Forgot ingredients 4 out of 5 times, and now just a lukewarm pizza, and that for 22 euros. Such a shame, but never again!

I ordered two pastas at 5:00 PM that were supposed to be delivered at 5:30 PM. Updates took a very long time, and at 5:45 PM there was still nothing. Eventually, I tried calling the place over 15 times, but no one answered. Over two hours later and I still haven't received anything. I won't be ordering from here again.

Sandro used to be a reliable and nice pizzeria. Unfortunately, that seems to have changed. Pizzas are not being delivered and phone calls are not being answered.

Ordered. Tasteless, sparse and cheap toppings. Thick crusts and extra crusts with only sauce. Was okay a few years ago. Downgraded to Domino's quality. Rubbish.

I don't know what the food tastes like because we are 1,5h post estimated delivery time and they are still not here. Really, never ordering from this place ever again no matter how awesome their pizza might be.

I recently ordered pizza, which was delicious and delivered quickly. I ordered lasagna this time, and I've never had such bad lasagna. The ground meat was still in large shreds, no layers, not seasoned, and an excess of mozzarella made everything look like a big lump of chewing gum. Unfortunately, the flavor didn't make up for it, as all I tasted was sour tomato sauce. I might order pizza again, but definitely not pasta. Such a shame!

Received nothing. Called, and they claimed they delivered it. What did the house look like? Well, the delivery driver didn't know. After a lot of insults from them, I can't reach them anymore. Bizarre company, don't order!

I had the food delivered and it was very fast; I had to wait a maximum of 20 minutes. The food was very hot and well-seasoned. Highly recommended!!!

Crazy delicious pizzas!! We're huge fans. It's just a shame that the last delivery included two wrong pizzas. We tried several times to reach the restaurant, but they simply wouldn't answer; they were unreachable. The situation was resolved through Thuisbezorgd and we received a refund, but Sandro's service was truly abysmal.

Ordered a Quattro Stagioni pizza: the top was burnt, the bottom was cardboard, very few vegetables, and the vegetables that were on it weren't fresh. This is absolutely not pizza! How dare you offer this to people? Shame on you!

They forgot the extra mushrooms (you pay €2.49 for that!) and the crust is not crispy... but fast delivery with Thuisbezorgd.

I ordered three pizzas again today. I thought I'd ordered a Sandro pizza with ham, salami, bell pepper, onion, and all that. But I literally only found three pieces of ham and one piece of salami. When I called, it wasn't. He said he wouldn't do anything. And there was no other way. So I didn't get a new pizza. I ordered one from New York Pizza now. It might not be the best pizza place, but at least it had plenty of salami on it. It's a shame you treat customers this way.

The boss doesn't pay his own employees if they don't come to work once, everything is very dirty, hands are not cleaned, toilet paper is dipped on the pizza to get water, but half of the paper remains in the pizza

Ordered prosciutto/fungi pizza and one with salami. Both had a lot of tomato sauce on them so you could barely taste anything else. I had arugula added to it for a fee, but it turned out to be so bitter that I had to take it off. The bottom is indeed very soft, as also written below. You can't hold a point because then he collapses. Finally, the delivery was very fast, in 20 minutes, even though it takes 8 minutes by scooter.

We have been ordering here for years with great pleasure and taste. But I don't know what's going wrong lately. You can literally wait hours for your order, sometimes it is incomplete, cold, blackened, completely mixed up and poorly topped (almost no sauce or an excess of onions, while you ordered a pizza that should not have any onions on it). But my biggest annoyance is the person you get on the phone when you ask if the order has gone through and why it's taking so much longer. This time we had to call three times, and each time “the order is on its way”. He even became defensive: no apology or explanation, but threatened to cancel the order and “I can't do anything about it!”. Meanwhile, you're starting to wonder if that pizza will ever arrive. While if you are transparent, say that it is busy and you are understaffed but the order has gone through, the customer will probably just understand and wait patiently. So unfortunately, Sandro, this was the last time. With this you have lost two more regular customers. I would like to compliment the cook on Thursday: he knows how to prepare pizzas and we have enjoyed these pizzas every time. On other days the quality is very variable: you can be lucky or unlucky. I advise the owner to read his received reviews and learn from them. Otherwise, I predict that you will soon lose all your regular customers and not retain any new ones due to varying quality.

Piece of metal was in the middle of the pizza. Could happen, pizza itself was fine. However, the pizzeria did not want to cooperate in a solution, so unfortunately it was the last time we ordered here. Thuisbezorgd has given us a 20% discount for a future order.

You can't call that lasagna. Just call it 5 layers of sauce on top of each other. It's funny that they serve this with pride 🤡

Great pizzas! Ordered twice and the pizzas are of good quality. Crust has a good crunch and the base is nice and thin. The pizzas are also not extremely greasy!

Vandaag voor het eerst twee pizza’s besteld bij Pizza Sandro. Persoonlijk vond ik het enigszins tegenvallen wat jammer is want met enkele kleine aanpassingen zou ik een veel hogere referentie geven. Mijn beoordeling komt tot stand door feit feit dat de pizza relatief erg veel deeg bevat in plaats van beleg. Mijn advies zou zijn om de randen platter te maken met op de pizza zelf meer beleg. De smaak was verder erg goed. Jammer want ik ben verder tevreden.

Niet meer de lekkerste pizza van Amersfoort. Helaas niet meer zoals vroeger.

Nikserig en bijzonder weinig voedingswaarde. Bolognese bevat vrijwel geen gehakt, lasagna is vooral moddervet. Bij 2 gerechten als extra verse tomaat besteld maar niet gekregen. Jammer.

Zo hé, ik had echt zin in zo'n Italiaanse pizza. Dit is meer zo'n pizzapunt die je bij de metro in Boedapest kan halen.
