurant I've ever been to! You can find better ones in Breda. I don't recommend any of my family members, friends or acquaintances to go here! Waste of your money!!!

I was disappointed. It's always our favorite restaurant, for me and my son. The disappointment is that the portions have been enormously reduced and that soya sauce is now mainly salty. The taste of the food has remained good except for the gyōza which are now even less filling. We had to wait a very long time to get our drinks, but I must say that the staff was very busy. It was quite busy. However, they remained smiling and friendly. So price/quality is no longer in proportion. Sorry favorite restaurant.

The food is fine, not super good but not bad either. I also think the choice has become less. In general the staff was friendly but not very professional. Things were said like 'if you'. Tables were not cleared. Furthermore, the food arrived quickly. Some sushis were quite dry and the other dishes such as lamb chop, chili shrimp and sashimi salad were not really tasty. Overall it was fine but not worth coming back.

Drama Bad food Drama, Food sent back twice. Lamb chops can't get through. A De Borst single fat wattle Tenderloin in pieces, tough and impossible to get through. Ordered everything a second time hoping it was an accident. Unfortunately everything is the same bad AGAIN. After collecting everything on our table, the manager was called. Response: probably left on the grill too long, but you will have to pay E 130. There have clearly been cuts in the quality of the food. We were surprised that on this, a normally busy evening, there were almost no customers. Never again for us.

Everything was good. Sat there with a small group. Value for money, and certainly more than enough!

Food was good. There were 7 people and we all had enough to eat. They had a clear allergen chart. They also had gluten free soy sauce and plenty of gluten free options that could be ordered. A very good place to eat gluten free.

Highly recommended, there is one thing, the price, €36.95 starting rate, which is way too high. Drinks also pricey. Would really come back here again, but I'll still look around for prices.
