Terrible customer service, just abysmal. Delivery is 45 minutes too late or half an hour too early. When you call them they'll say they're almost there. When the guy finally came, he had his phone on the stone fence with Instagram open! No wonder they're never on time.

The gentleman is very rude on the phone. The food arrived cold. I called because the discount was not added to the order, then he makes things difficult with the order. Then he had to cancel the food and order again

Quite unfriendly employee called immediately after completing the home delivery order to say that they would not deliver. According to him, Thuisbezorgd had made a mistake by presenting their case in our zip code. Very strange, it seems to me that you click on that yourself. Everything can happen, but an "sorry" to the customer is more professional than blaming Thuisbezorgd. Even crazier, Papa John's indicates that I will get my money back immediately via home delivery, but a day later I am still waiting. the home delivery app even indicates that it has been delivered. It looks like a form of theft so...

Friendly employees and delicious pizza

Almost always too early, sometimes 10 minutes, today an hour, as if the kitchen doesn't look at their receipts before sliding a pizza into the oven. Worthless.

We ordered patato wedges. These were still raw!!! The pizza was decent. And I had a cheese garlic bread, which also did not taste good. I called about the wedges and said that the delivery man was also late, then the best man immediately said he was on his way. Very special. (He had already asked for my address.) That gave me the feeling that someone was recording, but not listening. (Then don't answer!) They said I would get a refund for those pateto wedges, although I don't know how? That doesn't matter to me either. But I was really turned away. The food was also lukewarm, instead of nice and warm. All in all a disappointment. I won't order there again. Was the 1st and last time.

A really antisocial place, delivery people drive you regularly for the feet. They also keep the entire neighborhood awake after closing time. Especially an annoying one who messes around with his scooter alarm all the time. This causes a lot of irritation among several people in the street. I understand that you have a chat with your colleagues after work while you close up the shop and that sometimes there is some fun involved, but these guys often hang around for hours, shout, put on music or put the phone on speaker loudly and go. To make matters worse, they pull donuts with their scooters or make noise all the time with the ignition. I have kindly indicated this several times and received an excellent response, but nothing is done about it. So I don't feel compelled to further sponsor this cause and I'll get my pizza somewhere else. It wasn't edible anyway and why support these antisocial people? They don't care about quality or their image in the neighborhood so the sooner they close the better. I hope the rest of the neighborhood feels the same way. A real shame, it could have had potential. Hopefully they will improve their behavior and quality.

First time ordering and last time. The BBQ chicken pizza was a pool of BBQ sauce. I almost hesitated whether I ordered sauce with pizza or pizza with sauce. Customer service scores a 0 for me. If I could give a grade below 0, they got it from me. Wrong drink has been delivered. I call the business and a man indicates that he would consult with his manager and call back. But you guessed it, you never heard anything. In short, not recommended and pizzas are of poor quality. Order somewhere else if you want to eat some quality pizzas. It should be mentioned that the delivery person was friendly.

Bad service. Website order menu is not adjusted with what is available. Order lipton peach get green tea. Chicken poppers were full of hard pieces of fat. And the pizza had burnt pieces of ham on the pizza. Phone number was available so you could still call afterwards. Including asking if another lipton was good.

me and my boyfriend had a chicken pizza the day before, I am pretty sure we got food poisoning from it. I have been vomiting non-stop for the past 2 days and my stomach feels horrible. My boyfriend tried the same pizza that was leftover and now he also has upset stomach and nausea. I am not sure if the chicken was bad or if the workers were not washing their hands while handling the pizzas, but I have never felt this sick from any food before. not as important as my other comment but there were also no jalapeños in the pizza boxes which they usually give in PapaJohns. Sad thing is it was my birthday the day before and now I am almost bedridden.

Pizza 40 minutes late, sauces forgotten. Received tater tots instead of potato wedges. Instead of a half half pizza, I got two of the same pizzas. Neither half half. When I called when they would deliver the pizzas, I had an unfriendly young man on the phone who already had problems formulating normal sentences.

Pizzas used to be very good, but in the last 2 years they have often been very mediocre, extras such as sauce/drinks are usually forgotten, and nothing is done to make up for it. Phone is not answered and no responses to polite emails about the disappointing experiences. Unfortunately, because Papa John is a great franchise, we now order our pizza elsewhere.

Al vele malen pizza's besteld en nog nooit problemen ervaren zoals andere reviewers. Misschien scheelt het dat ik dicht in de buurt woon...

Op zich qua fast food pizza erg lekker, maar lage review vanwege klachtenafhandeling. Had cinnamon knots besteld waar op de afbeelding en beschrijving bij staat dat er wit glazuur op zit. Kreeg vrij zielige droge deegknoopjes aangeleverd. Hierover gebeld zojuist, maar kreeg te horen dat het zo hoort volgens de manager en dat de medewerker het ook niet snapt dat deze dat zegt als ik verwijs naar de beschrijving en het plaatje....

Er was misverstand over de 2de pizza gratis, binnen 25 minuten werd deze alsnog door de vriendelijke bezorgers afgeleverd.

De bezorger probeerde me 1 pizza te geven terwijl ik nog tandoori wings had. Eten was dit keer wel oké gelukkig

Ik kreeg mijn drinken niet bij mijn bestelling, pizza was ook niet denderend

Eten was lekker. Goede aanbieding via Uber eats, alleen jammer dat het eten nog gemaakt moest worden terwijl er al wel een berichtje in de App was dat het klaar was.

Een grote pizza bestellen houdt volgens mij in dat je er ook meer beleg op doet dan op een kleine. Zou iemand dat de eigenaar van dit restaurant een keer kunnen uitleggen? Daarbij was de pizza niet warm. Overigens wel lekkere pizza. Pizza opgehaald. Tijdstip afgesproken maar ik mocht nog 10 minuten wachten.

Pizza van Sugar Daddy was heerlijk!

Het eten is prima, maar de service was echt heel erg slecht. De bestelling was 20 minuten te laat, dus we hebben 20 minuten staan wachten in de zaak. De medewerkers spraken amper Nederlands en waren hierdoor moeilijk te verstaan. Geen fijne ervaring, ik zou een ander pizzarestaurant zoeken!

Eten was erg goed! Bezorger deed verdacht. Probeerde een tweede persoon buiten oog van de camera te houden bij entree flat. Deze tweede persoon verschool zich in de lift toen de bezorger de bestelling af gaf aan me. Bezorger loopt snel weer richting lift tot ik vraag om het ijs dat ik besteld had. "Ohja", zegt hij en haalt het onder zn jas vandaan.

Het is de beste plek om snel wat te eten, ik ging er naar binnen en kreeg zowat meteen mijn pizza! Hij had genoeg toppings en was echt heerlijk ik heb toen ik thuis kwam er meteen nog een besteld!

Gewoon netjes me bestelling gehad, iets later dan normaal, vanwege de drukte. Is te begrijpen dan toch!

Een deegschijf met kip en knoflooksaus, daar krijg ik wel goede prikkels van.

Eerste ervaring met Papa John’s is zeer goed. Misschien had er iets meer beleg op mijn All the Meats gemogen, maar qua smaak zijn ze echt meer dan prima voor een keten. Voorheen vaste klant bij New York Pizza maar dat wordt denk ik Papa John’s.

Eindelijk een nieuwe eigenaar! Klasse pizza, ga zo door!

Sinds hier nieuwe eigenaar de scepter zwaait is dit een absolute aanwinst voor de buurt. De nieuwe eigenaar laat een aantal succesvolle mobiliteitsbedrijven achter om zich nu volledig op zijn echte passie te richten: gastronomie. Pizza's zijn van wereldklasse en de service voelt bijna on-hollands zo gezellig en barmhartig. Absolute aanrader!

Voor mijn werk ben ik vaak in deze buurt en heb een aantal keer pizza gegeten hier "was niet best". Ben na lange tijd weer hier terug gekomen omdat ik zag dat er een "heropening" was. Ik kan zeggen dat dit de beste papa john's van Nederland is "heerlijke pizza" goed gevuld. Verder ook een schone winkel, het personeel was ook heel vriendelijk en netjes. Ga zo door zou ik zeggen jongens en Ik kom vaker mijn maagje vullen bij jullie!
