Guidati dalle recensioni abbiamo prenotato una sera a cena. Le ragazze in sala sono tutte italiane e tutte molto premurose e cordiali. Il locale è piccolo e il cibo è eccellente pertanto è necessaria la prenotazione che si può fare facilmente andando sul loro sito internet. Visto che ci siamo trovati molto bene siamo tornati le due sere successive Nelle tre cene abbiamo mangiato le orecchiette declinate in tutti i tipi. A mio gusto quelle con il sugo di carne le migliori. Mia moglie ha apprezzato le classiche con cime di rape. Di antipasto abbiamo preso un ottimo tagliere di salumi e formaggi. Il pasto si conclude con un eccellente torta pasticciotto Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo

The price is exaggerated compared to what you eat. Even bread makes you pay 5€, to me it seemed madness. I do not recommend it, price not conforming.

Amazing service. Great food. Comfortable atmosphere. We have eaten in Italy and this pasta was honestly pretty close. We made a reservation and would recommend doing so as many were unable to be seated due to high demand

Delicious food and a delightful atmosphere. Very busy on a Saturday night in April so would recommend booking a day or two in advance. A very enjoyable meal.

When you go abroad you always try to eat well and sometimes you take refuge in an Italian restaurant in the belief that you will find a bit of Italy and then end up in the most endless restaurants run by people of other nationalities. Well, that's not the case here, you enter and I immediately feel the Italian warmth, the waiters speak Italian fluently and for an evening you can relax knowing that when you order or speak you will be understood immediately (in some countries English is not always clear). But the food? FANTASTIC meat sauce. VERY GOOD balanced non-acid taste and if you are able to taste it and hold it in your mouth you can really feel the quality. This also applies to the other dishes including the orecchiette with divine turnip tops. I chatted with the staff and the menu continually rotates to always offer few but quality dishes. To finish we ate the pasticciotto cake and...... Now you go, the desire to return is high. I recommend you must book in advance!!!!

We couldn't have chosen a better place on our first evening in Amsterdam. The Santi&Santini is a lively little restaurant with very tasty dishes from the Puglia region. The orchiette in different versions is all highly recommended. Likewise the desserts. Very warm service. We'd love to come back!

We were there last night and ended up there by chance. I am from Puglia and my friend is Greek, we know about good food. Not only were we delighted with the quality and deliciousness of the food, but the entire staff was exceptional. They spoiled us the whole time and in the end we even shared a moment of laughter and cultural exchange! I will definitely return but, above all, I will recommend it to everyone I know!!! (Ps: their focaccia is better than the one my mom makes... 🤫

Santi & Santini is a must-see in Amsterdam! Super good typical Apulian cuisine, excellent quality/price. A piece of Puglia and heart. Rosa is super nice. Great advice!

Very humbling restaurant off the beaten path with wonderful staff and delish food inspired from the region of Puglia

The service is passive-aggressive. We were a table of 12, we took the polpettes, normally served by 6, they decided themselves to serve us 9 so that we had more. Very nice gesture but why not 12 suddenly… Sympathetically frustrating.

Returned with the certainty of being able to taste everything that my land offers without having to worry about anything. Overall,very disappointing. The fish with breadcrumbs was terrible, soggy and no flavour The ragu was delicious , perfect point of the meat,however the quality of the cheese was absolutely terrible , could not eat if had cheese.

Unfortunately, the food was a bit boring for us, and for us the regional Puglia reference was a bit overrated.

Overall a pleasant experience. The atmosphere was nice and the service was good. The food, however, could use some improvement, specifically the pasta, which I’d rate 6/10. It needed more salt, flavor, and a bit more attention in cooking. The wine selection was decent; I preferred the red, which was smooth and enjoyable.

Came here to have a dinner with my mum (from Bari). The food was excellent, especially the focaccia, it tasted as the one back in Italy!! We loved everything about this place, starting from the welcoming service of Simone and Omaima. The vibes were perfect and the place too. 100% recommended, we will be back soon

This Italian restaurant offers a lively atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious food. I had the Pomodoro pasta, which was perfectly balanced and full of flavor, while my husband’s swordfish was incredibly tender. To top it off, our server surprised us with two glasses of limoncello on the house—a perfect ending to a fantastic meal. Highly recommend!

Food was just ok. The slow cooked beef pasta was too salty and the other pasta with mussels was ok. It was missing flavor and not worth the $20 plate per pasta.

A concert of flavors with the typical dishes of Apulian cuisine, carefully prepared and tasty: broad beans, bread balls with anchovies, fried octopus on potato cream, orecchiette with turnip tops cooked to perfection with a creamy dressing. Orecchiette with meat sauce is also excellent. All accompanied by an excellent Susumaniello wine. One of the typical desserts of Salento could not be missing, represented by the pasticciotto cake. Abundant dishes without sacrificing quality. Well-kept central location one step away from the major attractions. The professional waiters, friendly and attentive to our requests, the owner Rosa, her husband and little Riccardo form a formidable team. Discovering that in the heart of Amsterdam, there is a small family-run restaurant was a great emotion. Thank you!

I'm from Puglia. When I stepped inside I already smelled pugliese food, I felt at home. The quality of the food is superb, and the flavor better than any standard pugliese restaurant. Everything was over the top, taralli, riso patate e cozze, orecchiette alle rape, pesce spade, and finally amaro del capo. Thank you Christian, thank you Francesco.

A small but strong menu which makes it cosier. Everything from the food to plates gives you the vibe of a meal at an Italian home. Staff are nice and helpful. And if it helps, there are many Italian costumers too!

Excellent experience, being Italian I can say that I am satisfied in everything, I recommend it The hunger arrived before the flash, only the photo of the dessert with the bitters came out hahahaha After days of burgers, sushi and sandwiches my body required something familiar and we finally found this restaurant, almost in the city center, modest prices but everything of high quality, proper Italian dishes!!!! Just over 50 euros for 2 which is not bad for being in Amsterdam, super recommended restaurant ❤️

For dessert, I had the tiramisu, which was light, creamy, and absolutely delicious—one of the best I’ve ever had! The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
