Delicious salmon straight from the smokehouse. Friendly owners. Highly recommended.

We used our chance on a short trip to drop by - and salmon was absolutely fantastic, one of the best we ever had. The rub was on point, with a smokey crust and juicy fish definitely worth every euro! We reserved our portion around 11 am and picked it up at 2 pm.

Incredibly delicious salmon – freshly smoked and an absolute delight. Every time, we take a fresh portion and also one vacuum-packed to enjoy later. Highly recommended! Bonus points for the adorable boxer dog who loves to be cuddled :)

Salmon fresh from the smokehouse. a very friendly owner who showed us the smoking process with the necessary explanation. The result is indeed delicious. Make sure you order in time, otherwise you will literally and figuratively find yourself behind the net. Price/quality/ratio excellent. No supermarket can handle that.

First things first: Make sure to reserve in advance via Whattsapp. Sometimes the salmon is sold out days before. This fact says it all: the taste is simply great.

We were camping at Peter's, coincidentally it was also on a Friday! Because on that day Rene de Zalmrokert comes by. He then does his magic trick with fresh salmon, one of the best kept secrets in North Holland. Do yourself a favor and go camping here for a weekend, or if you don't have time or something, just go get salmon from Rene. You won't be disappointed! Do it!

Een absolute aanrader! Super lekker, vers van de plank en als je op tijd bent dan kan je zelfs zien hoe ze van de plank komen. Wij komen hier zeker weer!

Frisch geräuchert vom Fachmann jeden Freitag. Was ein Glück, dass wir am Freitag hier waren. Der Lachs war perfekt auf dem Punkt, schmeckt fantastisch und ist sehr zu empfehlen.
