We spent a typical Apulian Sunday lunch and I t was unbelievable! I was always looking in the kitchen if my mom was cooking there! Try to believe!

Very good food.. We liked the cheesecake with fresh tomatoes... Thank you so much for the specialties of your country. We loved it!

Fabulous food and authentic Puglian specialties – every dish is a delight! The service is exceptionally attentive, friendly, and courteous; you immediately feel welcome and well looked after. I've been here three times now, and I'm impressed every time: by the quality of the food, the loving presentation, and the relaxed atmosphere. A place where you simply feel at home and one you'll want to visit again and again. I'm already looking forward to the next time!

This place is amazing. I got the orecchiette sugo di carne, the Sumá Susumaniello wine and the pasticciotto for dessert - all of which were recommended by the lovely waiters and waitresses. Service, food quality, and atmosphere were all top notch. 100% recommend!

Food was terrible, I had to return the pasta because was too salty and sausage was smelly ... I had to order side instead because not many option, only tow types of pasta shape. After that I got stomach pain for 2 hours and throw the food out after having focaccio bread and potato with rosemary that I am sure was for few days ago... I never back for sure and waste my money and didn't enjoy !

One of the best Italian restaurants I've ever been to: real Italian cuisine, prepared by real Italians. Everything is excellent, from starter to dessert. A big thank you to Niovi for his very pleasant service. I recommend this place without hesitation. Special mention for the tiramisu, absolutely delicious. Grazie!

We loved it! My partner and I were hungry during a vacation in Amsterdam, and this restaurant was incredibly quiet... The girl seated us even though the kitchen was about to close, and she was incredibly kind! Would I recommend it? Of course! Thank you, thank you so much 😘

We celebrated a friend's birthday here, and the service was good. Unfortunately, a few of us who ordered the sugo di carne pasta felt very bloated and had stomach issues for the rest of the night. I'm not sure if it was the beef, the pasta, or a combination of ingredients, but the feeling was very uncomfortable. While the staff was great, the food quality was disappointing, not so good as rates here and prices are expensive.

The same taste you can have on Sunday's at your grandparents house. The Orecchiette and the cacioricotta reminds me the lunchtime with the family. Everyone's so kind and also the dessert are good. (It's always an hard choice between pasticciotto & tiramisù). Highly recommended ;-)

Nice place, friendly service, good food, but not very filling and very expensive. For 20 euros, pasta with sundried tomatoes and pesto, without salad. Afterwards, we're still hungry but our wallet says no. Too bad because it's a really nice place.

I went to Santi & Santini for dinner with three friends and we all loved it! The atmosphere is warm and the use of pottery and decorations from Puglia creates a cozy Italian sphere. The food was great and the service fast and friendly. Will definitely come back!

We really enjoyed the pasta dishes. They were well-seasoned, filling, and we barely had to wait. The staff was quick and friendly. Overall, we had a pleasant evening there. We got a table on Friday evening without a reservation, but that was only by luck. It was full in no time. Reservations are definitely worth it!

A slice of Italy in Amsterdam. I had dinner there with my daughters while we were on vacation. We ate very well and were treated with professionalism, courtesy, and kindness. The atmosphere is simple yet refined, the quality is definitely above average, and the prices are fair. I highly recommend it to anyone like us who wants to feel at home for an evening, even if we're miles away.

Pumpkin pasta was delicious! Ended up ordering 2 portions. Foccacia was really good! Service was very attentive, only dish that didn’t blow me away was the truffle pasta.

One of my favorite Restaurants in Amsterdam.

Went here on a week night and it was still pretty packed. The walls are decorated with art you can buy (I think) and the food is very authentic Italian. Our server was so nice. She recommended a great red wine that went well with our orecchiette- their specialty and the only type of pasta available. The caponata is also worth a mention. Would definitely return.

We didn’t have a reservation, but we got sat immediately. The waitress was amazing and kind and accommodated all of our needs. Food was INCREDIBLE

Finally, after four days, we can taste the delicious flavors of Italy again. Excellent Apulian orecchiette in various variations, all delicious.

Santi & Santino was great. I learned about the restaurant on TikTok and it did not disappoint. The food was great and we had limoncello for dessert that was so delicious.

If you like Southern Italian cuisine, this is the place to go. The orecchiette was sensational, as were the desserts. We enjoyed both lunch and dinner there – it's best to make a reservation in advance, otherwise you'll have to wait. Very friendly service.

I am going to be dreaming of the Pettole E Sgagliozze, which are “savoury doughnuts stuffed with black olives” forever. They will haunt my memory forever as one of the best things I ate in Amsterdam.

Love this place. The bread donut with olives in it was HEAVEN. I always take pics of my food but totally forgot because of how delicious everything looked and smelled. The main dishes were spectacular as well. This is a definite must try place. The service and atmosphere were lovely as well. For 2 people - 2 mains, 1 starter, 2 cocktails were about 80 EUR. Very reasonable considering the quality of the food.

Good food and prices are those expected in Amsterdam. Sadly, the place even at 9 pm was hot,bottled water was not cooled and our glass of wine was the minimum acceptable.

The orecchiette were truly delicious, cooked to perfection and generously seasoned, without any improbable additions that have nothing to do with Italian food. Friendly welcome and good food, nothing revolutionary, but definitely a good place if you're craving pasta. The dining room is unfortunately quite noisy. The prices are reasonable for the city.

Great service. The coffee afterward was good. The food, which is what it's all about, was disappointing, to say the least. We couldn't detect any Italian cuisine in it. Mediocre and, above all, far too salty. A shame.

Such a bad place, the pasta not well cooked , in one moment i tough i was eating cornflakes, and very salty, typically trap for turist very hungry after whole day walking” anyway they will be so hungry and they will pay whatever for food” with very bad quality anyway they are not coming back …. The food is basic and the portions are too small, I had octopus pasta and there was only one tentacle which was small so I do not recommend because 22€ for a tentacle...

Everything was excellent, from the food, expertly prepared by the chefs (special thanks to Alessio), to the young, friendly, and knowledgeable staff (thanks to Simone, Gnovi, and Omaina)—forgive me if I made any spelling mistakes—and the atmosphere, cheerful, convivial, and clean. During my 10-day stay in Amsterdam, I spent two evenings at Santi & Santini, enjoying good company and good food, all at an excellent value.

antipasti & pasta absolutely delicious, the place is really cute and romantic, however the deserts were a tad disappointing, way too sugary for us. A great place for a date. + good wines !!

We're from Puglia, and we immediately felt at home at Santi and Santini. The orecchiette were spectacular: tomato, eggplant, and cacioricotta; peppers and crispy bacon; sauce with meatballs... each one better than the last! We returned a second time and tried the orecchiette with meat sauce and the Taranto-style mussels and clams: authentic, flavorful dishes, cooked with passion and respect for tradition. The focaccia from Bari was also excellent, soft and tasty, and the tiramisu was truly delicious, light, and well-balanced. A warm welcome and authentic flavors, with a special thanks to Omi, so kind and always smiling, who made the experience even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back! 🇮🇹❤️

I had lunch with my family on a Saturday, we tried various appetisers, pasta and desserts. All of them were delicious! Santi & Santini is also dog friendly, I brought my dog with us and the staff were extremely nice with him. I definitely recommend this restaurant, you can’t miss the orecchiette pasta.
