Ritos Eindhoven, Fresh Mex & Pokébowls in Oud-Strijp

We ordered two Poke Bowls through Uber Eats. The website indicated we would have our food within 30 minutes. However, after an hour, we still hadn't received anything, so we decided to contact them. The employee explained that it's a known issue for Uber's delivery times to be out of sync with their own estimated delivery time and that there was nothing they could do about it, but that they were busy processing the order. However, when we had to wait another hour for our food and called a second time, he said they were very busy, but the order was definitely on its way. Half an hour later, we still hadn't received anything, so we had to call a third time. This was just before closing time, and we couldn't reach the employee again. Fortunately, we did receive our food, but the Poke Bowls were full of rice but not filled with vegetables. Presumably, everything was gone. All in all, an annoying experience.

Orders are not delivered on time when ordering via thuisbezorgd, called several times about this but no compensation for late delivery of orders. Very bad service.

Food to eat, the rest of the store is no good

They messed up the order resulting in me paying too much for what I got. Giving my money back was ‘too much of a hassle’ Not ordering here again.

The photos are wrong! Pick up a dish of your choice via Social Deal. The place looks nothing like the photos anymore. It's devoid of atmosphere, with only two plastic chairs and the rest of the kitchen, more focused on delivery. The waitress was friendly. The food served at the restaurant was delicious! The Mexican Burrito, unfortunately, wasn't served on a plate but simply wrapped in foil and eaten as is. The food is great, but not very welcoming!

Decent staff, easy parking, delicious food.

The food is fine, but delivery has taken much longer than indicated several times. If you're trying to score a 20-minute delivery on Uber and it then takes an hour and 20 minutes, something goes wrong... And then the food is cold...

The order arrived after 1.5 hours, was incorrect and cold...

We ordered 2 burritos and a quesadilla. After an hour I called to ask where it was. It was said that the order was ready and waiting for the delivery person. After 1.5 hours the order arrived, not 2 burritos but two containers with lettuce and other ingredients that they still had in house. Also added random ingredients according to your own wishes. We went to the location to indicate that our order was incorrect and that we wanted our money back. The boy behind the counter lied about having called our telephone number that was left with the order, to request approval of the order change. And it would have been agreed to. We also heard him calling another impatient customer, who was told that the delivery person would have rung the doorbell but the door was not opened. I wonder... We have now received our money back via home delivery.

I came to pick up food. The employee was very busy, so I had to wait longer than I was used to. Still, given the circumstances, I still received my food relatively quickly.

Last time we got poke bowls, we got an octagonal-like large poke bowl bowl. Now we got it again, we got 3 small square containers... For the same money! Nobody is full... It's a shame and I think this is quite stingy. Everything is always gone, and all the drinks are gone too.

Ordered four burritos. We got 2 burritos and 2 bowls. The burritos were without rice, even though we ordered it. Only when we got home did we see what we had received 😔

Amazing food and fast delivery.

Delivery was late for more than 1 hour. We selected extra beef meat, but our pokebowl didn’t get the beef

Try to order food, can't. Just be hungry. Even when the food arrives, it often takes 7 years. Furthermore, it is tasty

Terrible service. I ordered at 6 PM with a promised delivery time of 7 PM, but by 8 PM, my order still hadn’t arrived. I called the restaurant three times, and the staff was unhelpful, offering excuses instead of solutions. The person I spoke to even hung up on me without resolving the issue. Absolutely unacceptable experience—would not recommend.

I ordered food here. After it took 30 minutes longer than they indicated, I called. They indicated that it was busy but that it wouldn't last much longer. The order was already ready. 45 minutes later I called again because the food was still not there. When it arrived it was cold! Really cold! As if it came from the refrigerator

If a 2 euro discount means getting my order 1.5-2 hours late and stale then you can keep the food. Not recommended.

I ordered a pokebowl with fried chicken. The chicken was raw, the mango was way too soft (it looked like it was canned) and the rice was mushy and sour.

Normally delivered quickly and top quality. Today we really saw a different side, food was delivered cold 1.5 hours later than ordered! (By that I mean the chicken and fried shrimp and spring rolls). Very sorry!

I went there on Sunday, I was the only client, a lot of options were not available and the guy making the bowl was able to mess up all my order, they didn’t have falafel, i order salmon, when I open, it was tuna.. everything was also wrong on my husbands burrito. I don’t recommend.

The pokebowl with tofu was good and delivery was fast. The burito classico and nachos with minced meat were not tasty at all and tasted as if they were out of date. We didn't eat it

I ordered home delivery looking for a healthy and nutritive option. This is all what I wanted, it feels and taste really fresh and not processed.

Had good experiences a few times, but drama the last 3 times. Put together your own poke bowl only to get different ingredients or even food poisoning.

A great healthy option! The poke bowls were loaded with toppings and the perfect quantity of rice. The taste may appear to be bland to some though :)

This restaurant is a tragedy. For €55 you receive: - Own composed pokebowl: most expensive of all and a truly terrible result. Four lettuce leaves, a piece of chicken and everything mixed together. Cheese was completely missing. - Nachos: we ordered sour cream and were served cheese sauce on top. No cheese (yes, that nasty sauce is). No salsa. It also looked like someone had sat on it. - Three pathetic “tacos” that I could have put together myself for a price of €14.40. Finished within two bites. - In addition, another 15 minutes delay. We went to McDonalds afterwards because we threw away half of it and were still hungry. Tonight we'll be sitting on the toilet with the diarrhea we're going to get from it. (Give them two stars for the added Easter eggs, best “dish”)

Super tasty Poké Bowl picked up at Ritos Eindhoven. It is close to the Philips stadium, so of course an ideal location. They also have super tasty burritos so I will definitely go back for that. Highly recommended!

Lekker gegeten bij Ritos in Eindhoven. Het ligt op loop afstand van het centraal station, vlak bij het Philips stadion. Het eten werd voor onze neus vers bereid en het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader!

Mevrouw, meneer?! Mexicaanse burrito zogenaamd. Doe maar dikke schets burrito met alleen sla en mais. We hebben met kip besteld, maar kregen precies één stukje kip. Dat voor 15,-!! Pardon?!

Het eten was snel bezorgd. De fusion burrito was niet geweldig maar wel prima, maar de klassieke burrito met gehakt was echt een teleurstelling. Er zat bijna niks anders dan rijst en bonen in. Weinig vlees, twee snippers sla en wat maïs. Omdat ik trek had heb ik de wrap opgegeten, maar het liefst had ik deze weggegooid. Zonde van m'n geld en m'n goede zin.

Fijne nieuwe locatie, makkelijk om af te halen. Al vaker hier afgehaald en altijd lekker!

Ordered for takeout delivery. Got called twice they were out of Guacamole. Decided to go for red salsa. Got no refund; Guac is more expensive. Also ordered four extra sauces. Was missing two of them. Food was decent, service terrible.

We hebben hier vanavond ons eten besteld. In eerste instantie was er een gerecht fout gegaan. Dit is helemaal goed opgelost en de man aan de telefoon was erg aardig, zelfs wat extra’s erbij gekregen. Het eten was super lekker en bedankt voor de sorry knorry box ;)

Erg goed te eten, en de service was uitstekend. Ze belden dat de falafel op was, en dat kan gebeuren. Geen probleem. Dan maar tofu. Maar we kregen een extra bakje met gyoza waarop 'sorry' te lezen stond. Dat was wel erg lief.

Ik sta echt versteld van de giga goede service! De bezorger was drinken vergeten en was nogal vervelend onhandig en ik belde of het nog gebracht kon worden.. en ik stelde voor dat als de bezorger nog in de buurt was dat hij wel terug kon komen, maar in plaats daarvan kwam de eigenaar of degene die ik aan de telefoon had meteen zelf met 3 blikjes cola binnen 5 minuten! En zo ontzettend aardig! En begripvol Echt fantastisch! Ongekend! 1 om te onthouden om nog eens te bestellen! En het eten was heerlijk! Echt helemaal super!

Het eten bij Ritos is absoluut heerlijk, maar helaas laat de service te wensen over. We plaatsten een bestelling en telkens wanneer we belden om te informeren, verzekerden ze ons dat het eten er bijna was. Een tip voor Ritos: het verbeteren van de klantenservice zou echt een verschil maken. Het zou fijn zijn als de communicatie beter wordt, zodat klanten op de hoogte gehouden kunnen worden over de status van hun bestelling. Bovendien wil ik graag vermelden dat Ritos ook een geweldige selectie heeft van pokebowls en burrito's. Dus als je op zoek bent naar heerlijke gerechten in die categorieën, is Ritos zeker een bezoek waard.

I ordered the sweet tofu burrito and it was just what I needed! Nutritious, comfort, yet not junk food tasting at all. So many vegan options and the food tasted super fresh! You can also modify the meals if you would like a different sauce or replace the meat with tofu.

Heerlijke afhaal, minder gezellig restaurant qua uitstraling omdat het wat smal is. Je zit ongeveer tegen de mensen aan die afhalen als het druk is.

By far de lekkerste pokebowls die ik ooit heb gehad!

Nice staff, decent food, not too expensive

Eindelijk ook Chipotle in Nederland, al vind ik het wel stom dat je extra moet betalen als je geen burrito wilt maar een bowl. Ik kan er ook niets aan doen dat ik glutenintolerant ben. De bowl was onwijs lekker en proefde vers. Ik had trouwens besteld via Thuisbezorgd.

The food was AMAZING, so filling and so well put together. The person making the food was really kind. 10/10

Fijn gegeten, eten werd snel geserveerd en smaakte goed

When initially asked to not arrive too early because of a meeting and the food getting cold (preferable around 17.45) they ignored this and arrives at 17.20. However we had a large order so no worries we made it work. But after finding out that only 12 of the 13 burritos had been delivered we called the establishment who started blaming me for losing the burrito and assuring me that they had counted 13 burritos going in the bag. I'm not blind I was only brought twelve. After a lot of reluctance and SWEARING they finally decided to come bring the burrito anyway. When on their way the texted me to tell me that the delivery person was 15 minutes out but that they DEFINITELY had 13 burritos sent out (which is a blatant lie) Once the food arrived even though quite cold because taking directions is apparently super hard it was tasty enough which is why I'll be nice and give 2 stars. However costumer experience 0/10 would not recommend unless you want to get sweared at for their mistake.

Great value tasty poke bowls. The sunset is a classic salmon poke bowl. They come in 2 sizes, we got medium. Also tried make your own and turned out super nice! Best part is that it is halal!

Very friendly service, food came fast and was delicious, nice to sit outdoors and indoors too. We ate the gyosas, chips and salsa and ofcourse the salmon poke bowl

Schoon en net restaurant, snel geholpen en lekker vers! Wanneer je een bestelling plaatst en laat bezorgen krijg je vaak een persoonlijke noot bij je bestelling, maakt het nog leuker :)!
