Never before have I eaten so incredibly delicious food. It was a true experience. It is definitely highly recommended!

Excellent restaurant where you can enjoy delicious food in a cozy, casual atmosphere. All dishes were very tasty, beautifully prepared and served with a smile. The drinks were very reasonably priced. Highly recommended to have dinner here.

The food and wine were excellent. Staff also friendly, and good explanation of the wine. Approach could have been a little more personal and calmer. I found the long waiting time between courses objectionable. To my shame we arrived a little late, 6:25 PM instead of 6:00 PM, but we sat for almost 4 hours for five courses. No coffee after. When we ordered a platter from the otherwise great cheese cart instead of a sweet dessert, the service forgot about us and it took even longer. In short, keep cooking and serving like this, but make sure you speed up the pace and have enough staff to pay attention to the guests.

We got a meal box here during Corona times and it was so good that we wanted to go back and have a 'real' meal there. We did that recently and we enjoyed the 5-course surprise menu. We almost licked our plate with every dish, we loved it so much! What wonderful combinations. Furthermore, very good and hospitable service, they know their trade. Because of Dry January we took advantage of the non-alcoholic package: nice that this was an option. At the beginning of the evening we had noted that we might like one glass of wine with the main course. This was even remembered by the staff and we no longer had to ask for this ourselves, very thoughtful! We only discovered while writing this review that Zenith has a star (we are not from the region): well deserved in our opinion!

Zenith you are doing a lot right, all dishes are absolutely excellent. There's foam with everything, nice staff and prompt service. A lovely homely atmosphere in a fantastic neighbourhood. The appetizers were great and a lot of attention had been paid to everything... the desert was really a work of art. Top top top, I will definitely come here again.

Fantastically beyond expectations

Food was superb. Service not worthy of stars. And if you are not even allowed to pay with €500 notes when the bill is almost €1000!! Still legal tender. Please indicate this in advance.

Michelin now also considers it a top restaurant. Since October 2024, Zenith has been the proud owner of a star. And I can only agree with Michelin. Increasingly fine dishes, beautiful wines, sufficient attention for the guests. Everything happens with a certain degree of naturalness and that gives peace in the restaurant. And that is extremely pleasant. Joey has a creative way of cooking where he doesn't lose himself. Jody ensures that you as a guest lack nothing. In short, it is a pleasure to have lunch or dinner at Zenith.

A top restaurant. The welcome is very warm and you feel welcome. You have the choice to eat a la carte or a various course menu. When it comes to wines, you can again choose from a card or arrangement, but also delicious matching juices. The plates are beautifully presented and the flavors are perfectly balanced. The staff are very friendly.

The team is friendly and welcomes customers with a smile. The service is fast and professional with attention to detail.

We had a wonderful meal and sitting here. Really tasty and original flavors. The wine and drinks match the dishes so well. That adds a lot. The atmosphere is cozy and familiar, but also chic. We received a warm welcome and the staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Apeldoorn can be very happy with this fine restaurant.

Last night we had dinner at Zenith with 7 people. We were sitting in a nice spot for us. What a delicious meal we had again! The plates looked fantastic. The flavors were delicious! The accompanying wines were also surprising. All in all another great evening!

Had an excellent meal in this cozy restaurant. Service is loose but alert, not stiff. Atmosphere is fine. And then the food... really nice, special dishes. We had the 5 course surprise menu and it was all great. We had the house wine rosé and red and they were simply good. Great evening and we will definitely be back.

Having eaten here a year ago and again recently, it's amazing to see the improvements. Before it was already excellent in service and atmosphere yet felt like it could grow a little bit in the composition of food. And they did. The surprise Zenith Culmination menu is a journey through various flavors, textures and experiences that all work together beautifully. Expect to take around 4 hours or more for t his! Afterwards, we all happily discussed various dishes and how they worked together and I'm glad to have gone there again.

Had a delicious meal at Zenith last Thursday. The welcome was very friendly and pleasant. The appetizers and drinks were delicious. The surprise menu was delicious. Very varied with each course a deliciously beautiful dish. Together with the recommended wine, highly recommended. It was a very nice evening with delicious food.

What a nice experience... just a stone's throw from our house. Beautiful dishes, with honest products. Explanation for each course. And sometimes a dish gets its finishing touch at the table. The time between dishes was just right and we went home satisfied.

What an absolutely phenomenal experience - the service, environment and knowledge and skills are on point and beyond! The food is out of this world, every bite is a treat for your taste buds. Celebrated our 40th anniversary in Zenith, then still an "ordinary, special restaurant". Involved, enthusiastic young people and even a little extra to celebrate those 40 years. The price wasn't too bad at the time, but the atmosphere, the craftsmanship and the dishes were priceless anyway. Dear people, black and white brigade and everything in between: We saw that star coming. I hope that you can continue to improve the balancing act between being yourself and that star forecast full of fun and energy. Thanks for a great evening and on to the second star. Although: I just gave 4x5 :) We still need a photo somewhere, but when the food is so delicious, you attack with your cutlery, not with your smartphone. See you soon!

Congratulations on your Michelin ⭐️

For the first time to Zenith during our weekend away. We were warmly welcomed and given a nice seat by the window. Spacious layout, plenty of privacy, and both chair and sofa were excellent. After the Zenith special (drink, see photo 1) with three beautiful amuses, we decided to choose the Culmination experience. With matching wine/digestives arrangement. We love to be surprised and that was completely true! Nothing but praise for chef Joey with his kitchen brigade, the excellent and knowledgeable service and the wonderful choices of wines/digestives by Jody. Personal attention, where nothing is feigned, warm, involved, passionate and knowledgeable, that is an evening immersed in the atmosphere of Zenith. We really appreciated this and recommend that every culinary enthusiast go to Zenith for an evening.

We had something to celebrate on 2/6 and decided to do it with a dinner at Zenith. An evening with a succession of delicious surprises. So it really became a party: we had a fantastic meal, beautiful presentations, brought to the table by very nice, cheerful and attentive service. A very nice memory. On the advice of a good friend, I entered into the fine dining experience for the first time at this fantastic restaurant. Right from the start, starting with a gin with basil and a few epic appetizers, we knew: This will be a great evening. We went for the 7 course menu and this was a culinary journey we will never forget. Each dish was accompanied by a perfectly matched wine. There was a relaxed and relaxed atmosphere, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive and provided us with an unforgettable evening. As a very first culinary trip, it couldn't have been better. We would like to thank you all so much for this special experience and we would love to come back again!

Simply great! Very tasty, beautiful presentation, quirky, friendly, surprising (although here too the interpretations of Noma's fermentation skills are in danger of becoming somewhat jaded), good pace, beautiful wine, etc. In short, that's how it should be. Definitely worth a detour. So five stars from me. A quick word about that wine. Here too, some VDP wines have found their place on the wine list. We got such a tasty, modern Spätburgunder from Weingut Dautel with the duck breast; VDP Gutswein. Top! Let people taste that excellent wines can also be made there in Germany. Two points to note if you want to have something to complain about. Parking may not be possible directly next to the door. Too bad. No reason for us not to be pampered here again. And in our opinion the music could have been a bit softer.

Very spacious restaurant, not crowded with tables. Excellent food. Very refined and tasteful.

A warm welcome upon arrival. Unfortunately we were not impressed with the food. We missed contrast between the corridors, which made it monotonous. We missed the polyphony in the taste and found it too soft/sweet in our opinion. Unfortunately, the wine was not well chosen for the dish and drowned out the flavors. Nevertheless, we had a nice evening.

Went to eat here for the second time. They can cook in this kitchen. Beautiful ingredients and dishes with their own twist. The squid was the highlight for me, but then I might not be doing the other dishes justice. Those were also great. Finally, the cheese cart was filled with good cheeses. Delicious!

Awesome! What a gem this restaurant. Everything was right. The food was excellent. While I normally enjoy a 7 course menu, there is often only 1 course that is really great. At Zenith restaurant it is difficult to determine the highlight. Surprising flavor combinations that stimulated the senses. Super nice that before you have even chosen, you are already spoiled with some appetizers. The restaurant looks nice on the inside, sleek but still cozy. Then the service, which was also surprisingly good. While I am regularly irritated by small, fussy "mistakes", even at the better restaurants, I could not catch this service. An eye for the guest and a well-oiled machine. Hang up the coat neatly, “we had this table in mind for you”, extremely knowledgeable about the dishes and no hiccups there either, pour water in between, food cleared quickly, realize when you want to pay so no waiting moment there either, open the door neatly if you leave. Tap the hammer to score a mint. Everything was right! Is there nothing at all that was not good? Yes, I can point out a critical point. My first mint tea had exactly 7 leaves and was therefore just boiling water. I said something about that and ordered a new mint tea. There was more mint in it, but it still didn't have the taste. Had my wife tested, but she also barely recognized the coin. And yes, I even waited a long time to pour the last sip, but that didn't help either. Unfortunately my hot water was also calculated. But the great food, the wonderfully attentive service, and the nice atmosphere make a fussy thing like this quickly forgotten. We will go here again soon.

Through our booked royal culinary hotel package, we ended up with chef Joey from Zenith restaurant where we enjoyed a five-course surprise menu. Each course was served and presented by the chef himself. The refined dishes, finished at the table with fresh ingredients, were real flavor bombs that made our taste buds tingle to the limit. Preparing and serving a customized diet is no problem at all in this restaurant.

A dinner at Zenith quickly becomes an evening-filling "program". Dining for 4 hours is not exceptional. This clearly indicates that this is an evening of culinary experience. TOP!

Five stars is not enough. What an experience, honestly! The appetizers alone. We opted for the six-course menu. Every course is a painting on your plate. It's actually a shame to eat it. This was our 2nd time eating at Zenith with young, very ambitious owners, who started during corona time. Very daring! Super nice restaurant with high quality service and very surprising and tasty dishes! We opted for a 6 course dinner. Not to forget: the delicious matching wines. On to the 1st star! We have made reservations again on August 4! Until then!

Zenith is an asset to the culinary Netherlands. A pleasure for your taste buds. We had high expectations because we already know Zenith. Everything is beautifully balanced: beautifully prepared dishes where every bite tastes different, matching wines and staff who are very discreet and genuinely friendly. Here you will enjoy a warm bath and you will not be short of anything. Hospitality level is very high. Too bad I can't give more than 5 stars. We would love to come back. Eating at Zenith is worth at least 1 Michelin star for my husband and me. Zenith is an asset to Apeldoorn and the wider region. Keep it up.

On Easter Sunday we enjoyed a delicious 6-course Easter menu with beautiful matching wines. The Restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and a very competent staff. As far as we are concerned, Zenith is certainly worthy of a Michelin star.

An amazing experience! Each dish was a surprise, an explosion of flavour and a work of art. We were delighted with the service and the quality of the food. Inspite of the small size of the dishes, we were absolutely full, probably thanks to the additional appetizers - surprises from the chef. We were happy to know that the restaurant is constantly changing the menu, which means we will become your regular customers. As a recommendation, we would like to see quality bottled mineral water, as the tap water is not up to the standard of the food and the establishment. Also, in my opinion ( sorry but I am an artist and I am quite critical in these matters), the pictures and some elements of the decor do not match the high level of the food and service. I wish you every success in your growth and will try to visit you every month!

Everything is possible in terms of diet and still very tasty. Also a very good alcohol alternative with matching juices, I was a bit skeptical at first but it turned out to be really tasty and therefore highly recommended! A nice experience. We had a 7 course dinner, service was good and really friendly. Delicious food, and with quite a few dietary restrictions (low salt and pregnant!) All in all, I really enjoyed it and definitely worth the money.

Unfortunately, due to the new lockdown, we were not yet able to visit the restaurant itself, but we were able to experience the kitchen tonight by using the home service. Because we live nearby, we collected the corridors ourselves and the plates were beautifully presented. We had a delicious meal at home, the (cinnamon?) herbal cream with the duck liver is surprisingly tasty. The sirloin steak was well cooked and delicious, with delicious vegetables. A big surprise with the dessert (cheesecake) was the vanilla ice cream. Normally a simple addition, this one tasted delicious and is definitely recommended. In short, Zenith has been an asset in Apeldoorn so far and I hope that despite an unpleasant start, they can get going during the second catering closure and I can certainly recommend it to everyone if you want to eat out at home during this period. 2023: We have now also been able to eat in the restaurant. Very much enjoyed delicious dishes. Surprisingly delicious flavors, every course was a party. The main course (succade from the BBQ) was delicious, perfectly cooked and just the right coal/smoke flavor, the garnish was great. A very special notification for the alcohol-free drinks package. Various juice combinations that matched well with the dishes and were alternately sweet/sour and spicy. We didn't know that this was as tasty as possible and is not only a full-fledged alternative to the wine arrangement, possibly even a standalone experience. Thanks for the tasty evening!

The flavors and structures of the dishes are excellently balanced, with the accompanying wines really enhancing the flavors and making them stand out enormously. A delight for your taste buds! It is also nice that different team members serve the various dishes and share their knowledge and passion about the dish or wine. The enthusiasm radiates from it! Highly recommended.
