A place with friendly people, good and well-prepared food. I highly recommend it, wonderful Italian food! The only negative point is that today it was very hot and the atmosphere became uncomfortable.

wonderful little place in jordaan, their pasta is so fresh, their arancina so big and tasty and the cherry on top the best tiramisus in all amsterdam. My partner and i have kept a list of tiramisus in amsterdam and tiramisup's pistachio one has been in the top since day 1. highly recommend, also just lovely people and space.

This is an interesting little spot for the Jordaan. It's in the format of an Italian market with a very small prepared foods case and plenty of tiramisu options as well. The menu is small but satisfactory. We had a couple of pasta dishes, an appetizer of arancini, and some tiramisu. Everything was good. Regarding price, it is about what you'd pay at a normal restaurant so not a ton of value in that regard. There are only 3 tables inside so it's probably a better takeaway location. If you're walking by and like tiramisu, definitely stop in a grab one to go from the refrigerator.

One of the best place, if not the best place with authentic Southern Italian food in Amsterdam. Extremely good quality, the owner is incredibly friendly and totally passionate about what he does. In love with this place.

A little piece of Sicily in the heart of Amsterdam! Here you can taste the passion and tradition in every bite. The owners are incredibly warm and hospitable - you immediately feel welcome and almost like you are in a small trattoria in Sicily. They take time for their guests, give tips on preparation and enthusiastically talk about the products and their origins. An absolute insider tip for connoisseurs, gourmets and anyone who wants to treat themselves to a piece of Italy in the middle of Amsterdam. It has now become our regular restaurant in Jordaan ☺️

Very rude and mean waiter/owner, throwing attitude at us while we waited for the food to heated up and made comments about payment took too long to process. Food was moderate at best, not tasty. With this kind of attitude, even if the food is top notch, I will never be back!

Terrible service, the owner gave us bad looks all the time, was rude to his employee and complained all the time. Never going back.

This restaurant is just sooooo good. I came a bunch of times last summer and everything is TERRIFIC. I can’t stop thinking about the eggplant parmigiana so I’m gonna try to cook this tonight, and when I come back to Amsterdam you can be sure I’ll be there at least twice. It was so delicious that we ate here twice during our 3-day trip. We ordered 3 dishes each for 2 people. We had the caponata, tortelli spinaci & ricotta al, gnocci, fettuccine al ragu, melanzane alla parmigiana and also tortelli with truffle. For dessert we had the tiramisu with pistachio and a kind of cannelloni filled with hazelnut spread. It was finger licking good. The owners are super friendly and hospitable, great interaction and fast service. Highly recommended!!!

We walked past this small restaurant and wanted some tiramisu for take away. Friendly staff and tiramisu tasted good! Fairly priced at 5.5€ per tiramisu.

Hands down to one of the best Italian home cook food I ever had ! ❤️ 🇮🇹 🍝 The chef 1 man show at cooking every dish and 1 lady taking orders. The environment is good , at sometimes u will need time to wait for seat coz there’s only total 3 tables. Man how do I even start 🥹😭 so happy I came to have lunch here and made it second time the next day before I back to my country . I’m gonna missed this restaurant food so much . And definitely will visit again ! I’m not a person fancy for tomato sauce based spaghetti and chef is so kind he custom made my order !! My comfort food carbonara 🤯 and man it taste so good . Everything is freshly made when u drop order so it taste TOP ! They also sell some Italian beer, Sicilian specialty drink (blood orange , lemon , la Rosa etc) , Italian spaghetti (dried), pistachio sauce , tomato sauce , Sicilian receipt book. All from Sicily !

I was in amsterdam for a work trip,i was looking for some good italian food,my work mate suggest me this place, i fly often in italy,and this place is one of the best italian dishes i ever eat, parmigiana was so close to the one my grandma made (she’s from sicily), i will come back soon!

One of very few authentic Italian places in Amsterdam for delicious home cooked meals that taste just like home. If you’re Italian you know what I mean.

A very nice address to discover with delicious homemade Italian specialties. We tasted Sorentina gnocchi, parmigiana, lasagna and tagliatelle arabiatta, finishing with Tiramisus. Everything was very good, not forgetting the very warm welcome from the owners.

Don’t talk Italian dishes if you never eat in Italy. We stopped for a bite. Very greasy food do not put 5.0 unless you are very bad cook owner is nice is already something

This guy knows pasta! There were no faults at all. We had the gnocchi and the mushroom tortellini. Freshly cooked and so homely. the pistachio tiramisu was also brilliant.

One of the best lasagne’s we ever had. Way better spot than the super touristy places downtown. Worths trying!

Very cozy and casual place. The food is authentic and delicious. I'm surprised it's also so cheap compared to the high quality. The owners are so friendly. I went there for lunch and they gave me a coffee for free (I had three). I came back for dinner and wanted to tip them for the service, but they refused since I went two times in one day. Amazing food! You should try it if you’re in the area. The place is small, so you might not find it very attractive but the place is comfortable enough for you to have a really great italian food. Prices are also fair and you can avoid any traps. Definitely coming back next time in Amsterdam.

An unexpected little shop! Both lasagna and gnocchi are very delicious. The gnocchi is paired with pesto sauce. The basil flavor is so strong and fragrant that you will want to lick the plate after eating it. The portion of lasagna is just right, and the texture of the noodles is just right so that it doesn’t all melt together, and it still tastes delicious. The price is very affordable. I will want to come back and try the entire menu~

Highly recommended! Authentic delicious Sicilian cuisine. We ate the lasagna and ravioli and both were fabulous. Don’t forget to ask what the dish of the day is. They are also very accommodating for change (asked the ravioli to be vegetarian)

A hidden gem!! The best fresh Italian pasta I have ever eaten. I've travelled a lot of Italy and this was by far the best pasta i have ever had. The owner makes the fresh pasta in the morning. He speaks good English and gives good recommendations on his menu. He caters for vegetarian and vegan friendly dishes too. His pistachio flavoured tiramasu was amazing, really recommend you try this. It's a small quiet place with 4 dining tables. It was amazing and I would 100% recommend people to try this place out for some authentic silician food. I wish I could go back for his dishes!

Last year I was in Sicily, having amazing food and wondering if I can find anything even remotely similar to it in Amsterdam. Today I've found it! Excellent homemade food and desserts, a really must try for you!
