Disappointing. The food was decent, though not as good as comparable sushi restaurants. The sushi was also cut very thickly, making it difficult to eat. Furthermore, many items were "out of stock." There were many delicious items on the menu, but they couldn't be ordered through the app. We still had to pay the full price, which was truly unusual. I had to scan a QR code with my own phone, which was very confusing. It's a real shame that you can't order from a menu or a tablet with pictures. Eating out is a time without a phone; it makes it so unsociable. Why not just order from the staff, or provide tablets? How can someone order with a dead phone or someone who doesn't have one? During the last few rounds, we wanted to order ice cream, but even there, many items were "out of stock." She mentioned at the table what was in stock, and we ordered verbally from her. Then, when we paid, there was an extra €10 on the receipt because the ice cream we'd ordered from her was apparently only part of the "deluxe" menu. I'm talking about four scoops of mango ice cream for which they dared to charge €10. This despite the fact that almost all the ice creams on the standard menu were gone, and she offered them to us herself. She insisted that they cost extra and that they were listed on the menu. I got angry and said that they hardly have anything in stock, yet they empty your wallet. I demanded that she remove the ice cream or I wouldn't pay. After much grumbling, they removed it. After I paid, she walked away without saying a word. It's a shame, because she was the only staff member who could speak Dutch and was even remotely polite. Don't go there. It's a real waste of your experience. There are so many better restaurants.

The food was delicious, but unfortunately, the service was very slow and the pace was very slow. On several occasions, we didn't receive our food orders for 30 minutes, and drinks were delivered incorrectly, which took 15 minutes to arrive after we'd told them to. Contacting the staff was difficult, as they were very focused on their tasks. The food was otherwise good, but we wouldn't return.

I ate at this restaurant tonight. The staff was very quiet and couldn't understand me. The food was okay, but some dishes I thought were okay, but this wasn't supposed to be that way. I ordered carpaccio, and it wasn't even visible; it was covered in truffle sauce. It was also terribly cold in the restaurant. I wouldn't recommend it, and I wouldn't go there a second time.

The food quality is very good for an all-you-can-eat restaurant. Service varies: the ladies are very friendly and helpful, but the gentleman who greeted us was rushed and unclear. What we particularly disliked about the atmosphere was the incredibly cold weather by the window. We're not cold people, but we could feel the cold coming through the window. There's also a strong draft coming through the entrance, if you're unlucky. I don't understand why they don't just leave the front door closed: it's more pleasant for the guests and saves them a lot of heating costs.

We had a very tasty meal (the deluxe menu is recommended) and the staff were friendly!

Delicious food, only a shame you can only order three dishes per person, per round. As big eaters, we would have preferred five per round.

The service was completely pathetic, with two servers trying to fix the mistakes. Long waits between meals. If you didn't want to pay extra, you had to upgrade (normally not a big deal), but if you didn't, there was almost no choice, so you had to. And our last course was the absolute worst!!! It was frozen! Never again for me 🥲

Food is not great, definitely there are better options for the same price point. The service was very slow, although I was dining on my own. Ok enough, but won’t come back.

The food is okay, although there are all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants that offer better value for money. The major drawback is the service: my wife was yelled at when she asked for an explanation for the incorrect bill. Not all the waitresses are friendly, but in my opinion, that's not so bad/relevant. What's not good is that not all waitresses can help with questions. In short, there are better restaurants in Eindhoven.

The food was okay, but the service was terrible. Our food was constantly placed on the wrong table and when we asked if they could bring it again, they looked grumpy. The people were not cheerful and not customer friendly. When we got the bill, they did not ask if everything was to our liking and if everything had tasted good. If you want a pleasant evening, we would not recommend this. Price-quality ratio is a big fail.

You call them for information you are immediately attacked and just hang up the phone Then you call back you get a man on the phone and he does answer but also very rude and then I look here on Google and this is mentioned by more people so strongly discouraged if you do go then you are out of luck and a lot of money is lost children over 10 years old you pay full price for every other food shop from 12 but here they do it differently hahaha what a joke

Despite the somewhat negative reviews, we ate here and we were very satisfied with the food and the friendly service. Everything also looked neat and clean. Recommended!

We bought an "all you can eat" menu turns out it's actually not all you can it because it's limited with 9 rounds maximum. That was okay, but, later then we ate deserts and turns out only one plate of desert is included in all you can eat menu. When we asked the waitress about the free desert, we were told that the deserts are free. But at the end they made us pay for deserts. Additionnaly, you have you order a drink at least once for "all you can eat menu" and everytime the restaurant management was saying "it was written in the agreement", "it was actually agreement" etc. We came to this restaurant to have some nice time and chill and I cannot read a bunch of agreement as if I am taking a bank loan. Sorry, but that was the worst service ever. If you name your menu "All you can eat" then make it "All you can eat". Simple.

Good services, the most delicious sushi I have ever had in the Nederlands:)

Heel vriendelijke bediening en goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding voor het all you can eat menu (alleen eten) en de drankjes. Tegen kleine betaling speciale desserts, maar heerlijke, eenvoudige desserts inbegrepen; goede grootte met verschillende lekkernijen. Eten werd super snel gebracht nadat wij het hadden besteld, super fijn! We waren hier voor de verjaardag van een vriend en hij kreeg als verrassing ook nog een vuurwerksterretje, super leuk!

1st time and also the last time I ate here. Staff unfriendly, not helpful. If you asked for an explanation, you were given the answer that you are here all you can eat, you are supposed to eat what was on the table. But I assume that you are not supposed to receive food and drinks that you did not order. When we said something about this, we received the response that the drink you ordered has run out, so we will bring you something else. This is not possible, you only bring something else if you have discussed this, but don't just put something on the table. When we hadn't ordered anything else, we were served food. When we said something about this, we were told that that was what we had ordered. We would actually pay extra for dishes that were not eaten/didn't touch. Fortunately that didn't happen. One of us had ordered dessert. At first he only got half and suddenly something arrived that had not been ordered. I can say that it was all very annoying. The taste of the food was good, just a pity that it was sometimes cold. The atmosphere of our group was the only thing that made it good and that we still enjoyed the evening.

It started with an unfriendly woman on the phone who took our reservation. We arrived at the restaurant and the service was not very good, the woman who served us was quite grumpy. We ordered food, but we did not receive a number of things we ordered and we received something else instead. A drink we ordered was not correct. We ordered a lychee drink, which clearly tasted like watermelon. We also did not receive 1 to 2 things that we had ordered. We found the meat quite dry and, for example, the spicy salmon was not spicy at all, so the question was whether it was also the one we ordered. The quality of the food is not good, we had one round where one of the staff members had a long hair in it. We reported this to a male staff member, who was very friendly and solved the problem straight away. This was not a nice experience for us because we wanted to go but did not pay the full price for the 3 rounds we had and for the mistakes they made. So we wanted to ask what they could do for us, the woman immediately became angry and immediately started talking to us in an offensive tone. After a long discussion, she came up with a solution that we thought was reasonable. They have now also made adjustments to the card and it was said that not all photos match what you get. Small description meat rather dry. Received wrong sushi. Wrong drink. Grumpy staff. Sushi is disappointing and not that tasty. Sometimes your sushi doesn't arrive. They were fast with delivery. And often a nice layout of plates. Portions are also quite small. They are way too expensive for the quality they deliver. We actually had to pay 85 euros for 3 drinks and the deluxe sushi variant and this was with a social deal discount of 10 euros.

A few years ago I regularly came here with my friends and the service was always excellent, both in terms of service and food. Unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. On arrival we were not kindly helped by a male employee, who did not seem to take us seriously and reluctantly provided the information we requested. The service was also smooth and friendly. However, at checkout we were again helped by the same employee, who again came across as unfriendly and irritated, which gave us the feeling that he wanted to get us out the door as quickly as possible

I'm not kidding when I say the restaurant doesn't even deserve that one star. What a crappy restaurant! The only positive was a fairly nice appearance of the restaurant. For 100 Euro you get tough, tasteless, boring, and just plain dirty food. Quality is very poor and there is little choice. Sushi is poorly rolled and not tasty at all. If a dish has any taste, it is the same watery terriyaki sauce everywhere. Furthermore, no garlic sauce or any other sauce as shown in the images. In a word, simply worthless. I don't recommend the restaurant, waste of money.

The food was average, but there was far too little choice of sushi types for an all you can eat price of €38. Unfortunately, no gratinated sushi at all. Dessert costs extra. The location and the service are okay.

I dare say, worst sushi in Eindhoven and surrounding areas. I had already prepared myself for the fact that the quality of the 'all you can eat concept' is usually less good than when you eat a la carte at a real restaurant, but this really beat everything. It took a long time for the first round to arrive, sushi seemed to have been put together by beginners and some tasted very fishy. The service wasn't good either, the manager came to tell us in advance that we had to leave on time and the other staff generally spoke poor English, if you could talk to anyone at all. Dishes were always brought to the table quickly. When I got home I immediately had stomach problems and my companions are not feeling much better. Pretending to be the newest culinary hotspot, well NEVER AGAIN!

We have been coming here for more than 7 years. Nice interior and cozy restaurant. Very friendly staff and the food is always delicious. I have tried many sushi restaurants but this one remains the best with sushi and shrimps. The cocktails are also delicious. Really recommended.

First of all, you can eat well here! But... Just booked via social deal which says Tuesday to Sunday. Available immediately and book / reserve after purchase. Everything is available on the Seasons website, but it is not available on Social Deal. Not a Saturday... Get rid of your money because the Seasons staff does not think along with you and they also have an unfriendly tone. After having eaten at Seasons many times, this was the only time we experienced this. Fortunately, social deal cooperated nicely and we got our money back. In short, we will no longer come to Seasons.

I have eaten here regularly with friends and I thought I would take my boyfriend with me because I always eat here so well. Well it really was that bad. The food was all lukewarm or cold, the plates were dirty and they never clean the tablet! So dirty, everyone who touches it is full of bacteria, bah bah. And the staff just really doesn't know what they are doing, walking around with hot food and then serving it after walking around 10 times in circles, and yes, it's strange that everything is cold.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The elevator was so dirty, it was so cold, they forgot some of our food, and when I spoke to them about the missing suhsi they fell out of the sky. Milkshake just tastes like milk, no flavor at all. Frozen fries. The only thing that was fresh is the cucumber. For 3 people €160. This was the first time, but certainly the last time. VAT... if the labor inspectorate had to invade here, this huge restaurant would be over 🤮🤮

I had dinner with a friend of mine today. HORRIBLE, you get your food super late. Staff also slow, and that's why you suddenly get a lot so you don't finish it and have to pay extra costs.

Heerlijke all-in met heerlijke sushi. Beste die ik bij een all-in heb gegeten. Goeie variatie van andere gerechten. Lekkere toetjes. Super voor gezellig avondje uit met lekker eten.

Surprisingly no consistency regarding their serving in selling the trade and costumer expectation. They took the feedback as critism rather as a honest learning moment.. Bit of shame.. I hope they will change their way..

I have NEVER eaten food as bad as here. T bone steak is even thinner than a fillet steak, so it is extremely tough and also very tasteless. My dog ​​wouldn't eat the other steak you can get, it's so dirty and poor quality. Chicken also dirty, shrimps, fluffy, the tuna and smoked salmon from the sushi tasted like nothing, no difference between the two. Salmon baked so long that it became dry. Wrap food in a napkin several times so you can then throw it away in the trash can in the toilet, otherwise you would have to pay extra for that junk if you don't eat it. We received 4 drinks in the first round that we had not ordered. According to them, we accidentally ordered them, so we had to see what we did with them. The waitress also wanted to take my mussels away from the table before I could start. When I asked if she wanted to put them back, she said I'm new here. When I pointed to her tray, she wanted to give me a plate and when I asked again I got they finally return. By the way, that was the only thing of the evening that was enjoyable. We were three people and there was normal cutlery for two people and chopsticks for three people. When we asked for extra cutlery, the waitress laughed and walked on because she didn't understand that either. I had a stomach ache for the rest of the evening when I got home, so we had a very successful evening. I cannot fathom how a restaurant with such poor quality food can still exist. At least once for us and NEVER again.

The food was really nothing, no sauces with the meat and the salmon just came slightly pink on a plate with a lettuce leaf. Sushi was not super fresh and compared to a while ago you now had to pay extra for a lot of things. Even for a tasteless scoop of ice cream €0.80 and a brownie of 1 cm2 also €0.80 Chicken was even turned over - spoiled - smelly and it also came without sauce. After reporting it we got new ones but without any excuses or anything. Nope... we won't go back here again, it used to be good but not anymore.

Looks good in terms of interior and atmosphere, but that's about all the good said. The food was really disastrously bad. Apple dumplings made with the salty dough of regular dumplings. Pokebowls soaked in the vinegar. Worst quality crab claw I have ever tasted. That was more dough than just fake crab. Korean hot dog with 1 cm cut sausage. Everything either had no flavor like the t-bone steak, or was way too salty like the whitefish and vinegar like the poke bowls. At one point we thought they were doing it on purpose, because a restaurant really can't be that bad. Not only bad food but also very stingy with everything. Can choose 3 things per round per person and uncle but minimum quantities. But this has probably been a good thing, to eat less of the bad food. I CANNOT recommend that any person with taste buds or common sense go to this restaurant.

At first glance it looks like a cozy shop, but even there you have had enough after only having the soup and carpaccio from the 1st round for an hour. The sushi rice looks like plastic, so sticky. No finishing of dishes as with a sauce for squid rings or tempura shrimp. A lot of food is cold or tough. All tastes like the same sauce. There are better alternatives in and around Eindhoven

Worst restaurant ever!!!!! Sushi was super bad. Almost only eaten rice, barely any filling. Even saw a mouse walking in the restaurant. Disgusting. Personally, they must have been very unfriendly from the boss, who was also not solution-oriented and rude. I don't recommend this for anyone.

I have been here several times with my boyfriend and we have always had a great experience here, the food is always very tasty and the staff is very friendly, the atmosphere here is super nice and the decor is very beautiful.
