As for the taste, it was just Italian taste. As for the service it was absolutely magic. I felt appreciated so much that wow. :)

Well, we had chef's special. In other words, only choose what you wanted, meat, fish or poultry. And be surprised by what the chef has in store. Service wonderful as it should be, product knowledge listening to your wishes, and appropriate active additional sales. Beautiful thing, definitely worth it. And also important, worth repeating.

While the food is exceptional, the amount you get for the money you spend is just sad. The service is friendly but it takes way too long for the food to arrive.

Best Italian food and service in the Hague

Atmospheric, traditional Italian restaurant. Super good quality. We enjoy eating here several times a year. Nice owners and service (all truly Italian) and traditional Italian cuisine. We were regularly surprised by the chef with an amazing combination of dishes (antipasti, pasta, desserts, etc.). In short, highly recommended!

Estábamos un poco aprensivos sobre comer italiano en La Haya. Y desde el momento en que entramos sabíamos que no teníamos motivos para preocuparnos. Esto es excelente comida italiana Los camareros son italianos y Luciano me dio la oportunidad de hablar italiano. La verdadera prueba de una cocina italiana es lo delicadas y frescas que son las salsas. En el restaurante las salsas eran tan delicadas y frescas como te puedas imaginar. La berenjena parmigiana era ligera y sabrosa. Trituramos la penne arrabbiata y tenía el calor adecuado, pero también se cocinó perfectamente al dente y se sirvió con la tubería caliente como solo las verdaderas cocinas italianas pueden manejar. Ambos teníamos la ternera a la parrilla para terminar. Perfectamente cocinado y salado. De nuevo este chef conoce su oficio. Terminamos la comida con un expreso perfecto y una generosa grappa. Estamos seguros de que hay otros restaurantes italianos en La Haya, pero me pregunto si alguno podría ser mejor.

El entrante antipasti fue la estrella del espectáculo seguido de 2 platos de pasta. La comida era deliciosa y el servicio excelente.

Pequeña Italia en La Haya. Comida italiana perfecta en un ambiente italiano real. Muy relajante. Especialmente la mezcla de entrantes era delicioso.

Na een heerlijke culturele dag in Den Haag met bezoek aan 2 musea, sloten we af met een heerlijke maaltijd bij Sapori. We werden verrast met meerdere gerechten, allemaal top kwaliteit met zeer goede service. Humor en respect. Klasse restaurant, voor ons de beste in zijn soort in de wijde omgeving

excellent food but rush and stressing waiter

The food was delicious. Good price-quality ratio. Based on the reviews online, I expected a slightly fancier restaurant. The waiter forgot one of the dishes. The wines were excellent.

Wonderful Italian restaurant. However the menu is limited and don’t expect salads or many of the other dishes on the menu in most American Italian restaurants. My wife’s tortellini was fantastic as was the eggplant parmigiana appetizer.

In one word, fantastic! We had a delicious meal with a group of friends of 8 people, everything was delicious, including vegetarian, everything was possible, good atmosphere, very cozy restaurant, authentic Italian cuisine.

The wine and dessert was good. The chef menu was microwaved old frozen.

I wanted a specific dish a la carte but I was pushed to take the chef menu for over twice the price. That meal turned out to be old frozen microwaved. Never again.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante una sera piovosa di Marzo. In genere diffidiamo dei ristoranti italiani all'estero, ma mai scelta fu più azzeccata. Piatti cucinati con maestria e con sapori che ricordano quelli lontani delle nonne del Sud. Servizio gentile ed accurato, una certezza sia per gli olandesi che per gli italiani ed i turisti in generale.

Dit restaurant overtreft zichzelf iedere keer weer, heerlijk gegeten, lekkere wijn en goede sfeer. Kortom..., genieten!

Fantastic evening with amazing food!

Went here for an anniversary dinner and it's a great place that I hope to return to! We went for a the 3-course Chef surprise menu, where you get a large and tasty selection of antipasti, a very small but extremely tasty portion of pasta, and finally a big portion of a meat dish. Quality was amazing, flavours were perfectly Italian, and it was a very good experience where all the food was authentic and traditional. I also enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant , where it feels decorated in almost old, Roman style. And the servers were also very friendly! I can't wait to come here again.

Saturday night fixed menus night, and what a great surprise. Good vegetarian options but plenty for meat eaters too. The fresh pasta really was excellent. Tiramisu also first class. Quick service and hold value for the amount of food. Molto bene

Gezellig restaurant met vriendelijke bediening en heerlijk Italiaans eten. Wij waren met een groep maar daar had de keuken geen enkele moeite mee. We hadden het chef's menu en het grand dessert en het was allemaal heel erg lekker! We kregen alle antipasti van de kaart, zodat je van alles wat kon proberen. De aubergine uit de oven en de truffelpasta verdienen wat mij betreft nog een bijzondere vermelding :-)

Een restaurant met veel oudere mensen. Kregen ons voorgerecht binnen 5 minuten. Hoofdgerecht wilden we iets meer tijd, maar kwam uiteindelijk ook binnen 15 minuten. Mijn vrouw en ik wilden een gezellig avondje uit, maar stonden na letterlijk 50 minuten weer buiten. Personeel is goed. Eten in gewoon prima. Niet spectaculair.

The ambiance is ok, I recommend this restaurant if you are looking to have some Italian flavours, the food was good and the service is ok. My local Dutch friends enjoyed the food and I love the Graand dessert and the evening was everything we hoped it would be. Wide collection of wine in Menu but most of the food options are on Chef choice.If you would like to have surprises go with chef choice menus and get surprised..it can be both positive and negative 😉

Hier kun je echt heerlijk Italiaans eten. Personeel en eigenaar zijn echte gastheren. Aanrader als je van de Italiaanse keuken houdt. We gaan er zeker weer eens eten en daarom verdient dit 4 sterren. Geslaagd avond met vrienden uit Hoofddorp.

Héérlijk gegeten (chefs menu) in een zeer gezellige ambiance. De bediening was zeer vriendelijk, zoals de Italianen ook zijn.

Wij aten hier woensdag jl. met 16 personen omdat we iets te vieren hadden. Gabrielle stond voor ons in de keuken en ik kom nooit voor niets.., het was weer geweldig!! De Antipasti, zo divers, heerlijk! Ook de pasta waaronder mijn favoriet: spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino 😋 Ottimo 👌🏼Il secondo: Vlees/vis en het desert, heerlijk ijs, tiramisu etc. Het was perfetto én ik heb nog steeds geen honger ☺️ Grazie per tutto Gabrielle, un grande abbraccio e ci vediamo 💚🤍♥️ Enzina

Prima Italiaans restaurant; gevarieerd menu met genoeg vegatarische mogelijkheden (zowel bij de voor- als hoofdgerechten), gezellige sfeer en goede bediening.

Altijd fijn en heerlijk om daar te eten, personeel is altijd vriendelijk en eten overheerlijk.

Dit is echt een toprestaurant. Het eten, de service en sfeer zijn top.
