Ordered through thuisbezorgd when the place was “open”, one hour and a half later i didnt receive my food and the place goes “closed”. They just marked the order as delivered and thats about it. Not only will never order there again, but i also want my money back. Unacceptable.

Plein 1953 58Bizarrely bad service. Waited more than 2 hours for a pizza and didn't receive it. Called in the meantime and got an incredibly unfriendly employee on the line. I was told that the delivery driver was already on their way. After waiting another half hour, I called again and was suddenly told that they were only going to make my pizza then?! Hard to reach by phone, no communication from their side, and incredibly unfriendly staff.
