If you want to eat delicious sushi for a reasonable price with a good selection, I would definitely go here. Nice atmosphere inside, which you wouldn't expect from the outside. Very friendly staff! The food was served quickly too, and there were enough rounds to fill you up nicely 😅 We have used Social Deal twice now and it is definitely worth it!

Stingy fucking restaurant, man, 5 euros for a scoop of ice cream, I'm never coming here again.

Awful place. Fine dining was written by the door. Extremely low quality with a high price. Food was on the table within a few minutes, crispy chicken was soft and squirted with mayo. Sushi that falls apart. I'd rather go to McDonald's.

Not a pleasant experience. There was an extremely long wait for the dishes. You are allowed to order 3 pp (every 10 min), but the dishes are, for example, one meager satay skewer or two sushi pieces on one plate. The staff is very difficult to communicate with. The soy sauce is diluted with water, making the taste completely different. We often visit sushi restaurants and also all-you-can-eat sushi, but this one is at the very bottom of the list, if it even deserves to be on the list. The table was also not cleared quickly, making it very sloppy. Drinks are also very expensive, paying €3.60 for 20cl sparkling water.

Service was super slow and the food wasn't tasty at all, like they had three months' worth of food in the fridge. You also have to pay extra if you don't order drinks, even though that wasn't mentioned beforehand. You also had to pay a deposit; even if you leave a sushi behind, you still have to pay a deposit of five euros, so that really makes no sense. Thank you for your response. We would like to clarify one point. In your response, you write that we did not mention anything about the food during our visit. That is incorrect. We *did* report this to a staff member at that moment. Unfortunately, we were told that nothing could be done about it. That is why we went home disappointed and honestly shared our experience in our review. Our goal is not to badmouth anyone, but to describe our personal experience. Our new favorite restaurant! Delicious food, friendly and helpful staff. We were seated under air conditioning, but I don't handle that very well. Changing tables was no problem; after a while, the employee came to check if the orders were coming through properly because we were sitting at a different table (very friendly).

I have never eaten such an unappetizing meal. The meat tastes tasteless/watery; the only thing you taste is the large amount of sauce. The sushi was mediocre and the rest wasn't tasty at all either; even the drinks tasted like soap. Don't like it? You pay a fortune at the end if you haven't finished it. Highly inadvisable place.

Truly the absolute worst sushi restaurant I have ever eaten at. Meat not warm, wet as if it had been treated with water, and dirty, dry sushi that was tasteless. Watery soup with half a kilo of croutons, dry, nasty chicken. If you are going to eat here, good luck!

Our visit was disappointing: The evening started with high expectations, but unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. Long wait times: We had to wait a long time after every round, and it was often incomplete. When we had ordered dessert, orders from the 2nd round were still arriving! Slow and irregular service. This was very frustrating. Varying quality of the food; the sushi was sloppily put together, causing the rolls to fall apart as soon as you picked them up with chopsticks. Kitchen cannot handle the crowds: It felt like the kitchen absolutely could not cope with the volume of orders (on a Saturday night). Orders were delayed, dishes were forgotten, and it was sometimes unclear whether an order had even gone through at all. Poor management: All in all, the evening felt poorly organized, and the service was unfriendly, and the wait staff really were not friendly at all!

The food from the all-you-can-eat was otherwise tasty, but if you ask to leave out all the garnishes, such as lettuce, onions, etc., they end up underneath it again time and time again. And the all-you-can-eat selection is smaller than other similar chains.... Many items are in the so-called Deluxe category, for which you have to pay extra. A shame. Otherwise, a very nice place on a nice central spot with the parking garage within 100 meters.

It has been a long time since I ate somewhere so badly. Not recommended if you have allergies (it is inconvenient that you cannot order by phone because it contains incomplete allergen information and you cannot add comments to indicate your allergy); the result was that I was constantly looking for dishes using a paper allergen list and had to write this down on a notepad, which for me takes away some of the nice atmosphere of dining out. Additionally, both my boyfriend and I found the food really substandard; the meat tastes like cheap frozen meat and is far too salty. Sushi was okay, but we have eaten sushi at many places that was many times tastier for a better price. To at least get a little full, we ordered fries. These arrived at the table ice-cold and chewy after 20 minutes, so we left hungry. Also, some dishes didn't arrive, or were delivered to the neighbors. When we indicated that these were probably meant for us, we were completely ignored. All in all, definitely not recommended.

Seasons greets you with beautiful Asian artifacts and chic décor that set a genuinely elevated tone. We were seated quickly and the ordering system was explained clearly. The food presentation was above average for Eindhoven and the flavors followed suit. The maki and poke bowls are generous — though heavily weighted toward rice. The nigiri avocado was quite conservative with the avocado itself. The poke bowls and premium rolls were generously dressed in mayo — well beyond what the dish needed. The service felt more like a buffet than a restaurant — functional but dry, with little warmth or presence. For the price point, that gap is noticeable. Toward the end of the meal I noticed an unusual tingling on my tongue and became extremely thirsty — something in the seasoning was doing real work. When I raised this with the staff, they confirmed no salt was added but offered no further explanation. I left the meal feeling heavy and unsettled, and still without an answer. Worth knowing going in: drinks are priced at a premium and desserts are not included. The ambiance is lovely and the food has potential. But the way my body felt leaving made it difficult to imagine returning.

We had a very tasty meal, with a lot of variety. Unfortunately, the fried onions and mint reappeared with every dish. Except with the dessert, which was a bit of a shame!

They claim it’s is all you can eat by the first package is limited to 6 rounds. The premium package is limited to 9 rounds. In each round, every person is allowed to order 3 pieces only. Moreover you have to wait 10 minutes to order the next round. You will end up waiting more than eating. The place is cold with the AC on even on cold days. Not a good experience, I do not recommend.

After reading several reviews after making a reservation (😅), I was quite skeptical about going, but it turned out much better than expected. The food was tasty and arrived quickly enough. The staff was very friendly. Worth repeating 👍

I visited this restaurant few times in the past 3 years, I noticed deterioration in food quality, cleanliness and service from year to year. The food is not fresh and so salty.

Bad, bad, bad, and even worse! My boyfriend and I got food poisoning. We already reported at the restaurant that the food wasn't good and were told that we were overreacting and that it was our own fault. The restaurant isn't worth a single euro!! Unfriendly staff, dirty toilets, and the food is disgusting too! Tasteless, dry, and it looked like it had already been fried three times. Never ever again !!!

Hands down the best sushi restaurant we have ever eaten at. Incredibly delicious and super fresh sushi and other dishes. That doesn't come easily from someone who doesn't eat much sushi. We have been eating sushi often at many restaurants in the country for years, but this restaurant is definitely the winner. Good service, delicious food, and a great atmosphere. Even the homemade drinks tasted better than elsewhere. Highly recommended for everyone!!!

Absolutely loved our evening at Seasons! The sushi was fresh and beautifully presented, and the variety on the all-you-can-eat menu kept us busy the whole night. Staff were attentive and friendly throughout. Will definitely be back!

Good atmosphere and delicious food!

Mediocre! Part of the menu listed online turned out to be unavailable. Most of the chicken dishes were tough and tasteless; the teriyaki chicken contained pieces of bone fragments that, according to the waitress, are supposed to be there. I have never experienced this anywhere else, and it looked like scraps. The sushi tastes fine in itself, but nothing special. Tables around us were not cleared until well over an hour after guests had left. Not a very positive experience, and we would prefer to choose a different restaurant next time.

Wowww ate here for the first time but it was really super tasty! Especially the mussels and the eel were a hit, but everything else was just as good too. We will definitely be coming here more often,

A truly top-notch experience at Seasons in Eindhoven! The food is super tasty and there is a huge variety, so there is something for everyone. The atmosphere of the place is also very nice and inviting, making it a pleasure to sit there. What made it even better for me was the wide selection of soju – highly recommended if you love that! Definitely a place I will be returning to often.

The food is disgusting for what you pay for it! You get 8 rounds and are only allowed to choose 3 bites from them. The food is filthy, everything is served in tiny portions (for example, 3 sushi pieces), a super small meat portion; it is just NOT good at all! There is also absolutely no atmosphere, soft music, no people, and boring waitresses who don't say anything. All in all, you don't want to eat here, and certainly not for this price!!

If I could give it 0 stars for the food, I would have done so. The food was not fresh/tasty, the chicken smelled like old frying oil, the sushi didn't taste fresh, and there were tomatoes in the poke bowl. Only 3 dishes per round and the portions are extremely small, so definitely not recommended, especially not if you are hungry.

The two of us chose the deluxe menu, and unfortunately, it was a bit disappointing. What makes it “deluxe” is that you have more choice. Otherwise, it is not better sushi or anything special. The rice was generally a bit grainy and not very pleasant. Furthermore, it doesn't look at all like the pictures shown. The service was very fast, though, and the restaurant's ambiance is nice. All in all, we would not return here. The selection and the value for money were simply a bit disappointing.

It took a very long time to get our food. Only two dishes were served about every half hour. Because everything took so long, we ended up ordering all the dishes at once. All in all, it's not worth coming here. Also, the restrooms were in terrible condition: there was no soap, no toilet paper, and the faucet barely worked. This restaurant is a real drain on your wallet. The chip shop around the corner is even more filling and deserves five stars.

Delicious food and friendly staff. It was very busy on Saturdays, so sometimes there were errors in the order, but they were quickly resolved!

After finishing eating, a member of staff came up to us to demand that we order drinks, saying that this is a "must" for all "All-You-Can-Eat" menus. Note that this was never communicated before, and since all drinks are supra-charged, it felt unfair and made the experience significantly worse. Most of the food was extremely greasy and heavy when not sushi. Sushi however was OK, but choices were quite limited and many types literally tasted the same, even though they were listed as being of different types. Regarding the atmosphere, the temperature was also, for the lack of a better word, inconsistent. At one side of a table for two one of us had to dine with a jacket on, being extremely cold and blasted by cold AC (in the middle of winter), while on the other side it was uncomfortably warm. An overall bad experience. We feel "let down" and disappointed.

Fastfood chain profiling themselves as a luxury restaurant. Definitely a money trap. The food is bland and luke warm. Way too loud inside and no privacy the tables are nearly joined. Staff doesn’t understand English or Dutch, the order app malfunctions and you barely have time to interact due to the system. Never again.

We dined here with 18 people for a birthday party, choosing a deluxe menu. For the price (approximately €60-70 per person, including drinks), you'd expect much more. It was complete chaos. Drinks consistently arrived late or not at all, despite having to ask repeatedly. The same applied to the food: many dishes were never served. Orders had to be placed entirely via your own phone, which wasn't mentioned in advance. If your phone is dead or almost dead, you're simply out of luck. This is inconvenient and unwelcoming, especially with a large group. The quality of the food was simply terrible. The sushi fell apart, had little flavor, and was absolutely not fresh or refined. This had nothing to do with luxury or quality. The service was disorganized and unfriendly, and seemed completely unable to handle a large group. For a birthday dinner—where one person pays for everything—this is truly appalling. This was absolutely not worth the money. Never again. ⭐ (and actually one star is too much)

What a disgrace! The staff is clearly overworked. Orders are either not received correctly or not at all. We waited an hour for drinks. None of our group of 15 will be returning. People, beware! I strongly advise against this place! You can eat much better in the area for the same price.

We were with a big group certain people ordered drinks after half an hour of sitting there already and almost had to beg someone to take a drink order.. after that mayhem erupted with qr codes. They had to reset those another 10 minute wait before we could order now. We are 45 minutes in and still no drinks. We could order our first round after 50 minutes of sitting.. not acceptable. Finally, orders came through and the staff just throws them randomly on the tables. Round system tells exactly what table ordered what. Second round order everyone still missing items.. third round order all of sudden dishes appear of the first round. Just a mess this way. Food was good quality that saves this review from getting a 1 star review. Do not recommend.

We had high expectations, but unfortunately Seasons was disappointing. The main issue was waiting time and service reliability. After placing our first round, we waited almost one hour and still did not receive all dishes from that round. Throughout the evening, orders arrived very slowly and inconsistently — a few items at a time, followed by long waiting periods. Although the all-you-can-eat concept allows 3 hours, around 1.5 hours was spent waiting, which made the experience frustrating and inefficient. Food quality was also inconsistent. Some sauces were served cold, and the sushi was poorly constructed, falling apart easily even with light pressure from chopsticks. The fish-to-rice ratio was clearly off, with very small portions of fish compared to the rice (as shown in the attached photo). Despite requesting ginger and wasabi, they never arrived. We visited on a Saturday evening, and overall it felt like the kitchen could not handle the volume of orders. Orders were delayed, some dishes seemed forgotten, and at times it was unclear whether our orders were even sent to the kitchen. Overall, the experience felt poorly managed and did not meet expectations for an all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant

The restaurant was very nice and spacious. The service was very friendly and polite, and the food arrived very quickly. It was also tasty, but for the price, you might expect a little more. It was good, but not exceptional. However, there was a lot of choice, especially on the deluxe menu.

Disappointing. The food was decent, though not as good as comparable sushi restaurants. The sushi was also cut very thickly, making it difficult to eat. Furthermore, many items were "out of stock." There were many delicious items on the menu, but they couldn't be ordered through the app. We still had to pay the full price, which was truly unusual. I had to scan a QR code with my own phone, which was very confusing. It's a real shame that you can't order from a menu or a tablet with pictures. Eating out is a time without a phone; it makes it so unsociable. Why not just order from the staff, or provide tablets? How can someone order with a dead phone or someone who doesn't have one? During the last few rounds, we wanted to order ice cream, but even there, many items were "out of stock." She mentioned at the table what was in stock, and we ordered verbally from her. Then, when we paid, there was an extra €10 on the receipt because the ice cream we'd ordered from her was apparently only part of the "deluxe" menu. I'm talking about four scoops of mango ice cream for which they dared to charge €10. This despite the fact that almost all the ice creams on the standard menu were gone, and she offered them to us herself. She insisted that they cost extra and that they were listed on the menu. I got angry and said that they hardly have anything in stock, yet they empty your wallet. I demanded that she remove the ice cream or I wouldn't pay. After much grumbling, they removed it. After I paid, she walked away without saying a word. It's a shame, because she was the only staff member who could speak Dutch and was even remotely polite. Don't go there. It's a real waste of your experience. There are so many better restaurants.

The food was delicious, but unfortunately, the service was very slow and the pace was very slow. On several occasions, we didn't receive our food orders for 30 minutes, and drinks were delivered incorrectly, which took 15 minutes to arrive after we'd told them to. Contacting the staff was difficult, as they were very focused on their tasks. The food was otherwise good, but we wouldn't return.

I ate at this restaurant tonight. The staff was very quiet and couldn't understand me. The food was okay, but some dishes I thought were okay, but this wasn't supposed to be that way. I ordered carpaccio, and it wasn't even visible; it was covered in truffle sauce. It was also terribly cold in the restaurant. I wouldn't recommend it, and I wouldn't go there a second time.

The food quality is very good for an all-you-can-eat restaurant. Service varies: the ladies are very friendly and helpful, but the gentleman who greeted us was rushed and unclear. What we particularly disliked about the atmosphere was the incredibly cold weather by the window. We're not cold people, but we could feel the cold coming through the window. There's also a strong draft coming through the entrance, if you're unlucky. I don't understand why they don't just leave the front door closed: it's more pleasant for the guests and saves them a lot of heating costs.

The service was completely pathetic, with two servers trying to fix the mistakes. Long waits between meals. If you didn't want to pay extra, you had to upgrade (normally not a big deal), but if you didn't, there was almost no choice, so you had to. And our last course was the absolute worst!!! It was frozen! Never again for me 🥲

The food is okay, although there are all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants that offer better value for money. The major drawback is the service: my wife was yelled at when she asked for an explanation for the incorrect bill. Not all the waitresses are friendly, but in my opinion, that's not so bad/relevant. What's not good is that not all waitresses can help with questions. In short, there are better restaurants in Eindhoven.

The food was okay, but the service was terrible. Our food was constantly placed on the wrong table and when we asked if they could bring it again, they looked grumpy. The people were not cheerful and not customer friendly. When we got the bill, they did not ask if everything was to our liking and if everything had tasted good. If you want a pleasant evening, we would not recommend this. Price-quality ratio is a big fail.

You call them for information you are immediately attacked and just hang up the phone Then you call back you get a man on the phone and he does answer but also very rude and then I look here on Google and this is mentioned by more people so strongly discouraged if you do go then you are out of luck and a lot of money is lost children over 10 years old you pay full price for every other food shop from 12 but here they do it differently hahaha what a joke

Despite the somewhat negative reviews, we ate here and we were very satisfied with the food and the friendly service. Everything also looked neat and clean. Recommended!

We bought an "all you can eat" menu turns out it's actually not all you can it because it's limited with 9 rounds maximum. That was okay, but, later then we ate deserts and turns out only one plate of desert is included in all you can eat menu. When we asked the waitress about the free desert, we were told that the deserts are free. But at the end they made us pay for deserts. Additionnaly, you have you order a drink at least once for "all you can eat menu" and everytime the restaurant management was saying "it was written in the agreement", "it was actually agreement" etc. We came to this restaurant to have some nice time and chill and I cannot read a bunch of agreement as if I am taking a bank loan. Sorry, but that was the worst service ever. If you name your menu "All you can eat" then make it "All you can eat". Simple.

Heel vriendelijke bediening en goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding voor het all you can eat menu (alleen eten) en de drankjes. Tegen kleine betaling speciale desserts, maar heerlijke, eenvoudige desserts inbegrepen; goede grootte met verschillende lekkernijen. Eten werd super snel gebracht nadat wij het hadden besteld, super fijn! We waren hier voor de verjaardag van een vriend en hij kreeg als verrassing ook nog een vuurwerksterretje, super leuk!

1st time and also the last time I ate here. Staff unfriendly, not helpful. If you asked for an explanation, you were given the answer that you are here all you can eat, you are supposed to eat what was on the table. But I assume that you are not supposed to receive food and drinks that you did not order. When we said something about this, we received the response that the drink you ordered has run out, so we will bring you something else. This is not possible, you only bring something else if you have discussed this, but don't just put something on the table. When we hadn't ordered anything else, we were served food. When we said something about this, we were told that that was what we had ordered. We would actually pay extra for dishes that were not eaten/didn't touch. Fortunately that didn't happen. One of us had ordered dessert. At first he only got half and suddenly something arrived that had not been ordered. I can say that it was all very annoying. The taste of the food was good, just a pity that it was sometimes cold. The atmosphere of our group was the only thing that made it good and that we still enjoyed the evening.

It started with an unfriendly woman on the phone who took our reservation. We arrived at the restaurant and the service was not very good, the woman who served us was quite grumpy. We ordered food, but we did not receive a number of things we ordered and we received something else instead. A drink we ordered was not correct. We ordered a lychee drink, which clearly tasted like watermelon. We also did not receive 1 to 2 things that we had ordered. We found the meat quite dry and, for example, the spicy salmon was not spicy at all, so the question was whether it was also the one we ordered. The quality of the food is not good, we had one round where one of the staff members had a long hair in it. We reported this to a male staff member, who was very friendly and solved the problem straight away. This was not a nice experience for us because we wanted to go but did not pay the full price for the 3 rounds we had and for the mistakes they made. So we wanted to ask what they could do for us, the woman immediately became angry and immediately started talking to us in an offensive tone. After a long discussion, she came up with a solution that we thought was reasonable. They have now also made adjustments to the card and it was said that not all photos match what you get. Small description meat rather dry. Received wrong sushi. Wrong drink. Grumpy staff. Sushi is disappointing and not that tasty. Sometimes your sushi doesn't arrive. They were fast with delivery. And often a nice layout of plates. Portions are also quite small. They are way too expensive for the quality they deliver. We actually had to pay 85 euros for 3 drinks and the deluxe sushi variant and this was with a social deal discount of 10 euros.

A few years ago I regularly came here with my friends and the service was always excellent, both in terms of service and food. Unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. On arrival we were not kindly helped by a male employee, who did not seem to take us seriously and reluctantly provided the information we requested. The service was also smooth and friendly. However, at checkout we were again helped by the same employee, who again came across as unfriendly and irritated, which gave us the feeling that he wanted to get us out the door as quickly as possible

I'm not kidding when I say the restaurant doesn't even deserve that one star. What a crappy restaurant! The only positive was a fairly nice appearance of the restaurant. For 100 Euro you get tough, tasteless, boring, and just plain dirty food. Quality is very poor and there is little choice. Sushi is poorly rolled and not tasty at all. If a dish has any taste, it is the same watery terriyaki sauce everywhere. Furthermore, no garlic sauce or any other sauce as shown in the images. In a word, simply worthless. I don't recommend the restaurant, waste of money.

Erg onvriendelijk personeel. Eten komt super laat en wordt zelfs vergeten. Zelf constant moeten vragen waar het eten blijft. Eten brachten ze koud.
