Ate here on Boxing Day. I'd never been here before, but the food was surprisingly delicious. The service was good. It did take a while for the food to arrive, though. Oh well, it was Boxing Day, so it was very busy.

First time there...the tables were covered with plates from guests who had already left. It took ages for them to finally clear it...I cleared my own table...food scraps were on the floor. But...the food made up for everything!! Delicious, plentiful, fresh...great!!

The staff were difficult to motivate to take your order. However, that was not the staff's fault, but due to understaffing. The ordered dish was supposed to be high-quality, tender spareribs. However, it was tough and cold; after sending it back to the kitchen, it was cautiously lukewarm. The flavor was supposed to come from the accompanying BBQ sauce, because as you can see, the item itself lacks flavor. When I asked to speak to the owner (since the staff clearly couldn't do anything about it), I was told that the owner was also the chef. That's when I understood there was little hope left. Personally, I won't be coming back here anytime soon; perhaps someone else will have more luck with a different dish!

My girlfriend and I both had a pita bread with chicken. The chicken was very overcooked on one side with black edges, and not warm at all on the other side, which is a shame. The fries were nice and warm, though. After paying, we received one coupon for a free coffee, which would have been nice, since there were two of us who ordered the same thing.

If you dine here one evening, you'll truly be transported to a higher plane and can look back on a wonderful evening with delicious food, excellent personal attention, and a pleasant atmosphere. I'd love to come back.
