Don't be fooled by the beautiful Google photos! It almost looked like you could enjoy a refined dining experience there: beautiful plating, small portions, and lovely details. In reality, unfortunately, we found it to be a lot less refined. The fish tempura was mostly… fried fish. With almost all dishes, we were served the same huge chunks of fennel, some of which were still raw and barely cut with a knife and fork. The drinks menu was also disappointing: given the price level, we had expected a nicer wine selection and perhaps even champagne. In short: beautiful photos, steep prices, but unfortunately, the experience fell considerably short.

The homemade gnocchi tasted very good. Unfortunately, it does not have an outdoor terrace.

The food is tasty, though not as good to ask that amount of many for the dishes. Portions of the main courses are small too. However, brownie was worth it. The atmosphere is nice, but nothing special. Service, well..., I would expect a better one given the prices. I had to chase a waiter to ask for a dessert, which we ordered at the very beginning. And then we had to chase a waiter again to be able to pay. The point is, that the restaurant was almost empty by that time, so I can't even give them an excuse of being busy. It's OK to have dinner once, but if I were to stay in the hotel for a couple of nights, I would have considered finding a different dining place.

This restaurant within such a great hotel should be good, but it was so disappointing. The starters ( veal and seabass) were delicious and beautifully presented. However, the staff dont describe the dishes they are serving. Instead they put the food down , in an ungraceful manner and say ´seabass’ hoping to run away. The risotto was the worst presentation ever !drowned in fennel and a tomato sauce 🤮 The staff don’t care, roll their eyes when you need to ask for more water. They really need to get their act together and match the hotel staff curtesy and the bar staff who are also excellent and attentive. Sadly the restaurant lets this wonderful hotel down and more passionate servers are required.

Mediocre food, terrible service. The veal starter was fine. But after that, we sat waiting for the food for almost two hours. Around us were four groups who arrived (up to an hour) later and were served earlier. Meanwhile, a hungry child eventually received a small bowl of pasta that was nowhere near enough. The saffron risotto was nothing special. Afterwards, we asked for a dessert menu, but after being ignored for another fifteen minutes, we decided to just leave. The bill was over 70 euros. And off into the village to grab some fries somewhere. DO NOT eat here.

Matig eten, hele slechte bediening. Tussengerecht met kalfsvlees was prima. Maar daarna bijna twee uur op het eten zitten wachten. Om ons heen vier gezelschappen die (tot een uur) later binnenkwamen en eerder uitgeserveerd kregen. Intussen een hongerig kind dat uiteindelijk een kommetje pasta kreeg wat bij lange na niet genoeg was. Saffraanrisotto was niet bijzonder. Daarna een dessert kaart gevraagd, maar na nog een kwartier genegeerd te worden besloten om maar weg te gaan. Rekening over de 70 euro. En het dorp in om nog ergens een frietje te scoren. NIET gaan eten hier.

Had lunch this afternoon. It tasted good and the converted place is beautiful too.

Beautiful and quiet surroundings and reasonable menu selection

Fantastic, creative, and exquisite food – by far the best we had during our two-week trip! Every course was superb in taste and texture. Michelin-star worthy!

The restaurant has very good location and it is extremely convenient for the guests of Blooming Hotel. Interesting design and table settings misleading you to expect good quality time. However, food is not impressive and definitely far from be delicious. Menu is limited and at the middle of the evening some portions already not available. Service is terribleand making you feel unwelcome. Price is not matching quality of your dinner.

The food is generally very good. However, the menu is unfortunately always the same: seven days a week, with a choice of four main courses. These dishes are presented differently each day, the portion sizes vary, and the same dish can taste completely different the next day – depending on who's working in the kitchen. Almost all the servers seem well-trained and are very friendly. One server was rude and incompetent in dealing with guests. Almost everyone behaves like they're in a Michelin-starred restaurant. A changing menu, uniformly trained staff, and a consistent kitchen would make the restaurant more appealing and justify spending €150 for dinner every evening.

Het restaurant bevindt zich in het Blooming hotel. Gezellig restaurant, prima personeel, lekker eten in een wat hoger segment. Aanrader wat ons betreft!

A delicious restaurant, very high quality food, beautiful presentation and pleasant service.

Hotel and conference centre Blooming has a perfect restaurant indicated as ZNDHV meaning Zandhoeve (i.e sand homestead) . My wife told me that it is new, with a new chef. We had dinner here and it was perfect. Flexible, friendly and helpful staff, good choice of drinks and a perfect, well created menu, also for vegetarians. We enjoyed ZNDHV, indeed. Fair prices too.

Delicious food! Plenty of choices for vegetarians, meat lovers, and fish lovers. Great service.

We had booked the 3-course menu at the hotel and were thrilled. Great service, fantastic cuisine. Creative, tasty, high quality - and at fair prices.

Nice food but overpriced. Staff were busy (loudly) talking amongst themselves, rather than attending guests.

The evening menu is very tasty and costs €42.50. House wine 32€. The starter is fixed, and for the main course you can choose from meat, fish or vegetarian. Dessert is also somewhat variable. Taste and appearance really great. The restaurant was renovated, we actually liked it better 3 years ago. The pizza oven is gone, the beautiful wallpaper and the beautiful breakfast nook with the large cupboard, the ceilings are suspended and low. Everything seems squatter and darker. Unfortunately there are also deteriorations at breakfast: you are divided into shifts, in the last shift things like fruit salad, cucumber and tomatoes were missing on both days. Instead of the regional fancy fruit spreads, there is packaged cherry jam (here too, only one type). We knew it all differently at the blooming hotel. A pity.

Had dinner with the family yesterday. Really not normally tasty! It is a simple menu with not too much choice so you know the food is fresh. The quality of the food is fantastic. The new interior and the service from the staff were also excellent. We will be back soon!
