You stand there and they act like you're not there. No one speaks to you or anything like that. Even if you order too good to go, you get one small margarita. I don't think it's worth €4.50, more like €3.

What a mess. I can't think of any other opening line for it. The person who took my order had trouble hearing me because of the noise his colleagues were making. This wasn't their work. It was probably due to a lack of guidance and knowledge of working in an open space, where customers hear everything happening behind the counter.

Pizza was delivered too late because the delivery person had to deliver multiple orders again, resulting in another !! lukewarm pizza. I've said something about it before but nothing is done about it... and then they say they're busy... it's nice that they're busy but deliver the pizza on time and hot.

We order pizza here almost every other week. Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated dramatically in the last year. Last time we had a very dried out pizza. After a phone call it became clear that this was actually normal for this pizza (which we always order) but we did get a new one. This time we had 2 pizzas with problems, one half and half where the half with chicken supreme contained 1 mini piece of chicken. And the other pizza was baked black. This was our last time here at Domino's Pizza. Too bad.

Today, due to lack of time, I gave the Domino's branch in Vathorst a second chance. Last time the pizza was also cold. This afternoon I watched with increasing amazement how at least 6 employees were all working more or less for themselves without any visible management or overview. It's a big unorganized mess. They are busier with each other than with the customers. The young man taking the pizzas out of the oven works hard to keep up the pace. He packs the pizzas and places them on a rack ready to be handed over to a delivery person or to a waiting customer. It then stops there for at least 10 minutes because the two who are responsible there simply leave everything alone. My pizza was one of the first on the rack and was only delivered last. I already said it, but with an apology you just get the pizza cold. So if you really want a Domino's pizza, avoid this branch like the plague if possible and drive to the branch on Juianaplein. Also dominoes, but with hot pizzas and staff who literally bake more of them.

There you are. Waiting at the counter until someone makes the effort to take your order. The ladies were busy preparing the pizzas. The rest were busy... doing nothing. In the end we walked away and ordered food elsewhere. I don't think they understand here that their salary is paid from the turnover achieved...

Ordered pizzas last Sunday. Arrived 20 minutes later than ordered time. And so they were lukewarm, even almost cold. Not used to that from Vathorst. Also received no response to late delivery.

Very dry pizza, really a downer when you spend so much money.

Sorry, but the pizzas are really not tasty... And delivered 45 minutes later than agreed. The delivery person was very friendly and said sorry.

We ordered thin crust pizza but the pizza that came to our house had been left in the oven too long. The edges were dry. I didn't like it at all.

The pizza was baked very dry. Because I had already eaten it. They couldn't provide a new one. Next time I will have to indicate when ordering that I do not want my pizza baked dry. Domino pizza vathorst gets an unsatisfactory rating from me for their service.

Actually 0 stars, but unfortunately that is not possible. Order was canceled after more than half an hour because it was too busy. This is not allowed, is not a valid reason and is disrespectful to your customers. On top of that, you have to go after your money yourself, they don't automatically refund it, you have to hope that things go well. There are no small amounts of money these days either. In any case, we will never order from here again.

Delivered quickly and warmly, very friendly delivery man Jorg. He also gave me a free cinnamon roll which tasted delicious so great!

Their cook is a bunch of students who basically don't care about anything. Even the orders they will always miss something you pay for, doing business like that really shame but again who cares right..

Very customer unfriendly treatment when picking up our pizzas. When handing in coupons we were told that the manager was not there and we had to come back. Of course the pizza is not haute cuisine, but to be honest, I don't expect that from Domino's either. Unfortunately, it depends on which day you order. On a Sunday my pepperoni was delicious but on a Friday it was dramatic!

It looks like a nice pizza, but it's a pity that there was a piece of plastic in it -_-

Pizza is to be expected, poor fast food quality, but . . . That Jorg Hoevenaar kindly helped me inflate my tire. Definitely give a bonus.

It doesn't matter which pizza you take, they all taste the same. Dominos doesn't know how to give every pizza an authentic taste, but it remains a fast food chain. And you can't even call those garlic swirls on the pizza garlic sauce.

What a disappointing experience.. Tonight, May 14th at 7:30 PM, I was looking forward to enjoying a Chocolate Lava Cake, so I stopped by. Both the menu and the website stated that the cake costs €2.99. However, at the checkout they asked for €3.99. I pointed out to the cashier that the price was higher than stated. This person called the manager, who told me the same thing: that the lava cake costs €3.99. But why does it say €2.99 everywhere (even on the website!)? Disappointed, I left the store, empty-handed and feeling unsatisfied. It's a shame that I have to leave a negative review because of a difference of only one euro.

Worst service ever. I've been trying to get my money back for 3 days because something went wrong with my order. Every day I am told that I will be called back, but in the end I still do not receive a call back. Just called again. I get a disrespectful and unfriendly boy on the phone who hangs up in my face. This business is anything but professional!

Food too cold. You pay for fast delivery and it still takes a very long time. Now I just eat a cold, dirty pizza.

On weekends it is too busy, they do take orders but they only arrive cold and sticky after 1 hour and 45 minutes. Apparently they can't do anything about this, better luck next time, I was told by customer service. After almost 2 hours of cold pizza, that is of course poor service.

Sad to see that a pizza is almost made up of just dough. And you pay the top price for that. And there was a hair on my pizza. Hygiene also appears to be not in order.

Actually, 1 star is still too many, for several reasons: 1. Quality of pizzas is really bad. 2. Staff is rude and unreasonable. 3. The staff and manager do not take any responsibility for the litter pollution caused by their customers. Especially during the weekend, the entire area is littered with pizza boxes, pizza remains and drinking cups.

Always just too late and always delicious

Excellent Domino's pick-up point. A bit of what you can expect from it. Delivery times are strictly adhered to.

Dramatic bad service. There is a 2 hour period between ordering and delivery. Delivery was for the 1st time and took more than 15 minutes to cover a distance of less than a kilometer. You saw him cycle through the entire neighborhood via the trace system. Called and got all kinds of excuses.... few staff, rain and busy day and the gentleman had to hang up because he didn't have time... well... next time I'll order from the local pizzeria. I also regret the EUR 1 tip I gave when ordering online :-)

Bizarre. Downright bizarre. Due to an allergy, I request that the pizzas not be cut. What happens most often is that they are cut. The same goes for today. While I also called extra after placing the order. New order arrived and M spoke to me. We got something extra as compensation. The order once again appears to be incorrect upon arrival. My partner then called. M indicated that he had finished work and he would give his colleague the phone. Colleague answered and didn't want to say his name. Called himself “manager” and almost immediately started to be extremely antisocial. “Then we shouldn't order.” And we would have said very nasty things. The boy was not open to dialogue and extremely antisocial. Made fun of us. Truly never experienced that before.

Pizzas are as you would expect from Dominos. The attitude and behavior of the staff? Extremely smart and rude when you want to discuss an unpleasant experience.

I like their Pizza as always… loved it since I was in India and Dominos never disappoints me… I am vegetarian so I always like their veggie pizza It opens 16:00 -22:00 from Monday to Thursday 11:30 am to 23:00 on Friday 13:00 -22:00 on Weekends I hope this will be helpful..

Personeel is slecht, vooral bezig met het aankomende uitgaansweekend. Bestellingen duren soms veel te lang.

Snelle bezorging en lekker warme pizza’s.

Jammer dat er alleen online bestelling geplaatst kan worden.. De pizza leed daar gelukkig niet onder ;)

Nadat we een excuusvoucher hadden ontvangen omdat bij de vorige bestelling de pizza gewoon echt koud was, toch nog maar een keer besteld. Maar we kregen een totaal andere pizza. Ze waren nu wel warm maar t was niet wat we besteld hadden. Ik dacht ik bel ze even, maar ik kreeg een bandje waarop werd vermeld dat ze personeel zochten en of je wilde solliciteren 🤔 Daarna werd de verbinding verbroken. Gemiste kans voor Dominos’s, ik bestel er niet meer

Door de stuntweek was het erg druk. Om 17.45 uur onderweg besteld vanuit de auto voor 18.00 uur. Niet beseffend dat het zo druk zou zijn. Bij aankomst zouden we nog 23 min moeten wachten, het werden er 40 minuten. De pizza's waren heet en erg lekker, en daar ging het om. Chappeu voor het personeel, heel hard doorwerken en toch een goede kwaliteit.

Drie kwartier gewacht, 18:30 gekozen, 19:15 waren ze klaar. Ronduit belachelijk

Goede pizza's maar erg onderbezet waardoor de pizza's 20 min langer op zich lieten wachten.

Kwaliteit is voldoende tot goed, maar als het druk is worden ze slordig. Niet of slecht gesneden pizza's, saus vergeten, deel bestelling koud. Zonde, want ze kunnen er echt wat van ;)

Vaak voordeel. De pizza's zijn lekker. En vegan en veggie opties zijn ook fijn

Mooi gebouwd. Maar het eten was minder. Het was niet lekker maar zo iedereen zijn eigen smaak. Ik zou het proberen want misschien vindt je het super lekker. Daarom 3 sterren.

De pizza's zijn zoals je verwacht: perfect en zo lekker. Service is echt afwisselend, soms is het letterlijk afval. En soms uitstekend. Van de 100 bestellingen waren er 70 met een drama. Ik heb het over geen groenten op een vegetarische pizza, 2 uur wachten (alleen bij bezorging) en couponcodes werken niet. Je hebt echter altijd een happy end als je ze gewoon belt. Mijn broer eet Domino's Pizza niet meer na het laatste geval (Willekeurig ophangen, pizza te laat, bon werkt niet en geen groenten op de pizza.) Daarom gaan we New York Pizza proberen in Nieuwland, Amersfoort.

Leuke aanbiedingen af en toe. Pizza erg lekker.

3 pizza's besteld waar van 2 met haar dr in. Gebeld zouden nieuwe pizza krijgen maar wachten al langer dan 2 uur.

Via internet besteld echter 1 verkeerde pizza echter keurig nagebracht maar deze was ook verkeerd. Pizza peperoni en Hawaï moet zijn peperoni en tonijn. Verder keurig personen en een heerlijke koek erbij gehad.

Heerlijke pizza's zijn niet moeilijk en gaan tot uiterste kwaliteit

We dachten: laten we Domino’s Vathorst weer ‘s een kans geven. Vorige 3 bestellingen waren nl. een drama: te weinig pizza’s, verkeerde pizza’s, geen pizza’s. Nu voor de 4e keer ellende! Om 19.10 uur pizza’s besteld. Om 20.00 uur gebeld door de koerier - Domino’ zit hier 450 meter vandaan - dat hij gevallen was. Uiteraard begrip getoond. Nu een uur toch maar weer gebeld. Nee, gaat nog zeker half uur duren. Komt u ze maar halen, mevrouw; ze staan al klaar ??!! Schandalig! Meer dan 2,5 uur gewacht en nog geen pizza’s!! Geld teruggeëist.

Pizza is zoals te verwachten van Domino's. Wel kut dat ze geen bank hebben.

Kwaliteit wordt beter, maar het personeel...

Pizza’s hier zijn heerijk. Service is echter het slechtste wat er is. Had om 3 uur ‘s middags een bestelling geplaatst die ik om 17:00 bezorgd wilde hebben. Vervolgens is het half 6 en heb ik het nog steeds niet. Als ik bel om te vragen waar mijn bestelling blijft hoor ik “er was een probleem met de gps”. Dat verklaart nog steeds niet dat je een half uur te laat bent. Gelukkig ziin de pizza’s lekker want de rest lijkt nergens op.
