Domino's Pizza Amersfoort Emiclaer in Wijk 21 Kattenbroek

After waiting an hour for our pizza, we called to ask what time they'd arrive. (This was because Thuiszorgd claimed it had already been delivered.) We were told it would take another 40/50 minutes. But they were going to make our pizzas right away. We called again an hour later, and it would take another 45 minutes. We decided to pick up the pizzas ourselves, and they said they'd be ready in 10 minutes. When we arrived, they hadn't even started on the pizzas. We were then able to cancel the order, but we'd have to wait two weeks for our money back. We won't be going back to this Domino's. Update 7 months later: the money was supposed to be refunded. This hasn't happened yet, and I don't expect it to happen again. A terrible place.

Pickup or delivery, both are a nightmare! It's always a different story! With delivery, they forget half the order or the sauce, and then the solution is: we'll deliver the sauce again (sorry, then you'll have cold pizza with sauce). With pickup, for example, the thick shakes are made before the pizza goes in the oven; you might as well drink milk because that's even thicker when you get home.

Crazy service, very nice employees. All cheerful and not so stupid with earphones in. Food was good! Just good domino's. Definitely go here!

Domino’s pizza at Emiclaer in Amersfoort is not good . From the food coming an hour later, order not complete, being disrespected by the employees on the telephone to the manager being also disrespectful and a lady when I told her that they just lost a customer she said “doesn’t matter we have more.” And just talking about today 27/05/2025. Don't order your food here! The delivery time takes a very long time, I have been waiting longer than 1:15 hours. I'm in a hurry and you can't change your order either. I only ordered 1 fucking pizza and after waiting more than 1:15 hours I extended it 5 times and still nothing arrived! No one is answering the phone at the moment either. Very bad experience with this. Too bad this again.

I like the family xl the best, unfortunately it is sometimes 35 cm instead of 40 cm. And do not order on discount days, then you can wait 1.5 hours after your original order time

The reviews here are clearly about delivery, but we have had a great experience with pickup so far. They were quick to pick it up and when we walked in it was almost ready. Some parts of the pizzas could have been a little less black, but the taste was fine and nice and warm. I will definitely come back for the good deals.

Very poor delivery... had to wait 30 minutes and had ordered extras such as sauce etc.. nothing to be seen on my pizza... once but never again.

Order incomplete but also very poorly resolved. Half an hour later they were delivered, but the pizzas were now cold and the fun was over. No solution offered either.

They really don't have good management and control. I ordered several times and it arrived late or not at all so I had to cancel the order.

What a ball joint this has become. Ordered pizza twice in the last few weeks and it was delivered at 6:00 PM. Today at 7:30 PM we got on the phone again, but there was no customer-oriented solution.

Ordered more often and normally it was relatively quiet. Sunday evening it was suddenly super busy for takeout. Can happen, but it's really sad that there are 2 people working super hard. There are a bunch of children, food ordered in advance for 15 minutes past 6. It was only put in the oven at 6.40 pm!!!! We had to be back at 1900, so we raced and tried to get a piece in the car. Came back too late!!!!!

Ordered online on December 14, called that they were too busy and our order had to be canceled and we got our money back within 2 weeks, it has now been more than 20 days and we have not received anything back. This is not nice

Bestelling geplaatst, 2 uur en 45 minuten later nog niet geleverd. Telefonisch contact opgenomen en er werd ons verteld dat er bezorgers niet waren komen opdagen en het daardoor langer duurde. Alle begrip, want dit is onmacht, en onze bestelling werd NU klaargemaakt en zou direct bezorgt worden. Helemaal prima! Ruim een uur later nog geen bezorger aan de deur, wederom gebeld. We zijn op dit moment bijna 4 uur verder. Het antwoord, jawel: Onze bestelling werd op dit moment klaargemaakt, en zou daarna direct worden bezorgd. Right! Het antwoord op de vraag waarom ons precies hetzelfde wordt verteld als een uur geleden is dat dit het standaard antwoord is wat ze horen te geven, en geven toe dat ze moeten liegen tegen de klant. Uiteraard vertelt dat ze de bestelling ergens kunnen stoppen waar de zon niet schijnt. Nooit, maar dan ook echt nooit meer, bestellen wij bij deze leugenachtige tent! Wees eerlijk, dan kan je op begrip rekenen. Maar laat een gezin met kinderen niet door middel van leugens bijna 4 uur wachten op hun eten!!

Ordered a pizza on September 28 at 9:58 PM, I quickly received a call that they had canceled my order because they had 6 deliveries with 2 delivery people. Money has never been refunded to date. Update: It's now October 29th and they haven't made any effort to contact me yet👎🏽

Girl who was doing everything herself is a good experienced employee. I arrived a little earlier, so he placed my order forward. But just look at her skills! she deserves a raise!

What a bad thing! Tried to order food via UberEats. The order has been canceled up to 3 times due to "not getting around to it". And when you call them, you get a smart figure on the line who says that it can be done via their own website. They probably don't earn enough through UberEats, but don't offer it!

I came in there and only ordered a thickshake. unfortunately I had to wait 10 minutes until it was given to me, even though it was already ready at the machine. I saw all the employees just hanging around, and even looking at my shake, they were ignored for a long time. I prefer to go to the branch in town since they have always been more reasonable. the shake was good, though.

Nice guys in the store, we received friendly help. The pizzas just aren't really pizzas. More like a piece of thick bread with some toppings. The funghi and pepperoni were very boring and the mixed grill at least had some flavor but was not necessarily tasty. We ordered crunchy chicken, which was anything but crunchy. I was thirsty all evening and night, so a lot of salt was probably used. Very unfortunate, we won't be back.

The pizzas are tasteless and you shouldn't call it "pizza". The dough is like bread. The funghi and pepperoni pizza are mediocre, and the BBQ mixed grill pizza still tastes a bit, but it actually tastes more like cheap BBQ sauce. Crispy chicken is anything but crispy and is just like a sponge. Never again.

I placed an order for the second time and the order did not arrive correctly at all. I ordered BBQ chicken pizza without bacon for the first time and it did come with bacon. Second time I also ordered BBQ chicken without bacon and they made mixed grill.

Wilde net bestellen via de app, het viel echter op dat de prijzen van de pizza's duurder zijn indien je voor bezorgen kiest i.p.v. afhalen. Dus los van de bezorgkosten zijn de pizza's zelf duurder. Vraag me af hoe dit kan. Ik mag helaas geen screenshots plaatsen vanwege het contentbeleid maar voor 2 pizza's en frietjes kwam ik 5 euro duurder uit waarvan 1.50 bezorgkosten. Hebben anderen dit ook?

Friet was slof en droog. Simpele salami pizza smaakte niet lekker. Eten was wel snel bezorgd.

Pizza's besteld met de actie. De bezorging was super snel, de pizza's waren heerlijk, en als kers op de pizza heeft iemand de tijd genomen om wat pizza-gerelateerde grappen op te schrijven, super leuke ervaring!

Mooie winkel met een gezellig team, voel me altijd welkom en de pizza's zijn altijd snel klaar bij afhalen! Sfeer binnen is altijd goed. Zeker een aanrader voor je snelle pizza

Goed voor die snelle pizza hap. En in de actieweek ook bijna bizar zo goedkoop. Service conform afspraak. Al met al gewoon prima dus. Als je dit eet weet je wel dat het echt niet gezond is. Daarom extra jammer dat de pepperoni pizza’s ook nog eens erg zout zijn, waarom toch? Zal wel bij alle vestigingen zo zijn. Bodem en de rest is best ok nl.

Ik wist niet dat er zo veel verschil zat tussen de domino's filialen. Deze pizza was echt lekkerder dan ooit, niet te vet en nog lekker warm! ook de garlic twists waren goed gekruid👍 TOP

recent geopende afhaal/bezorggelegenheid van pizza's. Worden fabrieksmatig door jongeren in elkaar gezet. Heeft weinig te maken met een originele Italiaanse eetgelegenheid en is duidelijk niets voor wie uit eten wil gaan (geen eetplek ter plaatse)

Net een paar weken open maar nu al beter dan die in Vathorst. Pizza’s waren goed bereid, nog erg warm, en zelfs een paar minuutjes vroeger bezorgd. Bezorger was ook erg vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader!

Ik heb erg lekker gegeten en het personeel is ook zeer vriendelijk. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
